Good service and value but pizza quality is average at best. Taste has improved but still not where it needs to be.

Pizza undercooked/doughy multiple times now

All the commercials that I've seen don't mean anything! I've had to go pick up a delivery that you claimed you couldn't find my home yet prior trips you got there and nobody did anything to make up for the inconvenience it caused me! Other times you got my order messed up and mixed up and again nothing was done to make me a believer in the commercials that I see on TV and when I made complaints and even called them in nothing was done about it! Not a happy camper here! The last time my husband went to the store and made the order in person and saying this you will know who I am Domino's because I always get white pizza but when he got our pizza home and I blame him too! Because he didn't check it but I only ordered white pizza because of stomach issues and you didn't take his order right or the person making it screwed up but I didn't get to eat with him because of the red sauce you put on it and his receipt clearly said white sauce! Wake up and drink the coffee if it gets the job done right!

The pizza cheesy bread, brownies ect is tasty 😋 the new York style pizza is sooo good 😋😋

I will not be returning to this store. I ordered a pizza and went to pick it up 30 mins later and I was told it would be another hour my pizza wasn't even in the oven I understand they were busy but don't tell me 29 mins and then I get there and it's another hour

This pizza is way better the any pizza we have had... Better than pizza hut, Arianas and Papa Joes. And the staff is always pleasant. Also we have accumulated points for free pizzas amd their cheese sticks which are awesome. Amen

I used to live in kissimmee and I bought a lot of Dominos pizza but they never put the extra cheese :( But you guys are the best! Thank you for you hard work! Pizza always hot and delicious! I Love their Honey Barbeque Bacon & Cheese Specialty Chicken! Sometimes it is a little burnt on the edges but I overlook it. I highly recommend it! 😊

I ordered a thin crust in a pie cut. Received it cut in the standard square cut. Pizza was so heavily seasoned with oregano, over cooked and ICE COLD . Absolutely disgusting. Bread twists were so thin and doughy. Gross. This store has gone down hill. Never again.

There is an incredible variety of food items now. The pizza and Parmesan bites are pretty good. Pizza is always a family favorite, and Domino's can make something to please everyone.

Dominos did a fabulous job in preparing tons of pizzas for students who earned a pizza party. They delivered it on time and they were hot, freshly baked and delicious!

Dominos has come a long way. New flavors and lasting fast, fresh food. I learned how to hack the deals online for maximum savings.

No such thing as a stuff crust pizza anymore unless it's a large. That blows my mind.

We use this location at minimum 2x per week and usually more. Prior to my experience today, my review would be higher. However, I went online and ordered multiple orders for pizza (testing the rewards thing and seeing if I could get more per order, turns out it does not work that way. Noted.) and pre ordered 10 pizzas for my daughters birthday party with pick up at 11:30am on Saturday. I purposely ordered early because the stress of an 8 year old Birthday on the day of…well, it’s a lot. Turns out your employee Tom didn’t quite understand the importance of having these pizzas in my hand for a very hungry group of kids and parents. Tom felt that my order seemed “fishy” and refused to make it. Tom did call me and and left a voicemail, however, I was nowhere near my phone while setting up and hosting a party. The online order confirmation said everything. Would be ready by 11:45. As I am driving to dominos, I listened to Toms voicemail and to my dismay, it was a voicemail refusing to make my order. I called back instantly stating I am on my way, he explained it would be another 15-20 mins and went into some speech about my order and how he called…nothing that mattered to me upon hearing he had the audacity to cancel my order I purposely made early so everything would follow a proper timeline. We hang up and moments later, Tom again. He cancelled my order so he doesn’t know what pizzas to make me. I lost it. This “Tom” should not be the voice or face of your establishment. He not only cost you a large order today but has completely had your location lose a very frequent loyal client. I hope that you replace Tom with someone who actually follows directions and understands that orders placed ahead of time are there for a reason. My daughters birthday was saved by Little Caesars and my excellent customer service received by them. Not you. Not Tom. Shame on you for this. Anyone reading this, go elsewhere. They don’t deserve your business.

