Appears new ownership. Definitely a decline in service and food.

They always seem understaffed and out of what we order.

The coffee was hot, but it tasted like it was from yesterday, unfortunately. Going to brew some at home now.

Let me first say that I have not been to a McDonald’s in probably at least 10 years but I had my dog in the car and decided to drive through and get him a cup of vanilla ice cream. On the menu board I saw a picture of a McFlurry that had Oreo cookies mixed throughout vanilla ice cream and decided that I wanted to McFlurry so I ordered the special flavor that they had today. Few hours later I took it out of my freezer to finally eat it only to find that it is not a McFlurry like I saw on the menu, it’s a cup full of vanilla ice cream with the McFlurry toppings sprinkled on the top, not a single bit of the topping inside the vanilla ice cream. How disappointing. I could have gotten myself some candy to put on top of the vanilla ice cream I already had at home. It will probably be another 10 years before I go back to a McDonald’s, at least this location. This is the definition of lazy and putting in the least amount of effort possible. You guys should want to do better.

Apparently rocket science to read the order on the screen and then make sure that same order is in the bag you give to your customer. If I had a dollar for every time this location messed up my order, I'd have plenty more orders for y'all to botch as well. Go to the other nearby McDonalds, not this one.

I’ve been coming here for 25 years. Went in with my grandsons and wanted lunch. I forgot it isn’t served until 11am. First, I waited for 10 minutes while the crew was chatting. Then I asked the manager when lunch is served and she curtly, almost rudely said 11. For these prices, not worth my time.

I went to McDonald’s for dinner, quickly going through the drive through. The food was less than plentiful. The large order of fries was half full & not tasty. The fries with the second meal had half filled fries & the wrong size drink. Needless to say, I’m going to go to another location!

It’s McDonald’s. Of course you’re not getting 5 star quality food. But for a Fast food place, this location has my vote. The gentleman taking my order and greeting me at the window was the nicest man I could have ever come across. I’m not sure his name, but the blonde guy with lighter colored eyes and an accent was so enthusiastic and kind and nice. And definitely good looking. What a stand up guy. Will be coming back just for him. And maybe a bite to eat.

Something has happened with the drive-through the last several visits. Have waited almost 30 minutes along with all the other cars. I’m not sure what has happened.

App is terrible and the staff is even worse. They would rather sit there and argue with you over the app not working than to match the offer and apologize. The manager thought her time was better served arguing with a customer. Don’t waste your time with this location, the staff doesn't care about you or the experience.

Nice and clean. Everything else.....it's McDonald's you know what's there.

In Florida, McDonald's has unlimited drinks - that's cool! But it would be cooler if they also sold beer, like in Italy.

0 stars. Very rude employees . Bad quality of food. I paid extra for my extra caramel and ores and got this sad melted frappe with barely any caramel or Oreo. I want my money back. It was also a mobile order so why is it bagged like this! Disgusting

They shorted me a nugget on my 10 piece.

I have 3 McDonald's I can go to on my way to work. I go to this one because they are fast, courteous, knowledgeable, and the food is always perfect! I wish I had her name, but the Latin lady that runs the drive thru in the morning deserves a raise! You can tell she's in control!

Employees are so rude with absolutely no manners. I order a chicken sandwich, get home and I have a burger. I order fries and they fill them half way. The crispy chicken sandwich is so dry now. They are too lazy to go out to curbside so they hold up the line while they prep the food that is not ready. This location is 5 min from my house and I started driving out of my way to another location. It’s unfortunate.

ghetto restaurant, everytime i come in they do not care about the customer nor the experience. never come here unless if you want exactly what you dont want.

My wife stopped by this McDonalds to grab some late dinner..I mean it’s McDonalds so I guess I shouldn’t expect customer service to be superb..especially this late. But ummm..we paid for something and did not get what we paid for. Ordered a large fry and the picture is what we received. SMH

McD's breakfast is always great!

The service at this place at the drivethru is so bad it's almost a joke...yet it's not very funny that they always seem to conveniently forget items you order. At what point does it stop being an "accident" and start being theft?

Waited for 20 minutes for my drive thru food at 8 in the morning… not sure how that is even possible since it was a mobile order and my food still was not ready when I finally got to the window. Will not go back to this location.

Always something with this location. Either they mess your order up or are out of a certain product. I am sorry, but you're a fast food CHAIN. You should never be out of something unless all McDonald's are out of the same thing. This is a constant issue at this location... I would rather drive out of my way and go to another location. This is because other locations are way cheaper than them. This is because other closer locations are better ran with better service and NEVER out of product.

I’ve come here twice in a few days and both times the wait has been super long because they “have to take my order at the second window”. Idek why this happens but it wastes my break. This location needs to fix they’re stuff because it’s ridiculous.

