Get's a 3 based on service. The food is meh. Not vegetarian friendly. Ordered a salad without any animal products. Got a salad with animal products. Service was going to be a 1 but when I went to ask for a new salad a young man apologized and went to back explained the error to the folks in the back and made a new salad himself and tossed the old one. You go for the service and it should be excellent each time.

Pulled up the guy taking the order didn’t say a word. I’m guessing because he had a mouth full of food and couldn’t speak for the 1st min of trying to chew and get it down. I asked if tomato’s came on the chicken burger then asked to add tomato. Needless to say there were no tomatoes on my burger nor was it entered on the receipt. No greeting no “my pleasure” after I said thank you. So not use to this from this location!

This is the second time, I been to this location and seen this two couple, almost making out. I don’t think this is acceptable especially when there’s children, can’t even enjoy my meal with my kids while enjoying my meal. The first time the young lady was sitting on his laps which is not appreciated at Chick-fil-A. Something needs to be done especially when it’s a Christian restaurant.

Driving home from a bday party with a carload of kids, in heavy rain, my 11 yr old finicky eater sees a Chic fil A. I make a u turn in heavy traffic & go inside bc there’s a long line. The staff is always so nice, friendly, & accommodating! The food was on point as usual, & enjoyed by all.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve experienced. I recently moved, and this is the closest one for breakfast. This one doesn’t open at 6 like my old one, but 6:30 is doable, if they ever actually opened at 6:30. Every single time I visit, the employees don’t wander out until 6:35 or later. Twice now, I’ve been the first person due to my morning routine, the person has strolled out after 6:35, taken my order, and after sitting more than 10 minutes at the order pickup, someone has come over to tell me that they didn’t get my order cause the iPad died while taking my order. How does your iPad die on the very first customer of the day when you were late opening, AND you don’t tell anyone and make them wait 10 minutes before you come over and tell them there was an issue? I have started just walking in. Well, I went in, and when I got to work, I discovered that the man who fixed my drink had some sort of cologne or oil on his hands, and I had an allergic reaction. I called the store to tell them, and the manager knew what I was talking about and said he’d already been directed not to wear that cologne at work. They did make it right by replacing my meal on my next visit. But when I went in for the replacement meal, it was a death trap. First, at 6:47, almost 20 minutes after opening, the floor mats were piled up in heaps in the door ways. I noticed in time to not trip over it, but I immediately slipped on the wet floor where the mat should’ve been. I was able to catch myself cause I had the door handle, but it strained my back. The guy working the counter was staring right at me when it happened. I said, “the floor is really wet right there. Someone is going to get hurt.” His response was “yeah, it’s hot outside, and we can’t control condensation.” Of course not, but having the floor mats down before you open to the public makes more sense. This is literally the worst Chick-fil-A. At least the food is good.

Chicken sandwich: hot, juicy, bread was fresh, pickles were crunchy and savory 10/10 Fries: hot, salty, crunchy, soft (tip—> if you want your fries crispy get them to put them in twice) 10/10 Honey mustard: sweet, savory, sour 8/10 Overall 9/10 Total meal costed 8.84 This is one of the most clean, and very quick Chic-fil-As in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful to get you what you want. They even asked me for a refill, and got my tray for me.

I’m always visiting this location and all I can say is I’m disappointed. It’s either the biscuits are dry, missing condiments when they specifically ask you what you want and just now I asked if everything was in the bag when I look for myself there’s no stirrer for my coffee. Went here for the new maple bacon sandwich. Service was awesome as usual. The drive through changes were good but when mobile order line is empty they should divert some cars to that line. As far as the sandwich goes., it was disappointing. They are mighty proud of the new offering at $8.99 for just the sandwich. Bacon was rubbery and the bun was tough on a chewy way like is was in the old side. The spicy chicken breast was on the greasy side. The peach shake was good but like everywhere except Whataburger, very small for the price paid. There is a reason I don't frequent here anymore.

My Husband and I came to this location on yesterday we got 2 Cobb salads with grilled chicken instead of fried chicken and the salad was delicious we paid the price afterwards I’m not sure if they did not cook the chicken properly or if the cook did not wash their hands after eat the salad from here we both got so sick stomach in knots we have never experience this at any other Chic Fil A so this is very disappointing will not ever return to this Chic Fil A

probably the worst service i've seen at any chick-fil-a. food was fine, order taker was ok, but lady came up to my car i didnt notice, as i was on my phone. she looked all mad when i noticed her and told me my total and when i gave her the money she huffed and puffed, and walked away. the guy that gave me the food was alright, he handed it to me i said thank you and he walked away with no you're welcome or my pleasure. not a huge deal, but i usually come to chick-fil-a for the outstanding service, and today i was sadly mistaken by this location. not trying to be a karen but for a place known for their hospitality i was pretty disappointed.

For the first time ever they missed an item.. I didn't have one of my waffle fries in the bag and I had already pulled off. So inconvenient.. told the manager and they gave me a brownie 😁... I was here yesterday for breakfast and they forgot to give me my drink. I called back, they took my name and order # and told me I can come back and they will give me drink. We were back today at 1:28pm to buy lunch for my daughter and also pick the drink they forgot but the manager sounded rude and said that’s not how the policy works. He said we would have to filled out a form and they will send “something to us in the mail” something what? 😂 our drink or a check for just a drink? He then yelled in the back at the employees and said “no one tells the customer to come back and get the drink we forgot!” lol, it’s just a drink so we told him it’s ok, forget it. It’s just that they messed up our ordered way too much and this time we finally called. He finally gave us the drink, but it could handle better.

