It’s alarming and disheartening to witness instances of blatant racism and disrespect persisting in 2024, often without consequence. I urge all individuals involved to introspect and confront the biases in their hearts, and to re-examine their personal values. It’s crucial that we work towards creating a culture of empathy, inclusivity, and accountability.

Racist and the Aaron guy said a 17 year old boy made a mistake, you can’t type a whole 7 letter word by mistake.

For anyone leaving negative reviews at this location because of one person's issue and doing it out of spite need to have their reviews removed. The 17 year old made a mistake- let that location handle it in a professional and courteous way. And to those leaving said 1 star review, ask yourself this- have you actually BEEN to this location?

Always mess up orders, even after specifically asking for pepper jack on the spicy deluxe (the normal cheese) it's almost never pepper jack, on top of plenty of other issues.

It is deeply troubling and disheartening in 2024 that individuals continue to face overt racism and disrespect with little to no accountability. I hope that each employee involved finds a way to overcome the hatred in their hearts and reflects on their values.

I ordered a Cobb salad with chicken on the side. I received a 5 piece nugget instead of an 8 piece. I had to get back in the drive thru line. They did give me an additional 5 piece night nugget. I just don't want hot food on a cold salad. There seems to be some problem 8 out of 10 times I order. The nuggets have gotten so small. The staff was nice.

Realizing that the chicken from this restaurant is made from a computer / printer im done eating their fake food. KFC is actually real chicken. Folks should research this restaurant. They have a lot of man-made ingredients to get you hooked on their fake food. Computer technology is winning the world. I'll never again will I encourage another human being to eat fake food.

The cashier was very professional. After we sat down I noticed a delivery driver come in who was clearly sweating. The cashier Justus offered him a water which the driver gladly accepted. Good job Justus!

When I come into town to visit family we enjoy having lunch here. The are always smiling and caring!

This family run business is a great place to enjoy a healthy, quick meal. The employees are friendly and helpful. I even had the door opened by a manager for me because I was using crutches.

Regarding a recent visit. Good evening once again, I am writing this email once again in absolute disgust. We ordered $13.29 worth of food (12 piece nugget meal) to share. The large fry container was not completely full. Went back up to the register and asked for more fries, and spoke to an employee who walked over to the area where the food is prepared and waiting to be distributed. That employee spoke to another Coworker with a Blue Sweater on (We found out after her name is Madison) and explained my situation. Madison did not seem to like what she had to say and proceeded to grab fries out of the fries container with her BARE hands and tried to place them into my Large fry container. Let me say that again, MADISON USED HER BARE HANDS, no gloves, no anything and attempted to place fries in my Large fry container. The other employee saw what Madison was doing and moved the fries container before Madison could put the contaminated fries in the container. MADISON then placed the fries back into the fries container (the area where the orders are waiting to be picked up). We confronted the employee and asked her " was she about to put fries in my container with her bare hands"? The other responded " Yes, but I stopped her". WHAT IN THE WORLD! Madison then came over and tried to say she was throwing them away, not trying to place them in the fry container. Those fries that she touched went back into the tray into someone else's order. So someone else received fries that were touched with bare hands by Madison. This is totally uncalled for, disgusting and cross contamination is very high. That is how individuals end up getting sick. Unacceptable for service. Edit: I did speak with a manager and also emailed the owner. No response….

Always fresh food my order is correct. I only miss them on Sunday but I respect them for not opening.

The only thing I do not like about this place is the parking. I do not understand why they put the restaurant in this location. Parking spaces are tight and not enough.

On November 22nd, we had a catered order set for pick up between 4:30pm and 4:45pm, we showed up at 4:33pm. We got the receipt confirmation for the order and had to wait 20 minutes over all for them to bring it out. Only had about 6 people inside. Someone showed up to pick up their catered order about 10 minutes into our wait and got their food right away. I had to ask 3 different employees for an update on 3 separate occasions. Around 4:55 they brought it out and said there were two orders with the same name, which sounded like a lame excuse, because even if that was true, one of the two orders is here, why not bring them out to us and check?. Employees doesn't seem like that wanted to work, just stood around and talked among themselves. Even when we first came in, there were three employees talking to each other behind the counter and we were just standing there for about 10 seconds before they even acknowledged we were there.

