Great service in food and of course they have a spot for the children to play! It's a rarity these days. We go just to this one just for playtime!

I rarely ever dine in for breakfast and this time I do is the best Chick-Fil-A experience ever!! Each interaction with a team member was very kind and pleasant. I accidentally ordered the wrong type of burrito and asked the manager to switch and without hesitation they accommodated. When we received our food the team member who delivered apologized for the wait and gave us 2 free brownies but honestly I don’t believe we waited that long, like maybe 10 minutes. When I noticed our food, I realized that they also gave us a complementary burrito and sandwich. This is the greatest experience with any fast food restaurant. This location deserves the highest ratings and the team here deserves all the recognition! Lastly, my family and I are visiting the area for Hersheypark and I wish we lived closer because I’d always come to this location!

I placed a mobile order (it's the way to go) and had them bring it to my car. Definitely not somewhere you want to make a "quick" stop for something to eat i.e. before an appointment. The food is worth the wait, though.

Why do store employees/managers work on laptops, reprimand employees, and conduct meetings at the high top tables by the store windows while customers are looking for a table to have their meal? This occurs every time I visit the restaurant.

Good food but this place is crazy drive thru I had no idea you had to wait for them to tell you to go. I don't think I will be going back there You guys can have it. The shake broke all over us everything was a mess

Ordered right before I pulled in and as I walked in the door they called my name. Food was hot and fresh. Food tasted great.

One of the best Chick-fil-a’s I have been to. Better than Camp Hill, Lancaster and all the other Central PA ones.

The Chick Fil A on Lindle Road is amazing. The staff as always are super friendly; but they are even more accommodating than most locations. Knowing who I am and knowing what I want when I walk in is a plus, but making sure they throw extra sauces that they know I love shows amazing service.

Staff was very friendly even though we got there 5 minutes before they were ready to close. Spicy chicken sandwich for the win!

My husband ordered food and got home only to realize that the peach milkshake was not in the bag but was charged $5.15. Of course he's not going to drive all the way back for it, so I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Manager had a young employee sat at a table near the front door and was loudly criticizing and “coaching” her. As someone who has been in leadership I find this INCREDIBLY unprofessional. Not only was it unavoidable to hear it from all points (ordering, waiting for order and most tables) it was also in plain ear range of most of the rest of the staff. If said manager truly cared about the guest experience, she might also want to consider the optics of telling a young girl the things she’s doing wrong loudly in front of the entire restaurant. I find young employees often don’t feel comfortable advocating for themselves enough to have requested it be taken to somewhere more private, which it absolutely should have been. That easily could have been a conversation to be had in a back office unless the goal was to embarrass the employee. Not sure if this is standard procedure for this location with all employees or not, but I won’t be back to find out.

Loved the sandwich and chick fila sauce is just umm yummy. Tried thrice during my recent visit to harrisburg. Service was fast. Really good management by the staff seeing the footfall they get everyday. Place to visit again.

Stopped with a bus, had about 40 passengers. Restaurant personnel served as quickly inefficiently. Hostess even came around while we were eating and refilled our drinks. Great place to stop.

We needed fast food, and didn't want to be disappointed with quality, taste, and freshness. So we went to Chick-FIL-A for preblessed food! Peppermint Chip Milkshake was heavenly! Update, we went this this location on a Tuesday night and they were holding a bingo game. It was great family time together. It was our pleasure!

The employees are always Pleasant the food is always on point with freshness. In the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming

Always great customer service but food quality is going downhill. My chicken filet was so tiny! And the amount of fries is a container is barely filled. 😞

I swear! This is the most friendly fast food restaurant, all employees are extremely nice and respectful, we have two puppies and one daughter eating outside area, two employees swinging by offering water or supports, they are amazing!

Prompt, friendly service. But you can also order ahead and skip the lines by scanning the QR code in the dedicated lane and go right to the front of the line. As a red card member, they are always giving me free food. Love it!

An absolutely astounding rethinking of the fast food model. Friendly engaged employees made my drive through experience a breeze. Motivated employees with clear divions of labor made a massive line of cars flow as elegantly as a German train station.

I must say the SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. The staff were very polite, friendly. As always I love chik fil a spicy chicken sandwich but as I was here for breakfast I had bowl of scrambled eggs, fried chicken, homefries. Good one

There is no inside dining at this location, even though their website says dine-in available. There is only an outside place to order and a few outside tables that are always in the weather. The chicken nuggets were not good and tasted like they had been reheated. The waffle fries were undercooked. I will not be coming back to this location.

They meal was great the workers were so nice but there was a little trash on the floor and 30 min wait but the food was worth the wait

Stopped at this Chick-fill-A location while being in the are and it did not disappoint. The restaurant was clean and looked modern. The staff was very friendly. Food was neatly made and order processed quickly. I enjoyed my quick lunch.

They have many people out front taking orders all at the same time so that you can get through quicker at your lunch hour awesome idea

Honestly, this made the neighborhood worse. The traffic has increased greatly, the people and the customers are usually extremely impatient and rude. And the establishment is usually pretty understaffed so they make mistakes pretty often.

Staff is always nice and willing to help. Food is always good and mobile pick up is always timely. I have not had any issues with the order being correct. They work hard to make sure the drive thru line runs smoothly and quickly.

Went through drive thur and the girl took my order rudely she rolled her eye at me when I asked for small menu, as of I should know the menu by heart, I never go to chick FIL a .. I ordered a delx chicken sandwich she put in SPICE DELEX . My sandwich was terrible and I had cold fries. It was snowing so I didn't bother turning around to get my food fixed.. won't go here again.

Impressed with our fast service for dine-in. Staff was exceptionally friendly and there were 2-3 times where they walked through making sure we didn't need refills or anything.

I'm not going to deep dive here. It's Chic FIL A. The food is good the kids with the iPads are amazing and so friendly It's almost weird. Typical, and while you may not like the politics they do run a good fast food joint. This location is kind of in a weird place. The line is slightly counterintuitive. That's the knock on the atmosphere. Seriously though the food is great and the line moves so quickly.

We take the opportunity to stop whenever we can. We enjoy the food! Speed and efficiency are key but kindness and cleanliness are important too. Worth an eat in or a trip through the double drive through. Signage is good to find parking or drive through.

Twice now I’ve visited and my order was wrong. Once they gave me the wrong food and of course it took til I got the whole way home to notice. The next day the were hard pressed to compensate and decided to give me a free drink to make up. Tonight I ordered 1 cookie (only me in the car) the girl was unfriendly and charged me for two instead. When I noticed I had two in the bag I commenced to heading back again. I noticed the one I bit off was stale so I mentioned that to the lady at the window as well. She took one back and charged me for the one I bit off even tho it was stale. My instinct was to throw it out the window. I’m just over it and plan to choose a dif location in the future
