Food was awful. Could not eat my cinnamon crunch bagel. It was hard as a rock as well as burnt black all around the edges bacon, turkey bravo sandwich has come to my house for the last three days as if they are running out of bread and they pick the last two pieces of bread to make the sandwich, just order from another Panera bread. because if you try to call to complain, no one is going to answer the phone.

Manager refused to give me a refund, was verbally hostile, and threw my breakfast at me in the drive thru. All I got was a pathetic $20 Panera credit. I asked when the souffles came out. A woman said they're good until 11a. That didn't make sense considering it was 8:30ish and they're only good for 2 hours!! So, I ordered one and a bear claw. I realized that the souffle was NOT fresh. They reheated/burned souffles from when they opened (which is 6:30a). I know what a hot, out of the oven temperature is. I order these all the time and for years. They are going to kill someone vulnerable (ex. elderly/children/immunocompromised) and make people sick with food poisoning!! If the woman had told me the truth, I just would have not ordered one. Simple as that. The manager stated, "I don't like being called a liar. Those were fresh out the oven." I said most definitely not. I never once called her names as she stated I did. I was cool, calm, and collected the entire time. She was unprofessional, hostile, aggressive, immature, and had zero class. I stayed in the drive thru line until other cars came. The manager refused to give me a refund and threw my breakfast at me which landed on the ground. This woman should be fired. What if someone orders a hot beverage and this unstable manager throws it at a customer? This location is surrounded by professionals and affluent neighborhoods. We should not be subjected to ghetto behavior like this. I could literally hear her staff yelling at the manager to give me a refund! It was as simple as that, but the manager had a tantrum because her ego couldn't handle the truth. I fear for her staff if this is how she treats customers! Also, this location is the WORST Panera bakery I have ever been to in terms of quality of the food as well. I have never had a bear claw taste so terrible. It was like it was made with regular flour instead of pastry flour or something. It was heavy and gross. The souffles were terrible too. Again, something wrong with the flour portion of it. If I had known this location was filthy (I read the reviews), I never would have ordered from here. Who cares about drive thru convenience when the food is awful and unsanitary? I'll just walk into a real Panera.

The restaurant was really clean, the staff was friendly and as always the food is exceptional! Boyfriend got the toasted Italiano and new Mexican street corn chowder and loved it! I went with my classic broccoli cheddar and grilled chicken ceasar, both on the you pick two menu. Thanks for a great dinner y’all

Lazy girl at the register said no menu to actually look at anywhere in the store , so how do i see what you have for sale so stupid and lazy .

Great place for breakfast lunch or dinner. Great salads great soups and breads. Jessie the manager is awesome. Always there to help. This is the best panera bread l have been too.

The food might be great, the personel, not so much. They would say unnecessary comments when picking up. I'll avoid interacting with them directly next time.

This is by far my favorite Panera location…I go most mornings for my lattes, which are always made perfectly. The employees are very well trained and always friendly. It’s obvious how the manager, Jessica, loves her job. When I order my lunch to go on the app after having my latte, they will even bring it over to me at my table. It seriously makes a great start to my day by stopping at this location and leaving happy.

I've gotten take out multiple times from this location first thing in the morning. The woman who appears to be the shift manager, works hard but rarely have I experienced her smiling or actually polite. This morning for example, she opened the doors for several customers waiting for 6:30 am. She never acknowledged us. She opened the doors and just walked in without even a slight acknowledgement. This is not the first time. When ordering, basic responses like thank you, have a nice morning, or even you're welcome are phrases she doesn't know or refuses to say. I believe in about a half dozen times, I've only seen an attempted half smile for about two seconds. She's obviously good at her job, because she's been there for a bit, but a sunnier disposition, or just a mild attempt at being friendlier wouldn't hurt. With so many other locations available or donut places, it may just be time to avoid this location. On a separate note, it wouldn't hurt to also have her tell a customer that the Bagel pack with two tubs of cream cheese is cheaper then just a baker's dozen. Considering I left a tip for her, it definitely feels like this location got over over me this time. I'll be okay though, and I hope she can find a bit more joy in life than what my interactions with her have shown.

The food is great the service is excellent always. The limited amount of times I come here BUT I will not come by for 3 months and the same people are sitting in the same spots for hours and hours - its strange and uncomfortable. They should have a time limit. Is it a restaurant or a library. :)

There was so little.food on that big fat bread I felt robbed. Too bad they didnt just hold a gun to my head lime a regular robber. There was 2 lousy pieces of meat in that lousy sandwich and nothing else. The price I paid didnt match at all the pic of the food I choose. Will never shop jere again. I work too hard for my money too be heisted by these people.

Out of bread soup bowls, oatmeal cookies and there was just a few pieces of meat on the steak sandwich. Very disappointed.

