Our order was messed up by the crew. The burgers where burned and cold, and the original chicken was old and cold. Manager to the rescue! After we complained to the Manager she remade all of our sandwiches. These were the best Whoppers and Original Chicken sandwiches I'd had ever.

Little disorganized, but ate immediately following school release

The place is literally the worst. I love the impossible Whopper but to have to wait for 10 minutes in the drive thru for it when I was the first car is ridiculous. I'm NEVER going back. Not to mention the customer service is horrible. I should have known when I pulled up and they stated, "hang on a minute." Zero professionalism.

Dirty tables despite the restaurant is empty and took over 20mins for the sandwich and 40minutes for the cookies!

its burgerking what do you really expect its good not great but it serves breakfast and thats good and they keep it really clean

Westchase Burger King has the worst service. I waited twenty minutes to get my food and it wrong.

Cold burgers. Old chicken nuggets.

The bathroom was filthy. The staff were talking loudly and hiding the managers keys. We had to wait before anyone would take our order. My advice. GO somewhere else.

Fast food was a joke.. No customers inside or outside and still waited 20+minutes and the order was wrong! To top it off had to listen to 2 coworkers yelling at each other.

Horribly managed I ordered a meal an hour before closing and the fries were stale and the burger as well Should have read the reviews and avoided it in the first place

The night shift manager allows the staff to turn off all the exterior and interior lights an hour before there close if business and allows the staff to hide in the back kitchen out of sight except for when they peak over the counters to see there lates customer drive away so they do not have to do there job for the last closing hour of there shift. I am sure this innovative new way to drive away business is working flawlessly!

Second visit in a row where they forgot the onion rings.

Went threw the drive thru order 10pcs chicken nuggets and a big king took over 12mins to get my order. Worse part they weren't even busy.

So bad. First the line at the drive thru was very slow. I gave them the benifit of the doubt that they were just understaffed. Once at the speaker box we waiting a good ten minutes before anyone spoke, I actually thought it was broken. Once we ordered staff was very friendly. Out of the two kids meals I did order both were wrong. I even saw them put applesauce in both and told them only one was applesauce. They aknowledged me and moved on. Once I gave my kids the bags of food my oldest protested that his mustard only was ketchup only. My youngest let me know his nuggets were a burger. I went back around, once again the speaker box was silent. So I pulled up to the window. They fixed it quickly but as we pulled away again my kids reminded me they had no drinks. At this point I'm not turning around, I just want to go home. I will be avoiding this burger king at all cost. It sucks it's the only fast food option on the way home from school that's convenient.

Slow and sounded as if no one was in charge. Food good.

Not really always the best service

Went to the drive thru, and no one took my order. Probably spent 6 minutes waiting. So I decided to head inside, and was met with horrible customer service. The cashier didn’t smile, and you could tell she didn’t want to take my order. This was my first and last time at this location. Management needs to take care of this..that’s if they care enough; after reading the other reviews, they probably don’t even read comments.

Pierden clientes por eso. Hoy estuvimos 4 carros en línea y todos tuvimos que irnos ya que con solo una persona se demoraron más de 20 minutos. No hubiese dado este review si esta no fuera más de las 10 veces que e tenido que esperar hasta 15 minutos para ordenar mas lo que se tardan para darte la comida.

One of your employees looked at my car and started laughing and cooked the food bad they did not give me the right Burger I wanted that unacceptable i hope you can tell your emplyees that.

Laziness and incompetence at its finest! Ordered 2 Impossible Whoppers on a Wednesday around lunch time. The drive-thru person sounded like she had just woken up and didn’t want to be bothered. I ordered one with lettuce, pickles, cheese, onion and extra tomato only. The other was Mayo, Tomato, Onion and cheese. The first one was ok. The second one had NO mayo, and what seemed like a whole jar of pickles when I never asked for pickles. They also added lettuce which I did not ask for, and it had ZERO mayo. They can’t take an order right and / or they can’t make a sandwich right. Pathetic. This location is NEVER consistent.

Cardell had 0 customer service, we went to the drive thru and she didn't speak 1 word, opened the window took the card not one word or sign of customer service. Management please take this reviews seriously, we deserve good attention.

This location should really close. I have lived in the westchase area since 2002 and the sevice in this location has always been lack luster. I ordered the impossible burger. Had runny tomatoes and wilted lettuce. I order onion rings with zesty sauce. If I hadn't looked in the bag I would not have known there was no zesty sauce. The employee then tells me they were out. Did she have any intention of telling me before hand. Probably not. Also got no receipt and not even a thank you. The king is dead.

This location is near my job and always has what I want. The service is prompt and fast.

Drive through seems to constantly have a long wait. The service and quality of food is usually hit or miss.

It was great! Had one of their tacos for the first time. Surprisingly yum!

All staff is very young and inexperienced constantly getting orders wrong and food is cold or has a very disgusting taste.. also the floor and tables was sticky and gross.. they obviously wasnt properly trained i dont blame them but the corporate lackey that failed to train them right.

