My day is not complete without a quick visit to Jeremiah’s!

As someone who worked at Jeremiah’s for years, I’m disappointed with whatever management they have. Drive thru line takes way too long even if you’re the only one there, the order has been wrong the past 3 times I’ve been and the employees are not the nicest.

The manager is absolutely horrible. He explained to my sister she could not take a 10 min bathroom break. Not realizing she has a medical condition and needs to go when she has to. Also, he takes advantage of young teens with this being their first job. If you are thinking about allowing your child start here as their first job DONT!!! Sam and her husband are absolutely terrible. They fired her for no good reason at all. Will NEVER go back to this location.

Our first visit and it was great! All the staff were awesome helping us figure out the menu and offering samples. This is a great place to grab a cool treat!

This is the absolute best ice cream I have ever had!!

Very quick food and delicious too. The place is beautiful and very clean. The bathroom is actually clean and doesn't smell awful, which is definitely a plus. The food is super good and was delivered in a few minutes, probably less than that even. The workers were really nice and even though it was packed they were serving great and looked genuinely happy to be there. Bit on the expensive side but that's not exactly their fault inflation be crazy. The leap day discounts are crazy though

they started making it so that ALL students can’t go there after school. The only thing we can do is order then we have to leave. I get that some people did stuff but honestly what did i do? and another thing is that the free sample sign outside is a lie or i just had a bad employee. I asked for a free sample and it isn’t even free anymore i got told that next time i have to buy something in order to get a free sample. the free sample all day everyday sign outside is a lie and false advertising. i’m not even allowed to go to the bathroom.

They have a sign outside that says “free samples all day everyday” but when i went inside with my friend after our club volunteering i asked for a sample so i could see if i wanted to buy anything, i got told that i’m not allowed to get a FREE sample without for sure buying something. and the service there isn’t nice, today i went in to buy something and i told the cashier i was looking at the menu then the lady in the back who was the one that denied me free samples started making comments asking if i’m ordering. they need to learn patience and communication skills.

The young man who served us was funny and sweet. The ice cream/gelato was DELICIOUS. As was the rainbow sprinkles. Very yummy! Price was good for what you get! Yummy!!

I had tried Jeremiah's Italian Ice many years ago at another location (Orange Park), and really enjoyed it! It is certainly something different than most places (having different options and varieties, whether Italian ice, or like a snowcone in a way... Ice cream, or combination of two, The Gelati). I was excited when they had opened this new location, and my family has been hooked when I took them here to try. The service has been excellent, inside the establishment is very nice and inviting, and quality of goods is very good. I greatly enjoy visiting when wanting a treat, and drive through is very convenient as well. Thank you all Jeremiah's in Fleming for great service time and again!

Fleming Island Jeremiah's is clean, the food is yummy, prices are affordable!

The ice cream and Italian ice is amazing but the staff makes it even better. We went last night and the young man that waited on us at the drive thru window was such a nice person and great employee. Such a nice change from a lot of businesses nowadays.

My family and I have always enjoyed Jeremiah’s icees. The app is wonderful and I appreciate the points/freebies, birthday freebies and occasional deals offered. Been going for years and we’ve never been disappointed.This location has great customer service and it is obvious that the employees care about the customers. The best part is the quality and taste of their treats! I highly recommend the p-nutty with chocolate gelato, you won’t be disappointed!

Great treats and great flavors, but that is nothing compared to the owners and staff! Just left there and they didn't have enough of the flavor my wife wanted, so when the next batch is ready, they are going to set hers aside and we will pick it up later when we are going back by anyway.

The staff are always super sweet and you can’t beat cookie butter flavored anything!

When ordering a gelati you get more ice cream than ice. There was barely any strawberry ice just vanilla ice cream. You guys could take some lessons from OP Jerimiah’s on how to properly make a gelati . It’s really a work of art! Customer service at the drive thru window was great though.
