Chipotle Mexican Grill in Westchase - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

I work close by so we frequent this location and over the last 2 years have watched it fall apart. The kids working there are not only poorly trained but their customer service is laughable. Today the kid taking my order stretched and yawned in my face with frown and didn’t even stop to welcome me or anything. Then the kids at the register were hanging out laughing and talking and I stood there before they helped me. This location needs help.

Service was quick. Restaurant was clean and organized. We received our order exactly on time. When we got home we were very disappointed. Food was cold. Portions were child-sized. Very little rice very little beans. Those are probably the cheapest ingredients in the restaurant. Maybe the portion spoon was not correct tonight? Coming from chipotle lovers- either this location is missing the mark or there have been major changes in portion control. I tried to call the restaurant for a refund or a remake and it is impossible to get a hold of a live human being. Adding a bit of frustration. The online app asks for feedback and "Pepper" says they will give the feedback to the team. A horrible value for $40 for two bowls and some chips and guac. delicious food, spicy for me, husband is happy. Portions are large, inside is clean, there is free parking nearby, quite large, you can eat both inside and outside the cafe.

Had several bites of chicken and steak that had to be spit out due gristle/fat. Both meals were eventually thrown away, will not be returning to this store location.

I asked for double chicken today and got even less than my friend who got regular chicken. What am I paying for? The chicken was bland as well, not sure what’s going on at this chipotle, but it isn’t good at all. Definitely feel ripped off.

Doesn’t matter how good the food is when they have rude impatient unpleasant staff preparing it

This location has been a disappointment. The behavior from the staff has been incredibly rude, from eye rolls to one worker openly saying "I hate her" to the manager beside her. It's not just me; many women in line have been treated poorly. My friend and I also noticed a clear "bro culture" where male customers are greeted warmly, while female customers receive silence. Additionally, the portion sizes, particularly the restrictions on chicken and beans, are absurd.

This Chipotle used to be awesome. Not sure what had happened. In person not bad but, Don’t order online! Super small burritos, so started ordering double chicken still so small. Little tortilla ball and still could not wrap it without tearing the tortilla. Food still tastes great so five stars just give some more meat man… Tried to complain on the app and all it said was thank you for the feedback. - agent closed the conversation…

Always love this location. Pretty busy most of the time. I noticed that when we have eaten in the portion sizes are a lot bigger. I have order by Uber eats several times and the portion sizes are different. Not good for the price.

I went in a few minutes before they opened today and the gentleman in the front of the kitchen offered me some chicken while patiently waiting. I got 3 tacos each with a different protein and many toppings. The customer service was some of the best I have gotten anywhere from the kitchen to the register. I love Chipotle especially this location! Great Staff, great food!

Speaking as someone who loves chipotle this location has the smallest portions. I can’t go to this location anymore. It barely hits the top of the bowl. I miss the days where it would tower over the bowl. Anyways every time i go here I leave still hungry. I mention to the employees I feel like the portions are tiny as they just say I can add extra meat or they try to flood it with sour cream til it becomes a soup.

They refused to honor the rewards system. The guy said no you can't use it today I don't know how to honor those app rewards... he should have gotten his manager

Overpriced smaller portions cold tortillas they have truly lost there touch and is mostly all Chipotle:/ sad!

Overpriced. Cold food. One respectful employee, all the others seemed bothered by me or something/someone else. I won't be eating here again. $20 for just one bowl with extra meat and guac. I could've had a greater culinary experience at a proper sit-down place, not some fast food place with cold food and cold employees. I won't be doing this again.

Stingy ash bro like I know you guys have a policy of how much food but I’m getting significantly less than the normal, it’s sad to see the gradual downfall of such a great franchise, please do better

The food is excellent, portions of meat or chicken could be a little bigger for the price they are charging. 4 people we had 4 bowls $65.00 2 drinks sodas.

ordered 3 chicken quesadillas, they just throw the tortillas in the tray, no cheese, chicken on the side. is assembling and grilling a quesadilla too much work? the laziness is wild.

Filthy in Westchase!! how is this possible?? The manager isn’t around and no one cares about the restaurant. The girl that was near the veggie section wiped the counter with her gloves, and proceeded to make burritos with the SAME GLOVES!! store wasn’t busy and there was no clean table to sit at. garbage is full, cleaning products on top of the drinks machine. I couldn’t even get to half of my bowl before I started feeling stomach ache. The health department need to know!

