Angel wasn’t the best server. The moment we sat down she was unfriendly to us. We did not feel welcomed because when my partner suggested his food was incorrect she got visibly irritated and sighed. We spoke with a manager and hope this establishment improves in the near future. The manager acknowledged that he knew she has a less than kind attitude. Why dont we make change?

On 8/20 at around 3 pm, I took my mom here for lunch. When we entered the restaurant, it was deserted. NO diners, NO staff greeted us at the door, NO bartenders, NO waitstaff. There was a booth in the back where the people were laughing and having a good time. Could this have been the missing staff??? Mom wanted to wait a bit, but I told her this was just an omen of the kind of service we could expect. I’d be checking my cameras if this were my place.

The food is great prices are good and the service is fast and friendly never have to ask for refills

This location should be SHUT DOWN! The food is nasty!! Every time we order takeout we are disappointed. The hamburger was frozen and the cheesecake doesn’t even taste like cheesecake. I’m NEVER ordering from here again. And I’m a frequent customer.

Take out and it’s always take outs that are never fresh .. first time this happens at this location so I’m very surprised.. smh

To go order....Burger was soggy fries were cold & hard. Rip was added without knowing. So with a $35.00 + meal to go for 2, final charge was $42.00 +.

I will not be returning to this chilis ever again. Every time I have been there I get the same waitress tall blonde with an attitude. After a month or two not going I went yesterday and same waitress. My son’s mandarins had a hair in it and he threw up his burger. My daughter’s burger wasn’t cooked all the way through and she ended up throwing it up after two bites. My steak wasn’t cooked properly and tasted funny. This isn’t the first time but I will no longer go there. They tried to make us pay for food we couldn’t even eat and no manager even came over. This establishment isn’t worth the food poisoning it gave. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Overall I always enjoy Chilli's. Our waiter was a little distracted and didn't check on us much but the manager stepped up and helped us when we needed. My husband had a rough time with the steak he ordered. They immediately corrected the error and made a new steak. The manager was very helpful to give us a good experience while out on our vacation. Thank you!

I finally found a place to enjoy in peace. Awesome service and they pay attention to your needs. I love it.

Terrible food..cold..undone..the cooks don't care about what they serve,no pride in it.... maybe prison taught cooks...nothing more...

Great Chilis’ like I used to go regular in North Charleston in International Blvd.…& Chilis in Jacksonville , Florida whenever i dive from Charleston to Orlando or Orlando to Charleston, I stop by few of the great people there…this is another great Chilis in Apopka , Florida – good customers and good people working across in this particular restaurant. I frequently visit due to the good atmosphere and nice people working there. To mention: Kevin the GM is down to earth – on the first time, he went out of the way “hello” even though I was sitting far off…Nikki said he is genuinely nice and wonderful…that is shown in his action, deeds not just words. I used to like Mrs. Tina I used to go there from 2017.on and off whenever I visit on a weekend to see my family…Manny used to be there- he is still long time dedicated to Chilis… Great, nice people worth mentioning are: This is not in sequence or chronological – whomsoever comes in my mind and just jotting down there is no this is the first person or second person please…. sorry to be brutally honest, ethical, integrity and upfront: 1. Ms. Cindy who helped to fix the Vegetarian meal for me and later she and Ricky together made that happen- Very conscious, she does not worry about appreciation or so, she works hard, truthful and cares for customers during Theresa’s incident one of the Thursdays in May 2024. 2. Mr. Scott brother- they say he is new- but super quick, sharp and he goes out of the way to help, if any bartender or serving or doing lot of things- he goes and helps the customers, he has a great attitude. Cares lot for the nation. Love that brother Scott. Once Scott and Kevin worked on the radio – they were smiling, since I was joking with them – Great Team … 3. Nikki – super good and great bartender – some of them come for her sake on Tuesdays and she has a great serving tables according to the Young kid like Brandon even though he is tall in the Organization in that Branch of Chilis- like Michale Jordan -just kidding. 4. Danielle – she is incredibly soft, nice, and good person always- great friendly attitude…nice hard working and can-do double shift- very sincere. 5. Kimmie- some of the customers like her most…. like Theresa and Carol always talks nice about her…Kathy too. 6. Few of the front host also. I did not get her name. I remember one Ashley I think, or I forgot one…She does not get scared for work or Amber -cannot remember. 7. Manny is regular as always as I mentioned above…Chilis is the place he is dedicated to work …all the time. 8. Ricky is great – sharp and intelligent. 9. Mike who serves and has a particularly good attitude, someone said he works on Monday, Tuesday, and one another day- I cannot remember. 10. Brandon is a good person. Went to dinner with my mom and her fiancé a few days ago. Forgot my ID, but our server was really lovely and patient as I went to get it :) The drinks were good, and got full off of good food. Thanks for the laughs! Such a good Chili's.

