One of those places you need to go, service friendly and professional food great parking crowded but manageable.

Come on, it's chik-fil A. You know it's good and the people are the gold standard of customer service.

I haven't had chik fil a in a while but decided for a treat I would pick up some for myself and my family. Everything was running smoothly until I got to the window for pickup. After waiting for just a short time, they told me to pull ahead because they are making a new batch of fries. I said sure and watched about 4 or 5 other cars get served which I thought was kind of strange but I was still excited for the food. A few minutes passed and they brought a bag of food out. So I took it and pulled into a parking spot to check it...not one item in the bag was for my order. I brought the bag and the receipt back inside and it wasn't really a big deal because crap happens sometimes and everyone makes mistakes. However what really threw me off was 1. The blue shirt overweight man behind the counter (don't know if manager or supervisor) never even said sorry and just brushed me off like well I tries to flag you down. I just thought that was rude especially from the service I've gotten in the past. 2. My husband and I have both been very sick to our stomachs and we ate the same thing. I don't know what has happened but it's really sad that this is the route this location has taken. We won't be coming back. I'd rather drive to the Middleburg location.

While Grilled Nugget preparation will never win a prize for speed, the whole drive-thru experience seemed to crawl today. Generally speaking, Chick-fil-A has, hands-down, engineered their drive-thrus better than all the other fast food businesses.

This chickfila has become very lax about the quantity of fries that they give. I have found multiple times that the fries are halfway full after ordering a large. When I bring it up to them they always correct it. I assume it's management attempting to save money. But it's unacceptable. I am tired of it. And, looking at these google reviews I am not alone

I like how fast they serve the orders.

This is a nice location, it’s everything you expect from chic fil a. My favorite meal is the kale crunch and that yummy Mac and cheese. No chicken. lol!!

We had lunch here yesterday and did drive thru because we were in a hurry. We got through the line very quickly and efficiently. We had 2 nugget meals with fries and cokes. I would say we were out of the line in 5 minutes. They staff were very polite as usual and made sure we got our order right before we drove off.

Always the longest line always the slowest of ANY chik fil A. My chicken also tasted off. Just avoid this one.

It's chickfila. Line wrapped around the building but still on my way with God's chicken in about 5 minutes. 10/10 Recommend.

Dined in for the last time today. When I received our food, the fries were barely filled and then the entree was room temperature, cheese not even melted, pickles with holes. Upon remake the sandwich still was not corrected and the manager on duty couldn’t care less. Drive thru takes over 20 minutes. The renovation for this location improved absolutely nothing. I would rather drive further to another location than continue to go the Fleming island location across the street from me. Leaving this review and restaurant extremely disappointed.

My last two spicy chiks were very thin. I understand raising the price. Shinkflation is not gonna make me buy two sandwiches.

Food and service are great! My only request is a sign to merge together in the drive thru when the second lane isn’t open at or just after the order pavilion. I have no idea there was a merge there until my 18 yr old told me 😂

We waited 15 minutes, longer than others, for our order and received this tiny portion of waffle fries instead of the Medium size we paid for. Someone who works here does not care about the quality service Chick-fil-A promises.

One of the last few restaurants with a play area for kids. It is a weekly destination for my daughter and I so we can socialize while eating delicious food. They even have weekly kid events here. What an awesome location, per usual Chick-fil-A is out here raising the standard!

The cashier who was taking my order was very rude.

I had the new strips meal and let me tell you, they are some of the best chicken strips I have ever had. Will definitely be getting more.

It's always a pleasure going here. Had a gift card that was having a problem being read. Jacob, a well-trained employee, did it manually take the rest of my order and then had the manager deal with it. Always a pleasure at Chick fil a

Kids love this place. The group of workers here always make them feel welcome. The chicken sandwiches have gotten a lot smaller, and the prices are up. Not what it once was.

First time in the drive thru. I am not a regular customer and didn't know the menu nor was I offered any help so I ordered chicken nuggets meal. I asked if there was sauce when I received my bag and was told yes but to no surprise no sauce and the nuggets tasted old. The box even says dip on in..the sauce is fine...not it's not..its missing.I don't think I will be back

Most Chick-fil-A experiences are five star and outstanding. But tonight was a real disappointment. Not only was the drive-thru line incredibly slow this time, I pulled this half full large fry box out of the bag. I prefer to pay the $3 for the fries, not the box. SMH. Do better CFA.

