I often buy lunch at this place. It's super convenient. I order on the app and pick it up at the drive-thru. Plus, the app always has specials, so it's really affordable.

I ate at this Wendy's July 4. I was the first customer of the day and stopped in for breakfast when they opened. I was greeted with a smile by the manager. She was pleasant and professional. I ordered two baconator breakfast sandwiches (without the bun) and a large soda. My meal came out quickly and the manager brought it to my table. The baconators were delicious! This restaurant was spotless and the air conditioning was working (I just finished a 2-mile walk and it was already 85 degrees)! Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Went through the drive thru 10 minutes before they closed only wanting chicken nuggets, to not be helped. Seems that they leave earlier than their closing time. Delivery truck was also waiting outside and after a while ended up leaving. Whats the point of having a certain closing time to not follow it?

I picked up food for lunch at the drive-through window here today. I have to say, this is the most disgusting fast food experience I've ever had in my life. Short version: they served me a cheeseburger with what appears to be a cockroach in it. I forgot to ask them to not put onions on the cheeseburger. When I opened the wrapper, I saw a large piece of onion sticking out, so I took off the top of the bun to remove them. That's when I noticed what looks like a cockroach 🪳 melted into the cheese (see attached picture, judge for yourself. Whatever it is, it's disgusting and certainly doesn't belong on a burger.) If I didn't happen to open the burger to pick the onions off, I presumably would have eaten this... a horrifying thought. *Edit: I tried to dig it out of the cheese a little bit with a napkin, it sure looks like a cockroach to me. I called to report this issue to them, and the person I first spoke with put me on the phone with a GM. They were both polite enough, but they essentially said they would look into it and asked me to come back and they would replace the burger. I don't know why this needs to be said but... after you get served food with an insect in it, you are not keen to get more food there. I guess I was expecting something more along the lines of "we are going to stop preparing food and thoroughly inspect the cooking area to make sure we aren't serving more customers infested food" - apparently that was naive on my part. Think about how it is possible for this to happen... do they not look at the food while they're preparing it? No one noticed this while they were cooking and assembling the burger? Or is the place so infested that it just crawled in after it was made but before they handed it to me? I don't know but it's a pretty big issue, however it happened. I don't often get food from Wendy's; I think it's safe to say that now that will become never.

Wendy’s your new Saucy Nuggs are horrible. If you wanna try something new or different don’t use your normal nuggets and just change the name by adding sauce. If you’re looking more to a boneless buffalo wing use normal chicken and cut it. This was a true disappointment because I actually thought these could have been different and better

We ordered a baconator and Asiago chicken sandwich. Both were horrible and we threw them away. The burger was cold and seemed like it had been around awhile. The chicken sandwich was cold and very little of what was supposed to be on it. One or two bites and both sandwiches were thrown out. Wasted time and money. I would avoid this Wendys.

If you love cold cheeseburgers, this is the place for you!! 🥶

Absolutely disgusting I asked for no lettuce got lettuce and thought to eat it anyways because I was starving and then realized there's paper from the cheese cooked in with it. It was never removed lol super gross, avoid this place even if you're starving

9:55pm, Monday, May 20th, 2024 I was in the drive thru, asked for what I wanted, the Latin woman asked me to repeat myself because she didn't understand, and then she said, "Okay, have a good day." If the franchise owner reads these, FIRE HER.

I just order a chicken ranch wrap. The wrap was old (it kept crumbling as I ate it) barely and ranch dressing and the fries were cold. Not impressed. Will not return. Plus my receipt was in the bag to place a survey.

Fast, easy, competent location for the usual Wendy's fare. Favorites are Junior Cheese Deluxe and Homestyle chicken fillet. Close to both my doctor and my office by Racetrack.

Don't normally eat fast food. But it wasn't bad

They got the order this time. But the asiago chicken sandwich cheese was not melted and it looked like they only used half a slice

Only wendys I've had issues with missing food. In the morning everyone is on the go nobody has time to circle back.

They didn't get anything right; ordered a half and half sweet tea/lemonade...got a tea. Ordered Asiago cheese...got none. Ordered med, got large.

Came in this morning and asked the manager if they were still doing breakfast and was told yes I said great I would like 2 breakfast potatoes and was going to order 2 sandwiches and was told you had fry’s I don’t want fry’s with my sandwich’s this is the 2nd time I’ve been there and couldn’t get what I wanted will not be going back to this store as it seem every time I go they don’t have what i want just not sure why they just couldn’t drop them but I guess customer service isn’t apart of what you guys do

This location is hit or miss, but the staff is usually friendly and doing their best!

The worst Wendy’s service if you can even get it on time. The store hours say 6:30am and I sat in the drive thru until 6:45 with no response to order, and I drove around to the window, and the workers just ignored and pretended not to see me instead of acknowledging if they’re open or not. Either the hours need to be updated or management needs to be changed because this is the third time in a week that this has happened. Maybe the location need to be closed down and everyone just use the Wendy’s in Oldsmar. It’s always poor service at the Wendy’s on race track Road

I literally sat in line for 20 mins. Got out of line and drove to the Wendy's on Racetrack. Got my order and drove back ( because I live 2 blocks behind the Location on Tampa Rd) and the Truck that I was initially BEHIND was just at the window getting his order. WTH? Please bring back the OLD CREW with the Old building that cared about the quality of food and customer Service!

The food was FRESH!!! Hot and delicious!!