Waaaay too busy. But fast service and food. Staff just too busy with so many people crammed in there

I just sat and waited inside for carryout for over 20 minutes for a FREE drink. I don’t stay up this way, so I LEFT. I was better off going through the drive-thru or curbside, just a waste of my points and time.

We recently visited one of the cleanest and quickest Chick-fil-A locations we've ever experienced. Chick-fil-A remains one of our top choices as a family when we're looking for a fast and satisfying meal on the go.

I typically don't rate fast food joints because they are fast food joints but the staff deserves a shout out. Even though it was a drizzling gross day outside the drive-thru staff were up beat and attentive. They exemplified the customer service that we've come to expect from Chick Fila A even while taking orders outside on a gross weather day. Thank you! 😊

Friendly, good service and good chicken. They've improved the drive through area and better than before, but waits can still be long due to volume. Sometimes the park and pickup option is not available and you need to go through drive through anyway. Update- this location doesn't have the seasonal fish sandwich for Easter/Lent, as other locations do. Unfortunately I only found this out after a long drive through wait, and then was stuck in the inner lane so couldn't get out. They really need to bring this back for future Lent seasons.... was here on a Good Friday.

Their grilled market salad that I ordered was a little skippy on the chicken and fruit. The grilled chicken sandwich with bacon was cooked to perfection.

Great service, employees, and clean place (dined in) but the food....it was just meh. Not bad. Certainly not great. I know there are a lot of die hard Chick-fil-A that are probably going to disagree but I just don't find anything exciting about the food <shrugs>.

Slowest one for breakfast that I have ever been too always 1 lane and the workers move like zombies . I guess they figure if there not in a rush to work so why should you be.

Walked in Ordered my food. Gave me number to take to my table. Brought me my milkshake and in a little while brought me my baked chicken sandwich.

I picked up an order and this is how my fries looked. Really disappointed.

Worst drive thru service ever. I waited and held up the drive thru line for 20+ minutes waiting for two #1s and 2 milkshakes. I asked several times about my food order. Not once did a manager come out after hearing a car has been holding up the line. I had to ask for assistance or a refund after waiting so long. I was asked if I paid for my food and I pulled up my transaction on my cellphone to confirm it went through. Food was finally delivered but I had to wait another 5 mins to get the two milkshakes. A manager finally came out after I requested a free courtesy card for a future visit (when they screw up). His response, we couldn’t find your order and we no longer have the cards. Are managers not observant? Are managers not trainable to check on the lines to see what is holding or halting the drive thru pick up service? The wait was horrible and the cars behind me were getting their food but they couldn’t get out of the line because I was holding the line up! I’m sorry to those behind me but the La Plata Chick-Fil-A need training on giving outstanding drive thru service because they get a 0 (zero) after today’s visit. This will be my last visit to this location!

This Chick-fil-A does a good job considering that even with two lanes they are always packed. They seem to always have the latest promotional drinks and specials, as well as enough staff to handle the surges. Looking forward to the new location in King George/Dahlgren as well.

The food is almost always correct. It's usually pretty fresh! The lines are very long, curbside is the way to go. They have the best rewards system!

Chick-fil-A, always delicious. Gave a great Tribute to Veterans, military members, their family, and the community, pre-Memorial Day weekend. Loved the T-Shirts the team members wore.

I waited for over 30 minutes in the drive thru after I paid for my order. Literally NO orders went out the window for 30 minutes. Wow!

