I'm updating my review because my server was wonderful. I just wish I remembered her name :( . Plus, fajitas were delicious as always.

My son insisted on letting him try out the triple-decker meal that included no fries as a freebie.... He also opted in to purchase a strawberry lemonade at $3.89 for grand total of $24 for basically cold food that we travel more than 4 miles to get.

Haven’t been to Chili’s in a while but this was really good. Seems like they’re trying to step up their game. Had the cheeseburger with fries and I was very impressed. The server was friendly and efficient and had a great eye for detail. Drinks were always full and the food was tasty and filling. I would suggest giving them another try!

Everything was excellent, very good atmosphere... very delicious food... they served us very well, the food and drinks were served almost immediately... for the beer lover they have 2x1... good margaritas... there is also a device on the table so that When you want to pay your bill to leave you can do it directly and quickly without having to wait... they have a varied menu of ribs, hamburgers... Tex Mex... Kid's menu... everything is very good...

Honey Chipotle chicken is tasty

Your hostess (Helen) needs more customer service training. To be the face of Chilis and have a rude demeanor is ridiculous. I had my staff come here for a meeting and her patience was short with us this evening.

I'll definitely be going back for that pasta

The waitress/bartender Kate, was all around Awesome. Makes me want to come back.

Our server Luis was amazing. Thebest service I've had in a long time. We need more servers like him. Not in it for just for the tips but because he enjoys doing his job.

Bartender is fantastic and kind

Chilis has very vanilla food, but the service lacked a little, kind of a non-chalant attitude. I had salad and my friend had a kids meal bowl. Average food, higher prices in some items. I would have liked the restaurant a little cleaner also.

Great menu. Burgers are GREAT!!! Great value!! You can't go wrong with Chilis!!!!

We love dining at Chili's!!! The only thing we won't order is the rubbery chicken cutlets. They should really seek a better chicken distributor.

This place has absolutely large menu option they're not great at anything but they're good at a lot prices are pretty much reasonable and they always have some kind of deals going on again like most of the restaurants in this area I recommend eating in or take out this restaurant I do not recommend food delivery Uber eats DoorDash because orders have a tendency to be incorrect and the food cold

Nowhere in that stupid tablet says is $2.99 to play a game. A very pathetic reply from management. Avoid this place, I recommend the Juicy Crab which is not far from there. Pathetic response from management, just another restaurant "food" chain.

The manager doesn't want to work, I came with some friends of 10 people. And they told me that they couldn't serve us, because we were very disrespectful.

Don't go to this restaurant, the manager is very rude because he can't serve 16 people who get to enjoy the meal as a family.

Dirty, food uncooked or hardly any meat on sandwich. Last time dirty glass the bartender asked if I wanted the drink from the dirty one to go into another glass I asked for. No I'm sorry. It used to be consistently good. Now hardly any patrons in there. Or staff !

Outstanding service the guy in the back that was doing curve side orders was the best on Thursday night

My experience was fantastic as usual when I go there.. The customer service is number one in my book☝🏆

The hamburger was good but must say that I feel that the way it was cooked was fine but thought it was lacking with the lettuce and tomato, and onion and felt they were not fresh but still okay 😑.

The burgers are absolutely astounding. Shadi and Dezi gave very good customer service.

I remember working here 2022-2023 and being abused by managers and staff … I would go to work and they would send me home everyday telling me it’s going be a slow day knowing I Uber. Other co worker would call me out my name and disrespect me and manger would just laugh . They also stole money from my tip outs. I’m glad they closing all chilies down. Ha ha

I'm a fan. The burgers are great and everything you order is consistently well prepared. Sometimes it can be a little noisy but that's to be expected from any of these types of eatery. My wife and I are always happy with the quality of food and service.

Luis was a great server, responsive and attentive. Drinks were never empty and he was super polite and friendly.

The service MARCO GAVE US WAS AMAZING MADE MY BURGER CUSTOMIZED AND TASTING SO GREAT! All so top notch customer service idk who runs this chili but he needs to get paid more and have a manager position!

Michelle at Chili's was wonderful. It was my Dad's birthday today and she made sure he had his free dessert when his rewards wasn't working properly and that made him feel special. Other chili's we have gone to around Florida usually have poor quality food and the staff is usually rude and gives us a hard time about the rewards but not this location. The food was good and we had no problems what so ever today. Michelle was training another employee today and I can tell she set a good example. Keep up the good work!

Had a great time, our server Carlos was AMAZING!!! He made us feel comfortable and always asked if we needed anything on time. Every staff member was amazing they were friendly, patient, and focused on every table. The food was good, I enjoyed it way too much and wished I could've asked for another plate lol. But thank you Carlos for your wonderful service!!

Dirty, not enough staff, no one around to sit me. Waited about 20 minutes (to be discovered) to take me to table. Asked the man to sit me away from the extremely loud music and took me to the table right under the blasted speaker. I had no choice but to walk away. Horrible place, horrible management.

The service was great. In less than 10 mins, after placing the order, we had our appetizers.

