So the last time I went was in October not the best experience so I haven’t been back until tonight…. And oh my goodness, the Cook was absolutely the sweetest kid I let him pick Everything for me from the hummus to the rice to the parsley, salad and chicken had an amazing personality and the food was spectacular. I called and spoke to him myself to tell him just that I will definitely be back quite frequently from now on amazing job both to the business and into the young man.

I recently ate at Shwarmas and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the restaurant was spotless. The food was outstanding, fresh and full of flavor. The tabouli was bright and tangy, the falafel was crispy and well-seasoned, and the kafta was juicy and packed with herbs. The highlight was their mint lemonade, which was refreshingly perfect with just the right balance of mint and citrus. Shwarmas is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious food in a welcoming atmosphere. One of the best meals I’ve had in a while. Five stars for sure!

First time tasting of lebanese food, and I could get hooked for sure. The cleanliness was top tier, and the food is very flavorful. Service was friendly, and patience, imo goes such a long way, especially for those who are venturing out of their food comfort zone. They explained the dishes without any frustration made the experience that much more enjoyable and comfortable.

Excellent food served cafeteria style, but specific items not labeled. Ingredients mostly unknown when one is trying to avoid allergens. Restrooms have plenty of maneuvering space for wheelchairs. No bench seating.

Solid food. It's nice to find real city food in Lake Charles. This give me big city food truck memories.

This place is fantastic all of the food tastes insanely well seasoned with great balance to the flavors. I eat a lot of middle eastern food in multiple countries and this place was easily the best in North American. It’s the little things like tabuleh having enough lemon and onion flavor balanced together and the rice being cooked well. Picture here are the feta salad and the chicken shawarma plate! Try the cabbage salad it’s so good.

I frequent this restaurant often, at least three times a week. The food is phenomenal. The staff is quick and very knowledgeable. The owner always comes out and asks how I’m doing. Shwarmas has the best Lebanese food in the Lake Charles area, probably reaching into the best I’ve had Anywhere!

Very good Halal authentic Lebanese food. Atmosphere was very welcoming and the staff is very educated and respectful. I enjoyed the chicken shwarma plate with hummus and feta salad. I will definitely be coming back.

I've been looking for a place that reminds me of home for a long time, I tried a few places and they all were good but Shawarmas is one step above all, authentic, looks great, and tastes like home Thank you guys

This was my first experience in this type of restaurant, I went with my daughter. The atmosphere was definitely family-oriented, bright and airy. The food, although beautifully presented and plenty is, was a little bland for me. Not their fault, I just like very spicy food.

This is some of the best food I’ve had in lake Charles. The chicken shawarma will literally change your life. They also have an order of grape leaves that are absolutely to die for!! Give them a try!

Amazing food and fabulous service. The chicken Shwarmas sandwich and chicken shawarma plate were delicious. The best baba ganoush (smoked eggplant dip) and wonderful hummus. Everything is perfect here! We will be back!
