I went inside to place a take out order, the cashier taking my order was not only unfriendly, she rolled her eyes when I corrected myself on what sauces I needed. Made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Will think twice before going back to that Chick-fil-A.

The drive thru situation at this location is awful. I am concerned for safety. The car line gets wrapped around twice, cannot get to parking places, feels dangerous to walk from spaces to inside if you xan access and backing out to leave is nearly impossible. Having employees stand outside taking orders, delivering orders to cars not yet at yhe main window only worsens the issue because cars are just in chaos. I do not understand why the management of this location allows this to continue.

There is just something different with chick that I'm crazy for!! It's out of my way, had to cross the street from 3 other places. My choice was you!

Texas Pete on the grilled nuggets is my favorite healthy choice 😋

The worst chick fil a I have ever been to. Food took restaurant timing at a fast food place. I was the only one in line and I mobile ordered. Worst customer service. Everything was horrible and bad. Drive 8 min up the road to the other cfa to save yourself a headache.🤕

Waited 22 minutes on a mobile carry out order while cars in the drive thru came after me waited in line and still got their food before I got my mobile order.

This location is by far the worse I have ever been to. A majority of the staff is rude with the exception of a few. Their machine to accept payments is never working and when you go through the app they make mistakes. I experience this multiple times.

Well I ordered two meals before closing and they forgot a large fry that went with one of the meals and then when I called it was like no big deal to them well I went there for fries, and to me it's a huge deal and they said they were closing and I would have to come back the next day Wich I did but like u forgot my fries u should be driving them to me somehow someway to get me my food I paid for like there was no urgency at all wich really makes me mad . Come on two meals gets two fries one plus one is two . Come on ppl I didn't ask for steak and lobster dinner for two like let's get it right.

My food was cold, the restaurant was filthy, the bathroom had no towels.

Smallest tenders I’ve ever seen from Chick-fil-A .. not tenderized , 4 ct tender and I can fit 2 sauces inside the box .. undercooked fries .. to many kids and not enough leaders keeping quality

Little annoyed I just paid 20.00 for a DoorDash delivery from this location. My sauces were not included. I went to my car to see if I by chance had an extra in there ( I did not ) there was a chick fil a delivery driver I happened to run into and asked if they had any extra sauces. They did not. Boo.😒 Update- Places another order today, sandwich was incorrect but they didn’t forget my sauces.

I wish they would get it right with the food quality

Wow. What a horrible experience. Not the service I have grown accustomed to at chick fil a. Everyone was working at a snails pace and seemed very unhappy to be there. They had one guy at the register and 4 people behind him stocking. They didn’t even acknowledge anyone coming up to the counter for requests. They had to be waved down. We were served cold chicken strips and it took a long time to get them remade. I didn’t even get a drink refill because I didn’t want to wait 20 min for the guy at the register to have a second to do it. I’ve literally never seen a collective group move soooooo slow. It was agonizing. Never going back to this location

Food was fresh, staff was friendly and restaurant was clean, what else can you expect really?

You would think by now that you would have a well oiled machine, as for the lines for the drive thru. Good food but needs work on the drive thru line and make it faster.

I went through the drive through in a thunderstorm. They had an overhang to protect from rain when ordering and pay/pickup windows. Very nice. Food is basically the same with polite service. Chick-fil-A is always a good places when you're in a hurry.

Playground reopened!!! Thank you!!!! 5 stars Kids have been in the car for over an hour and are hungry and hungry. “How about chic-fil-a?!” “Yay!!!!” Pull into the parking lot and they see the 2 story playground!! “Yay!!”” This is fantastic because they NEED to play and stretch their legs. Only find out when we get inside that the playground is closed with the excuse of “current times.” 🙄 Everyone knows you just don’t want to bother with cleaning it. Please, please, please 🙏 reopen the playground!

Always good food and service. It can be easy to get through here, or it can take 30 minutes or more. That's not really something the property can control, as they've done renovations to improve the experience and flow, but they are just so popular!

