Chick-Fil-A is always delicious. This place was very clean and everyone was very friendly.

Very busy place, but the service was top notch for how much was going on. Staff was professional and friendly as well; very accommodating. Thank you for a good experience while being out for work related travel!

Tonight, I visited Chick-fil-A just before closing time and had an exceptional experience. Wayne greeted me with a warm smile and served me the most beautifully crafted ice cream cone I have ever seen. It was a true testament to his dedication to quality, even at the end of a long day. Additionally, Ben was incredibly kind and courteous while taking my payment, making the entire transaction smooth and pleasant. Their exemplary customer service has certainly made me a loyal customer. Thank you, Wayne and Ben, for going above and beyond!

Just left chickfila got all the way to work and started eating my fries..about to bite into my sandwich and flipped it over to see this. Don’t know what it is but I had to drive all the way back there for another sandwich. I was offered a free milkshake but I’m lactose intolerant..my meal would’ve been a great alternative since I made two trips…Quality control..pls check items being sent out. First time ever receiving a bad item..I still love chickfila.

While I'm still not a fan on losing the Play area, this place is a great Chick-fil-A to go to. OLD REVIEW: This place has become lame since they renovated their building to become less child friendly. Now, unless they have a specific event going on, we avoid going here. We diverted our Chick-fil-A meals to another location, one that still cares about the children. You guys failed the families around the area!

I used to really like this location, but lately the chicken quality has not been the same. The nuggets seem to have a consistency problem. I’ve tried calling back when my order is messed up, but the time it takes to reach someone, is not worth it.

STOP JUKING YOUR STATS!!! We frequent this location ALOT. The past few months the staff have been routinely marking orders complete in the app before they are actually complete. Originally thought it was a curbside issue so I started doing walk-in pickup. Same issue, app will still say order is ready and you walk in and still waiting 10-15 minutes in their tiny little waiting area. Only thing I can think of is that they are juking their stats so the app doesn’t list a long wait time when ordering!

As usual for Chick-fil-A the food was cooked perfectly and the service was excellent. The driver through movers very quickly.

This is the SLOWEST Chick-fil-A. I have come numerous times and there are long lines. Today I am here to pick up a catering order and was told it would be another 10 minutes. 30min later still waiting on an order I placed in advance.😑

The slowest chick fil a and they only do breakfast in the morning there’s no excuse other stores can makes lunch at breakfast and are still faster than this place

For fast food this is a great place. Lines are kinda long for drive-thru. However, if you go in, you can usually be served faster and it's a nice atmosphere and very clean.

You don't go to Chick-fil-A for the atmosphere, you go for the chicken! I like the strips, the wraps, and the amazing lemonade, which is equally amazing in the light version. Lots of sauces to choose from, substitute sides when you need to, and the drive through service is smooth during busy times.

Just your regular Chick Fil A, like always the drive thru was packed, so I had to wait a long time for my food. Another time when I came I ordered online, and it took 20 minutes less than the drive thru. I definitely recommend ordering online. The service was pretty nice like always. The food was good like usual, especially the chicken sandwich and fries. Overall it is a fine to good Chick Fil A.

Love this particular chick fil a. We went to this one for years from the time it opened until we recently moved out of the area. So disappointing, my family and I love chick fil A and are accustomed to receiving hot, fresh food however, this evening we were served stale fries, luke warm sandwiches and a 30 piece nugget that looked and tasted like they scrapped the gristle from the fryer (not exaggerating). FYI- we used the app to order our meal and they aren’t supposed to begin preparing it until we arrive in the parking lot so maybe they just disregarded that rule this time… I’m not sure, but if this is the quality of food they will be serving then we might as well just go back to McDonald's. At least McD’s fries were always hot! You need to do better chick fil A!