After reading previous reviews, I've come to realize I'm not the only one having issues with this location. Rude service while ordering, while paying, and when your food is offered to you at the second window, you find out they didn't have what you ordered in stock. You'll have to wait while the second window runs back to the first window to get your refund. Fortunately, there is only one person in the drive thru behind me. You feel like you're not the reason for their business, but an interruption of it......whatever business that is.

When I go to McDonald's I expect McDonald's and nothing else. It is what it is. It's fast good at its finest nothing else.

They got my order right and food was hot. That was all I ask

Please train your employees to read back our orders and to give us our receipts every time that way there are no issues. The McDonald's in Westchase has some great employees (a few) but it's not always great. There is a big lack of consistency. The coffee drinks are Not good. Way too sweet, it is not shaken up or just bad. Milkshakes are liquid by the time you get them. Food is a hit or miss. Weekends are a nightmare. Always check your order and grab your receipt! Just asking for consistency. The service and the quality of the store has gone downhill. I do not recommend the app as it is unreliable.

The most inconsistent and mostly inept service.

The mobile app was down. They acknowledged you won’t get your money back but they would not give us our food. They basically stole our money with no remorse. The manager said it was not her problem. Did the same thing to the people in front of us.

We come here every morning and the only one working is the manager which her name is Alicia ! Alicia is amazing and a one woman team ! Every time we go in the morning Alicia always makes everything perfect and the food is always made fresh and delicious ! I would never go to any other mcdonalds thanks to ALicia !! Went thru the drive thru on my lunch break asked for sweet tea that had hardly any sugar in it worst sweet tea I've ever gotten from McDonald's my fries were cold only thing that was hot was my double quarter pounder and I think they put half the grease tray in it overall worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's I do not recommend this store to anyone completely trash.

Indoor dining was closed at 845pm on a Saturday night which is not what’s advertised (11pm). Drive thru only available and it was very busy.

Took our kids to this McDonald’s and drove out of our way so our 5 kids could play in the indoor playground. Sure enough when we got there it was closed for no reason at all.

1 pm on a Sunday, store is utterly disgusting..apathetic and lazy service, drink station bar, restrooms, floors and tables filthy and unclean. Play area closed. Should be shut down by the health dept until the operator does a deep clean. Food was marginal, fries and burgers cold. Have patronized this location for more than a decade, worst it has ever been. Very unfortunate.

Morning fries are amazing...not so great at evenings.

Today was the 3rd consecutive time I've gone through the drive thru and received someone else's order. I don't want to check the order at the window once they hand it to me because I always have a long line behind me during the lunch rush and I don't want to hold others up. Not only have I been receiving wrong orders, today I had a small sprite and they filled the entire cup with ice then added the sprite. It's already small, why do you have to fill the whole cup with ice? Save money? It just makes the sprite taste watered down and I barely get any since most of it is ice. I'm not going back to this place. Bottom line, disorganized and they screwed me.

Very impressed with this location compared to the one in Westchase. The sweet tea is actually sweet. The fries are hot and fully fried just as they are supposed to be. I'll take the drive for better food plus at a cheaper rate!!!!

This is the worst Location I’ve ever been. The food was cold and less amount as used to serve McDonald’s. We ordered a medium size and the package of fries came almost empty, the lemonade was small and when we asked him, he said that it is the size. Furthermore, in the kitchen we listened everybody complaining and fighting. Overall a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I will never visit this location again.

Very nice McDonald's! Just curious....when is the play place gonna open back up? I'd come twice a week for breakfast if it was open. Covid is basically over....here's my edited review. Back a year later...COVID completely over. Play place still not open.

Definitely watched a female employee use the restroom and then NOT wash her hands. I guess at least she was wearing gloves when I looked behind the food prep area. Also the PlayPlace was closed. Not sure if it is always like but if it is they should take the sign off the wall outside since that is literally the only reason we went there.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but I feel like I’d be doing a public disservice if I didn’t. If you like long waits, and getting your order wrong, then this is the McDonald’s for you. If you like stale buns and cold food, look no further than W Linebaugh Ave. If you’re not a fan of those things, then I highly recommend going somewhere else.

Last three times I’ve been the PlayPlace was closed. Today I’m pretty sure it was because an employee brought their child to work and put them in there for childcare. There was a kid about 10-12 sitting in there all by themselves with a phone and computer, and the sign on the door said it was closed.

Ask for extra crispy fries. They think you're asking for something so strange 🤔 I think it makes them angry. I like mine crispy, not too weird. I rarely get them, but when I do, they are the best fries on the planet!

Play area was "closed" except for shift managers 2 kids.... with laptops set up and the whole area as a unsupervised daycare for themselves.... really upset my 2 year old daughter still went through the drive thru to keep wife and kids happy got my mcchicken and no chicken patty on it same lady that had her 2 kids in "closed" play area took sandwich back in from runner and just added a chicken patty to it...... i followed the runner back in to make sure they were not just going to take back the open sandwich and wrapper back inside and add a patty to it sure enough i was right! Most definitely avoid!

