Ordered two salads. Was given extra toppings but not the extra dressing we requested even though it shows on the receipt. As always the food was fresh and tasty

The fries & chicken sandwich were fresh. It didn't take very long for the food to come after the order was placed.

Noah is the best. He greeted my family the moment we stepped in, as he was cleaning up items. He was very friendly, genuine, and personable. He checked on us later too. Best Chic-fil-a team member I’ve ever seen.

Chic fil a is slipping. Charging more. Getting less. The drive thru attendant wasn’t all that friendly. Not like we are all used to. He also didn’t ask if I wanted a bottle or tap water. Next thing I know I’m being handed tap water. How about you just treat us like human beings and give us a bottle by default. Especially since you’re the most expensive act and town.

Park and order food comes out quickly and got!!! A++

It's the lords chicken. What do you expect? Gave 4 stars for atmosphere because it's pretty dead on Sundays when I need them the most.

I ordered, chic fil a for curbside and they didn’t have any spots available so I parked anywhere and put my blinkers on like they said to do in the app and I never got my order. I still parked close to the curbside area where they should’ve been able to see my car. I waited 20 minutes then I had to leave to get back to work. I called to let them know I never got my order and guy who was extremely rude answered the phone which I had to hang up on, because I know I was about to start matching energy and get rude back. I called back asked to speak to manager and the lady said she would give me everything I ordered in rewards. However I only got one item back in rewards. This big corporation is stealing money, and that’s not okay. I will be calling corporate about this issue.

Chick fil a chicken nuggets seem different I know some chick fil as we’re trying out new chicken that contains antibiotics that don’t effect people I’m not sure if that is the change in them or what I just wanted to let you guys know I’m tasting something different!

Consistent quality and order accuracy at this chickfila. Gets very busy but the lines move just fine. Navigating Centerton Square can be a little hectic st peak times.

Ever since the remodeling, the drive thru moves wonderfully, the workers are still very nice

The young gentleman seemed like he was annoyed when he was handing me my order. Didn't even say my pleasure or have a good day I thought chic fil a employees supposed to say that. After I said thank you no your welcome I mean it's common curiosity I mean why be in food/ customer service if you can't have manners. Not saying you gotta say my pleasure but least a your welcome when someone says thank you.

I've always felt like I'm coming home when entering just about every Chick-fil-A spot just like this one. It has much to do with my traditional way of thinking. I know that I'm in comfortable environments. Too many places these days are used as pick-up spots for people who practice a particular sick lifestyle. But you don't have to be on guard for that type of behavior at a Chick-fil-A.

Chic fila has gone down hill. It doesn’t matter the location. Whatever Chicken they’re using is trash. It tough and chewy. You bite into the sandwich it’s so tough it pulls the piece of chicken out the bread. This is the main concern. Chic fila was always my favorite fast food because they cared about ingredients. Eating this chicken this past few months has told me different. You can tell they using cheaper chicken to increase their profits as if the price gouging isn’t enough. You get stale buns and lumpy milk shakes. Really ashame chic fila strayed away from their values of providing quality ingredients.

There is a young lady by the name of “Jada” That works at this location. Everytime I come in she’s literally the nicest human ever. Not sure if she’s apart of the management team but if not she certainly needs to be due to her stellar customer service.

The drive through at this CFA is always remarkably fast. The food is always delicious and the associate are pleasant.

Ordered chick-fil-a deluxe meal and I got a very sad looking chicken sandwich with two pickles in it. Din’t liked the taste either. This place is too hyped. Ananth

Chick-fil-A is amazing no matter which location. Delicious and the best fast food restaurant.

I like this Chick-fil-A and visit it often. Ninety percent of the time my food is great. The staff is usually friendly too. The service is faster if you do curbside or walk in and order. Drive thru wait is extremely long, especially if you are on a lunch break.

Fabulous food, 5 star service! The only problem is that the space allocated for sit down dining is entirely too small for the volume this location serves. We had to go out to our car to eat as no tables were available.

Felt like royalty...felt at home...

This store has the same courteous employees that all of the other franchises do. Lately I've noticed that some of the new employees at this store don't listen that carefully to requests while taking food orders down. They're still very professional in demeanor, but they don't seem to offer the same level of service and attention as other area Chick-fil-A stores do.

As always, Chick-fil-A delivers with amazing service and delicious food. Thanks!