Large party of 12 & didn't mind being separated but wanted to be near each other. They gave us 3 tables. They seated the older teens far away, so the waiter had to take 2 adults order then go to the kid at the other table. Then, the next 2 adults, then run to the other table, that was 3 or 4 times. There were 5 teens. They told one of the teens she had to move to another table because she was in the way. Now that teen had to sit with the adults instead of with her friends. Didn't get all the food that was ordered. Some waited long even though they were not busy. It was a disaster. It was not the waiter's fault. He did the best he could with this confusing situation that the host caused with the seating arrangement. Food took too long that I left. There is too much to say on here.

I've never had a bad meal from Chili's Grill and Bar, no matter what state I'm in. I believe at the time I went, they seem to be in need of more employees. I purchased a meal to go and it was delicious.

Queso cheese and chips were delicious. Very good salad.

Came back to chili's after a bad experience.A few weeks ago told my waitress.What happened and the same thing Happened again, My burger was not cooked to my liking and had to wait for it You have to ask for condiments. This is the last time I'll be coming back.

I was craving for some Caesar salad from here so I decided to treat myself. The food and service were great I ended up, juicy meat with plenty of condiments!

They went above and beyond. I was dining while waiting for a car service to be complete next door. After leaving Chili’s and going to pick up my vehicle, I found that I would be forced to wait another hour! I went back to Chili’s to wait and they refilled my beverage from earlier!! They didn’t not have to do this… I would have gladly purchased another drink. This type of service is unheard of nowadays. 5 stars because I can’t vote 6 stars.

Chips were greasy. Gaucamole had too much salt. Chilis is just all about the alcoholic drinks now. Food not so good.

Seems to be going downhill.... not much taste/flavor on anything except the Buffalo wings. Flavorless fajitas, awful black beans, even my favorite, the southwestern egg rolls are different now.

I usually have a good experience, but this time it was excellent. Food and service.

My wife and I decided to go for a meal and it was not as good as we hoped. Let's start with the server. She was not friendly at all . She never asked how my food was nor did she offer me anymore water after she saw me asking my wife for her water. I will admit my food was good. I had the double old-timer burger and it was delicious and seasoned great along with the fries. My wife's food is another story. She ordered the quesadilla explosion salad. The quesadillas were hard as a rock and the salad was mostly lettuce. She sent it back for the salmon and Mexican rice and broccoli. The salmon was not seasoned, and the broccoli has hard with no seasoning as well. The Mexican rice was horrible too . I would not suggest going there unless you are getting the burgers . I'm more disappointed in the service more than the food . I can't stand a a server that doesn't treat us right . Chili's REMEMBER YOU ARE IN A PEOPLE SERVICE OCCUPATION.

I'm not sure what happened to this place since the last time I was here a few years ago. The Wednesday night I went, they were crowding everyone on one side of the restaurant only. Apparently the other side was closed for some reason. The ribeye was cooked as I asked, medium rare, but it was tough and not very flavorful. I don't eat red meats very often, so when I do, I have high expectations and this one failed to meet them. They used to make really good rib eyes, which is why I chose this restaurant. Word of caution, the brisket burger is a burger with some brisket on top of the hamburger patty. Maybe I didn't read the description properly, but it wasn't what I expected. Service was good, not exceptional. The mixed drinks were very good.

I would have rated 5 but the chips were a little stale. - Interesting reply from management...It wasn't the 5 star experience we normally have so we will avoid this location going forward. Luckily, Apopka has another Chili's.

Dillin needs to worry less about prancing around on his little rainbow and focus more on the operation of the restaurant. My ENTIRE order was wrong. Are you guys hiring a back of the house crew that can read and write?????? This by far is worst run location in the orlando area. Definitely not winter park.

Our server was amazing for the size of party we brought along. And food was amazing here. This is my new favorite location.

I hardly come this location, but I am a frequent flyer at one a few miles down the road. Had an issue when the hostess took our names and sat two other 2 tops in front of us, that walked in after us. Do we need reservations now?

I came to pick up a to go order they were fairly quick and efficient refunded order when I made a mistake and let me do it again!

This is another poor experience at the same location. Managers don't take responsibility or assist in taking care of customers. I have complained previously was told changes are taking place waited several months to return but no change has occurred. Managers are on site but they don't take pride in customer service either.

No lines no waiting for lunch. We had a choose 3 deal. Great value and best of all bottomless sweet teas!