I don’t know what y’all have done with your chicken it’s thinner. The outsides of it is hard you can hardly bite it. You have really made a mistake changing your chicken or the way you’re preparing it. Shame on you Chick-fil-A.

Couldn't hold my biscuit it just kept falling apart. Everything else was great disappointed in the biscuit had a bacon egg and cheese

Lindsey at this location is a team lead, she's so helpful and courteous. She went above and beyond accommodating to me and made sure I had everything I could have needed before leaving, then offered to help me to the car because it was a large order.

This place is one of the best!!.. 5 stars all around!!

Honestly, if you don't love CFA, I can't help you

It was a busy day with school being out for Spring Break. Everything was great! I decided to figure out the app while sitting at a table. The play area worked out great for the 7yo I was babysitting. CFA was her idea. We got our meals, and a nice female employee even came around to check on everyone.

Slowest chick fil a I’ve been to. Probably because they adopted the 2 drive thru system but don’t employ enough employees to run it, they also don’t use the second lane when handing food out. Take notes from mandarin chick fil a on how to run a drive thru. Don’t adopt the layout of 2 drive thru and not use it as intended.

The restaurant in Fleming Island needs to check orders before giving customers their food. I did not receive my full order and was gone 10 minutes before realizing so. I tried calling back repeatedly but no one answers the phone. I drove back which pissed me off so I will no longer visit this location.

This is my favorite Chic-Fil-A !!! I always get great customer service. This is a very quick drive thru service. We never wait more than 2 minutes and food in hand. Ofcourse it's delicious also!!! Thanks Choc-fil-A! Stop by ypu will be happy you did !

Really tired of hearing managers and “leaders” verbally insult their employees. At least every other time I go some “manager” is being aggressive. I doubt those poor kids are making anywhere near enough money for that.

Always friendly, always moving us through quickly. Love Chick Fil A! They offer gluten free buns with their grilled sandwiches. And the buns are factory sealed. So nice for those of us that have gluten intolerance. Thank you!

Truett Cathy would be ashamed to walk into this Chik Fil A. Fleming Island Chik Fil A is terribly mismanaged by Cary Arnold. His Employees are arrogant and unprofessional. This Chil Fil A lacks the Charm of others. They are slow and they talk so much instead of working and getting orders out. The order takers in the Drive Thru line are not efficient. You can tell that his management style is let employees do what they want. The customers should feel honored to come into Chik Fil A. Customers have the option to spend their money elsewhere and I will. I have been eating Chik Fil A since I was little and at the Dworf House in Atlanta all the time. I even have Signature Status on their rewards app. I pray that one day this Chik Fil A will improve so I can go back there again. Until then I will not spend another dollar in there. I was so upset I asked for a refund in the drive thru and didn’t accept their food. Due to their unprofesional employees.

Got our food quick, the girl that took our order wasn't particularly friendly(not rude, just not what we usually experience at a chic fil a). The dining area was fairly dirty and the condiment area was a mess. This was definitely not what we're expecting at a chic fil a.

Quick, to-order, and staffed by people that look like they’re ready to work, not homeless. Yes, some chatter, but I didn’t see that it impeded our food.

The service at this establishment was incredibly slow, not because of short staffing or new hires, but because they were all busy talking. They have zero spatial awareness of customers, one employee is particular pushed passed my friend in a narrow part of the store. Reese, the girl who took our order, was very rude, unprofessional, and we had to constantly repeat ourselves. She was not pleasant to deal with. The employees seem incredibly rude and entitled, our drinks came out a lot later than our food had, and the girl who handed it to us, Ava, didnt even hand it to us. We had to reach over the counter because she would not pass it to us, keeping our ice cream cone and coffee very close to her body. Very unprofessional and lacks the charm of a Chik-fil-a.