Called restaurant to ask for an accommodation for forgotten vinaigrette and was offered a cookie to my account. I'd prefer a full salad. I probably go to CFA once a week and find this unusually bad customer service. Comping me a salad to my account would have been more appropriate. If you're not willing to deliver a vinaigrette which is an integral part of the experience, $3.00 worth of ingredients is too much to ask?

I had to let go of friends to continue eating here. As much controversy there is, I guess in the minds of some, the food is too good. And you can feed a family of four with a 30 count meal and some extra sides. It's the cheapest and best deal around. A juggernaut of a business, even if you don't respect the politics, respect the attention to high quality food, service and cleanliness. Keep up the good work!!! Stopped at chic fila a prior to boarding my flight, and received amazing customer service. The cashier was very pleasant, food was piping hot, taste was even better, and it was given the signature way "my pleasure"!

Very disappointed that 2 high top tables were occupied by staff of Chic-filet?! The question is why???? Usually I have enjoyed my experience here. Today I had to sit in the corner of the restaurant when it was busy one employees should NOT take up two 4 top tables.

It's slightly better than average fast food. Prices are definitely higher than average though. I hate that they charge you extra for adding things like lettuce and tomato.

They are killing it !!!! Service is the BEST. I always worry about the workers being outside working the drive thru, but I've talked with them and they don't mind. At least they don't handle any$$ . I have never been at drive thru line as long as it was & gotten done in less than 5mins. That location is always busy but don't let that stop u from pulling in !! CAUSE THEY ARE KILLING IT Believe me

I don’t think I need an explanation.

You already know about the courteous staff, the great service and the spotless restaurants. This one stays up to the usual standards for Chick -fil-a. Let me give respect to their corporate test kitchen and the restaurants that bring their recipes to the public. How did they bring us this chicken sandwich with pimento cheese? It tastes like something you would get from a Southern mom and pop restaurant. This one may not be for everyone, but I give Chick-fil-A high marks for creative thinking.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! When I walked in there were at least 12 people behind the counter laughing, joking, talking, texting........no one acknowledged me! After about 4 minutes a woman finally said NEXT! I began ordering, 4 minis, she said 4 minis come in each box. Duhhhhhh I KNOW that, obvi I want 4 ORDERS of them. She wanted to argue about it. Then WITHOUT ASKING IF I WANTED ANYTHING ELSE, she tried to total it, I stopped her with “I’m not done!” I asked for 3 potato hash browns and a fruit salad, she then asks WHAT SIZE? I said the one which normally goes with the minis. She said “that’s with the meal, what size?” Now she KNEW full well what I wanted but she was just being difficult! I said AGAIN “ the one you normally get with the minis!” She then said rudely “I’m just trying to do your order and you have to tell me what you want!” WHY WAS THIS SO DIFFICULT??? I said FINE, small and small. NOW, and iced tea, unsweetened with lemon. She have trouble understanding THAT too! I finally told her she was rude and she then WALKED AWAY, another woman finished the order. First one then proceeded to gather with other coworkers who seemed to have nothing to do, talking rudely about me. It took FIVE MINUTES to get my order, meanwhile 2 more customers stood behind me waiting and waiting. While the 12 people continued laughing, joking, talking (about me!) And texting. NO ONE IN CHARGE TRIED TO HELP. FINALLY an overweight woman walked over an plopped my order in front of me without a word. I said “where’s my tea?” She silently walked over one, plopped that down. I turned to leave and she sarcastically shouted “Have a nice day” while the non working coworkers laughed! I couldn’t help,it, I gave them the finger! When I reported it to the corporate phone number, “Neish” was just as unprofessional as the people in the store, sighing as if I was bothering her, laughing when I asked for an apology and a gift card. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN

This franchise is better than the east gate store. Let's you refill your limited time peach ice tea. Along with great fast service the Matter ave Mt Laurel store has the best service all around. .will tell everyone to try this store experience for sure.

The people are always very nice and respectful. I have cancer and very hard getting around well they had 2 gentlemen who went above and beyond helping me make it to restroom and also pulled my car to front door so I didn't need to walk far and possibly fall down.

It was my first visit to this very busy chic filet. All went very smoothly.

I usually come here all the time being as though i live around the corner but i won’t come here before they are closing i order my food around 915pm and the fries was cold i asked for no pickles and add American cheese on my Chick-fil-A sandwich and they gave me a Chick-fil-A sandwich with pickles and no cheese. The drink machine was down and they only had apple juice and orange juice Which is ridiculous i should’ve just checked but when i went back the lady was extremely rude. I will not be going back to this location again. This is place always screw up my order always.

