This place is fantastic and efficient for lunch. Once it gets dark, it’s the slowest and most disorganized place I’ve been as far as fast food goes. Sitting at the front of the drive thru for 15+ minutes while waiting for my order I placed online is just painful. Update: dropping to 2 stars. Thoroughly check your order because they don’t know how to properly fill an order. Best part is getting home and my child’s chicken nuggets are missing from the chicken nugget meal. Another update: still don’t come here at night. Unbelievable how inefficient a drive thru line can be. Absolutely painful.

We always love Chick-fil-A. This one was great except they have a mobile line we got in which was completely empty and they made us drive around the building to get in the other long line. The girl should have just take our order and said pull forward into lane 2. It was weird.

The kids working here could learn a thing or two about customer service. Pulled up to an empty drive through besides one car which was being helped by an employee. So I pulled into the empty lane, I sat at the intercom for 5 minutes and nobody spoke a single word to me not even the girl in the other lane. She just helped all the new cars that came after me. So I decided to pull up to the window to hopefully get help there. Instead, I sat there for about 3 minutes while the girls working passed my Jeep multiple times and when they weren’t taking bags to other cars they would just stand and talk to each other not even 2ft from my open window. Not one glance my way until I pulled away kindly letting them know they should work on their customer service. They just giggled as I drove away. In all seriousness, I usually don’t take the Karen route but I was really patient and the whole experience was silly.

Never going to this Chick-fil-A again. Maybe never any others either. Tonight we ordered a grilled chicken sandwich in the drive thru. We were told to pull up into the curbside pick up. We waited for 15 minutes and nothing. My wife then called and said that we were still waiting for our sandwich and asked when it was coming out. A few minutes later a girl comes out and tells me that they are out of grilled chicken. We would have sat out there all night had we not called. I can't believe the incompetence of the staff to not inform us of this sooner. We wasted time waiting for nothing. I asked to speak to the manager and the girl said she would get her. The girl came out a few minutes later and said that her "manager" Kaitlyn refused to come out. Totally unacceptable. The service here used to be so good. Now all the workers hate their job and the customer service is terrible... never again. Just go to Raising Canes. It's better food and the customer service is better as well. Terrible incompetant management and terrible service at this location.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! What used to be the chic fil a to go to in town, has SEVERELEY declined in quality of service. I placed an order online, went through their drive through, checked in, arrived at the drive thru, where at least 6 employees were dealing with the "rush" waited 5 minutes, watched the employees drop somebody else's food, pick it up, and deliver it to the customer. After which I was directed to park, no big deal. Waited 20 more minutes. Still, no big deal, then I noticed that the entire queue of cars was cleared, nobody approached me with the order. So I decided to pull back into the drive thru, to avoid getting ran over. Waited another 10 minutes, witnessed about 6 employees and a manager, all of them just hanging around the drive thru window, on their phones listening to a manager have a nice conversation about multiple batmen, wolverine, yet still, no food. I was then told "your order has already been ran out, there is nothing we can do for you, if you would like to talk to a manager, you will have to come inside. So I headed in to receive the food that I paid for. I went in, asked to talk to a manager, started talking to one, He seemed eager to resolve the issue, then the manager that was at the drive thru decided that she needed to be the one that dealt with me. She proceeded to tell me in the most condescending way, that because her staff had delivered the order to the wrong vehicle, there was nothing that she could do. I waited 40 minutes, for the manager to tell me, "My staff messed up, and I will do absolutely NOTHING to remedy the situation." As she is telling me this, the drive thru employee peaks his head and with the smuggest smile on his face, waves at me. I have never had an experience like this ANYWHERE. This has been the WORST experience I have EVER had with any fast food establishment, much less a chic fil a. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place did not feel like a Chick-fil-A. Every Chick-fil-A I’ve been to has been so professional, helpful, and courteous. This one was anything but. It may be because we showed up later in the evening, after the dinner rush had ended. But employees were just standing around, laughing and chatting with each other and random friends it seemed like. Several tables were a mess and weren’t getting any attention. I’m used to chickfilas where employees are constantly making their rounds and checking if you need anything or need anything thrown away. We never had a single person stop by. We had to go up three different times too because our order was wrong. On top of this, we had an issue come up that we needed help with and we couldn’t get a response from anyone for over a week! This place just doesn’t live up to the Chick-fil-A reputation.

