I LOVE THIS BUFFET! everything is so fresh and clean. The dining area is clean and the staff are very helpful. I will definitely will bring my family and friends here to eat. The servers all look so friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend to go and try it.

Just another run of the mill Chinese buffet with the same frozen chicken used for general tsoa, sesame, and honey chicken. Same ol' freezer burned little dessert cakes all buffets have. Crab rangoons were stale and tasted sour which may have given me the diarrhea I got even before we left the restaurant! I'm not going to recommend or not recommend, you know what you're getting going to a Chinese buffet.

Becoming way overpriced for the quality

Food was ok, the severs and host were really helpful but the manager “Audrey” was just very rude and mannerisms were off. Seemed like she wasn’t trying to be any help and like she didn’t wanna be at work. Everyone can have their bad days but as a manger you should be able to put a fake smile on at least.

Mongolian grill is always good.

Love the food and service. The only thing is, is that your green beans aren't cooked long enough and need more flavor.

Had several recommendations for this restaurant. Unfortunately the flavors were just kinda lacking. Many dishes tasted the same. I should have tried the Mongolian grill. Would have been different. But just the buffet portion was definitley lacking. The soups were the one item I definitley enjoyed the flavors. The women's bathroom was closed the entire time due to a leaky roof, so I had to stand in front of the men's bathroom and guard the entrance for my Granddaughters. The service staff was on point! Friendly, and kept our place settings cleared, refilled drinks often. They were incredibly friendly.

First time here. Selection was ok, but not as many selections as some other buffets. We went at 11am so all the food was hot. Attentive service.

The cook was rude. The food was greasy and the shrimp mostly frozen for the prep Cook area. Great server, bad disgusting food.

Really good buffet with a large variety of fresh food at a reasonable price. You can choose from the buffet options as well as put together meat, seafood, and/or veggies to be grilled for you. And they have many oils and sauces to choose from.

I’m just getting over the worse good food poisoning I’ve ever had! Ate there Wednesday afternoon by Thursday afternoon I’ve sick you name it I’ve done it! Today is Sunday and I’m still feeling sick but not as bad as I was. I will never go back there again…

Few choices for main meal, meat was chewy, cold, I left 3/4 of it. Dishes were dirty. Hard pass on a 2nd visit. On a Monday only Chinese restaurant open Huge waste of time and money

This was my first visit and I was very impressed. Every dish was hot on fresh on the food bar. There was also a very nice salad bar with fruits and sunflower seeds. The dessert bar included cookies and cakes and an ice cream machine for cones. The grill cook was fantastic, and the food selections were full and fresh and clean. Three of us ate for less than 50$ with drinks. Everything was clean and well lit.

The Mongolian grill is definitely the only reason to go here. The rest of the buffet is mediocre at best. Multiple times, my choice of meat from the buffet had been ice cold (both beef and chicken). After the last time having cold chicken, it makes it hard to want to go back.

Amazing place. Have gone several times and will continue.

Food was ok, not a lot of options. We had 8 in our group, split into 3 different tickets. When the waiter came to give us our bills, we all gave him a generous cash tip. He took the cash tip, then took our debit cards for our bill. He added gratuity on for himself. Apparently that's a thing there for tables over 8, even though there's no signs that say so, and the waiter never mentioned it when he took our cash. He handed us our receipts and disappeared.

Today I went to the West Omaha location. As I was sitting there I thought this location was smaller then the Bellevue location. But it was every bit as efficient as the original location. Food quality, service and atmosphere were all as good if not better. There were a few things I can remember that this location did not have on the buffet. That being said I was still able to over stuff myself with very good quality food. I arrived a little bit after 5 and I noticed most people were dining off the buffet and very few at the Mongolian grill. I also noticed the dining room was filled with families of all ages. So this food buffet, Mongolian grill and dessert bar appeals to all ages. I did notice a few people come in and fill to go containers, so this is also an option here. The person who took care of me at the table today was Gabby. I did use the restroom in between loading plates and it was clean and well stocked. Handicap parking places are available at the door.

The food is OK but it's good when you are really hungry and want instant gratification.