Poor management. Both managers seamed to be to busy gossiping about other employees than helping with the line. The employee that helps with take out pick up etc was extremely rude! She didn't seam like she wanted to work. She kept trying to give food to other customers and when I had to step in to find out where my order was she and the manager was talking loudly about how rude the customers are and I was mind blown. I will be contacting corporate. Management is horriable!!!!

Order was slightly wrong. Wrong dressing for the salad but it was a to go order so I didn't notice anything until back at the house. The restaurant had a couple trash cans out of service. The service was okay for appearing to have nobody over 20 years old haha.

Came to this Chick Fil a at exactly 3:36:35 and loved it, it was the best chicken I've ever had and love the management they were awesome! Thank you Chick Fil a. P.S. Gus is the best Chick Fil a owner ever!

Maybe it was the time of day, or even the day of the week, but this Chick-fil-A didn't seem to be firing on all cylinders during my visit. The staff seemed to be overwhelmed and were utilizing the shotgun formation to battle the front counter business. I did only get an ice cream cone and a chocolate shake (don't judge) but the wait time still felt too long for Chick-fil-A standards. I've got to admit, I'm not a huge Chick-fil-A diner, so I can't say anything about the food. However, I have been through their service line more times than I care to explain for friends, family, and especially my kids. This visit will not discourage a return visit. I do see myself dining at this location again sometime soon.

Food was fine. I think it's so weird when there's a person taking your order instead of the normal set up. I feel so much more pressured to make a choice!! The employees were friendly overall though.

Consistently the slowest and worst Chick Fil A in St. Pete/Clearwater. This has gone on for multiple years. If you are close, go to the 4th street location.

For a store that is very busy I was happy with the service and food. My family and I have never had a unpleasant experience at this location.

Bread for sandwiches are always dry and not warmed, and they always add napkins and sauces on top of your large fries…. I asked for large fries not a large fry filled half way with added sauces and napkins on top that fill half of the fry container….

Erik was the salesperson/cashier, and did a great job for both me and my guest, helping to make us feel welcomed because he was courteous and thoughtful, in the proud tradition of Chick-fil-A, I was glad I stopped for dinner. Eric brought the food to the counter for my guest and a young lady brought the food to the counter for me and I was impressed both by their punctuality as well as their smiles as we were handed our food.

Always fresh, hot “Jesus” chicken! It’s also so nice to ask for all of the sauce I want without them charging for each individual one!!! I’ve never been here and not had fantastic service and they get the order correct every single time!

Easy stop on the way to the airport.

The drive thru is slow! Waited in the line 20 minutes, hadn't even got around the building, to the menu board to order. Got out of the line, on my lunch break.

The nuggets got so small that might as well call them MINI NUGGETS. Andrew Cathy destroyed chick fil a when he took over smaller portions and higher prices all they care about is money 🤑💰 not the customers

The food is great. The false advertisement sucks. They show a picture of this large drink…. Serve you a small drink…. Sure you are charged for a large.

Slow to get food. Tons of people waiting for food makes it super uncomfortable atmosphere eating with people standing next to your table waiting for their food. Took 20 minutes to get a salad and fries. This location has 4 registers and only 1 person taking orders. I’m not sure I would come back to this location and drive to the next Chick-Fil-A location.

I don’t recommend this location, especially if you’re on a timed lunch break. You can’t park because the 2-lane drive-thru is blocking the road, so there’s like 10 empty sparking spaces because no one can get to them. If you drive around the building you might get lucky and find a couple, but then you can’t get out because the cars from the drive-thru are blocking the exit. I made a mobile order for dine-in. Couldn’t enter the table number as requested, because all the numbers on the tables have been peeled off. It took about 13 mins for my name to be called to pick up food, that’s fine. But it was missing an item and took another 10 mins to get someone’s attention to let them know an item was missing. By then my food that was already lukewarm when I received it, was almost cold. I definitely won’t be back

This location has been going more and more downhill. Teenagers taking orders wearing headphones and not listening to the person taking the order or even putting the order in wrong. I had to start going inside to get my order correct till now seeing they are more focused on getting the drive thru cars out than getting the food to the people inside at a decent time. I’ll just go down the road to another location.

