Slowest Chick fil A and the most pointless questions I've ever been asked, and I've been to at least thirty of these restaurants across the country

Just got home after doing a mobile order drive up. I received cold and half full fries. I immediately called the store to tell them and got a thanks for letting us know. That’s terrible. What I paid for I didn’t get in full and was no offer to make it right. Check your bags before leaving every time!!

My place for breakfast and sometimes dinner. 😋

I had a $10 gift card and ordered the #1, basic chicken sandwich with waffle fries and drink. Total was $10.09. way overpriced! Chicken was overcooked and only had 2 small pickles. Waffles fries were fine. Not sure I would go back, considering the cost and quality. The 2 men who took my order and gave me my food were great!

I arrived inside the store on June 29th trying to pick up a doordash order and waited about 5-8 mins near the pickup area without any employee welcoming me or acknowledging me despite that every employee working had looked at me at some point without saying anything to me. I was only 1 of two customers that were inside the building and the drive through did not appear to be congested. The employees kept talking amongst each other about the weather and such. So, I proceed to hop in the line behind one person to buy a drink and to request the doordash order I needed to pick up. After getting my drink I still had to wait for the order despite my pick up time for the order already passing. Then when one of the employees calls the doordash order I've been waiting for, I acknowledge that it was mine and they proceed to walk it over and drop it on the table with no care. I've doordashed at many chick-fil-a's before and ordered for myself, yet I've never left one as frustrated as I did with this location.

Jackie should not be working drive thru. She was EXTREMELY rude!!!!!

One of the 1st to test the scan & go drive thru through the app. I made a mistake about what condiments I needed, through the app, and the gentleman at the window happily accommodate my mistake. Always friendly!

This is a great Chick-fil-A location not only are they friendly but super fast. If you need food picked up they’ll have it nice and ready and hot on the shelf rocking and rolling. They have also opened up the kids play area so kids can play call ahead if you wanna confirm. Great place.

Customer requests shouldn't be viewed as optional, especially when they only entail reading and following directions. No ice means none, not two cups full. A request for 4 packets of honey means I'd like honey included with my order. It's the little things.

Every time I’ve visited Chic-fil-a drive thru since the revamp, there’s been something wrong with my order (I.e., order was incorrectly entered by attendant, food received was completely wrong, missing food, etc). I love chic-fil-a, but I don’t love being ripped off. Slow ur roll chic-fil-a. I shouldn’t have to empty the bags and open packages to make sure my order is right before I leave the parking lot.

Best chix sandwich by far .. and their special sauce goes good on anything. Dont let a drive thru line scare you away, CFA set the bar for fast service.

Food was fine, The director Chase or Trace was incredibly unhelpful and disregarded my problem and basically told me it’s not his problem. I order a very simple chicken tender meal, i accidentally ordered it to the Wentzville location, I went to the counter and told them the problem, They lady got chase or trace for me. The director chase or trace said i needed to call wentzville to get them to cancel, i thought thats a lot for some chicken tenders but whatever, I call wentzville they tell me i need to cancel it on the APP. Chase/trace at this point is ignoring me and Ann who was incredible tried her best to help asking Chase/Trace questions a long the way. The director could not care less. They decide i cant cancel it on the app. So Ann who was great calls Wentzville who again says i need to cancel the app. I tell Trace/Chase . I ask can I please just get the chicken tenders here and he says no basically thats tough luck. So left here $10 less in my bank account without any food for that $10. Awful awful awful awful.

There are two things that separate CFA from 90% of other fast food establishments. 1.) Impeccable, friendly service and 2.) fresh, hand breaded, chicken. CFA employees are always so kind and attentive. I know that’s how they’re trained and are forced to act as such but it’s refreshing nonetheless. The “my pleasure” attitude goes a long way. As far as the chicken goes there’s not much more for which you can ask. This stuff is good even by sit down restaurant standards. Heck, it’s even better than some sit down places who fumble the ball when it comes to fried chicken. They use a pickle brine which really helps tenderize the meat and cut through the fattiness of the oil. My favorite item is the spicy chicken sandwich. A lot of places just take their regular chicken sandwich, slap some spicy mayo on it, and call it spicy. CFA goes above and beyond with a spicy breading. It even looks like the spiciness permeates the chicken itself which is wild. You can’t miss no matter what you get from this place. The sides are good, the drinks are good, the desserts are good, even the sauces are good. What’s not to like? 9.3/10 clucks.

The tall man with the glasses and lack of hair that works at the highway K location needs to think first before reacting in front of costumers. It’s people like you and your poor attitude that make life so miserable. Do us all a favor and get ur attitude in check and think before reacting in front of customers the way you do..simply just rude and unprofessional

Excellent chicken sandwiches. I love the waffle fries too. My favorite here is then Cobb salad. It has chicken nuggets mixed with 🥬 greens! The ranch dressing is delicious. I have never had a bad experience eating here. The children’s playground is closed. Sign says they’re waiting on a part.

What a great experience! Highly recommend! I'm on a strick diet. Their menu is more than accommodating. It's so nice to have healthy choices at a fast food restaurant. I thought the kale crunch was delicious along with their grilled chicken nuggets! I appreciate all the calories being listed right on the menu. They printed out a receipt which gave a break down of everything in there diet lemonade. I didn't need that but the cashier was extremely helpful and did it. The customer service was outstanding! To top the evening off they had a gentleman making balloon figures for the kids. Apparently they do this I think they said on the second and also on the last Tuesday of each month. I will definately be going back!

Service was fast using the app. Food was hot and fresh. It was crowded and somewhat messy, but I think there was a fund raiser.

Asked for a receipt and the MANAGER, argued it was in the bag. Wouldn't print one and guess what. We got home and no receipt.