I usually go to this chilis often and have a good experience, unfortunately today was not the same because of hair being in my drink not once but twice. First time I notified my server and she gave me another drink. My server was also the one making drinks for majority of the restaurant as well (Tomiko). The manager (Chad) apologized and took off the drinks. The second time (pictured) I didn’t realize till after I drank my whole drink and went to eat the orange & there it was sitting pulled from the bottom of the glass. At this time drinks were already free, but I wanted to notify them again just incase others may have hair in the drink as well. I let her know & continued out the door as i was satisfied for the free drink & I already finished the other one. As I was walking out the manager (Chad) shooed me away. Moral of the story check your drinks🙏🏾

I enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was not up to the Chili's standard I've had in the past.

My server, Austin, was very kind and attentive. The food was delicious and fresh. This location has changed for the better. We were celebrating a good day.

Please, don't go to this Chili's to spend your money (I didn't, due to its poor environment). Very low class personnel including the manager. Servers extremely bad attitude to mention the least. Low pitch behaviors. Anger management and behavior modification should be applied to the employees (servers) of this establishment. Manager cares less about your complaint. He looks and sounds unqualified to be a manager and plays manipulative low tactics on customers. His appearance is awful, hair all over his face, not well groomed, sloppy appearance and demeanor. This is a low place.

We need to work more to do better jobs

The servers are very attentive. The food selection is great and tastes good. Very good experience there every time I go.

Really good food and good service

Awful Chili's experience while in West Palm Beach. It started when I asked to sit on the left side of the restaurant and was told NO, when it wasn't busy. Then the service was mediocre at best with our server and host!! Got a rob combo but it wasn't right so switched to fajitas. Just not a good experience. We have to go back to West Palm In a few weeks definitely don't know about going back here.

Our server was excellent, along with the food. You can't really choose where you sit and the people behind us were really loud but it was much more pleasant after they left. We still enjoyed ourselves. Thanks, Grace §:^)=💓

Nice, need a bigger sports bar

Good food overall and good casual place. I would recommend to go there for relaxing atmosphere and casual date .

I enjoy going to Chili's. This was my first time at this restaurant. We ordered drinks and the first cups of coffee were cold. The salsa was really watered down. The Texas cheese fries were good. I ordered the Santa Fe salad. I have had this many times at other locations. But, here it was very bland and basically tasted like a regular salad. We normally visit the Port St. Lucie and Stuart locations and I just feel the provide better service and food.

Try the 3 for $10,99, is a great deal and is everyday all day long.. And the margaritas are great as well with $6 deals! Service is good and cordial

The atmosphere nice, the Hennessy margarita is a great drink, the pasta and garlic bread is so awesome.

This is 1 of the only 2 Chili’s we go to. But out of the 2, this one is the best! From the moment you walk in the door you are greeting by friendliness and normally don’t wait too long to sit. We’ve had amazing experiences with all the waiters, but particularly Luis and Marco. We dined with Luis for the first time and he was incredibly attentive, quick, and extremely pleasant. You can tell that Luis and the entire staff are very well-trained in providing the best customer service. They have food runners that are so on point with delivery that it feels like you’re at a 5star restaurant, and even those aren’t this good. Everyone seems to genuinely care about making your experience memorable. Food, delivery, presentation, and service exceeded all of our expectations…every time. Will always go to this Chili’s (and Wellington if in that area) in future visits. Thanks guys!!!

Love to eat there and the people are friendly! Just avoid seating at their two person booth.

Great food. My server was amazing. Sadly I forgot his name . But he has a cool dragon tattoo and spiky hair and he is very tall. Super funny and great customer service . I forgot my retainer on the table and it got thrown away in the trash. I quickly ran back and told the staff what happened and my server (the guy with the dragon tattoo) he went in the garbage and fished out my retainer for me. I would’ve gladly done it myself, and I didn’t expect him to do that, it was such a kind act . I’m very thankful because he saved me $250. He’s a great server and really does deserve a raise! When I go back to Chili’s, I will be asking for him!!

I placed an online to go order on 1-11-2024. There was a tip charged to my card in which I did not authorize. I’ve tried to reach out to online support but an error message always pops up when I try to submit my complaint.

Fantastic service. Chips and salsa very fresh. Salmon was well cooked and very tasty. Beer on tap was super. Cheesecake was out of this world!

I have to say I was a little let down. Multiple tables were not cleaned the entire time I was there. The server seemed to be overworked. The place overall seemed dirty. Chips and Salsa Yum as always. The chicken sandwich was blah nothing special.

I’ve eaten at chilis so many times and always loved their chips and salsa but tonight I ordered it via delivery and the chips are sooooooo ridiculously drenched in salt it’s burning my mouth. First time ordering from this specific location and this, along with a upcharge for ordering from delivery, was not very nice 😅👎👎👎

Kiara was our server, have to talk about her. By far the best server I have ever had. She seen something missing from my plate when it came out and fixed it on the spot, got my refill exactly when I needed it. She has a friendly face and always smiling. She was very fast with the service and due to her I see myself coming back to this Chillis more often and getting in her section.