We had not eaten at Chili's in years. However, we heard that new management was turning things around. Therefore, it seemed like a good time to determine for ourselves if it had really improved. We were pleased to discover that it has. Our server was friendly and professional, patient and helpful. For example, when a friend inquired about crackers for her meaty bowl of chili, she offered and brought a plate of fresh, thin, and crispy chips, which worked perfectly to subdue the spiciness. The rest of us chose Caesar salad to begin our meal. The salads were nicely chilled with enough dressing, cheese, and croutons. Convinced she did not want a burger, once she tasted the juicy meat with plenty of condiments and a soft bun, she wished she had made the same entrée choice as the rest of us. She was not impressed with the grilled chicken sandwich, which she thought was too dry. Nevertheless, she decided that it was good enough to take home and add some sauce. Unable to finish the remaining bites of the tasty chili, she added them to the few remaining fries for take-home. The fries were particularly good--hot and cooked to perfection--lightly browned and nicely seasoned without excessive salt, crispy on the outside and soft inside. The quality burgers retained their pink quality from proper cooking, which I appreciated. I also approved of the cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce, and purple onion in the right amounts for the double burger. My pickles were served on the side as ordered, along with barbecue sauce to replace the unwanted mustard. Every request was promptly fulfilled. Servings were generous, making lunch prices reasonable. There were plenty of 2 course $10 choices or $10.99 with a refillable beverage. After we finished eating, the manager visited our table to obtain our feedback, which was very positive.

My wife and I were seated. After being given menus, a family was seated in front of us and another behind. The waitress just ignores us and takes the order of the group in front of us. We didn't say anything. Then she goes to the table behind us. Didn't even get a drink order in. Yes, we are AA and they were not. So we left and patronized the restaurant across the street and enjoyed ourselves.

Dinner with an old friend was great the service was great just felt they could have checked in on us but we were in deep conversation so maybe they were trying to be polite .. we had a wonderful experience and will be back

I came here with my kid and my mom. The food is average chain chili’s. It’s good and you know what to expect. I gave the service 5 stars bc they were severely understaffed. It took us a while to get seated and then a while to get our order/food. I give it five stars bc our server and the runners were working their buns off. It’s not their fault they’re so understaffed. They were helpful, kind, apologetic, etc. I’ve been in their shoes and I know how hard that can be when you don’t enough staff. I applaud them and say five stars all day. I feel so bad for people in the service industry now. So much work and not enough help. For that very reason I recommend this location and would go back. Also, the monthly margarita is always good and strong! Just like it should be. You can’t get a marg like that for $6 anywhere else. Plus they have those tablet things at the table so my kids like it bc they never are allowed to have their tablets at dinner! It’s the one of few exceptions for everyone. Everyone wins. Mommy drinks, kids play, grandma drives. None of that ever gets to happen except at chilis 🤣

I was with some friends and all of our entries were good except the chicken quesadillas. My friend said they didn't have enough chicken and it was dry and scarce. The water served had a bad taste and the restaurant itself had a houseatosis smell. It could probably use a deep cleansing. Our server was very nice and attentive.

Ordered online. Waited 45 minutes for them to tell me that they gave my food to someone already so they are not making another order nor are they refunding anything. Never going here again

Pretty much what you expect when going to Chili's. It's freezing inside so if you get cold easily, definitely bring a jacket! I ordered the trick or treat margarita & the first round did not include the candies as advertised but I liked the drink so I ordered another & the second round did have the candy, even though they mostly sunk to the bottom, I liked them. My husband got a burger and it was great, but he did complain that they could've used better bacon. I got the triple dipper & it was perfect. Also, our waitress was really nice. Overall I was pleased & would come back to this location.

Uggh I got the brisket quesadillas and they were full of fat and gristle. When I mentioned it to our server I had thought they would at least give a price discount but no recourse was given.

Could be better. The service and food the last couple of times has been subpar. The wait has been very long.

I’ve been going to chilis for years and I’ve never had a truly disappointing experience. Each and every time the service is good and the food is always good. One of my favorites is the chicken crispers and it’s always my go too when I don’t know what else to get. The portions are great and I usually am really full or I have some leftovers to bring home but it never goes to waste. Overall I enjoy chilis and I’m glad I live close to it.

Sometimes, it can get a bit loud. Foods alright for the price. Everyone here is always pleasant. It's definitely better than the other Chili's in this town.

Place was a quick place for food. Needs a major cleaning, waitress wasn't friendly, we acted like a burden coming in.

Ordered online says order ready by 6:30 pm got to chillis @ 6:43 pm food didn’t come out until 7 pm and when I got home food was cold like it was sitting out not warm cold

My wife and I were craving some of the desserts from here so we decided to treat ourselves. The food and service were great especially the chocolate chip Ice cream cookie.