Been here 3 different times and will definitely be the last, never faster than 30 minutes. Place is an absolute joke, slowest chick fila in the world and they could care less. Just sat in line for over 20 minutes and line never moved on top of the 15 minutes before that. Already paid for my order and got out of line anyway

This was horrible..I did delivery and this food, well, the fries were old looking and rubbery and the spicy chicken sandwich had been refried to the point it was almost burnt..the mac n cheese was no doubt from the day before. Waste of my money!! 30.00 bucks for something going straight in the trash. Milkshake was the only doable thing..but a small for over 4 bucks..smh

Ordered a 12 ct chicken nugget meal and they gave no 0 sauce’s and raw nuggets. It was disgusting 🤮🤢. I love chick fil a but this has turned me off for a long time. It’s gonna take a long time to forget the look of the nugget.

I’ve been to this Chick-fil-A a couple of times. Both times I had to wait 15-20+ minutes in the drive through. This location badly needs a remodel. Single lane drive through outdated-looking speaker and menu. Wish they would have people outside taking orders. Overall the people are nice and the food is good like always, but the wait times are not usual for Chick-fil-A.

This has to be the WORST CFA ever!!!! A couple times I’ve ordered from here and I would order a large fry. They would give me a large fry that had normal sized fries at the top and then CRUMBS and broken pieces of fries at the bottom. But TODAY was IT for me!! I ordered a CFA- sandwich and added pepper jack cheese, WHICH IS A CHARGE FOR THE CHEESE…and what did they give me?…. A CFA SANDWICH WITH NO CHEESE….. They NEVER answer their phones so how are they supposed to correct customers problems. TODAY IS SATURDAY 03/23/2024 I would have went back but I was too far by the time I noticed their ERROR!! I will be up there MONDAY 03/25/2024 and I WILL get it rectified. Smh, THE WORST OF THE WORST CFA’s!!!

Could you please always good a good place to go to the reason why I rate this one with three stars is that every time I've been there they always forget something I mean the people that are nice and like to go above and beyond to try to make sure that you have a good visit there but every time I've gone they always forget something and I think it's a little frustrating especially when I live in St Petersburg but honestly other than that the food's good the service is good clean

It's hit or miss with the breakfast food as the bread is stale/hard at times. The Drive thru is horrible almost every morning, not sure about other times of the day. I have spent upwards of 15+ minutes waiting in it. The line at times makes it difficult for cars to maneuver through the parking lot.

I never thought I would find anything negative about Chick fil a. I have always respected the fact that no matter what store you step into you get the same treatment. I don't know if it's because they are understaffed or they just didn't get the standard customer service lecture that other stores have. I never heard one employee say my pleasure, someone in a great shirt( management) walked passed a customer 3 times before the lady stopped her, asking for a refill. And I also heard someone greet a customer with" hey, what can I get you?" My feelings are so hurt, I guess more my pride cuz we respect this company for holding on to their morals, this just hurts😞

This is the slowest Chik-Fil-A I have ever visited. Waited nearly 25min for a Sausage McMuffin. The drive thru doesn't move except every 7min. Even though they take your order when you 1st pull in. I am used to having a wait at CFA, but this is uncharacteristic. Something is wrong here.

This is the dirtiest chick fil a i've ever been to, and they got my order wrong as well, the salad they did give me looked old, and the tomatoes which i asked to be left off looked swollen an rotten. Ended up just asking for a refund because i was so worried i would get sick.

We got option 2 meal. Chicken was super salty and overcooked, besides fries potato was no cooked completely.

