Got some lunch today, orange chicken with pork fried rice and my husband had orange chicken with white rice. Delicious, fresh food and staff was wonderful. Not too busy around noon.

Ordered boneless ribs with pork fried rice no veggies and french fries they didn't give me my pork fried rice tried calling several times and no answer I suggest you check your food before you leave or you might get screwed.

Typically, I do not write reviews. But, this review is much needed to shine light on great customer service and delicious food. Thank you!

I'm not sure what happened to the taste of the food but it is not the same as it used to be. Definitely not impressed with a little girl working behind the counter. For the price I would expect better quality. I guess I will have to find a different place for Chinese food.

Great little place for takeout in a convenient location. Super fresh food that was still hot after I drove home to Ocklawaha! Huge portions that are affordable and enough to feed two even at lunch. Friendly staff and spotless kitchen.

I ordered boneless ribs. They were dry and not very tasty. I ate the rice and threw away the ribs. Employees were very nice. Still the food was not enjoyable.

The only place in Ocala I trust to get Chinese food from. 100% never disappointed and will always keep going here. The food is good and the staff is always friendly.

I’ve been eating at China Wok for 20 years. Last night, MOTHER’S DAY, my son spent $50 for our dinner. 9 Egg Rolls were cold, tough, inedible! General chows chicken was no better! The shrimp lo mein was cold, but edible. Usually the food is very good there last night it was not worth eating I haven’t been there for quite a while because the prices have gone up so much that was $50 wasted. If you don’t see Mickey there, keep going. Sundays are the worst days of the week to go there.

This is by far the best Chinese food I’ve had in Florida. Place is very clean staff is extremely friendly. Had the sesame chicken combo and won ton soup, everything cooked to perfection. Definitely my new dedicated spot.

I ordered take out for lunch today 4/23 and it was awful, spent about $65, I ordered 4 sweet and sour chicken lunches and the chicken was soggy the rice was oily, also got the steak with green peppers and onions, the steak was mushy like you didn’t even have to chew it, and an order of the Singapore chow mi fun for my boyfriends dinner and the noodles were all broken up and he found a grayish hair in it so his appetite was gone, just an overall bad experience and nasty food. Definitely won’t return.

I had to write this review because this restaurant gives you SO MUCH food! We got sweet and sour chicken and boneless spare ribs with fried cheese wontons. So yummy! Their food is always fresh and hot. Great service and atmosphere. Placing an order on the phone is quick and easy. Food is usually ready for pickup in 15 mins.

This is my favorite Chinese food in all of the state of Florida. I found this place a few months ago and can't stop coming back. The food makes me happy. It tastes homey and that is comforting. The place has a family, mama and papa, atmosphere. I love mom and pops places. The food is well made. My favorite foods here the boneless spare ribs and the sesame chicken. Hope this review helps.

When we moved to this area we began a search for a good Chinese food restaurant. We moved from a city about 15 minutes from Baltimore. After going to quite a few different places around Ocala, China Wok has become our family's go-to-place for Chinese food. We always do carry-out, there isn't an area in which to sit and eat. Though nothing like what the Baltimore area has to offer, the food here is usually satisfying. I am always given friendly service as well!

My husband and I absolutely love this place. Best in town! The amount of food for the money and the taste and quality are unbeatable!!!!

No flavor to our food, very bland. Beef has strange texture, although it was very tender. Made me question it’s substance. The store lobby area was dirty looking on walls, floor boards, rugs, and light fixtures filled with dead bugs. Gotta find somewhere else for Chinese takeout.

Been a loyal customer since LONG before the pandemic, Left a review here two years ago to support them, but have to update it now. "Best Chinese takeout in marion county!" The food is still a similar quality, but since the new girl took over, the service is terrible. She pretends she can't understand you if she doesnt want to fufill a request. She also overcharges for extras. Asked for extra sweet and sour sauce before I paid, stared at me like she didn't understand, and completely ignored the request. Went out to my car, followed my gut and checked the bag and had to go back inside for it, she still charged me $1 for the extra cup of sauce after that entire fiasco. We miss Mickey, and I'm afraid she's gonna run his buisness into the ground with bad service.

I've been ordering from here for better than 12 years When I order the lunch special I always substitute an egg roll for the soda, no charge. Today I was charged extra and It's not the upcharge it's the principle. NO CONSISTENCY Np, I'll go elsewhere, we all have options....

I usually order from here but the last time I did. I ordered regular fried rice and got vegetable rice instead. My husband ordered shrimp rice and got vegetable instead. We were kind of upset.

Right distraction from the disaster of our country.

It's hard to order at a Chinese restaurant that you've never been to before. Each restaurant cooks the food differently. I ordered something I've had many times, and asked for it spicy. It wasn't, but was still OK. I will try again and order with this knowledge.

Just realized I never left a review here & I’ve been eating here for the past 2 years! This is hands down the best Chinese restaurant! 🤌🏽 I order the fried chicken wings, beef teriyaki sticks, & mei fun noodles (plain only with green onions, but it’s a house special & comes with so much more!) They have the BEST flavor chicken wings & beef teriyaki sticks. I can’t explain it, must try! I make my own rice & just order the meats! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for good Chinese food. Plus the owner/ workers are super sweet & friendly ☺️

This restaurant has been around forever. Owners are wonderful and provide fast, friendly service. Since COVID take-out only. Always hot and delicious. Food is consistent, often order the same dishes. Prices reasonable. Highly recommend. Ribs (bone in) are great, beef and broccoli, sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, orange chicken, beef and bean sprouts, mongolian beef, lo mein, and General Tso are great choices too.

Great tasting Chinese take out. Fresh and hit food and excellent service. The people there are so nice and super speedy service!

This place has Fallen off they used to be great but not anymore. They burn the food and charge way more than they used to for their bad quality food. Even the pork inside the rice was burned I will never go here again

Favorite place for Chinese food in Ocala!

This place has really good Chinese food. Their Boneless Spare Ribs with BBQ Sauce are delicious and they offer a HALF GALLON of your choice of rice! Never seen that before anywhere else. The Won Ton Soup has a sweet taste to it too, which is a strange but welcome change from what I'm used to. Definitely worth a try if you've never been here before.

Sorry to say but...it was the WORST take out Chinese we've had. Our first time here and the food was so blah,I threw out half my food. 3 people here ordered 3 different meals. The egg rolls were over cooked,hard,tasteless,the fried rice was so BLAH. the crab ragoon wasn't even slightly sweet,and we didn't enjoy the beef n broc or the chic n brocc, Won't waste our money there again.

The young chow fried rice is made with yellow not white. It’s the same thing as the house. I’ve always order young chow and it was made with white rice. If I wanted grease then I would of ordered the house.

My family and I were looking forward to trying this place after seeing many positive reviews, but unfortunately we were disappointed. We ordered $75 worth of food, and once we got all the way home, we discovered that the shrimp toast was burnt; the 8 egg rolls we ordered were burnt; and that the food in general just wasn’t anything spectacular. Definitely our lesson though, and will make sure to look at our food before leaving, but also, shame on this restaurant and the employees to serve such burnt food to its customers.
