Excellent service and mouth watering ice creams! Very Friendly staff!

Literally, they have the best shakes we’ve ever tasted and they have such good service like one time. The toddler was nine dollars, but we only had eight dollars on us and they said it’s fine. We’ll just put on the family discount. Literally the best milkshakes I’ve ever ever had.

I had never been here before today and I am blow away. No only was the atmosphere on point, the ordering system is efficient and retro with a paper you can fill out for either a scoop of ice cream or a shake. I can 30 minutes before close and the wonderful ladies behind the counter made me feel as if i had come during a lunch rush! Upbeat, helpful and pleasant to be around. Their names are Patty and Emmerie!

There are a lot of options to choose from which makes the menu a little overwhelming during your first time; but can’t go wrong with anything chosen!

I can not recommend this place enough. From the moment you walk through the door the staff is very friendly and welcoming. You are made to feel like they actually want you to be there. They have lots of things to choose from. The ice cream nachos are such a good idea! I will definitely be back to try more things.

We went for a milkshake for a special treat. I got the raspberry one and it was heaven. There was a piece of raspberry in every sip and the rest was rich and delicious. Staff was very friendly and we really enjoyed the experience.

Chill has undergone a fantastic transformation under new ownership and we are excited to spend some hot summer days trying out some of our tried and true favorites as well as some of the new menu items they have coming out! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, it's like catching up with old friends every time we stop by. If you haven't checked out Chill yet, you're missing out on some seriously delicious treats. Can't recommend this place enough!

I was so excited to try this place, because I’ve heard nothing but positive things. The staff was amazing, and made sure everything was safe to eat for my family member who had a peanut allergy. If you don’t know what you want to order, this place can be a little overwhelming, since they have both waffles and milkshakes, all of which sound delicious. There are so many different flavors/combinations, and you can literally customize it to the way you want. Overall the milkshake was decent, however, there were huge pieces of candy in the other milkshakes we ordered that was just at the bottom of the milkshake cup. They were not mixed well and the candy was not chopped up. There was a whole Oreo just sitting at the bottom of the milkshake cup. I like how you can customize any flavor/toppings for a milkshake/waffle of your choice, but just make sure to ask for the candy pieces to be chopped up, or you’ll get huge chunks at the bottom of your cup. **Im updating this review because I recently went back and was shocked by the price increase! I heard it switched to new management which is why the prices went up, but it’s not worth it**

The look a kid will give you when you ask if you can have a bite of his ice cream! Loved this place today! I had the s’mocha milkshake, it was amazing! Wonderful attentive owners making sure everything was perfect for us.

Stopped by the grand opening and was so pleased with the service. The grilled cheese sandwich that came with my shake was melty and buttery and soooo good! My shake was perfection. They are all 16 oz and so decadent! I can’t wait to bring my granddaughter!

My first time here. The Snicker favor shake was beyond awesome. WOW. Owners are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Awesome staff and wonderful milkshake

Chill Milkshake & Waffle Bar was very inviting, from the moment we opened the door, as well as super delicious! I noticed that each customer was greeted upon entering this cute little establishment. And this, I feel it makes their visit special. It is very important acknowledging guest when they enter your store. My son is a Type 1 Diabetic, and treats like this are very rare. The on-site manager was very knowledgeable and more than willing to help provide details per the measurements of the ingredients used to make the shake he picked. My son got the Gimme S’More & I got the Orange Creamsicle. Both of which were delicious and beautifully handcrafted. Thank you Chill, y’all RoCk!

More than 20 minutes waiting for 1 pizza and when it's done, the little bit of cheese was burned 😡Unfortunately, it's not the first time that happens. I wonder if they don't want to work or they don't like that work why they don't give space to someone who can and wants to do a good job?

Our visit to Chill Milkshake was an absolute delight! From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The variety of unique milkshake flavors offered something for everyone, and each sip was a burst of flavor. The grilled cheese was perfectly gooey and paired wonderfully with our shakes. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. Can't wait to visit again soon!

We had a 5 generational family reunion and decided to go here. I am glad we did!! Everything on the menu was amazing. The prices were reasonable for what we got. I can't say enough about the staff, they were the nicest and most friendly staff I have seen in years! I highly recommend this place to any and all people and age groups too. You will not be disappointed!!

This was a friendly little restaurant that serves sandwiches and shakes. Fun atmosphere and tasty shakes at a reasonable price. We live more than an hour away and just happened to be in the area but we will be back.

Chill is awesome! We have visited several times and are always amazed with the delicious shakes! Today I was in a hurry to pick up a shake and was able to call ahead! I gave them my eta and they even waited a few minutes after I called to make the shake so it wouldn’t be melted! Perfect timing and perfect service! Thanks Chill! Can’t wait for our next visit!

These milkshakes are so good and they even have vegan options! Patty and Penelope are so considerate of every customer that comes in and they make the environment is so welcoming.

Remember in Pulp Fiction when Vincent (John Travolta) can't believe a shake cost $5. . . well he would have lost it in this place. We have been wanting to check this place out for a while, so one day we were in the neighborhood and stopped in. The place was clean, staff was friendly and the shakes were okay. . . but not worth the cost in my opinion. They have tons of varieties to choose from. . . almost too many. My wife thought her shake was amazing, my kids were disappointed because they automatically put whipped cream on the shakes without asking (and my kids don't like whipped cream). My shake was okay but all of the special ingredients (cookie dough in my case) basically went to the bottom of the cup. So you ended up with ice cream on the top. . . and a bunch of cookie dough in the bottom. It was not horrible but for the cost I thought it was rather small and just not worth it. For the cost of one shake I could have gone to HEB and bought a half gallon of Blue Bell ice cream and been a lot happier! Maybe I am just old and cheap. It was worth checking out, but I doubt I will make a trip back.

This place is popular for their variety of milkshakes. I love their customisation options. My all time favourite is pistachio, cheese chunk and cookie dough. My kids look forward to go to this place due to their indoor board games. Decent play options for a good family time from busy weekday schedule. Though they claim for best cheese sandwich, but I would pass!

I brought my kiddos for a report card treat to this location. It was the first time ever going to Chill and definitely won’t be the last. The customer service was some of the best I had seen in a long time. They high fived my kids, asked them thoughtful questions, welcomed us back again with a coupon, and engaged our family so kindly. The boys gave the taste a big thumbs up also. 10/10

This place is one of my favorite places! We live in the middle of two locations and I wish they would open one right in the new plaza by our house, so it wouldn't be a half hour drive lol. Their milkshakes are DELICIOUS! I really love the coffee toffee crunch, and the cotton candy, but they have so many milkshakes to try it's crazy! Would totally recommend this place to everyone