Lacey the manager is a woman with a compassion the restaurant is very clean and quiet I used to go to do homework or a quick snack away from work I appreciate the menu because it offers a variety of flavor glad they were able to include pizza

It'd be great if the older woman with dark hair (an employee who seems to be in charge of the Doordash counter) didn't stare you down like a hawk, follow customers around constantly, and harass you for no reason when you're in the restaurant and minding your own business, on a laptop, etc. Very rude and does not know how to treat customers.

Food was good. Prices were pinera bread standard where you spend 15 dollars for a half a sandwich and cup of soup. In the mens restroom the sink was very beat up and dirty. The towel dispenser didn't work and the soap dispenser didn't work. The thermostat on the wall was inoperative and an electrician had written DEAD on it. 2 windows had lost their seal so they were all foggy. Tables were dirty as no staff was cleaning bathrooms or tables. There are much better options in St Pete Clearwater for the price.

I returned a chocolate chip cookie that was stale and was charged because according to the cashier I "bite it" and dumped it then charged me for a replacement scone I got. Now how can I know the cookie is not fresh if I didn't "bite" to taste it.

Just returned from the north. Seem to have a much friendlier staff. Newer girl working in morning is great. Friendly and aware of customers needs.

Staff were silly, loud and obnoxious. They made it difficult to have a pleasant dinner. Managers did not seem to care about the goofing-off of employees still on the clock.

Seemed like an older or a more "worn and tired" Panera. No matter, the food was still hot and good. Not many pastries were still available at this time of the evening, as I was headed to the airport and made a quick stop.

Had an employee spit on my car. Went to talk to the manager, the manager proceeded to deny the employees existence.

I have been here several times and enjoy it each time. Arlo is always nice and friendly and fully deserves to be recognized for her efforts.

Nice, clean location. Food was tasty but lacking in the protein....2 super thin slices of ham for the breakfast sandwich is not enough. Service is more like serve and clean up after yourself.

I have been here several times with my group, the staff is always great.

I decided to try the new drive thru pickup order..... It jammed me up a bit since there were cars ahead ordering. But I love the option for those days I am not on a schedule and lazy! Food is always FRESH and a a pleasing variety of choices from breakfast to dinner.

This location pretty consistently messes up orders around lunch time. Only have visited 3 times but each time something is forgotten or incorrect.

Some of the staff have attitude problems. Food is good. Cashier and cook were great. Manager seems to be stuck on herself and not much help.

I love coming to this location. I pick up my dad from the st Pete airport, and it's perfect to hang out, get a coffee and eat while I wait for his plane to land. It makes the experience all the more better and manageable.

Very small, only 2 plugs in the entire restaurant. Not a great place to work. Had multiple drink-related issues in the one time we went.

See attached pictures. We saw the advertisement for Buffalo Chicken Melt, looked delicious. Sandwich came out extremely skimpy. Staff said the portions are “apportioned.” Fine if you want to pay $9 for a big bread roll.

It is the worst Panera I've ever been. Ordered two Mediterranean veggies with no feta. We always watch them making them because half of the times they put feta but this is not a real issue as they quickly apologize and make new ones. But this is in our neighborhood place. This time we made the mistake of going to this one. So the young guy put feta and because we were watching him, we intervened and told him we had ordered with no feta. He threw them away with no apology, nothing. He didn't clean the counter which was full of feta crumbles and proceeded into placing the new bread slices on them. I intervened, upset , said that we didn't want feta in or on our sandwiches. He threw them away like a toddler throws their toys and proceeded into making new ones in the slowest speed possible making fun of us with his coworker another 18 year old boy. No apology, not even the manager, very disrespectful. And we always tip although we shouldn't. Never going there again.

No cups out so order a sip club to save time, NOPE wait in line. Ok you have your cup now you have to ask for MILK or HALF AND HALF for your coffee. Lame 😒

Best place to have business meetings, nice quiet, and a good place to get a good snack. I appreciate this please A+ to me.

Ordered breakfast for my team at work via Uber eats. All of the baked items were very clearly stale, likely baked yesterday or earlier. Hard to cut, cold, and make for embarrassment on my end as the one who brought it in. Lots of errors in our order. Do better.

I ordered two sandwiches, and I did customize the sandwiches, and when I get home I saw that they didn’t do it the way I wanted, also they add stuff that I didn’t requested to be added to my sandwichs.

This Panera has THE WORST customer service I have seen in a long time. I would never return to this Panera, even if it was the last one on earth. I wouldn’t even return if you paid me money to go back. This crew could use a good, long training on customer service skills and knowledge of allergies, how to listen to a PAYING customer’s needs and how to treat people with respect. Save your money and time and frequent another establishment.

This review is only in regard to their Signature Take Chicken Sandwich @ $13.19 I love Panera but this sandwich is not worth the price.

It's just a very slow place when it comes to customer service. Food sat at the counter. No one said food was ready.

The portions half become a bit smaller during the last few years, but it's apparently a corporate decision and not an individual location choice. I am disappointed that after all this time the soup selection is still restricted compared to before the pandemic. I miss the chicken & wild rice.

