The Pizza Hut at this location is great. Customer service is friendly and prompt. Pizza's cheese and toppings were in good amounts and proportions compared to their competitors.

Who is very good the service was awesome but the atmosphere was tiny and crowded

Requested pizza to be cooked extra long and it certainly didn't happen. Salads were a complete waste of money. This is the first time we had unacceptable food from this location

Chicken topping was raw. Store is dirty.

Very disappointed, I ordered online and was charged $30.80, they forgot to take my points off at first for my wings. When I got to the store to get my food they charged me another $20 because apparently that’s how much my total should have been originally. So now at this point I’m $50 in the hole for a $20 meal because they wanted to charge me twice instead of fixing it and refunding me. They then wanted to try and tell me they never charged me the $30 when I had proof clear as day on my bank account app that showed them charging me the $30 and the other transaction for $20.

First time at that location, and I was very satisfied.

Delivery can be slow or inaccurate at times. Also doesn't honor deals in the app all the time.

Pizza was all crumpled up on one side of box, bread sticks were hard and no flavor and only received a dab of marinara sauce in the container

This is the 2nd week in a row we ordered pizza and they screwed up our order, the first time we paid for delivery fee and tip and had to go pick up the pizza even after they charged us a second time for delivery fees?! They were supposed to credit us back our money and they did not , so obviously we are trying to give them another chance tonight and they did the same exact thing!!!!! And this time the pizza we picked up after their screw up once again, it wasn’t what we ordered !!!!! Surprised? Nope !! So now they screwed us out of a free pizza last week , they did it again , we will never again order

Ordered on app for carry out , got to the location and they said a delivery driver took it so they were going to re make my order fresh, waited in parking lot for about 45 minutes. Come home didn't give me the correct dessert I ordered cookie and got cinnamon rolls and the pizza is burnt and looks like it was two different pizzas put together different crust and they wouldn't fit together so I'm definitely not eating it.

Worst pizza EVER !!! $26.00 for 2 medium burnt up pizzas ! One only had cheese on it and the other had mushrooms and onions. I think they took one mushroom and sliced it up paper thin ! Still looking for the onions !! How can anyone screw up a pizza this badly ?!?! What an embarrassment to serve this . I called to tell them about this and they said they can remake them or have the “manager” Michele call me back TOMORROW !🤦🏻‍♀️ All done with Pizza Hut !

Ordered online and waited 20 min. to leave to pickup so I wouldn't have to wait when I got there. Paid for my order and was told ot wasn't ready yet. Waited more than 30 min.watching one guy (same guy that checked me out, pull items from the oven, box them and put them in the warming oven when another employee asked me what I ordered went to the ovens and didn't see that my order was being cooked. Turns out my pizzas had been put in the warming ovens quite a while before that instead of given to me. The pizza's were dry and tough with hardly any cheese. Won't be going bac as this is the 2nd time I've had this happen at this location

This pizza hut is delivery or pickup only. They always have my order ready within the time frame they give me. It's great food, hot and fresh, and the service is great.

Ordered delivery tonight with special instructions because my son was taking a nap and my puppers are loud when anyone’s at the door. Delivery person was super sweet and left treats for my pups and delivered as I asked. Thank you so much to who delivered receipt says Ann so thank you 🙏 ❤️

Placed 2 online delivery orders. One for me, one for my parents house. They decided to send both orders to my folks. Driver called all like my bad, cold pizza is on the way! He sounded relieved when I said nah, lets just refund it. Calling the store, they said my paid online order was paid in cash. This store is not what it use to be. Sad, it was one of the few reputable pizza places left in this area, and now that too is history.

The pizza was fine. I have ordered for pickup several times. It always asks what kind of vehicle, which is silly since they NEVER, NEVER, EVER bring the food outside, regardless of how many people are working.

Hi, I don't know what happened this time, because the usual quality of the pizza was not there. It was dry, just warm and didn't appear to be freshly baked. I also bought the boneless wings, and they didn't appear fresh either. I expect the next one, whenever I order again, to be hot and delicious like I have always received from your restaurant (perfect). The driver was personable and worthy of the tip. I wish I could've given her a larger tip.

I ordered for Curbside pick up. The app told me it was ready in 15 minutes so when I get to the store I wait. I had to call them 4 times. They threw my order out and I waited over 40 minutes (wish I was making it up, but I waited 50 minutes). SO DISAPPOINTED AND DON’T RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT YOUR DINNER IN TIME!

Finally the pizza tasted like the Pizza Hut pizza I remember.. For some reason it hadn't been tasting right, so hopefully Pizza Hut is back on track with all the menu tasting like Pizza Hut food should!

Got exactly what I paid for and Xtra sauce... (Garlic butter) tried new Detroit style and it was decent...like pan cheesy bread and pepperoni (got the double) with the marinara on top...

Staff is extremely poorly treated and anytime anyone reports anything to Manager's, the victim is blamed for the incident and punished. Managers have been openly cruel to the employees and it's disgusting. I wouldn't want to work here no matter how much money they might pay 🤡🤮🤷

This store has improved service quality and food quality over last couple of years. I had moved away for a while--not because of Pizza Hut lol Great products/service and teamwork at Maricamp store. Suggestion: bring back the supreme subs from the olden days!

This place is clean courteous and fast I was coming in from a long sit at a hospital and hungry as I don't know what so i ended up ordering when I got there 2 large supreme pizzas I was given the price and told about 15 minutes!! Now folks I do not believe that it in tailed that much of my time but I assure you that it was worth every penny some of the most delicious perfectly cooked pizza I had ever eaten in my 46 yrs!! I strongly recommend this place!! And thank you folks of pizza hut for your great service!!

We called in our order. The purchase took longer than expected as the employees seemed unorganized. The manager was great though and did her best to get things done quickly. The quality was good. Pizza Hut is not my favorite but it was good for what it is.

Apparently Olivia with an "A" whatever that means as she said has no knowledge of the special. Sound like a dumbazz when ask a question. Cynthia, the manager was not of help. Don't ever call them if u want delivery.

Giving 5 stars as my local Pizza Hut has rarely ever messed up an order. The deals are great and the food is even better.

The past 3 times I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut has been a nightmare. The most recent a few days ago, I ordered a large pizza and a personal pan and breadsticks. Both pizzas were really undercooked and still very doughy and the breadsticks had none of their cheese seasoning on them. That will be the last time I order from there.

I gave the Pizza Hut in the shores another chance, actually a 3rd chance, I ordered a medium cheese pizza, I picked it up and again it was terrible, was burnt, dried out and just awful. I thought I would give them another chance, because everyone has a bad day, never again, I would be better off with a frozen pizza that I cook. Save your money.

Not a huge fan of Pizza Hut but my son loves their stuffed crust pizza. I was so disappointed with my thin crust pizza today I don't know if I'll go back. It was so dry it was like there was no sauce on it.

I don't think any of the developers have ever had a Detroit pizza! Very disappointed. Dough was boring and dry, almost no cheese on the pizza and definitely no crusty cheese baked edges. Little Caesar's is much better!!!!