By far the slowest worst run chick fil a I’ve ever been to. It’s a guarantee you will always spend a minimum of 15-20 mins even if there are 3 cars in a 2 lane drive through. Fries are usually room temp. Even my 4 y/o complains about this location.I just waited in my car 15 mins for a curbside order. Unbelievable

I've been a few times in the last couple years, and honestly have never had a great experience. The wait is usually much longer than most chickfila locations, and the food is never as good. Last night (4/17/23 around 8:20 PM) was the worst yet. Wait time was very long despite short lines, items that were paid for were left missing from the order, the coupon I tried to use was not applied, and the food honestly was way below the standard of the chickfila locations that I usually go to. This is consistently the worst chickfila that I've been to.

This particular location’s service is always a little slow, the shakes are usually melted when you order them in drive thru, but always nice to come.

Went through the drive thru and an item I was missing from my order. Tried to call several times because I'm on my way home from a 12 hour shift and not going back and could not get an answer. Check your bag before you pull off. I knew better.

I went in with my mom we ordered and where serves fairly quickly they got the order correct the food was delicious as always the only issue is I didn't realize we couldn't get ketchup packets on our own anymore and you had to ask for them like sauces cuz I kind of wanted ketchup for my fries but I didn't want to have to go up to the register and bother anyone.

My family has been ordering here for the past 4 years. I'm not sure if the management has changed, but ever since they reopened, we have been disappointed. 9 out of 10 times our takeout order is not correct, leaving out a sandwich, fry, or salad. They must prepare the fries differently now because they are hard and taste stale. The service has changed as well. On one drive-thru visit for bfast, the girl was texting as I waited for my drink. I will drive to the Smallwood location, as they have better service and better prepared food.🙄

The service is pretty good but they added lots of room for more drive thu lanes that are rarely used. Why?

Sat In the drive thru lane watching the most painful customer service. The gentleman taking the customers order looked like he didn’t want to be there, had to keep asking her to repeat herself only to turn to an employee walking out who I assuming was going to take over for him and seemed like the situation was funny. There was a line of cars waiting while the two employees joked around. After 10min I left. I was coming back after a bad experience two months ago with frozen chicken and stale bread to give this location a second chance.

The chicken biscuit did not taste good . No flavor and the bacon I requested was not well done.

They are open at 6am on Saturday, great, so I stopped in to get sandwiches for the guys at work. The sandwiches were made fresh and still warm when I arrived at work and everyone 😋.

Not my favorite location. I often have to check my bag before pulling off. I wish I had listened to my gut this time around…. My sandwich only had the bottom half of a bun… no bread on top. How tf does this happen…??? Very disappointed.

Starting to screw my order up on a regular basis. Ordered egg whites on breakfast sandwich and got whole egg twice. Just today, 10-21-22 ordered a breakfast entree and got a whole meal. Two days earlier I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe and got 1/2 of a bun, the bottom but no top. No joke, I have never had this happen in my life. Stuff happens, I guess. The food is good, but what you get is a gamble. Sometimes companies can grow too fast. They better straighten up their act. Soon. Thanks for reading

Great family friendly environment but service has changed a bit. Not a negative experience just not the generously responsive service I have grown accustomed to.

My family eats here at least once a week and rarely do they get my order correct. Typically they forget an item, which I don't notice until I get home, and occasionally they mess up an item, though usually a minor mistake. This evening, I get home and find this item: a chicken sandwich with no pickles on multigrain, as shown on the label. What they gave is a chicken breast with no bun and extra pickles. Usually I don't complain, but in the past 20 times we've eaten here, I think they've gotten my order right about 4 times. Management needs to do some serious training with the team. The only positive is that the staff is friendly at least.

Keep driving to White Plains. Stopping here is a mistake. Service is awful. Food mediocre. Fries were barely warm. No straws. Went inside to get the straws. Zero customer service. Zero. Guy taking orders mumbled so bad I couldn’t even hear the order. The grab and go for straws and condiments was empty. Sadly I pass a KFC and Popeye’s on the way home. Note: This is my third attempt over several years for them to get it right.