One of my favorite in the area as it seems to run smoothly. Never swung thru during morning time but they definitely get a good rush for lunch time with the condos and businesses being in the area. Come during “off peak” hours and you’ll be good. They also have a drive thru for ordering and the iPads when you first walk in. This location has a meeting space that you can reserve if you have a presentation or meeting you need to do. Lots of seating. And a large outdoor patio. Parking can be a bear sometimes though.

This Panara is well run. I usually order a sandwich with one or two customizations and they get it right every time.

One thing I can’t stand is incompetence. This location is incompetent.

Kailyn is an absolute Gem! She is always on point with my order and making sure I’m receiving my membership points. She’s consistent and pays attention to detail making my food extra satisfying. A model employee! Thank you so much for always giving me the best Panera experience ever! Also anything I get from the menu is always prepared to perfection shout out to the whole crew for being so fantastic!

Always get the tomato soup or their Pizza when I go there I've gotten some other items I've never been disappointed in anything from here and staff is always very nice and helpful

Jailyn was a breath of fresh air helping me feel so much better after getting off the plane starving and not feeling well , she served a huge bowl of hot soup and suggested hot chai tea for my throat! I will stop by there after my flights from now on! She was the most precious young lady!

I’ve been to this location twice in the last month, both times very near closing time, 8:50 pm But, that didn’t hinder Kailyn from greeting me with enthusiasm and a smile! She was very knowledgeable of her products, and was super accommodating… she’s a gem!!! Her customer service skills are so great, she should be a trainer! It’s a pleasure to go there because of her. I hope her managers recognize her and appreciate her! Thanks for the great service Kailyn !!!

I didn't go inside on this occasion; I used the drive-thru. Everyone is always so friendly and polite and helpful. I took home a cheesesteak sandwich. I have never tried theirs before. It was quite delicious. I will admit I added some A-1 sauce when I got home, but that's not a reflection on their food, just a personal choice. I love their soups, which I eat without a spoon by dipping their bread instead, especially the chicken and wild rice. Today, I got an apple to go with my sandwich. I like the fresh fruit option as well.

Just opened this bowl. I have not taken a bite. Seems this location skips customers with their portions- paid $13 for this bowl and it doesn’t even come filled completely?

I went to get their creamy chichen and wild rice soup and it was anything but creamy. It was watery. Horrible and tasteless.

Came here for a nice time. But it was not nice at all because the front desk person who takes order was absolutely rude.

This is what I received as broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese. It’s soup with noodles. I figured I’d still try it….it was ICE cold! This is Florida, how is anything cold? Totally disgusted and want my money back. The deal is, you provide me with what I order and I pay for it. I held up my end, now it’s time for you to do the same!!! Unacceptable.

Panera's is my go-to place for good food. The staff is friendly, do a good job with orders and keeping place clean and ready. I prefer a breakfast bowl rather than a sandwich for breakfast so I change my order accordingly and it is wonderful.

Nice clean restaurant. Staff was nice. Got our orders right (not guaranteed with this chain) Would be 5 stars except for the men's room. I'm the only male customer in the place for a half hour. I visit the men's room on the way out and see it looks like it hasn't been tended to in awhile.

Order lunch from here on a regular basis and never had any issues. Always accurate and yummy.

Alexis’s customer service was so outstanding that I felt moved to write a review. She was very friendly and sincere in effort to make my visit pleasant. This was hands down the most impressive customer experience I have received. I hope she is recognized by management for this and she should be used in a commercial for Panera because she exemplifies what the Panera experience should be about.

My door dasher canceled the order on me and left me high and dry…James the manager was a HERO and not only called door dash to make sure the guy didn’t get the delivery money and I was refunded. He remade the taken food and made sure that it was fresh and hot when I came to grab it. Thank you James for going out of your way! I never have a problem with this Panera and their wonderful staff!

The cafe its self is great. Everyone is nice and food is hot. Do not order delivery though, they use door dash and they are horrible. They take 25 minutes longer and do not use contact less delievery as noted because they are lazy and will not get out of their car. My food was cold to lukewarm due to this.

Absolutely wonderful staff and manager. I witnessed the manager deal with an extremely rude and aggressive customer today who felt the need to get in her face and she handled the situation very calmly and gracefully.

The egg and cheese breakfast sandwich was a pre-cooked "egg" patty instead of a freshly cooked fried egg as it used to be.

Very nice, calm and quiet family restaurant. The food is also good and affordable. For 2 of us we paid about $30. Staff were nice and friendly, overall a very pleasant experience.

People nice, pastries good. Drive thru needs a waiting area for lengthy orders because someone took over 15 minutes and tied up the line resulting us getting not very hot coffee. Again, pastries really good.

When ordering an iced caramel latte asked the girl to pour the espresso into the milk rather then just over the ice into the cup because I didn't want the hot espresso hitting the plastic. Basically she refused and told me she has been working there for years and knows what she is doing and she was pretty snotty about it. So much for trying to honor a simple request. No probs.

Service was great.. oatmeal was well served .. coffee was ok .. very convenient location