Food used to be great, but it has gone downhill. $20 for one person - not a good deal at all. Mongolian beef tastes like it was sautéed in liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce. Chicken dishes are gristly with bone fragments. Ice cream was bad. Crab rangoons had a mystery filling that was the consistency of mayonnaise and was unpalatable. The restroom doesn't have touchless faucets or at least paper towels so that you could turn the faucet off, nor does it have a way to open the door using your shoe - simple hygienic measures. This used to be one of the "better" buffets, but it has slipped into mediocrity. Will not return.

i just went here with my mom to enjoy some dinner and i went to the bathroom and i saw this disgusting toilet full of poop and the smell in there was horrible. i am extremely unimpressed.

I often work in this area and make China buffet a frequent stop. The service is always welcoming with a smile and constant cold drinks are always being served. Briana is always my go to for my server. The food is always fresh, and you can get in and out within 20 min for an affordable price

I have been to this china buffet and others a handful of times in my long life. I cannot emphasize enough, that this is the best china buffet in the Omaha market. The atmosphere triggers nostalgia of that of the great Husker rosters that once dominated the college football landscape. On two occasions I have had the pleasure of being helped by a ray of sunlight. I believe her name is Megan. Absolute all star when it comes to service. My drink does not dip below the halfway point. I recommend this location to all! It goes without saying, but if you need a a stocking stuffer or two, a gift card should do it for you. Heck, for all I care give them out like Oprah, one for you, one for you, one for you, etc.

Amazing service from both our waitress (Brianna). When asked how the food was, it was great, but wished the jalapeño chicken had a little bit more sauce, our waitress went to the back and the cooks generously made more sauce with freshly cooked jalapeños in it for my food! Great service will be back!

The wait staff was wonderful! Everyone was super friendly! The service was prompt and the food was regularly coming out fresh the whole time we were there! Great place to bring the family! Super convenient when you have a group of picky eaters, everyone can find something they want.

Don't waste your time. Food gross cold and crab legs just to bring people in is a lie. They don't have them. Calling health department cause blonde manager didn't even listen to being told food doesn't have to be up to temp when served. How rude she was and server didn't do anything but take two plates wanted to serve a larger table than a two top. Not the best way to get a tip. Save yourself a bad case of food poisoning and lousy service go somewhere else. 45 for two people and food Un edible

Initially, the food was cold. Crab ragoon was odd. Almost like mayo added in the filling. Haven't been here since pre-covid, but it use to be great. The service was great, she was on top of drinks, etc.

Lunch on Saturday. The men's room must not have been cleaned for days; the stench was disturbing.

I love love love their food at this place. I know that sounds a bit common of me but so is eating at a buffet in the Midwest. There are all too many buffets around this part of the world where you pay your $12.99 and most people see their value in the quantity of food they are able to eat but not at this place. Not only do they have more entrees than any other place I've ever had buffet before but each and every one of those entrees taste so delicious. They also offer where you pick your own meat and vegetables and they cook it for you on the spot everything is fresh fresh fresh they have healthy choices as in salad items and great desserts I mean everything is just the best of the best it's like eating at a five-star Chinese restaurant at a buffet price I love this place And it's not because of the amount of food I'm able to eat it's because of how the quality of the food is the best there can be

Always love a good ol china buffet moment. Put your stretchy pants on and be ready to eat all the crab rangoons you could possibly dream of. This is personally my fav location from the service I get every time and the atmosphere itself (:

Overall, we had a good time at the restaurant. I really like how they have a Mongolian grill and a buffet together. I wish they had larger bowls for the grill, but I was able to make something that met my preferences, so it worked out. My kids both found food they liked. They also had a really nice ice cream machine! Big hit with all the kids with us. My brother got a stomach ache after we left, and he normally has an iron stomach. I would have rated them higher if one of the people in my party hadn't gotten sick. One more complaint is that big parties have an automatic gratuity and you can't add to it. We wanted to tip our server more, but the automatic gratuity was stuck at 10%. Would be nice if we could have tipped her more.