One of the few fast food restaurants left that I can fill myself up for under $6. LOL

The standards for any fast food is bare minimum: take order, fulfill order, collect money yet some how these people consistently manage to screw up what they give you. I have had to return to the store many times because they gave me the wrong food. Do yourself a favor and check your order before you leave.

First time at this location. Drive thru was smooth, and my food was great. Shortage of napkins? I didn't get any. 😕

Requested a Dave’s double plain with cheese, they already messed up my drink order and made me pay only in cash. After arriving home i saw my plain chess burger had every possible topping on it, absolutely inedible.

I'm pretty sure the spicy chicken sandwich comes with mayo lettuce and tomato...Instead it was a piece of chicken and a bun.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Went to this location today for a late lunch and watched the guy at the fry station use the fry tongs to throw out bad fries and touched the tongs to the trash can 3 times. I told the counter lady and she did nothing but shrug. I immediately asked for a refund and did not eat my food as I was extremely grossed out. This place is a health hazard and I would tell everyone to avoid it. The gentleman that refunded my money was the only worker with good serice. He should get promoted as he seems to care when no one else did. You are too good for this place. Avoid eating here unless you want trash juice on your fried food.

Had never eaten here before but had always wanted to! The fried shrimp and hush puppies were outstanding. Service was great, too! Then even serve beer!

Burgers weren’t even warm, bacon tasted like it was in the toaster all day. Fries were so salty I couldn’t even eat. Quality is not your recipe..

I buy a lot of Chili from Wendy’s so I know it well. Today I bought 2 Large Chili’s and what I got waschili soup. Very very little meat and very little beans. It was soup. Pretty sad.

I like Wendy's but this one, the Food was cold, no napkins just no service at all.

This wendys location suddenly refuses to give you your mobile order through the drive through even though the mobile app clearly states to go through the drive through. We were told the app hasn't updated. We waited for the app to update, which it did on August 31st 2022 and it still instructs us to go through the drive through. My boyfriend goes inside as instructed and I sit in the car and watch 2 full lines in the drive through get their food well before he makes his way out with our food. Even though we've paid 10 minutes prior to everyone else it seems the owners of this Wendy's in particular do not want to encourage use of the app, while we've never had this issue at any other Wendy's location. Very irritated considering we come her often on our limited lunch breaks at work.

Not a good one unfortunately. Buns were hard/stale, fries and burgers ice cold sitting out all day and they forgot to give us our drink.

Whoever the manager & franchisee is of this location should be extremely embarrassed. It’s ran by a bunch of entitled little Westchase teenage brats. Zero customer service skills. Not friendly at all. No consistency. They need to shut this location down. Bring something better to the area.

Horrible customer service, the woman taking the drive through order offered no greeting simply “Can I take your order?” After taking my order and directing me to pull up to the first window the cashier at the window didn’t say a word. She took my card swiped it and said “Next window”. Had I not been on a short lunch break I would have asked for a reversal of charges and left but, since I was short on time I proceeded to the next window. I was handed my order by a lady wearing a headset whom I assume was the one who took the order, again no social interaction whatsoever. Just handed me the bag and walked away. I politely called for her (Excuse me Ma’am) and asked “May I have some ketchup?” I was given the ketchup with a side of eye rolling. To make matters worse the fries were cold. Won’t be coming back (at least not to this location). I contacted corporate and if I don’t get a satisfactory response from them then I’m a Chick Fila loyalist for life.

The manager on duty would much rather smoke her cigarettes in front of the entrance then run a half decent store it seems. How do you mess up a jr burger with only ketchup TWICE?! Then have the audacity to say i need to come back tomorrow to have the issue resolved?!

I was told that they were out of unsweet tea so I asked a young fella to make some more and he told me he was not allowed that I want something else. I said yes the manager! When I explained that my one purchase paid for the whole three gallons of tee they were Brewing they gladly made more. That's just sad

Panko wild caught Alaskan fish sandwich fail! Too fried!? I had to open it and eat the inside as it was too hard! I chocked on a piece of it! Went down and scratched my throat! The entire flavors of the sandwich did not mesh well together. Or it might have just been the fish. In any case something didn’t taste well. I did not like it!

Don't eat any food around 1045 off the lunch menu. Wendy's double made me sick . What was unwrapped was something over microwaved one big mess . Looked like it was made the night before....yuck 🤮 🤮

My visit is usually Great and food hot especially fries, However today the cashier Prajval didn't like my response about the amazing strawberry frosty i had a few days ago, that he acted like they never served, so all of my food including, fries burger and nuggets were cold, not cool.🤨

Delicious hot food, clean restaurant, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this Wendy's restaurant. Order taker Jahsiah was polite, very friendly and served my food quickly.

Just visited this Wendy's location 10-minutes ago (drive through window). Food looked appealed, after it was unwrapped. Burgers tasted delicious. Lettuce seemed to be fresh, but could leave out the bottom pieces of the stalk. Other than that the quick bite was delicious, satisfying, and left me full enough to plan out the rest of my day. The staff was professional and reassuring that my order was correct. Definitely a positive recommendation from me. Happy Easter to the Wendy's Team; you're all appreciated!

It was definitelly busy at the drive through but I was taken care of very well and enjoyed the meal. Tried one of the new salads and was very satisfied.

The food was typical, but they got the order down and it was a large one. They even individually bagged without us asking. Winning!

Good deals on burgers ($2 double cheeseburgers). If you're doing low carb, this is a convenient thing to have and tastes great. Save the buns for dog treats.

It was Wendy's. The service was good, the staff too extra time with my kids letting them pick their own toys. This location does not have a freestyle machine.
