First bad experience that I’ve ever had at a chick-fil-a. The poor man behind me left. Maybe it was everyone’s first day. I’d hate to see if they were busy most people only have 30 minutes for lunch and smile at-least act like it was your pleasure.

Favorite fast food restaurant. It rarely, if ever, disappoints!

I ordered food, and then went home because I didn't want to stand in the mall any longer. Upon getting home, checking my food, and checking my receipt, I realized that my order was wrong. The cashier didn't ring me up correctly according to the receipt, and something that was on the receipt was missing. I went back to get the correct thing, now having wasted gas to return, only to be met with the same cashier. Upon understanding that she didn't get my order correct, I allowed her to charge me for it, after all, I didn't actually pay for it, even if she was just trying to cover up her mistake. I stood there while she desperately tried to get the register working. I got fed up with waiting, and just left instead. I went back to my car and called to speak with whoever was in charge. They gave me a generic canned response about how the food should have been free and asked me what I want. Spotty service is one thing, but I have a seething hatred for canned, corporate sponsored responses from members of management. Disgusted at the levels of treatment from all levels, I decided to just leave. I'm not sure if you're aware, but gas is quite expensive during the time of this review. The manager, or whatever they were, simply told me to come back later. If I do, I doubt very much that they'll remember me, assuming I even get the same staff, and I doubt that they'll know what to do then either anyway. Save yourself the horrific line at the mall location, and go up the road to the one at the intersection. They've renovated their parking lot, and they're one of the fastest fast food restaurants on Harbison Blvd now.

No grilled chicken nuggets in the morning! That’s ridiculous

I got four orders of fries bc vegetarian and it cost about ten dollars so that was cool and they tasted good

If you don’t have the app, get it! It gives you an advantage in the waiting line, you get points, and specials. Here, I didn’t realize it was inside the mall, but they were quick, had a special line and took care of me quickly. Good food of course! Go eat!

Chick fil a obviously ranks higher than most fast food restaurants, nothing special about this location, I’ve had incorrect orders here a few times, but usually it’s correct.

It was pretty much like every chick-fill-A. This one was in the mall so you have all the noise that comes with that. Pretty much all the same food across all Chick-fil-A restaurants. If the whole country was run as well as Chick-fil-A, it would be a better world.

These guys are a cut above. Love the mobile thru lanes, quick and courteous service. Outstanding quality, cooked to perfection. 10/10

The people who work here are always so sweet!

Order was not correct at all. Called and spoke with the manager who left me on hold and never came back to the telephone. Called several times later and no one would answer the telephone. The more they build the less they care.

Today I had a special order wrap two of them, One got left behind. I work in Belk And the manager came looking for me through the asking for to find me to give me my special order. customer service at its best.. Chick-fil-A angels 😇

I didn't care for the chicken sandwich, it was flat & only had 2 pickles. My mom's nuggets were small & cost 8 $. I probably won't eat there again. It was my 1st & last time.

This restaurant is at the foodcourt in the Mall. However, the drive-thru is u usually placed in the parking lot (but why not?! We still get Chick-fil-A! We decided to eat inside and use the mall bathroom and ride their huge Merry-go-round, again why not?! It was a nice break on our way to Edisto Island 🏝

Drive thru in the morning. I was skeptical because the line is always to the street. To my surprise, Lane for mobile orders and another for drive thru. In and out, drive thru, fresh breakfast and friendly service.

Ordered lunch via the mobile app at 3 p. m. on a Thursday. Food took average time to be ready and was really good. 2 sandwiches made to order had soft, buttery buns with decent sized filets that weren't soggy or overcooked, hard, or too crunchy. I specified "fresh fries" and that's what we got. Nuggets for the dogs were fresh, too. The only hiccup was that there is a mobile-only lane. It's outside of a mall in the parking lot whereas the actual restaurant is inside the mall. The mobile pickup lane was a little hard to find, wasn't actually manned, and left us unsure what to do once we arrived and scanned the sign. I finally looked up the phone number and found that an employee was on the way out with our order and we actually needed to drive up a little further to the curb of the mall to meet her to get it. Not a problem and they were very nice. Just know this about this location.

The best service. Sandwiches are good and the Cobb salad is one of my favorite menu items!!

I always have a prenominal experience when I come to the Chick-fil-a at Columbiana Centre. The staff are always friendly and quick to get my order out to me. Love that they have curbside pick-up, too!

Messed up my order and I asked for the receipt 3 times and still they did not give me one. The girl bringing out my orders was also rude.

The CFA experience is very consistent across the board. Food is as expected and service is good. This location is inside a busy mall food court, so it's always loud. Sometimes the line is very line and seating can be tight. There's a drive thru but I would never use it. You literally block a lane of traffic waiting to pick your food up. In addition I feel sorry for the employees who have to run back and forth between the restaurant and the pick up area.