🤮 Disgusting place. (restaurant from hell). I couldn’t event finish the bowl 🤢. Staff are disrespectful. The chubby guy with a curly hair didn't even bother to ask me what I wanted. He just pointed at me with his finger. What a horrible customer service. The counter where they made the food is filthy 😷. You can see the kitchen full of dirty dishes and dirt all over. All tables were dirty. Floor is dirty and full of trash. Really bad experience. How come the Chipotle corporation allowing this. Never again Chipotle... I gave you too many chances. (pure disgust)

It's a small Chipotle. The employees are fine in line but three times now with months in between the meat is cold or just barely lukewarm.

Good food but terrible service Today March 14 at 7:30 pm I was served at the checkout by a young woman who, apart from lack of respect, asked her for an apple juice and she gave me a apple soda and and i asked her for the juice and she said it was the same thing. in bad shape. completely disappointing the service in that location.

The food is usual as it is expected in a Chipotle, all the meats are good. The restaurant on the inside needs some TLC and more checking the tables. It has a nice area to sit outside, with a nice lake to see. Ample parking.

Very disappointed with this location. Not sure who owns it but you need to step up. The customer service is terrible and the area where food is being served is dirty! The serving counter was dirty. The bins of food were full and overflowing. Also some white rice was mixed in the bin for brown rice bin and some black beans were mixed in the pinto beans bin. The counter had sauces on it. The customer service was poor. The person serving and or making the burito was rude. He was making a burrito for a customer in front of me and the burrito was touching his apron which is not sanitary at all. When it was my turn the manner in which he spoke was rude. I just said thanks and walked out. I love chipotle and was so turned off at what I saw. I don't think it is alot to expect good customer service, clean surface where food is being served. If the counter where the food is all dirty imagine the kitchen. It is sad because there are alot of people looking for work if you are not happy to be there than don't!

I got meat in my sofrita bowl. Pretty annoyed as I CANNOT eat meat. Hard to get to customer service too.

Just way too much for medium burritos and quality. The bottom of the pan rice really made the wait frustrating. 3rd visit, nothing seemed better than the other 2 visits. Being busy doesn't mean you handle customers like what they had been doing to the customers before me and dull eye contact-less hurry up attitude, makes me wonder how you don't just go to Moe's or save your money and meal prep the same basic stuff.

Usually good. But I usually eat in. Ordered for pick up through the app. Forgot kids milk(gave me cups instead) also forgot the bags of chips(had to go back inside and get them) Also never seen a smaller burrito from chipotle. Maybe they anticipate people grabbing and going but very disappointing for this location.

Very good Mexican food. We didn’t know that we had to order some things only in the website. But was pretty smooth.

This chipotle is the worst ive ever been to. To name just a few of the off things we noticed; My burrito was 3 inches longer and an inch thicker, Beans were salty, Brown rice was hard, white rice salty, chocolate milk was off putting, tortilla was crusty, ect. Not horrible food but is much much much lower then chipotle standard.

It was always great to have chipotle/burrito bowls either veggie or chicken. Great taste and quality. Very reasonable price. This is another store just got visited and had wonderful experience. Loved it.

Update. Staff seems to not care about quality as much as before. My order of chips had about 3 chips and then a bunch of crumbs. Disappointed this time. Hopefully just a one time issue. We shall see Hard to go wrong with chipotle! Staff is pretty friendly here and the food is good at a great price point. Prefer this location over the citrus park spot.

This food is always delicious and hot off. The press I get often deals in my inbox. And you can't even be the price says the food is fresh. And the greetings are even fresher top-notch.

Hunter, V, and Allie absolutely made my night! On a Friday night 2 minutes before closing I went in and ordered a bunch of stuff and they were awesome and went above and beyond for me! Best experience I’ve had in a restaurant ever! Very genuine people! Hunter is definitely doing something right at manager! A+

Great choice where you always know you will get fresh, delicious Mexican food

This is a nice chipotle. They are always fast and if you order extra, they add a lot. The only complaint I have is about your coke... OMG coke i got today for lunch was blah... no taste, just chlorine water... had to dump it all. You should check it once in a while, can't sell people such yucky tastless coke.

Food here is consistently great. My mobile orders are ready on time, and they do a great job at the counter. Wish they had curbside pickup for those times when I have a toddler in the car. Parking lot can be crowded. The Inside is neat and clean but uninspired environment for dining. Most Chipotles have a minimalist warehouse design theme, but this one is extra small and just not a great dining place. But we come back for the great food!

Beautiful views of a swampy lake. Of course the food is excellent and you can make it very healthy.

Restaurant was not clean,, food area not clean and Food was not great, not fresh at all which I was so surprised. The up keep of the employees was sloppy, one gentleman in the back had his dirty shirt touching the fresh food he was dumping into the bucket, like sliding off his shirt, the service was not pleasant, it was like talking to brick wall. I've been to many Chipotle locations and this by far is the worse location. Hopefully they get new management soon.