When I lived here in Omaha, this was my favorite place. My family and I came for a visit and we stopped in for dinner. The food was mediocre and unfortunately most of it was older food. There wasnt as big of a selectuon of chinese food. This may have been because we got there about an hour before they close. Theres one buffet for fried foods, one for chinese, and one for mongolian. Of course theres a salad and desert bar as well. But for 2 adults and 2 kids with the quality of the food, I didn't feel it was worth $75.

We did the build your own to-go container and wow, so much variety and so much food! I got the lo mein noodles, a few types of chicken, egg roll, crab rangoons and spring rolls. I was able to fit a ton in there and they go by weight so my sweet and sour sauce was in a side container. $14 after tax and this was 4 meals for me!

If I could give 0 stars I would this place charged my card without telling me the amount before charging it I payed some in cash and the rest on card the charges me more on card then I asked them to

I come here every other Friday this last Friday their server OLIVIA tipped herself 5$ from my card.. the manager contacted me back stating the server said she did not do such thing but of course no one who stole will admit they stole! This valued customer will not be returning.

If the restaurant opens at 11am the food needs to be out there anywhere from 10:55am - 11:05am food didn't get out there until 11:25am.

Came in on a busy day today, the host was fine, no problems there, but i had a girl named quinn who was my server. She as very rude and quite frankly had a bad attitude, i can understand a stressful work day but with a bitter tongue spitting words at you, it really makes me lose my appetite

Old over cooked buffet food. Poor selection with poor quality and food. Don't waste your time or money! Both today and a month ago we were very disappointed and asked to speak to a manager. So someone came over and said they would talk to the kitchen manager. I would have been happier with the food at McDonald's and would have paid about a third of the price! We won't go back! Again on 10/12/22 food is poor quality. Most things out.

This place really went downhill from the last time. The two ladies up front was rude when taking out order. The food wasn't that good and the shrimp was soggy. The waiter was good tho. More disappointed than anything.

Very rude! My friend arrived right before I did.. he was already seated at a table but he was on his way back out the door because he left his phone and wallet in the car. He pointed to the table that he was seated at. My wife and I went and sat there. And then suddenly a very rude man that works there started harassing me and my wife about sitting at the table. I told him my friend went outside to grab his phone and then was going to wash his hands in the bathroom. They did not believe me and decided not to wait on us. Because they were so rude my wife and I got up and left. We caught my friend at the door as he didn't make it back in yet because he couldn't find his wallet. These people are rude I will never go there again and I have been going there for years. You're fired!

I love seafood, this is the only place so far I have found Mongolian shrimp, I have to drive a distance to get it but it is well worth it, this is a nice atmosphere and usually very clean.

New to omaha, and through the google reviews, decided to give this place a try. We have eaten chinese food all around the country, and in china as well. Anyone who would think this is good food must be easily impressed or starving. We just had dinner there, and saying the food was horrible would be a compliment. Under cooked chicken and fish, and the seafood mix tasted like plastic. In fact, most of the dishes we tried had an off putting taste. The Mongolian grill burnt my wifes food while the cooks stood around a talked. Mainstays like crab rangoon, and spring rolls were sloppily made and didn't taste good either. The buffet area has a dirty appearance to it as well. Even the ice cream tasted cheap and gross. We can definitely mark this place off of our list of places to go and enjoy a meal.

I really like the Mongolian grill! Fast service from our waitress and the restaurant is very clean! Edit 6/23/22 so we came again tonight and I’m not nearly impressed. Food was under, and overcooked. Lots of cold food on the buffet. It was across the board like this. I did enjoy the Mongolian grill though. The cook did a great job!

Dinner with the family as no one wanted to cook tonight. The food was good and the fried fish on Mondays was fresh. Service was always fast and quick.

Good food staff was friendly and helpful and although I know they can't help it because of inflation $33.00 for two people with military discounts just seems high for buffet . I won't be able to go there or pretty much anywhere else to eat. I know restaurants need business as the Covid pandemic wiped out a lot of good places to eat and I feel for the remaining ones. I will try to go out when I can but thanks to the economy and inflation I'm going to have to eat more tree bark and grass clippings to survive.

Lots and lots of great food. Especially like hot and sour soup and Generals chicken.