Ordered online, came into store, no acknowledgement, order dropped in front of me and walked away, waited about a minute and had to get young ladies attention to get my drink on order, poured drink and walked away, poor brand ambassador for your location

I did drive thru to pick up a mobile app. The food was good but it there was a wait in line for the food. They have remodeled and put in 2 lanes but are only using 1 which makes no sense. It would help if they opened the 2nd lane for pick up or even mobile orders to keep the line down.

We preordered two large catering trays for our son’s birthday party. The receipt clearly said it would be ready at 10:30. When my in-laws arrived at 10:20 to get the food employees let them know they hadn’t even started on the order. My in-laws finally received the order at 11:30. The owner gave my in-laws the food and never apologized or offered to make things right. Unacceptable for a preorder with digital timestamps

Went to pick up order aver i waited for my name at per the chic fila app. No one called my name. No napkins in my bag for a very greasy chicken sandwich.

The new drive thru is terrible. I have waited 20-30 minutes every time. This store needs to take notes from the Ortega store. Mobile orders on the inside lane and on-site in the outside lane. Definitely miss the old, well oiled machine.

Mistakes with the carry out order

Just popped by the drive thru. We choose this particular Chick-fil-A for lunch or dinner once a week. Peak times they will have two long lines for Drive thru. Never fear! The staff is excellent. Lines are always handled with amazing speed! Our order is always hot, complete, correct, and the sauces -even correct. I love their outdoor staff. And the fact the are friendly, so fast, plus the order is hot and correct- that's what I am talking about!! Excellent Chic Fil-A! We will be back! LOVE the mac n cheese. Love the shakes. Love their Chicken! Love the sauce selection! Love they put enough napkins in the bag without having to ask. ❤️

The honey pepper pimento chicken sandwich is all of my dreams in food form. It is literally the BEST sandwich of all time and please never stop making them or my life will lose all meaning. Also…I’ve never been to a chik fil a ANYWHERE where I didn’t receive friendly, fast service EVERY TIME. They have this customer service thing in the bag. I appreciate you guys!

Food is great as always. Service was not super slow. The guys who gave us our food were too busy talking about aqua man and worrying if Jason mamoa would be getting fired than ensuring their paying customer received the correct order. This is why people hold up the entire line to check to see if the food they received is correct before driving off. The whole point of a drive though is for people who are in a hurry to grab food quickly….

i wish i got the name of the kind gentleman who took my order. i was hoping it would be on my receipt but it just says ipad order two. i had forgot vystar froze my account that same day and didn’t have another way of paying for my milkshake. the guy that took my order paid for my shake with no hesitation. i appreciate you so much for that. good karma is coming your way.

The crew needs more customer service specially drive thru crew, this 2 guys completely ignore me, so i just decided to leave and Im not coming back to this place. the one over at middleburg area is way better that this branch.

Less than satisfied with this visit. Our order was messed up and we had to reorder everything. No condiments available and cold fries. Unusual for Chick-fil-A.

Chik-fil-A seems to always have it together. Their people are top-notch as is their food. From the grilled chicken bites and fruit salad I had today, to my usual order, they are consistently great. And everyone is so pleasant and accommodating that it enhances the experience that much more.

Line took forever… fries tasted stale, chicken had no taste

Slowest drive thru. Why have 2 lines for orders when you can only serve one line at a time. Only one person bringing out food. See everyone standing around inside.

Walked in to place a to-go order. Not impressed with the new CFA. The floor was filthy. There are three registers, so the emphasis is on the drive-through and Door Dash/Uber takeout. Hence, service inside is slow. The staff was friendly and polite, the only positive. As to the food. The sandwiches were fine, once I scraped the cheese from th e outside of the box! The chicken noodle soup was barely edible. Obviously, the chicken was a leftover, it tasted old and had an unpleasant smell. The soup was much too salty. So long CFA. I’ll make my own chicken sandwiches going forward.

This place has the BEST food and service ever😌 I’m so sad it is temporarily closed😭 My favorite place to go😌 The workers are so polite and the drive thru is so helpful if you can’t go inside! The playground is amazing!

Ordered on the app for dine in didn't bring my drink with my Order then came back told me they didn't have it. Gave me something else less expensive and didn't give me back the difference until I tracked down the manager