This was my first time at Chick-fil-A I definitely feel like it's more hype than anything the food was okay the employees were pretty impressive all in all it was around a 50/50 experience not good or bad there was probably a total of 10 customers through my entire visit and probably 30 employees I'm not sure if they were just expecting it to be busy but there was a lot of standing around goofing off don't see me really jumping on the Chick-fil-A bandwagon

They don’t do crispy ff any longer. “They took away the button” the fries “are always supposed to come out crispy now” what about the people that don’t like crispy French fries. You can’t uncrisp a French fry. The fires are not crispy enough. I asked them to one more time after I tried and they refused. No button no crispy. No crispy for you!

They have recently incorporated something I have been screaming mostly to myself over the last several years. They created a solution to help customers like me avoid having to sit behind others that didn't order ahead. I often order through apps and 95% of the time that is the case with Chick-fil-A. I want to grab and go. That's the point of ordering ahead. Great job! Other fast food restaurants would do greater service to their customers by reincorporating their first drive thru windows to make a solution to this issue. Almost all of them have a window and they don't use it. Infuriating!

It's hard to go wrong with the Chick-fil-A breakfast. I like to deconstruct their Sausage Biscuit - this requires leaving off the American cheese, but I don't miss the flavor! I then add pineapple red pepper jelly that I bring with me on the biscuits, and eat the sausage and egg separately.

Food takes FOREVER to come out. I ordered an iced coffee at 5pm because I work overnight shifts… well the coffee tasted TERRIBLE. I figured maybe I just got a bad batch because it was late. The more I drank it, I started feeling queasy and sick. Turns out, THEY GAVE ME COFFEE CONCENTRATE. COFFEE CONCENTRATE WITH A FEW SPLASHES OF MILK. I am beyond upset, I cannot fall asleep at all because of such a high dose of caffeine. I nearly vomitted. I also have ordered my sandwiches with no tomato, I open the sandwich… tomato. Okay whatever, I call the store they promise to make it right. I think this is an amazing response, so I go to pick up another one, even AFTER explaining the situation and my allergy at the drive through again to ENURE there’s no tomato… TOMATO IS ON MY REPLACEMENT SANDWICH. so disappointed with this location.

There’s an older lady that works there and maybe you know her if you go regularly like me . Not sure if she’s the manager or an employee but all I know is she’s the only one that is holding that restaurant together, she’s the only kind one. Not only kind but very efficient and just overall amazing at her job! I always get happy when I see her working because I know that my order isn’t gonna get messed up. Not saying the other workers there aren’t kind but some of them on the later shifts have an attitude here and there, and I get it’s the end of their shift but it’s not that hard to be nice..also I’ve noticed when she’s not working, my order usually gets messed up, not once but multiple times. The employees there definitely need to get trained by her so they can be as good as her! This location also needs to work on mobile orders, everytime me or my boyfriend order through the app they always forget something every single time. Anyways great location !

My family and I always love the food from Chik-fil-A. But for whatever reason, this location is being managed very poorly evident by our orders being messed up on a regular basis, now almost every time we go there. A few times they've neglected to give us 1 or 2 items and lately it's been 3 or more and most recently they've completely messed up orders where we're not getting many things we ordered, getting the wrong ones and just overall a poor ordering experience. While they do what they can to fix their mistakes, there are far more mistakes here that it's not worth ordering from here anymore. Poorly managed, poor training, and while they strive to be fast, that comes at the cost of service and accuracy.

The redesigned drive thru is a catastrophic failure. The location was once convenient for us to grab food on the way home, but now it takes 40 minutes at best for "fast food" while navigating the gridlock. We gave it another try last night and there has been no improvement. Still chaos. Not going back. Frankly, I won't even go to the neighboring restaurants because of the Chick-fil-A traffic that has impacted access to/from Chipotle, Slap Fish, etc.

