Don’t waste your time . The whole night shift needs to be fired for this . After 12am they only accept online order , which is why i didn’t know until I got home .

Went there to pick up a door dash order. Customer ordered 2 subs (fully paid in app) they were out of tuna for one of the subs (i cancelled one of the subs in the app so the customer can be refunded) employess refused to give me the other sub which was payed for because they said it was like giving away her food. They refused to talk to the customer and expected her to redo the order., not to mention everytime I go In there it's filthy. Wouldn't recommend this place the staff is incompetent and rude and they are always out of something

Staff is very rude when telling how I wanted my sandwich I was asked if I had “any other strands or unusual requests “ which was crazy to me since your condiments go on your bread if your making your own sandwich. Then a remark was made to another customer “ THANK YOU FIR BEING SIMPLE “ (caps because it was said very loud) 🙄 I wouldn’t recommend going if u like your sandwich a certain way.

Came to door at 10am,door locked and employee saw me and went to the back waited 5 min, she never came back never unlocked door now 1010am. Will never visit again

This is quite literally the worst subway location I have ever been to. They are always out of ingredients, the staff picks and chooses when the store is open, and now, the ingredients they do manage to have on stock has plummeted in quality. Why is the flatbread basically a tortilla? Can your soda actually taste like soda instead of seltzer water? The only upside is while the employees may seem lazy, they’re at least nice. And as someone who also works CS, I hate calling workers “lazy”, but I’m not sure how else to describe the people behind the counter.

Service was amazing. The manager Neisha greeted me with a lovely welcoming. Help me decided on what to order. I ended up getting the all American club which was made to perfection. First subway I’ve been too in Columbia that was this clean, service was spot on. Will definitely be returning to location! Give her a raise she deserves it.

Firstly the NO ONE answered the phone. Only for me to get there and he's OUTSIDE with a bottle of Don Julio on the table. When I asked about the phone it's not working. More like you're not inside to answer it. Worst service EVER my sandwich was made WRONG his response it's Already Made. Im leaving he going back outside

The worst subway ever need to close it down. It’s always something going on with them they claim they never have meat the system always it’s really no need for them to be open if we can never get food . NEED TO CLOSE IT DOWN ASAP.

Best Subway in Columbia. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.

Every time my family and I come here we get turned around at the door but this time the manager said it’s hot and it won’t matter if I order online because he’s not making anymore subs but the last time I came alone they said just tip the jar and he’ll make me my subs and I did so why couldn’t he do it again this time…..shut it down already!!!!!!

Food and servers were great. Ran out of supplies (roast beef and steak), and the bathroom was out of order.

Was turned away at the door by 2 gentleman gentleman that worked there at 10:12pm. The hours of operation is until 11pm. I called to make sure that this branch was still open and no answer. The open sign light was on, no food was taken off the bar and there was no line whatsoever and was still denied service. I will be calling to speak with the owner. Zero stars ⭐️ if zero can be given

When you turn away a cash customer, its only hurting your business, I'm the only one at this location. Doesn't look like you all can afford to turn away business.

The turkey sandwich was good. The lobby was hot and dirty, and the bathroom was locked. The clerk said the bathroom was out of order.

Order online Order when the application said it was ready I went to pick it up and was told that the didn't have meatballs to make the order. So I proceeded to ask for a refund but was told it would take up to seven days to get my money back. So not only did I waste my gas by driving to the restaurant ,but also my time when take only had to say the order was unavailable for purchase. Somehow he made my sandwich.

Employees were extremely rude and kept cutting of me trying to ask my friend what they wanted and wouldn’t let me finish a sentence

Absolutely awful. Weren’t there to get my mobile order due no one showing up for work. Then had to turn around and go back and get my food. Wasn’t offered a sorry or anything

Placed an online order in the app, went to retrieve the order once the app stated the order was ready. The associate who tried to assist me became irate and wanted to argue with me over whether the app was correct or not in saying the order was ready. I was willing to wait for the order to be completed, but was still met with a temper by the associate.

I don’t know what’s going on but the last few times I have been there the service was completely crazy. The young ladies looked like they were literally moving in sinc, as slow as they possibly could. One cut my bread and mushed it at the same time. I will go back but I always peek in now to see if those girls are there. The last time they were, so I abruptly turned around and went to tropical smoothie! Manager and subs are awesome by the way, but I only get so long on my lunch break and I would rather not spend it watching subs be out together at a snails pace

This place on my visit had the computer not working.

When I'm traveling or too exhausted to prepare, I usually eat here. And this place is great. Usually I had the seafood salads, meatball or steak and eggs. They taste good! I love how accomodating the service was. Subway is really convenient for me, plus the foods are total yum and fresh. Definitely worth for 5 stars.