Chick fillet is always a great place to eat. Nuggets are awesome and drive through is quick

This is the first chick fil a where the customer service was terrible. They weren’t too busy but it took 15 min to get a kids meal and no apology. The chick fil a inside the mall.

Fastest service in town in that Chick-fil-A

Ordering was easy, checking in at the kiosk/booth was easy, but it was unclear where to wait to pickup the order. Pull up to the no parking sign close to the mall entrance and turn on your warning blinkers. Oh, and the food was delicious as always.

Nice selections of stores, clean, and security was vigilant.

They are so fast, respectful, friendly and they remember me whenever I go there which is hard when you have more than 100 people everyday I like the food and the staff over here

Everyone knows that Chick-fil-a has amazing customer service. This was the first time that I went to Chick-fil-a and felt ignored. A young man named Ty-Shawn Woods saved the day. He was kind, helpful, and attentive. He made sure that we had everything we needed to improve the lack of service that we received from the young lady who initially took our order.

This is a drive through associated with a mall food court. I've never seen that before but true to Chick FIL a form, we had our order in and food in the car in about 5-10 minutes.

The nerve of these people, slaughtering innocent creatures who are just trying to survive in the cruel world filled with even crueler human beings who snatch them from there family’s and deep fry them in front of them, the atrocities that happen here are unbelievable, i do recommend the chicken tenders though they are perfect

This is the WORST Chic Fil-A location I have EVER went to, from the customer service to the FOOD!!!! There have been several times where I had to walk back or double check my food bag to make sure I had the RIGHT order. I am a huge Chick Fil-A fanatic (Signature Member) and I have never had a problem with Chic Fil A as I’ve had with this one. The last couple times I have received my food either the tenders were burnt, sandwich buns are dry or I’m getting fries that are burnt/nibbles of fries. Today was the LAST straw!!! I went to this location during lunch to pick up an order for myself and a co-worker…I walk down the mall to the food court for my mobile order pickup..I had to check my order twice because the wrong label was put on my food (my name was on someone else’s order), when I tell one of the associates she had an attitude as if I was bothering her when she was the one who I watched was handling the mobile pick ups. I leave with my food and noticed I was given the wrong drink, I walk back down and tell another associate (idk if she was a manager or not)… I tell her I was given the wrong drink (I was not rude at all) she proceeds to sweep the floor (looking the opposite direction trying to talk to me) and not even give me eye contact while I am telling her I got the wrong drink. I received no apology for the several inconveniences in that moment of me picking up a simple MOBILE ORDER ON THE CHIC FIL A APP. I ended up leaving with my correct mobile order after 20 mins of me waiting for them to correct my order with very nonchalant /dismissive attitudes. I given this location too many chances and it’s always a problem. I will no longer give my money to this chic Fil a location. I will just go the one outside on mall on harbison.

i drove up to the drive through like ive done several times, the chickfila associate was in the booth and did not look up. i waited and had to blow my horn to get attention, then she argued with me about placing my order on the app before i told her i didn't have it. just started back going to chickfila, not sure if im going to continue

I’m an insane chick-fil-a fan. If you are too… don’t go to this location. Slow. Didn’t have my order ready… looked like the ten people up front had no clue what to do nor cared - except the manager who was frantically running to get things done. All my fries were burnt in my order. Please fix this quick! Simply care and it will all come together quickly.

By far the worst experience I've had with chickfila, I paid $8 for a chicken sandwich with a bun so stale it tasted like it came from a dollar store weeks ago and my fries were only half filled and most of them were the small fry pieces from the bottom of the batch! I understand it was incredibly busy but I waited a really long time for my food, so long that people that ordered AFTER me got theirs first and I had to ASK FOR MINE. Come on chickfila you're better than this😐

It's soooo wonderful to be able to quickly grab lunch at the drive thru/food truck in the Columbiana Mall parking lot!! Every time we go grab lunch at that that location (actually it's linked to the Chick-fil-A inside the mall food court) from the moment we drive up till we drive away sneaking waffle fries out of the top of the bag has never been more than than 8 minutes total, and we never have to leave our car 🤗🤩😍

Extremely busy! (Oh, I don't like giving this review) The regular chicken sandwich was good. The waffle fries were undercooked. I don't particularly like their chicken nuggets. Perhaps I was there at a bad time. It WAS very busy. I've heard of this place for so long and to be close enough to patronize them was exciting for me. I'll give it another chance.

I can't say anything about chick fil a that hasn't been said before. Been eating it over 20 years and I'll continue till I die. I do wish it still tasted the same as back then but it's still the best fast food around.

$3 for a large drink, the cup was not full..for $3 you expect full. It also took awhile for a single drink when there was no line. Usually they are better than this. Hopefully they can pull it together🤷🏼‍♀️

I don't understand the hype. The line is always long. And their frequent fliers make them think everybody knows their menu. I only went because I was given a gift card. On a positive note they give children a thought provoking item such as a book rather than a cheap toy.
