Cheeseburger was very delicious

I drove by there yesterday and it looks like they have closed down. Not a bad little place the one time I got food there. Best of luck to the owners in their future endeavors.

If you haven't eaten here, you are missing out! Fabulous pulled pork and cheesy grits. The Blue Burger is unbelievable. EVERYTHING is good! Delivers thru Waitr, does catering and parties. Also has screened in patio with dog yard.

Amazing sides, even better sauces, and the most flavorful smoked meats I've had in a loooong time. I will recommend Flying Pig to anyone looking for BBQ in the Shreveport area.

Man, those beef sandwiches are excellent!!! The owners are great people and make everyone feel welcome! Boy are they good cooks!!!! And doggies are welcome too!!!!!

Saw the Pork chop special on the news. Very delicious. Love the muffaletta pasta salad. Mustard seeds instead of mustard in potato salad is cool. Sweet potato casserole with pecan pralines on top is amazing. Very good find. Will definitely be back.

Awesome smoked on site meats. Loved the deviled eggs and queso. The new sandwich with pork and brisket was amazing. We will definitely be back to support this new local business.

Very cool little new place for hand made BBQ. The owner and staff were super friendly and explained how everything was made. The pulled pork was amazing as was everything else. The sides, sauces and all are made in-house...awesome! The only reason for not giving 5 stars is there's so much on the menu I didn't get to try. Overall, this was a great experience, so get out and support a restaurant doing things right.