Workers are young and terrible at everything! Especially at night, they close 45 minutes early regularly and this place is always out of veggies and meats

If I could give less than I one star i would. I went there today to place an order for a tuna salad to be honest with you I wanted to tuna sub on flatbread, but instead, I switched it to a salad. The lady told me that she had put the tuna on the bread already. There was a moment where we both became silent. The lady then took off her gloves and got on her phone and told the other worker to serve the other customers I would have paid for both of the items due to the fact that it was an inconvenient on my part. But when she walked away and got on her phone, I was upset. I told myself instead of paying for both items don’t pay for no items and walked out. I would not come back to this place ever again if they have people with this kind of behavior.

Open late. My sub had something that was tasting sour. I was unsure of what it could be. I only choose mayo and honey mustard. It made me not want to eat it.

I have been coming to this location for the better part of a year. Mostly with okay experiences. I don't know if today was just a little busy and stressful or what, but I have never experienced as rude a customer service interaction at any subway restaurant as I did from the cashier at this establishment. I stood there chips on the counter in plain view asked for a cup.. the cashier rang in the cup and confiscated the chips claiming I didn't ask for a combo. Horrendous. I worked in food service for 12 years and never did that to a customer.

I order from there tonight and the subs sucked I'll never order from there again no meat on subs but loaded with vegetables. I didn't order vegi subs

Came in at 7:30am and suppose to be open at 7am manager was on her phone and not open yet. Looked at me and walked in the back, with the doors still locked.

Very grumpy lady on the register and there was only one frazzled guy making the sammys. I love the new Subway sandwiches but I just couldn't wait for service. I was in line for about ten minutes before I left.

Didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling in this store. I get they are hourly workers but would be nice to have a happy employee. Kind of sounded like "bring out your dead!"

Tried dining here earlier today (7/12/22) & was told by a young lady that the restaurant ( Sunset Dr location near Tropical Smoothie Cafe & Prisma Hospital) was not accepting CASH...NO CASH only credit cards!!! Unacceptable!!! I can somewhat understand one still using "coin shortage" as a reason/excuse but cash??? Simply unprofessional!!!

The sandwich was good but the people weren't very friendly.

After about a week or so of a back and fourth of a refund, the manager turn out to be really sweet, stayed in Contact and took care of me once we were able to finally link up. Never did get my refund!!! Lol, instead, finally got my meatball subs I wanted.

Placed an online order for 2 meatball subs.....get there, and they say they have NO BREAD. unexcuseable!!! That's something they should have prepared for BEFORE the last loafs were sold. Very poor management. On top of that, I ask for a refund and waited at the store for 30 mins for the manager to return for my refund...again, unexcusable and unexceptable!

Staff is ok, some are nice and speak, others not so much. My BIGGEST complaint is that they DO NOT take any COUPONS or DISCOUNTS that SUBWAY always pushes out for the customers to use. I have NO IDEA why they DO NOT accept COUPONS or DISCOUNTS/PROMOS but I think that is totally insane if you ask me, when every other Subway in Columbia area seems to take COUPONS, DISCOUNTS, PROMOS WITHOUT A PROBLEM. Would be nice to see a change in that aspect from this location, maybe the owner will respond to this review with some clarification for us all on this matter.

An ok place to eat. The standard Subway selection. The service is a but lack luster at times.

The quality is what you would expect. However the prices are inflated because it is across the street from the hospital. They also do not participate in the specials.

My wife 'n I ordered Seafood Salads. Those ladies sure do know how to whip up a salad!! A young teen was also working, named JAMAL. That young man is very sociable, courteous and respectful. That says a lot for that young man, and, his upbringing by his family. That also shows the caliber of employees that SUBWAY hires ----- only the top 10% for customers!! :) Hurry on over to SUBWAY to get your sub sandwich or salad. Both are delicious !! This Subway is convenient to me. It's not my favorite but it was good. It was very slow today. It was busy so I waited it out.

This is my go-to place to eat when I am too tired to cook or on the road. My favorites are the meatball sub or the steak and eggs one, or salads. It's nice that you can order sliced apples instead of chips as a side dish.

Very patient staff. Son is very shy so i made him order his food to teach him how to talk for himself and the guy was very nice and patient with him. Things like that make a huge difference.

When visiting the hospital / friend's there & I get hungry, Subway & their location is my first choice ! Always get a great sandwich , oatmeal raisin cookies & a drink ! The staff are attentive & on point !

Small place not much of seating. Taste of food is good. Service was ok. Wanted cucumbers didn't have any cucumbers. Is subway cutting back on how much of to put on sandwiches? They tried to cut back on my sandwich. Also some guy walked in got something to drink in his own cup (not a subway cup) and the manager/owner was just like cool with it 🤔. Over good except for the guy who walk in.