Awesome CFA just be VERY cautious if your coming east off the interstate as you can't turn right @ the light go down to the gas station light turn right & follow hat back airport road keep in mind if you stop or park its no tresspassing so just keep it movin the other precaution is the parking lot is set up a bit odd but other than that absolutely awesome crew 🤓

I come here for chicken nuggets and chicken sammiches. Don't sleep on that sauce selection it's a variety. Now keep in mind they get 4 stars but mostly because they are always nice, it's always quick, and unlike other drive thru chicken sandwich places I never really get a dry piece in my order. If I did I'm sure they would just give me a replacement. Thanks for getting this far.

I always have a great experience at Chick-fil-A one particular day I DoorDash they just forgot my sauces and to upgrade my fries. The manager I spoke with I wish I could remember his name. He was so nice and so friendly and very patient because I was whispering at work lol And this is why I do not mind spending my money with Chick-fil-A. I have a great experience every time they just forgot something minor and sent me to gift cards.

My family and I ordered food from this location on the way out of town January 13th 2024, and I WILL NEVER order from there again! My food had a DEEP FRIED PALMETTO BUG!!!!! I am truly traumatized from it! And when we called, NO solution was given. NO help was given. I have photo proof of it too! Absolutely disgusted! I could understand if was alive (as it could've gotten into the nuggets box before bagging, BUT IT WAS FRIED!!!!!!! THAT IS HOW YOU GET SICK!!!!!!!

Ordered a Cobb salad w/o corn. The chicken was not that good. It was so much breading on the chicken not what I prefer. I ordered it to go.

Attempted to park my vehicle to walk inside and inadvertently got stuck in what was apparently one of the drive thru lines for five minutes?! Mind you there were NO indicators that it was a drive thru line. I'm assuming it gets so busy that people have to form their own second line. Proceeded to watch vehicles that were parked have a very difficult time leaving their spaces and exit the parking lot. Fix your mess.

The line is always long but what else is new when you visit a CFA! Regardless of the wait times in the evenings, which is to be expected, the service is always above and beyond! The food is always fresh! And the staff are always pleasant!

Every time I go to this location it’s always the same old song and dance. Both of my sandwiches the breading consistency and flavor don’t add up to the other 5 location. The bread is always to thick and dry and definitely not soft- it’s like the runt of the 5 stores. I’m full but didn’t enjoy what I know how it’s supposed to taste . Dry chicken dry bread no butter on the bread - I should learn from my mistakes so here’s the revised statement- on 12/29/23 at 5pm I went in and ordered a number one with a large sweet tea- there wasn’t a clean table in the entire restaurant- I went to the man with the Tie ( manager) probably 17 years old - and he looked at me and said nothing and looked lost - so I’m eating in my tractor trailer and of course the sandwich is 100% dry and the fries 🍟 are soggy - this place is not worthy of it’s branded name

Drive thru torturously slow. We usually have 4 kids on the car and they often get 3 out of 4 right.

Ordered on the app for a carry out order, and walked in after the app said my food was already prepared. It was evening and there were only two other patrons in the restaurant so I figured it'd be a quick experience. A group of employees (5-6) were gathered around talking about their holiday party as I stood and watched no one prepare my food. About 10 minutes passed, and I got my drinks, while still waiting for anyone to touch the food. Finally, they brought out our food, and it was missing an entire kids meal. The whole thing took 20+ minutes, when it should have taken 5 from the time I walked in.

No one acknowledged me standing at the counter waiting for an order. Upon picking up a delivery order, they gave the order to the wrong person & refused to remake the order. Causing me to miss out on a $10 tip, & my customersorder had to be canceled. The cashier was extremely rude & took no accountability of her mistake, which not only affected me but my customer as well. This location needs to get it together & learn their job, & some manners while they're at it. Bad job this morning Chick-fil-A, bad job.

I did not think Chick-fil-A could do no wrong. Not at this store. 3 sisters walked in together ahead of me 15 minutes later I ordered and 10min. later was told they were out of all the items I ordered and had to take chicken biscuits or wait for chicken nuggets. This store is near the airport and I was on my way for a flight and after 25 minutes that didn't seem to matter. Chick-fil-A can and does do better but not at this store. On the plus side the biscuit was good.