Just wish you could actually look at a menu, BEFORE having to order. Not everyone has the menu memorized. I can't even afford to eat there often enough to know what I want without looking.

I love chic fila a, but the way they run their mobile drive thru is unreasonable. You have a giant line of cars waiting, with an entire lane open. I understand wanting to one day optimize the drive thru, but this method sacrifices the customer service experience, and makes it just as slow as every other fast food place. Fix this or you will lose my business.

The new drive thru app is the best

No point in a mobile pick up lane if you NEVER OPEN THE REGULAR DRIVE THRU LANE SEPARATELY!!! I spent 35 mins in the mobile pick up, which promises to be faster and it's definitely not! Play place inside is closed and has been for half a year, and app promotions aren't consistent enough to really be worth their time for the free items for doing the mobile thru, specifically not with a 30 min wait as they merge both lanes and people that did not order online bog up the speed. Get it together!

I am probably biased but I compare every other Chick Fil A I visit to this one in O'Fallon for service. Always amazing, fast and courteous.

Always courteous and incredibly efficient. I avoid other drive thrus with more than 10 cars because I know it will be a 30 minute wait. At the Chik, I know it will only be 10 minutes.

Hate the mobile only drive through line. Just showing up makes me a second class citizen.

They usually are fast and friendly never had a problem with that. I got the breakfast for the first time and i really did not like it. I got the chicken, cheese and egg and when i opened the foil, the sandwich completely fell apart, super crumbly and mushy. I also got the iced coffee for the first time and it was horrible, tasted like licorice for some reason. Much prefer McDonald's breakfast.

I don’t like this establishment or franchise of chick-Fila. I just picked my spicy chicken sandwich from drive-thru and went to a nearby park to have my lunch in peace. But, found that Sandwich was over cooked and felt like rubber strings. I don’t know if owner of this establishment reads this but that waste of my dollars. And, it’s a request to serve your customers properly. For me, ‘m never visiting you ever again. Thanks

We came to Chick-fil-A, and we pulled up. There was nobody in the drive, threw it all. And they told us it was the wrong lane. It was the mobile....they made us drive all the way around in back through, but they could have gave us a helpful suggestion since no one was there. Just a thought

Love the mobile drive through option now. This location frequently forgets to include my rewards redeemed free item. This was no exception. The mobile line made it easy to swing back through and correct the error once it was discovered. Overall my meal was good! Staff are ALWAYS friendly and polite.

If there is one word I needed to use to describe this CFA Franchise it would be "consistent". As someone who frequently orders the same menu items when I re-visit an establishment I appreciate that every time I've purchased a grilled chicken deluxe sandwich the quality has been nearly the same each time. The bacon is always crisp, the tomatoes juicy, and the chicken, grilled to perfection, not too dry, but not falling apart either. They always get the quantities and varieties of sauces that I order correct and I appreciate that greatly.

Wife and I came here for lunch. Damon was very friendly at the counter. Our food was served shortly after we ordered. Table was clean. We will be returning. This place never dissappoints.

The girl in the drive thru taking orders was having a personal conversation that took 4 cars before I moved lines. Neither person had any concern for me, I was on my lunch break for work, thats why I chose to go here because it's usually quick.

Multiple times they have gotten something wrong with our orders whether it is forgetting a whole meal messing up our salads or drinks, otherwise it's still good!

Ridiculously efficient system going on here! I'm so impressed with how fast the drive-through line moves! I will never let a long line at Chick-fil-A deter me from going because I know that I will be out of the line within 10 minutes or less. Plus, the diet lemonade is amazing!

I ordered 4 meals and they only sent waffle fries and drinks. I reached out to the manager, the manager acknowledged that they did not give the dasher 2/3 of my bags and said my order was left there. He then said its door dash fault and there was nothing he could do. Then he proceeded to hang up on me mid call. I will be contacting Chick Fila's corporate office about this issue. This particular chick fila in Ofallon on hwy k has went down hill lately. The fries are always cold and they are always missing items. With management like this I now can see what the problem is. Unfortunate that they have management ruining such a good brand. I've never experienced such hostility and unprofessionalism from Chick Fila. Beware. Lord knows what else is going on in there.

So I enjoy Chick-fil-A's breakfast. However, I'm giving a four star rating because they serve me a sausage, egg, and cheese muffin. And the muffin was not good quality. It was not toasted correctly and it was a bit stale. You would think they would not serve some thing that is a day old. I'm not the kind of person who mines that too much but when you're paying that much about food, you expect Quality every time.

I can not stand fake niceness when the profits go to limit the advancement of one of the most American of the American demographic. When their politics change i might consider trying them again. Last time i ate there it was bland and could really use a spice added to their fry batter...

We are a family who is a big fans of Chick-fil-A at all the time. This Chick-fill-A at “The Shop of Laura Hill” extremely above and beyond! From the young to the senior employees all were very friendly and absolutely great customer service! The young worker name Stephen nailed it!!! Thumbs up 👍🏻 he really delivered fantastic job, very impressed actually and thankful with the world like now a day we still have an awesome young generation! Normally we met young generation the one we so concerned and worried about. But not with “Stephen”, so different. He made us feel we have hope with our next young generation future! I hope Chick-fil-A gives Stephen recognition with his wonderful job! Well done Stephen.

You guys are getting crazy about these doordash pickups 1st of all how would I know who's ordered I'm picking up to begin with so I have to show you on my phone who's I'm picking it up and then you guys say I have to click confirm pick up and for a restaurant that supposedly gives such good service it makes doordash's feel like were untrustworthy or were Thieves trying to make a living And you're the only restaurant that does this.