Crowded! I went inside because the drive thru line was long. It was way faster, which was great. Unfortunately, I got a spicy chicken sandwich instead of the regular. I should've taken it back, but I ate it anyway. Broke out in a sweat! 🔥🔥🔥

Great location. Staff is very friendly and they always get my mobil orders correct! Like any other location, it's very busy and long line for drive thru. However, they usually have 1 or 2 staff outside taking orders which make the line move much faster. All in all, love this place!

I've been coming here for 15 years since I work near this Chic Fil A. I usually alway have a good experience here. The staff is friendly and cordial. Especially the managers. They know me by 1st name most times. Only thing that is disappointing is that they've cut the chicken in half and it is way thinner than they used to be. And the chicken strips are half the length now. While steady raising the prices. And disappointed that you have to spend way more points to get cheaper items..ridiculous. Ordered a Cobb salad HOLD the hard boiled eggs since I’m allergic. Whatdoyaknow, there’s one tiny boiled egg hiding under the lettuce. I’m on a work trip and staying at a hotel with no car. Thank god I didn’t forget my epipen. All the staff seemed hard working, competent, caring people. Maybe the problem is the need for even more star due to how busy the place was on a Tuesday at 3pm. Perhaps corporate leadership could spare a fraction of their TOTALLY EARNED bonuses to hiring more front of staff employees. They’re the ones making the money for those bonuses anyway \_0_/

Parking lot is not worth the hassle! Worth driving to another chick fil a. Especially if your at lunch. Even if u order on the app it will take you at least 20 minutes because of the parking lot.

Ahh, lunch time! Jamming out to the tunes and let's go to Chick fil A for some lunch. While in line, I noticed the drive thru attendent came all the way around the corner to serve the car waiting in line before me, so I naturally roll down my window to expect the same service. Not so much. I round the corner and three attendants are conversing about jibber jabber while I'm sitting there patiently waiting to place my order. After realizing, "Oh, there's someone wanting to put in an order!", the you lady (seemingly interrupted by my presence) doesn't greet me, and gets my name wrong. Seemingly insignificant things but the EXPECTATIONS was set by the young man that serviced the car ahead of me, way around the corner. Thank God for the cashier and the attendant that handed me my food cause they reminded me of why I enjoy the service at Chick fil A in the first place. However, that INITIAL INTERACTION could use some work. Food great! Service, could be improved.

Its a good Chick-fil-A, on par with the majority of them. Nothing above and beyond here, just good chicken sandwiches with friendly service. Parking lot is tight and it gets packed, be forewarned.

The food was standard Chick-fil-A taste and quality. Cashier was friendly and efficient. My food was ready quickly. Two different servers approached my table with two different shakes asking if I had ordered one, which I hadn't. This is no problem to me, except if I had ordered a shake. The first server continued promptly on his quest, but the second server stopped to talk to two of her co-workers or friends sitting at a nearby table for a good five minutes, shake in hand, before she had found the shake's owner. The floor was exceptionally sticky near the cashier's area.

Never have I every had to wait 36 minutes in a drive thru . What happened here is ridiculous no apology nothing. $16.81 for 12 grilled nuggets fries and a shake . You have to ask for eating utensils even after you say yes they still forget to put them in the bag . Some advice when someone orders grilled nuggets give them a fork they are not finger food .

We went around 1230 on a weekday and waited in the line about 15 mins to get our food so overall not bad at all

Pretty standard and consistent as far as chic-fil-A's go. Went through the drive-thru with the family; ordered a large set of meals; got through quickly. It was jam-packed but got through the line. Super speedy and without any issue.

Probably one of the worst and slowest Chick-fil-A in Maryland. I ordered a large order over 50$ and every meal was wrong. I was on hold for an hour and no response to help my error. Not only do they take much longer than local Chick-fil-A in Laurel (though it should be Columbia Fulton area) they mess up orders. They can not work under pressure but supposedly a fast food restaurant. The two in Laurel would NEVER take as long as this one and NEVER make errors. Chick-fil-A shows it's franchised owned, best to drive few miles down the street to an owner who actually knows how to run it's store. I called few times to speak to store manager about my multiple visits with errors, all I get is a promise I'll be called back.

