Was there at 4pm asked for red beans after I was told they did have, was asked again what kind of beans and said again red beans she then proceeded and gave me black beans. The beans tasted like it was made with old grease, old being the key word . It was so bad I didn’t even finish. Looked at the prices of the deserts and for such tiny portions they definitely tax. I’m used to Puerto Rican food when it comes to restaurants and they give proper portions without artificial inflations lol. Saw no seats inside ,it was raining outside so I was gonna sit in but oh well.

Closes at 6pm but stopped taking orders before 5:30.

They need to fix the time they close, place is good but I have call at 4:45 or 5 after work and they don’t even pick the phone up. To said they are close and I drive from far away just to try get their empanadas and they are close 😰I’m about to cry pregnancy only give me cravings for their empanadillas.

Cute little cafe. Pretty good breakfast. The star of the show is their cafe con leche…chefs kiss!

I looked online at their menu and I decided on a pastrami sandwhich I called and ordered it. Online it says pastrami mayo mustard lettuce tomato. So when I refer I say no mayo. I pick it up go home to eat it and there is cheese on it. I can’t eat cheese so I call and they say I have to pay for another sandwhich even though online it does not say cheese so i didnt ask for no cheese

Excellent service and the meat empanadas and the Tequeños were delicious. I loved it and Ms. Andrehina was very attentive and kind.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch. We both ordered the Cuban. I can say that I've tried many and hands down that's the best classic Cuban you could get around. We're definitely going to come back. Only wish the plaza could let them set up better outside seating.

The food is great but the service sucks. They always forget my tres leches that I pay for. Never actually get it. They need to be removed from post mates because every single time I’ve tried ordering the order gets cancelled. EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m so over it. Don’t stay open if you can’t fulfill orders.

First time at the Latin Stop Cafe & Bakery. Ordered the cuban sandwich, the sandwich was prepared with all the right ingredients. The sandwich was delicious, had great flavor. Also, ordered a café con leche which was just right, not to hot it was at right temperature and sweetness. Definitely will stop by again and would recommend. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Food was absolutely delicious. I love the pepito and my favorite is their classic cuban sandwich without pickles. Their service was great and the woman at the front was very friendly. I highly recommend this place if you’re trying to get a taste of real traditional latin food.

All food was prepared with very little to no seasoning. Tasteless. I would not recommend this restaurant. The empanadas were fried with very low heat causing the empanadas to hold a lot of oil. Disgusting.

They don’t use Cuban bread anymore. Think they use baguettes now or something. I hate it! So bland! I used to love eating here. This was also my fav place to Uber. It’s unauthentic now and I rather drive to Miami for some real Latin food.

Who tells a customer at 338 pm that there is no more coffee because the coffee machine takes a long time to clean, when they close for business at 5pm? Wth!

I was so excited to try this place out, but I probably won’t be back. Everything I wanted (4 different things) were sold out. The chicken for the lunch special felt like rubber and way too bland. Everything tasted bland, very plain! I won’t be back.

I love love this store and the food . I come on cheat days for breakfast , have not had the lunch here yet . Great flavor and awesome people . Fair warning lots of butter so if you don't like that maybe try some place else or Maybe ask for less butter . Don't leave without trying any dessert, you'll regret not buying any !! It's amazing.

Worst cuban food ever had..sorry..was COLD..pork was All fat....rice and beans cold just awful.. had to throw it ALL AWAY after 5 min of eating..hope yu can improve your food.

Lived in south Florida most of my life and the thing I miss most is the variety of foods. Glad this shop is open! I really enjoy the food they offer here and the Cafe con Leche is always perfect 🥰

Ordered a cuban sandwich and a Papa Reno or whatever it is lol.. the reno was amazing, fresh and delicious..The meat on the cuban was very good, however the pickles(especially) mayo and mustard were scarce and I'm not much of a condiments person... and to final note the disappointment, isn't a cuban pressed? Wasn't even toasted smfh.. I spiced it up and cooked it in the toaster oven and it was decent

Usually I like this place and have good experiences, but the steak sandwich fell short. More bread than anything else, the steak was tough and it was dry. I'll have to go elsewhere to satisfy my steak craving.

The beef and chicken empanadas with the garlicky cream sauce are delicious! And great value for the price.

First the good news. Service was friendly and order came quckly the coffee was outstanding, superior taste and the prices are okay. There were 3 of us..we ordered 3 Cuban sandwiches (NOT PRESSED OR GRILLED) and ate there. Now the bad news: they were not that good, plenty of meat but the bread was horrible and the sandwich was missing that creat Cuban taste maybe missing some decent pickles and good cheese..so i checked the sandwich (SEE PHOTO's) 1-slice of pickle, very poor slice of cheese and hardly any mayo.....and yes I have been to many restaurants with Latin food including Miami. We will give it a second try..only because that darn coffee was so smooth tasting. 😎

I’m from Miami so finding a good Latin bakery is hard around here. This place is good, not as good as Miami but close. Will come back again!

Great food at reasonable price. I had a fruit smoothie and chicken with rice beans and plantains. It was a lot of food. I usually stop in and order yucca and one of the single serve desserts they make. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious. Very friendly staff. They have seating to eat there, but you can order take out.

Wow wow wow, finalmente una bakery hispana en ocala con un menú variado, comida caliente y pastries todo riquísimos…. La verdad superaron mis expectativas!!!! Honestamente los mejores en ocala!!!! Vengo pronto aunque me toque guiar desde Marion oaks… los felicito 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I’m from Miami and I can happily say the food here is pretty darn good. I’ll be coming here again! I just wish the lettuce in my steak sandwich was a bit greener but that’s ok!

Ordered a simple steak sandwich and the steak was tough and rubbery, and no flavor. Also, the two ladies who were attending the customers were rude and didn't even say thank you! This was the second time I ate there and it'll be the last.