THE ONLY MCDONALD'S I WILL GO TO!!! I refuse to go to any other because they are all horrible. I pray this MCDONALD'S does not decline!!!

I ordered through the app for curbside pick up, when I arrive the app would keep giving me an error so I went through the drive through. Once I got my food and got home my dad notice the food I ordered (2x Quarter pounder with bacon) both being plain and one have 2 bottom side bread and the patty as a weird dry taste.

Slow window service due to untrained staff. Food is as usual.

Took my granddaughters inside because there were 2 kids in the inside PlayPlace only to be told it was CLOSED. Another patron asked the same question while I was there. Apparently, it was the manager's children playing in it but no other children were allowed. My grandchildren were upset and didn't understand. Really BAD example and poor judgment from them.

Waited in line to get one large hot coffee,the lady at drive through handed me a cold coffee ,I was heading to work .I work in nursing and need to be on time.this is rediculous

During the day this place is on point but if you order anything after 9pm your taking a chance. Today 1/10/23 was a visit around 10pm they ran out of meat Pattie’s for the burgers and the chicken sandwich they gave us was burnt and hard and looked old. The cookies were burnt and cold and hard all over. The fries were all cold. I know it’s late and you don’t want to be there but some of us that’s the only place open for a quick meal during work or after work us customers

Something or other misses every time I order by drive thru

They never give you all the items you order which mean basically this location will steal from you. You may pay for it but you won't get what you literally pay for.

Not sure why your drive thru lady sounded like she didn't feel like being there. Spoken so softly I couldn't understand her... Believe me I didn't feel like eating there but needed to eat since I had bloodwork drawn

Ordered a two cheeseburger meal on the app in the drive thru. Came home one of my burgers was missing a patty, called the store and told the manager and I kindly asked for app compensation or a instore refund. The response I got was “ I can’t help you with the app” and she then hung up immediatley. So yeah thanks for my cheese sandwich advertised as a burger. Clowns. Avoid this location.

They are ok with drive thru service but do not care at all with dine in service. I normally just go thru drive thru but had to use restroom. Went in and I was the only person at the counter. Nobody behind me and no one came to me for like 10 minutes eventually had to yell hello I’m over here. Can you take my order and they were like put your own order in the kiosk and I was like it’s not working please take my order. It wasn’t working . they took my order, it took another 25 minutes to get it and only because I had to yell for service and ask where my order was and other people were standing behind me for like 20 minutes for them to get their order. Totally unacceptable. This is not the first time this is happened. They seem to think only drive thru important. If that is all you care about close your dining room. Not to mention my order was a to go order anyway. Let’s not mention that had cold fries and after waiting 35 minutes they gave me cold food and cups for my order I had to fill. Why didn’t they give me cups at the get go?? Not sure I will be back. I have been coming to this place for many years. Service gets worse every year

I ordered food here on 11/5 between 6:35pm and 6:45pm and the man working the order window was extremely rude. His tone was condescending and my order was incorrect. I’ve never had a McDonald’s experience bad enough to write a review until today. I’ve dealt with the same guy before at this McDonald’s and it’s always a negative experience. He had a blue shirt on and red facial hair if you check the cameras.

Absolutely horrible experience. Fries were cold they messed up my sandwich then tell me to park, wait 15 minutes and she comes out with the wrong sandwich. Couldn’t stay any longer had to go.

I ordered a big Mac, what I got was a double cheeseburger. There was a dot of sauce and like two strands of lettuce. So dissapointed. It wasn't just mine, we ordered two both like that. We ordered chicken nuggets with honey mustard and received no honey mustard.

Was having an issue with the McDonald's app and management gladly resolved it

Bad experience With a Newbee. Got some of my order wrong and forgot my grandson's happy meal. Needed to return where the manager saved the day.

The McDonald's employees at this store where very friendly and kind.

I would recommend stopping at this location for a quick breakfast, brunch/lunch, dinner, and/or dessert. For dining in, service speed is relatively fast overall, the staff are very friendly, and if you're looking to skip a possible wait in line, the electronic ordering kiosks at this location are open. Table Service is also available here at this location if you're dining in. The drive thru here tends to be busy during lunch hours.

8/30 8am this is the closest Macdonalds to my House I’ve seen many managers and employees come and go but lately not only was my food cold, nasty and dry but the lady manager at the drive thu window was rude, loud and anxious because they didn’t get half of my order or my drive thu code …. It’s Macdonalds so the expectations weren’t that high to begin with

Ordered crispy chicken sandwich using my phone app. It tasted like wood. I've ordered it 3x before and it was good. This time will be my last!