Food was pretty good but the service wasn't the best, nothing too terrible just could have been a little more attentive. Would definitely go again.

The food is excellent as always. Food prices are up just like everywhere else. The interior is beginning to look old and worn out. The brick floors are very dirty. Especially disheartening is the fact that many of the drink specials have disappeared. I won't be returning as often.

Update: Haven’t been here in forever but we were in a rush today and figured we would give it another try. What a mistake! The waiter could not even care enough to listen to our orders and brought my wife a regular burger instead of the veggie burger she ordered. He literally admitted he didn’t hear her say that. Place was opened and still took a while for the manager to come to our table who proceeded to do nothing to rectify the situation. No wonder they were empty! Only reason they got a 2 was the food was ok! Learned my lesson and will definitely not be back and would advise my family and friends to follow suit!

The Philly cheese steak was the best by far

Food was served pretty fast, food was alright. The corn was hard and dry, and the ribs had burned the spots, but the rest was ok

My server Brittney is amazing! A person with common sense and great customer service skills. Bonded with her within seconds. Food runner was trash, Chilis menu change was trash, but Cindy the manager and Brittney my server totally made my trip worth it! Chilis lifer just reporting the news!

We hadn't been to a Chili's in awhile and about a month ago we went to this location. It was a good experience so this past weekend we decided to go back. Definitely wasn't the same experience. My husband's mashed potatoes came out cold. I ordered my burger medium and it came out very rare and cold. Waitress basically ignored us for the most part. She brought out new mashed potatoes for my husband and they looked like they were scraped from the bottom of the pot and burnt (including picture). They were MUCH darker than normal mashed potatoes and didn't even look like mashed potatoes. He ordered the ribeye and I know Chili's isn't a steakhouse but, we have eaten enough ribeye steaks to know this was definitely not a ribeye. He had gotten the sirloin that had absolutely no flavor and tasted like a hockey puck. Still got charged for the ribeye and not the sirloin. She brought me a new burger but didn't bring back my roasted street corn with it. So, not only having to wait on new food my husband and I were not able to eat together. The whole point of going out to each with each other.

My 3 year old ordered pizza that had molded cheese. We got the wrong sides for 2 meals, didn’t get salad dressing or Mayo for the burger despite ordering those ahead of time. Service was horrible, it was dirty.

This location always does well with their drinks and dine in experience. But more importantly, even their to-go orders. It's hard to order steak medium in to go as it keeps cooking but they did it perfectly! Asparagus was also perfectly done, not soggy at all.

The burgers and fajitas were delicious!

Great fast service and waiter was awesome. Ask for the guy who is 7 feet tall (LOL).

We celebrate my husband's birthday and it was great, delicious food, steak cook to perfection, fabulous drinks and in top of that they sing Happy Birthday to him with a complimentary ice cream. Wonderful time. We will go back again and again.

One of my favorite stops for either soup and a salad. Especially thier chicken sandwich and special sauce. They got your cravings covered

i waited about 2 minutes to get noticed by someone to ask if i could seat at a booth in the bar area(being courteous). Then I Sat…. and sat. I got my phone and stand out. found a movie(scream) on Pluto, watched 2 whole scenes before someone came to my table. that said person waited on 3 people at the bar, a couple who was sitting right next to me, and then another table across the way. As a former server, i would at least put a napkin on the table to acknowledge a guest. i just got up and left when the server finally came. I couldve snapped my fingers for attention but im not rude. However, whenever i go here for carry out or doordash orders its very common to get ignored by staff ive noticed on my own accounts. I never felt the urge to write a review for this Chillis but after being ignored at a table in a barely filled area i had to say something.

Our waiter Rick was on point. He had a party of about 30 people and he didn't stumble on the task. Thanks Rick.

Used to love this place but a few years ago it got really bad. Decided to try again a few months ago and was pleasantly surprised. We've been coming every two weeks for a few months now but we see the service slipping again. Tonight we sat for almost 15 minutes before being acknowledged for a drink order. Waitress was very nice afterward, and I really have no fault with her. Seems like they were understaffed and she had to face the brunt of it. So, would I go back? Yes, but not at a traditionally busy time. Food is normally pretty good, though my spouse said the grilled Margherita chicken was really bland.

I ordered the shrimp tacos and I would recommend those to anybody.

The waitress never came back to refill our drinks.

Trina is the best server I’ve ever had chillis in Apopka. She remembered my husband and autistic son who came in before. She was so attentive and caring.

Their closing time for Christmas eve says 6pm & we arrived at 5:15 pm & they told us it was closed & didn’t let us sit. They need to fix their open & closing times , drove 25 mins for nothing
