If I could give 6 stars I would, Chef Majed’s hummus and pita chips are hands down, the best I’ve ever had.

Chef Majed is highly skilled, we did a 15-person affair with him and he delivered great flavor, on time and got the order perfect. I've ordered again from him.

I just hosted my first party in years and fortunately had Chef Majed do the catering. It was an amazing experience. Everyone who attended raved about how delicious the food was. Chef Majed was very accommodating with regards to delivery time to assure the food was hot and ready to eat when I needed it.

The food is delicious and so tasty! The baba ganoush, different from the Lebanese version is above expectation, with its smoky flavor and its multi layer flavors! Definitely the best place to try Mediterranean food!👍

For the last few weeks, we have ordered various types of dishes and each time enjoy the experience. We particularly like the Chicken kabab with rice and Falafel Special.

Real, true Syrian food. Scruptious. The difference between Chef Majed's hummus, for example, is like night and day between any other hummus I've tasted in the US. It's like being in the Middle East.

Everything we ate was DELICIOUS!! The eggplant dip and humus were a HUGE hit with our family as were the main dishes. I recommend the chicken schwarma dish for something a little different although we also loved the chicken and rice! You won't be sorry ordering from Chef Majed. He is truly a master chef!!

Chef! - WOW!! Your food is AMAZING! We are saving the chicken kababs and lemon potatoes for tomorrow because we filled up so much on the beef kabobs and chicken shawarma (incredibly delicious!). What an incredible meal! We ordered Chef Majed’s Family Chicken Shawarma (With Hummus, Salad & Pita) and a side of Yogurt sauce with cucumber. It was like nothing we have ever had before and we had ordered an individual serving of Chicken Shawarma before. My husband used to be a French chef and said this meal “danced on his tongue,” which is his highest praise. We will definitely order this meal again. It serves 4-6, so we got 3 meals from it. Next time, we will have guests join us ... and sit 6 feet apart. :-)

Amazing dinner last night from Chef Majed! Super-size portions of delicious Syrian meal: Fattoush salad, falafel, chicken shawarma, eggplant and tomato dish and muttabual dip. Highly recommend!

Quite literally some of the best food you will ever eat. I went five months without and I vow to never do so again (when he left Whole Foods Foggy Bottom - Dec 2019). Two reasons to order from Chef Majed: 1) Best Chicken Shawarma ever, period. Many friends have remarked that they have never had a better shawarma plate -- you know, the Middle East traveling types -- literally never have I ever had a better hummus, nor chicken pita sandwich with pomegranate sauce. -1a) Chef's other food is also great -- I have eaten a variety of items including the lemon potatoes, beef shawarma, kebap hindi, etc. He had a long menu in his early Foodhini days for those of us who remember. 2) Chef Majed just could not be nicer -- you can't help but be addicted to the authentic warmth of his food and friendliness. A real nice guy. Let there be no doubt to the quality of your future meal!

Chef Majed's food has quickly become a family favorite. Every single dish is bursting with flavor, well balanced, and delicious. My daughter loves the syrian grilled chicken and fattoush salad. We've ordered a number of dishes and none fail to delight. Every dish has the perfect blend of savory and tart. I strongly, strongly recommend going for it -- wonderful food at a fair price. There's nothing I would change. Also, everything reheats and is just as wonderful the next day. Thank you Chef Majed!!!

Can’t say enough good things!!!!! This is extraordinarily fresh and wholesome food. It tastes more like a home-cooked meal than take-out. The flavors of the fresh meat, vegetables, herbs and spices must be savored to be believed. Very professional service. I almost never post reviews, but in these times it’s important to support something this special.

We enjoyed all the food in our order. Falafel and mutabbal were our favorites!

We recently discovered Chef Majed and absolutely LOVE his food! We are truly obsessed. We have tried different dishes and they are all amazing. Doesn't hurt that everything is very reasonably priced and that during these "social distancing" times, Chef Majed himself delivers the food to your door. Can't recommend him enough! Just be sure to order a day in advance!

Delicious! Just moved to DC from the Middle East, and his food makes me miss our old home. Fresh and flavorful. And so nice that he delivers. Will definitely order again.

The best Syrian food I've ever tasted! The fried eggplant in fresh tomato sauce is so flavorful. The hummus is just perfect, you can taste more than just chick peas in it. The chicken shawarma especially is a must to try, it's well seasoned and finished with a zesty sweet drizzle of pomegranate reduction it's delightful. Hat off to Chef Majed on a well executed variety of dishes!!!

Chef Majed catered a party for 50 people and there were no leftovers! Every dish was beautifully prepared and tasted amazing. The chicken schwarma and lamb kebabs were the most delicious ever tasted and the hummus, baba ganoush and muttabal were also popular with the guests. But mostly it is Chef Majed himself, who expertly plates every dish with side veggies, drizzles of olive oil and sprinkles of spices to make everything look beautiful. Chef Majed Mediterranean Catering is a great addition to the DC food scene!