I was given fries instead of fruit in the drive through. Not a big deal at all. When I let an employee know, she interrogated me multiple times about the mistake, as if she didn’t believe me. She then proceeded to make me return all of my child’s chicken nuggets to the bag so they could remove the French fries from her bag and replace them with fruit. I watched multiple employees huddle around my child’s bag, talking urgently with one another, and occasionally staring at me. I was met with rudeness and suspicion over the 4-5 French fries that came in her kids’ meal. I typically like to leave 5 star reviews and don’t bother writing about poor experiences, but I was appalled by the behavior here. This is Chick-fil-A. People expect better.

Second night in a row they messed up a door dash oreder. I called the store and the manager on 02/17/2024 at 6:30pm and I let her know what happened and she told me I had to contact Door Dash. I was like how is it their problem? They pick up a sealed bag from you that y’all load and seal. I told her I didn’t want a refund. Last night they left food off and when I called door dash they explained that they are not allowed to open a sealed bag, they just pick it up. That makes complete sense to me. So this is the stores fault, two days in a row that don’t seem concerned in the least about making it right and definitely did jig want to take responsibility and placing blame on the door dash driver. Zero customer service.

This is by far one of THE BEST Chick-fil-a restaurants I have ever been to! We went through the drive thru and as usual the attendants were friendly and had great attention to detail. To see the drive thru line from afar can be super intimidating (and i last visited 4 days before Christmas), but the staff was super attentive, quick, friendly, and courteous. Also, during my visit a staff member noticed someone cutting the drive thru line and addressed it. That made the customer service even better to me. Cars were circled around the building, and it was very close to their closing time. However, everyone was just as courteous and patient as if it was the beginning of their shift while not holding any car in line longer than a couple minutes. To top it off, the food was good and hot (as expected) 🙂

When busy, the drive-thru requires you to drive around the building twice, and once in the drive-thru, there is no outlet. If it's raining at the order kiosk, the water pours into your car because there is no gutter on the kiosk. Avoid it!!!

I went to this chick-fil-a last week and decided to dine in. I ordered two meals and was only given one order of fries. I simply went up to ask and was made out to look like a liar from a manager named Mikalah. She inferred that if I did it again I wouldn’t be served there. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but in no way was I ever rude nor did I walk but to my table and right back when I realized we were missing them. I don’t see how someone who is supposed to be a manager and represent a great business like chick fil a with such a poor and ugly attitude. I think I’ll stick to another restaurant to avoid dealing with her again.

It’s not too often I leave 1 star reviews but these guys earned this one. Placed order; chicken sandwich and chicken wrap with avocado dressing. We get half way down the road and noticed there was no dressing for the wrap. No problem, tried calling - no answer. I drive back and return 14 minutes later (11 minutes after closing). We pull up to the window and the absolute unprofessionalism of several employees was what I never thought I would receive from any chick-fil-a. They had acted though as they were on the streets with their gestures and rude attitudes. Poor management with a very childish staff to say the least. Needless to say, we never received what was paid for and was told by one of the staff members that they were closed as they were pooring themselves drinks, laughing and putting boxes in the window. Nice job - keep it classy chick-fil-a Siegen!! 👍

As always fast and excellent service. I went for breakfast, so to avoid the drive thru line (which is always fast) I went inside. My chicken biscuit arrived at my table 15 seconds after I sat down. You can beat that kind of speed of service when everything is correct. All of my order was correct and the correct amount of condiments were included. And as always they concluded our business with 'My Pleasure ' making me feel. Welcome and happy. Tha k you for another great service. Just drop the politics and I would eat here much more often.

I worked at Ambrosia for many years and have always frequented the Siegen location and it was always so clean with great customer service. I’m not sure who is managing these days but this atmosphere is more of a Burger King than a Chick Fil A. For the last few months every time I come the bathrooms are nasty, the trash is overflowing, floors have trash on them. I have NEVER been to a Chick Fil A where this was a norm. The staff definitely is failing at the chick fil a standards!

Dining area was a mess, tables were not clean, and trash was overflowing bins. The fries were cold and hospitality team member tossed my tray onto my table and left without a word. On top of that the food was poorly cooked and I was only given one sauce for two separate meals. I’m genuinely shocked.

It took 26 minutes from arrival to departure to get food in the Drive thru this morning and the food was still cold. I have to give my order 3 times, I spelled my name "TARA" AND THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG. Noting was "Pleasurable" about this visit

Ordered on the app then waited over 15 minutes inside for my order to be bought out. Not sure what the hold up was because it was me about 4 other people waiting for our online orders meanwhile there was one family eating at a table and maybe just a handful of cars in the drive thru line.

The Siege location is horrible. I ordered on the app and still was pulled because my order wasn’t ready after sitting in the very long drive thru line. I get back to work and my order is not correct. I ordered a Cobb salad with nuggets and they gave me cut up strips. (It’s not the same). Then the salad looked thrown together.

The service is fast BUT I order the same thing and can NEVER be sure if it will be accurate . Cobb salad no cheese or corn : they may omit egg one time , tomatoes next time .. never know