Everyone that works there was so kind and especially Maximo I think that’s how you spell his name but he’s always kind to everybody that comes around! I love the food so much! To be honest I can’t even pick a favorite!

For the first time ever my fries were cold

I got in the line at 10:25, got to the speaker at 10:32 and they told me they don’t have breakfast. 🤦🏽‍♂️

I love this brand and I love this location. Food and atmosphere are awesome and the service is really impressive. I order at the table from my phone and food arrived in 3 minutes. And they offer drink refills! Everyone is so nice and professional. Not sure how they do it!

I went and had some chicken nuggets and needless to say, I fell in love with the food. Not only was the food delicious, so was this one employee. I believe his name was Amaury but he was so incredibly kind and handsome. He’s the reason I’ve been going back so often! Anyway, the food is good and the service is good (only when it’s him).

Can I just say the ladies at this location were truly AMAZING! I was refused by the Delran location to make French Fries for my son at breakfast, so I called to make sure Mt. Laure could accommodate my son's wishes. They gladly said Yes it will take a few minutes, we will see you soon, and we look forward to assisting you. For those who have children and understand, sometimes they would like french fries instead of hashbrown it's not hard to accommodate your Customer for what they are requesting. It's a "potato" in a different shape/form! This location did just that, and they went above and beyond to make my son's and my day! Thank you, ladies, for the Great Customer Service! 💜

I'm sure the food and the service here is excellent, however I was using photos to determine where to dine with my 4 year old daughter. The playplace in the photos of this restaurant no longer exists. I went down the road a stretch to find a restaurant that fit my needs.

Always smells amazing when you pull up. The employees are always super friendly. The food is always delicious and enjoyable.

Rude, gave me the wrong milkshake then got mad and took the wrong milkshake back from me and didn’t give me a new one because the ice cream machine was shut down for the night. Left me thirsty, no drink, not even a cup of soda for the inconvenience.. “My pleasure” though right lol please 😂

Noah is so friendly and such a great worker whenever I come here ! He has a pleasant demeanor and works along well with his team! I drive 15 mins just to come to this Chic -Fil-A Because everyone is so much nicer and they get my order right the 1st time!

Gotta say that the drive thru is positively ridiculous. Pull up to a human to give your order...not in front of a menu where I could see choices, btw. Starts with asking for a name. Now, maybe no big deal, but, really? Then he runs your credit card. Pull up a bit, another human asks your name again to give you the receipt. Pull around a little further and there are 2 lines of cars sitting waiting for the food to be carried out to their car. My most recent visit, I was third car in line, waiting for only 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. There are employees running in and out of the door with bags and drinks, not sure who gets what. Heres why they want a name. However, they still go car to car looking to pair people with their food. So, 3rd in line. Sandwiches in car...BUT the car in the front of the line is still waiting. I view employees bring bags to them 3, yes 3 times, and it was always the wrong order. Fast forward 5 minutes. Sandwiches are getting cold, my car isn't loving sitting idling, ( bad for the environment btw) I ask an employee if maybe they can ask the person who can't get their order to pull ahead, you know, like McDonald's does. Finally, my receipt read 6:23pm. I was on my way at 6:37pm. Maybe some folks like this method. But. Way I see it. If you came through the drive thru, you may be in a hurry. Next time, no matter how rushed I am, I will park and go in. So, foods good, but the drive thru system needs work.

Third time here since it opened, The first time was fine but the second time I had a piece of trash in the box of my chicken sandwich. This time my boyfriend had a blonde hair in the box of tenders! Like come on you guys should be wearing hairnets or something! Will not be taking our money anymore especially at this location sorry not sorry!

Every morning when I do decide to get Chick-fil-A the lady at front window is always the sweetest woman, she makes you feel good I’m not sure her name but she has the cutest accent and brown hair. You can just tell she’s a wonderful person.

The chick-fil-A located at 58 Centerton Rd, Mt Laurel Township, NJ 08054 was closed for renovation for nearly 2 months, just went back and FaR from Happy!! Chicken nuggets were OVER cooked like KFC extra crispy, the fries were undercooked, they NO longer offer power aid as a drink and I asked for extra BBQ Sause which I did NoT recieve and top that all off not ONE person working there asked me if I wanted a receipt!! Shame on the management of this chick-fil-A!! I won't ever return to said location!!! What a waste of my time ans money!!!

If you go to this restaurant, especially drive thru, make sure you received everything before driving away.
