I asked Damone for a redeemable fry and he told me I couldn’t get my redeemable fry because I had to purchase a meal to get it. The cashier next to him was just laughing. I told him don’t worry about it and came to the Chic Fi La on General DeGualle to retrieve my redeemable fry with no problem. Please train your employees better. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Don't GoTo The Marrero Location !!Everytime I Go My Order Is Never Right Thru Drive -Thru Window !! The Young People Need To Be Trained ,One Young Black Man Is Very Disrespectful !! In the city of Popeyes, it is the only chicken place I might eat , but Caines is still better so I don't eat here... but when I'm on vacation, I do. Great fast food choice. Instead of 7090 calories u only eat 4764 calories and wait 45 minutes so burn another 125 calories waiting.

There’s been a decline in the level of quality service at this location. I am constantly disappointed due to longer than normal wait times and poor customer service.

The Best Chicken Sandwithches and Service in the world

This has to be the worse Chick-fil-A in the greater New Orleans area. Our nuggets had a burned taste and the waffle fries were cold and soggy. We could not finish our meals and we were too far to return the meals. It reminded me of a late night gas station food stop.

I really enjoy the Grill chicken sandwich with extra lettuce, pepper, with no added salt, tomatoes and the honey barbecue sauce. It's really quite Tasty with the lemonade. However, you must Be Careful with the "Lemonade", Its Too Sweet... I dranked half, with alot of added water and ice. That works for me. 😃 Chick-fil-A Corporate, Please Take Notice. "Natural Lemonade" is Great Already, Wthout All that "Extra Sugar". You can Sell More Lemonade With Less Sugar.. Please Add to Menu: "Natural Lemonade with "No Sugar". Also, the "Sugar Free" version" Lemonade is "Too Bitter" and Sweet. 😟 Besides the "2Much" Sugary Lemonade, Chick-fil-A is one of the Best. Thank you in Advance. I believe many customers who are having less sugary drinks for personal or health reasons Will Appreciate the Change on the Menu. 🙂 I give a (3) Star rating because of "Too Much Sugar" in the Lemonade Drink. Great food, reasonably priced, & genuinely helpful & pleasant employees. I normally get the Spicy Chicken Sandwich & Large Waffle Fires but have tired many different items there. This one is in the Food Court in Oakwood Mall so sometimes the eating area is cluttered because it is a shared eating area. I hope that you enjoy this Chick-fil-A as much as I do!

So... Tasty. It's always nice going to Chick-fil-A. My visit was at the Oakwood Mall in Gretna, La. Also the Mall of Louisiana in Baton Rouge. My experience, never a long wait time. The service was very good. Especially, the "grill chicken meal". I love the "waffle fries. with the Arnold Palmer, fresh "lemonade/tea Drink. I will visit again in the future. Tks, Chick-fil-A 😉

Fast and friendly service but quality of product seemed lacking in their nuggets as they were like warm and had a salty taste. Due to COVID19 protocols you have to ask for every condiment that you want to put on your food, as opposed to just walking over and picking up what you need from the sidebar. They asked if I needed dipping sauce for the nuggets I ordered for my wife. I replied "Yes, ranch dressing please..."; Only to take my meal sit down and have to go back and ask for ketchup for the Chick-fil-A sandwich that I also ordered for myself!

This Chick-FIL-A is good. It is a smaller place as it is part of the food court in Oakwood Mall. They are not open for Breakfast. They don't have free senior citizen drinks like many Chick-Fil-A. Sometimes it gets crazy busy with a long line.

I think the worker is name Laila, she was very professional & handed me my food asap. Positive attitude always when I come in & being nice . The staff is always smiling & positive

I love Chick-fil-A and now they have mac Nd cheese and it is Amazing! Nice cheesy with the yummy chrispy edge just the way grandma make it. I did not join in on the hype and I am glad I waited. This here is a winner.

On my lunch break today, I ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich WITH NO BUN at the Oakwood location. As soon as I sat down to eat, I opened the container and not only was there NO BUN but there was also NO CHICKEN. This is the LAST time I will go to this location. The wait was longer than usual and they really messed up my order. This is disheartening when you are really hungry and on your lunch break. There is no reason I shouldn’t have CHICKEN on my order if I am at CHIK FIL A!! No reason at all. I could have had lettuce and tomato, 3 pickles and pepper jack cheese AT HOME I just spoke with the Manager of the location and he was extremely apologetic and said he would bring me my correct order to my Job!! This is wonderful and I am extremely grateful! Go CHIK FIL A!!!
