Food was great. Hubby had cheeseburger with fries. I had fish and chips. The tartar sauce was great. There is a bus outback and up an incline. First time to eat at a (permanent food truck). Wish we lived closer. We would be regulars. Oklahoma is a little far to drive.

We made a pilgrimage back to the Upper Valley from Portugal and a meal at Chef Brad’s was at the top of our To Do list. Shrimp tacos as good as we remembered. Onion rings better than we remembered.

The haddock in the fish and chips was incredible. Light crispy almost airy resembling tempura. The lemon aioli was the perfect complement.

We loved this place! I’ve driven by a number of times when it was closed and always wanted To try it! It didn’t disappoint! The food was fast and delish, and we loved sitting in the bus dining room! Our friend was visiting from France and also really enjoyed the unique experience!

Fantastic spot. We found this place randomly after hiking down and out Queechee gorge. We were starving. Our group had the salmon sandwich, burger, and fish tacos with a few sides. Everything was delicious. And the atmosphere can't be beat.

Highly recommend this unique spot. Get one of the specials if you want something really special. Service and food are excellent. It's an efficient operation and the turnaround on orders was impressive.

Brad never disappoints. Today our lunch of fish & chips and falafel sandwich were delish! It was a lovely day to sit “truckside” and take in some sun and tunes. A must stop in Quechee VT

When we arrived we witnessed the girl at the register masterfully handle an extremely rude couple. They for some reason couldn't believe 4 orders of salmon plus soups and salads made to order would take 20 minutes. After dealing calmly with their very cold/impatient behavior (yelling through the window thay they didn't have all the time in the world, for example), she was very kind and professional with us and took our order for chicken piccata which was delicious. Make sure you call ahead your order to this awesome place for take out. We were driving by and saw they were open so we swung in to grab a quick bite and they let us know they prefer a call ahead for food orders for next time.

I have only eaten outside at the food truck when it's open, but the food is outstanding! It's easy to miss from the main drag but well worth the stop. Bring cash or Venmo.

Great food!! Loved the coconut curry slaw. Burger was awesome, very tasty. Fries were thinner fries perfectly fried. Loved the atmosphere. All the art and decorations around the food truck. Places to sit. Greatfind on our leafpeeping journey in Vermont. The line went quickly and the food did not take long to come out.

Relaxed coastal hawaii-ish vibe. Great salads. Crab cakes and pulled pork are delicious. Very pleasant outdoor seating area. Enjoy.

If the weather is nice, give Chef Brad a try. Outdoor off-street dining. I had a hamburger as that seems to be what everyone suggests. It was delicious!!

Best food we have had since hitting Vermont a week ago. My chicken burrito was giant and delicious, onion rings perfectly crispy, and my husband said his fish tacos were some of the best he ever had - I did not get a bite. This pregnant lady is so glad we stopped!

Food was excellent and the team was extremely welcoming and friendly!! I got the chicken burrito and my colleague got the bacon cheeseburger. Both were fantastic. There were periods of business while we ate and they took everything in stride. Highly recommend you stop in here for a bite!

If you are in the area, check the hours and plan your trip so you are near this restaurant when it is open. This is without a doubt a gem of a restaurant. The appearance is extremely unique, and the food is incredible. The sweet potato fries were the best I have ever had, the burger was divine, the root beer could not have been better. This restaurant is worth going out of your way to visit. Cash or Venmo only, but worth twice what you pay. This should be on a list of sites you need to visit in the New England area. Seriously, take the time to go here!

The only word that comes when I think about this place is! AMAZING! 😃 we reached there by 4:30 and chef Brad was kind enough to squeeze us in and cook amazing veggie burrito and mind blowing Falafal burger and some super duper fries! 😋 It's a must must visit place! Just near the interstate road, and the ambiance is mind blowing! We came back the next day but unfortunately the restaurant was closed!

Never disappointed! Delicious, reasonable prices. Yes, hard to get into sometimes, because they are so busy or sellout, but that should tell you something right? :)

Outstanding as always. First visit in 3 years only as I haven’t been within 100 miles. So glad to find they were open on a Sunday. Haddock sandwich & taco’s, cupcakes for dessert.

We stopped here bc we were camping right down the street. So glad we did the food was very good. Husband got a burger with fries. Warning burger is big and delicious. It was cooked perfectly you could tell it was all fresh ingredients. I got the sausage and peppers it was also really good, but getting a burger next time. Had a maple cupcake and a chocolate cupcake to take home. They were awesome moist and airy with cream cheese frosting yum! They had a nice variety of food for a small roadside trailer. Besides what we had They served fish tacos, falafel, Asian bbq pulled pork taco, onion rings and more. It looked like it changes depending on the specials. You can sit outside or in an old converted school bus.. We will definitely go back and highly recommend. We got there right at 5 there was a line so be prepared. Cash or venmo only so be ready. But so worth it keep up the great work!