Food is horrible buy it at the one at the Wellington mall. Not recommended. Very horrible

Came with a group for work. We were loud but the staff were excellent but obviously stretched thin. Be kind to people, being rude to the staff is just petty.

check# 980243 both steaks were ice cold and the Mac and cheese on both were cold and frozen still. I used to love chilis and I give this store chance after chance and I always come up disappointed. This was the last straw the only thing that was good was the side salad and tea.

I ordered through the mobile app and when I picked it up this is how much they gave me and I paid 16 dollars for this and when I called and complained the manager Andrew said he was going to send a 15 dollar gift card to email and when I checked my email he only sent a 10 dollar coupon

I am an elderly woman my sister and I were in your establishment on Wednesday 11/1/23. I had my service dog with me. We were seated and given menus, then a very rude man (said he was the manager) told me my service dog-which is under 5 lbs. had to be on the floor. I had a blanket for her and her service vest on, I explained to the very RUDE subhuman that she could not detect my seizures if she was on the floor. My sister and I frequently go to Chilis-first time for this one!! We left and will NEVER return. Very bad customer service, and actually he not only was rude, very bad appearance, sloppy dressed and hair looked like he just woke up!!!! I have never been treated like this, my service dog is very well behaved and most servers don’t even know she is there. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

Food tastes great! Service was attentive but the back of the house wasn't on time with the appetizer and I never got my soup but the manager was very kind and compensated us for the trouble! I recommend the Hennyritas!!

I have been to this location several times over several years and I love it. I’ve always had down-to-earth servers and food. Chips and salsa, 2 for ones and being able to sit in the bar and watch sports! The atmosphere is chill and I don’t feel like I’m out of place. I don’t need “fine dining” to feel like I had a good experience. Just chill.

Let me just say this totally honest review the server I got name was Maria !! She was very amazing , patient , amazing customer service !! Made sure my husband and I food was on point !! Honestly we were talking like friends lol she was very sweet !! Best server not too many big restaurants have good servers with amazing personalities like hers and treat you with so much positivity!! May she continue to be blessed !!

Ordered with Door Dash from Chili's. The ribs were fatty and tasted funny. The mac and cheese macaroni was hard and uncooked and the cheese was watery. I tried to put them back into the oven with a Jack Daniels sauce which helped a little with the taste but with the fat it was still terrible. We wound up throwing them out. in the garbage. We will never go there or order online from them again. What a disappointment. I only wish I read the reviews before I ordered.

I’ve been currently waiting in the to go line for over 20 mins with several people who works at the restaurant sitting talking and laughing while I am waiting to order a drink.

Food is always good here. Clean restaurants. Had an altercation at table across from us abs staff jumped on e I got away and removed fighting guest. Apologize to our table for disruption, although it was not there fault

WOW! When I tell you I’ve never had food nor service this good before. My server Marco lawd bless his soul is absolutely stunning! I wish I could bring him with me to any other future locations I go to but I can’t :’( Marco recommended the absolute best drinks (alcoholic beverages - the grateful dead and liquid marijuana). Lawd these drinks don’t taste like non of the liquor that’s in it. On top of Marco being absolutely top tier (and needing a raise!). The service was so fast and food tasted so good I got whatever burger/stacked fried chicken burger/sandwich that Marco recommended and I most definitely will be ordering it from now on! Everyone was so welcoming and the energy in here was absolute bliss! I will most definitely be coming back to feel warm and fuzzy every weekend! (Couldn’t even get a good picture of our food and drinks because it was that good everythings either finished or gone😩)

We were not so impressed with Kate. We had to ask for straws and silverware, and the fajitas I ordered didn't have many peppers, came with no lettuce, and the salsa was swirled with something creamy. Kate did bring lettuce and fresh salsa. Also FYI the black beans and veggies fajitas is actually just a black bean burger patty. Tomiko started her shift at the bar and was great. She bussed our plates we were done with when Kate was still here. Thank you Tomiko for being interactive and helpful!

The overall experience with Chili’s was good. I ordered a salmon house salad and the Big mouth crispy chicken. The food overall was good, they could have not cooked my salmon so done, it wasn’t burnt, but it was a little more done than I would have liked for my salad. The chicken sandwich and fries were great. I also had a dessert, but haven’t eaten it as of this review, I’m sure it’s the bomb though. I placed my order for pickup, it wasn’t ready exactly when indicated, however Angelo (I think that was his name) he did let me know he was bagging my order, he apologized for the delay. For the extra wait, he gave me an extra scoop of ice cream and offered us drinks due to the long wait. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

My friend and I had the BEST TIME. Our server Marco was perfect. he didn’t just deliver in hospitality, but left us feeling like we made a life long friend. He knows his stuff, and is incredibly funny. He brings and overall highlight to the entire experience. Will be back here very soon. And I’ll be asking for Marco!! 10/10

Chillies like other restaurants seem to struggle for help. Restaurant was not clean by any means , the table across from us after 30 min then it was cleaned but the floor below stayed filthy.waited 20 plus minutes to be attended to after telling the manager about the wait, after the food came out only then i got my drink,wy wife had to ask for a refill couple of times failed on all counts cleanliness,service,food taste, overall politeness was not there This was my last try at Chillies , but this issue is larger than the restaurant staff ,it starts at the corporate level