I ordered food an hour plus before they’re closing and they canceled the order. Tried to call the store and no answer. What a terrible way to run a business. They want customers but don’t want to answer the phone to take money.

Ordered a pizza online and it took them 1hr and 10 minutes to get the pizza to me. Back in the day that would have been a free meal. Very disappointed never waited so long to eat. Oh and I’ve been calling and they don’t answer the phone.

I will not be ordering from here again, never encountered a problem until tonight. My order was not delivered in its entirety and I beyond disgusted my the customer service that was given to me. There should be no reason that I had to drive to the store when I ordered for it to be delivered. I called the store 6 times and no answer. When I arrive to the store, a worker said that she tried to answer the phone. I expressed that I did not receive my order entirely as I was missing my chicken wings. She stated that I beat the driver here and that it must be in his car. I inferred that this is unsatisfactory as I paid for the wings as well. She in turn stated that I’ll have to just call and speak to Tom tomorrow morning and then slammed the door in my face. That is uncalled for and down-right disrespectful.

idk if you guys hired a new chef or what, but the order i just got right now is SO good im writing this review while shoving pizza in my mouth. nothing was bad from y’all before, sometimes the sides were a little over cooked or under seasoned but it wasn’t anything worth complaining about.. but now? incredible. perfection. whoever cooked my food, i love you

Misleading hours. Carryout is only open until 10, apparently? So if you want anything after that, be prepared to pay double for delivery fees, convenience fees, tips, etc.

The Domino's on Maricamp in Silver Springs Shores is the best! Our order is always correct and delivery is either on time or a few minutes early. Carry out orders are prepared so quickly, it's usually ready before I can get there. I love their crust, especially hand tossed. I recommend the chicken with ranch dressing for a delightful variation on traditional pizza.

Gourmet quality..hot upon delivery every time so far..less than 30 mins..expertly priced..and the app is great for quick reorders for those that remember the flavor but forget what was ordered lol.

First time ordering here at 9 pm & it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Domino’s! I was so close to giving up on the chain because normally it comes wet, uncut, not enough toppings, etc. Not here! It came super hot, cut really good, lots of pepperoni. The entire time I ate I just couldn’t believe it was a Domino’s. It tasted amazing & was the perfect pizza all around! And the bread was super cheesy & hot. This place is doing it right, keep it up please!

This location on Maricamp Road in Ocala has the best people working there! My food is always hot and ready when I get there and prepared exactly as I ask. When I pick up my food they are always polite and give great customer service! I'm never dissatisfied...that's hard to find now days.

My delivery driver brian was very thoughtful when it came to the rain. Brian placed my pizza overtop the sauce packets to prevent them from getting wet most delivery drivers don't think about stuff like that.

Really friendly staff at this Domino's (Heather Island). They're very clean and are practicing extra safety precautions during this pandemic, including contactless delivery . ( I leave their tip in a ziplock bag on the porch for driver) Delivery is usually pretty quick! Please people, dont forget to TIP ....most of the employees are young kids who are working hard in a strange and stressful world. These kids deserve some respect and appreciation! ~ Nicki ~

Omg! I was picking up a carry out and I had to use the bathroom. I reported that it was a bit dirty so, before I used it, Alexandria made sure to clean every space of the toilet. She was amazing. That’s the type of customer service that I look for because as someone in retail I go above and beyond. I really appreciated her service and we need more workers like her that care about humanity in general. Thank you Alexandria.

Dominoes, my go to pizza makers. Good pizza. Usually hot upon arriving at my place. A few times driver got lost or they delivered wrong pizza or pasta. Still mistaken food tasted good also.

We've ordered delivery from this Domino's 5-6 times now and have always been more than happy with how quickly and accurate our orders are filled. The delivery drivers have always been very friendly and professional each time also. We will definitely keep ordering from this Domino's for our pizza and sub nights. :)

We order pizza, wings and sandwiches from Domino's every Friday. We use their app and order from it. No matter what we order they are always very prompt in cooking and delivering our order!! Very efficient and very food!!