The staff looks like mostly high school students but they do a great job. Reasonably fast service despite how busy this location is. Very welcoming and friendly even if you don't order food. Food quality is consistently good.

Great customer service and experience

Very customer friendly employees. I used the Drive-thru and even though the line was fairly long, it went fast. I like the chicken sandwich with a strawberry shake. The potato fries are good with the Chik-fil-A sauce.

Slow drive through, we should have just walked in. Otherwise it was a regular fantastic experience at Chick-fil-A. P.S. Check your sauces - ordered the honey roasted BBQ and got honey mustard. Honest mistake but it sucks when you find out later.

One of my other fave chickie spots! They are not rude and extremely kind! Other locations tend to make you feel unappreciated, at this location you feel good spending your hard earned money here.

It's Chick-fil-A ... what more can you say

I liked ordering on the app and selecting a table number and my order magically appeared about 10 minutes later.

This Chick-fil-A used to be my go-to. Now it's just sub-par. My biggest complaint is curbside is ALWAYS CLOSED. Two weeks ago it was a sunny 65-degree day, with not a cloud in the sky, and the curbside take-out was closed AGAIN. I asked why and no one could tell me why. The asst manager said MAYBE a staffing issue. The curbside services has been highly inconsistent for over a year. This has happened so many times! The last two times this happened my fries were not fresh. The whole reason why you go to Chick-fil-A is their CUSTOMER SERVICE ("my pleasure") AND FRESH FOOD. Without those two things I might as well go to Popeyes! If I want Chick-fil-A I now drive to Dobbin or Laurel Route One location.

Fast and courteous service at this location. Very busy at lunch time during the work week, but consistently good food and service makes this Chik-fil-A a popular lunch spot.

Chick-fil-A service is exceptional

3 times I ordered a Cobb salad with grilled chicken/no bacon. 3 times I received fried chicken /with bacon. I even went inside to order from manager . My order was still wrong. Label on top is correct , but they put the wrong salad inside box ?

It's not their fault for only getting a 4. The lines are just too long no matter what time of day you go

Extremely busy and a complete cluster mess of vehicles, but besides that, it’s your typical Chick Fil A. Don’t try going at normal lunch time if you’re at work - you’ll never have enough time to order, pick up, & eat in your break time. A coworker ordered from Uber eats and I was at the restaurant getting my own food so he asked me to grab his as well… They would not release his order to me, even upon showing them his receipt and speaking to him through my phone. That was odd, what’s the big deal? Breakfast time seems to be much better.

As always, this franchise never disappoints. This location was one of the nicest and cleanest ones I have been to.

Tiny drive-thru. If you have a full size it can be a little tight. The workers are nice. But lacking compared to many other chick-fil-a.

Very friendly, good food and always fast

I bit into my chicken sandwich and it was not fully cooked. I took the sandwich back and a worker showed it to his manager. The worker then came back and offered to refund my money for the sandwich only, not the full meal (until I suggested it). The manager never even turned around to look at me. They didn’t even offer a coupon for the inconvenience after a frequent customer had to take time away from work, and burn additional fuel to drive back to their restaurant and bring back food that wasn’t cooked. They barely wanted to refund the full meal. This same chick-fil-a also forgot to put fries in my bag and put the wrong cheese on my sandwich last week and I didn’t feel like going back for them to correct the mistake. Not to mention last month when they forgot to put bacon on my sandwich, never complained about it or any other instance when they under performed. Today was the last straw. Poor service. I won’t be back. Plenty of other restaurants near Maple Lawn. Also you guys have kids outside in the freezing cold taking orders for minimum wage. Bring those kids inside during the winter. This place appears to be more concerned with giving a bunch of customers bad service really quickly than delivering quality service while also making your employees happy. The young lady who took my order outside didn’t look too happy and I can’t blame her because it was freezing. That little heater isn’t doing anything. Do better.