I'm not sure what happened to the operations here, but things are on a steady decline. The poor drive thru workers are wandering around the entire line trying to find the right car while people are waiting in line for 30-45 minutes. Mobile thru was quick for a while, but the last time I was there I still spent 40 minutes literally trapped in the line. The staff are still nice and polite, but they seem powerless in this queue situation. Please go back to first in first out or figure out why things are so disorganized.

I placed a breakfast order thru the app, picked up the order thru the drive thru, when I was about 50 miles away from the restaurant I noticed that the employees did not include utensils for the scramble egg bowls and also a couple of food items were missing. The sad part is that these missing items were printed on the label attached to the bag, but were not in the bag. Attention to detail is the key for success.

Went through the drive through for 2 milkshakes, and it took forever. The mobile app line had no one in it (never does), and rhey delivered orders to cars 3rd or 4th in line, which meant they sat there with their food getting cold, and no one could leave until rhe first car got their food. Service from the kid workers was unprofessional. One girl came out yelling at a truck, "WHAT'S YOUR PROBLEM??" Don't plan on going back much. Drive through used to be great, now it's awful.

Not even in the same ball park. God forbid you try and get it fixed and you wait absurdly long. It’s really unfortunate because they used to be great. I would avoid if you can. I deleted a 5 star review I made about 2 years ago, because the service has gone down hill. After I got home I realized that the chicken minis were missing, and left to go back and get them, I had placed my order before the close of breakfast, and when I arrived back, I told the lady behind the counter and the manager came over. I was told that the minis were done for the morning and they could either refund me or give me a different item. I took my phone out to see what my wife wanted (since these were for her), and in the meantime told her that I would like the item that I already had paid for because I was there for almost 20 minutes waiting when I went through the drive through initially, and she just repeated herself. That was the interaction, no apology for the item missing, no recognition that I had to drive back while my food was getting cold at home. I wasn't mad when I walked in, I was definitely annoyed, but this is a simple mistake - one I've made before so no big deal... Until the manager came up to address the issue and made me feel like a problem they have to put up with rather than a person who they needed to help. Also - I get being stringent about "No we don't cook that after this time" but I paid for that item, and you failed to give it to me. The item can still very much be cooked - you can't lie about it because it's not like I've never had a friend work at a chick-fil-a - You CAN cook those after breakfast is done, and you should when it's your staff making a mistake. Especially since it was 10:45 when I got back, it's not like I showed up at noon trying to make them cook me eggs. As an extra note the kids play area smells awful every time my son wants to play in there. I avoid going into the restaurant - which is very clean - just to avoid going in there and dealing with the smell.

This chick-fil-a used to be our favorite. Used to be super clean. Service is still great. Employees are friendly, service is fast, but post covid, the cleanliness has declined significantly. The tables are often dirty, and the floors are slick with grease. I'm a bit reluctant to go here even though we used to eat Chick-fil-A 1x a week.

This location was good at its speed like all the others but since they changed their drive thru the speed has gone way down and it don't seem to make since how they hand out everyone's food thats ready down the drive thru lane but yet your stuck there if the person first in line still hasn't got there's . The food still is good just very bad on their drive thru set up.

This is always the busiest Chick-fil-A I've ever seem: with up to 3 drive thru lanes running simultaneously at times. Despite the congestion, they tend to move people thru quickly, but it can cause delays depending on when different customers' orders come out. Still the king of fast food chicken, though, and the employees are always polite and helpful as one expects at CFA.

Check your orders when using drive thru on paseo 2nd time this week got home and found out order was missing items! How frustrating Some 16 yr old kid answered the phone asking if it was convenient to return to the store? Never again i’ll find another one or just tell my kid he really doesn’t anything from there cause they can’t bother to check the orders before they pass them out

I have never been to another Chickfila location that has gotten my order wrong period, but this location has given me the wrong items on three separate occasions now (both curbside and delivery). The menu isn't that big - it shouldn't be difficult to fulfill orders correctly.