Super slow and terrible service

My fiance and I have visited this Burger King several times and every time is a horrible experience. On this visit my burger had the head of the lettuce. If anybody knows you can't eat the head of the lettuce it is very hard.

At nine in the morning u would think the food would be hot. It wasnt the cheese wasnt even melted on the cresandwich. It was terrible

Horrible is all I can say. They always seem confused when taking your order. I just waited 12 min waiting at the drive through window AFTER PAYING to get my order. To top it off they got the order wrong.

I have lived less then one mile from this Burger King location for 4 years and every time I go I get poor service, the food is always wrong or not the correct items/condiments. I tried getting coffee in the morning and the employee/employees were hiding behind the counters...I ended up leaving. I recommend never going to this burger king...they need to just close this store down.

Now I love Burger King but I am appalled at how nasty this place looked. They were not busy and at all I was the only customer and the place is a pigsty. Bugs all up the window seals inside. Fingerprint smears all over both sides of the restaurant on all the windows. The floor was a mess and had caution signs up but no one was cleaning anything. And the men's bathroom smelled foul as well it was nasty.

The teller looks annoyed most of the time. Not sure what's going on there.

I still haven't found a Burger King that makes me like the chain, but the staff here was friendly and the food was alright.

Pull up to the window and no acknowledgement for 3 mins.. then took my card and another 2 mins just for shake and a burger.. smh. Never will come back here..

I went there on Wed July 13th around 1pm. We ate there.I ordered bacon burger 10 chicken nuggets one teco. We waited 15 mins as the staff played around there was no one in the restaurant. So they were not busy. When I got my order the nuggets were terrible like they had been laying on the corner for hours. The teco would of been good but they just threw lettuce that went on the burgers on it and thats all. The cooking area was terrible I almost walked out but I had already paid. Fries. Napkins paper grease was all over the place the staff just walked right over everything. Also the cashier went from handling the money to handling food. I will NEVER go there again. Someone from the higher up needs to check it out. It was a Gross experience.I will spread around my experience.

Dreadful experience..you've been warned

This Burger King is a dump! The drive-thru order screen looks like its 50 years old & it does not work, rust all over the intercom. The staff is not professional at all they take forever with your drive-thru order (12 minutes) & no one is waiting in the drive-thru line or the actual restaurant. I ordered the mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce and the sauce pack was crumbled/opened & half way used. I will never return to this Burger King as long as the same management is in place. Great location in the Citrus Park/West Chase area. Its a shame this store is not being cared for.

Never go to this one. I promise they're pathetic. My order was wrong for the second day in a row and it took them ten min in the drive thru to do so. Just pathetic.

5 dollar special whopper fries & drink. Instead charged full price 7.48. When I asked for difference, Virginia the manager wouldn't do this instead started to argue with me. My response was this isn't good customer service. It wasn't about the money it's the principal of it.

Waited forever for my food and then they ended up messing up my order anyway. I asked for no onions and the wrapper was even marked no onion, but yet the sandwich full of onions. Unfortunately the person I was getting the sandwich for is extremely allergic to onions so I had to return the sandwhich. My tip: always check your order before leaving and expect to wait for 20 mins before getting your food.

Waited 40 mins in drive thru.. Finally get to pay, out of buns for burgers!! Oh yea, only 1 car in drive thru!

Wasn’t happy with my burger from earlier. Brought it in and they were very apologetic and the manager made a fresh one herself and took care of the rest of my order as well. I was going to pay for the rest of my order and jennifer green-pol would not let me. Thank you for the great service.

Gross. I typically don't eat fast food and this location was the reason why. I used the drive thru and was told to hold on for a minute(I was the only customer inside or out) It was late and all I wanted was some chicken nuggets because I was starving. When I got to the windowI paid and was told to hold on again. About 5 minutes went by and another employee asked if I was being helped. She then looked on the counter to see my bag just sitting there getting cold. She didn't put any napkins or sauce in the bag after I had asked for both. The original counter girl just took a break in the middle of my order and didn't tell anyone. They were all teenagers working there on a Friday night with no clue. When I took a bite of my first nugget it was cold with no sauce. Never again.

The worlds slowest drive thru. Expect to wait a good 15 minutes for a whopper at 9pm with an empty restaurant. Unacceptable

Yesterday was horrible, waited in the drive through for almost a half hour, there was no explanation about the horrible service, the drive thru line was around the building. I ended up going to another location with minimal wait time. If there is an issue management should at least address the customer.

My kids took one bite and literally spit it out! I got a spicy chicken sandwich all burnt and the inside didnt even look like chicken tomatoes looked old, very disgusted and a waste of money please avoid late night food here😠

Ask for spicy nuggets they gave me normal I ask for my spicy she said can I hold and to pull up 5 mins later have fresh very hot spicy nuggets drys and 2 cookies I think the 5min wait was worth the free food thanks

Dirty floors, dirty tables, very nasty restroom. Friendly service but you can tell it is a owner operated BK. I don’t recommend it. Your clothes will smell like burn oil.

Ordered a breakfast menu item and asked to make it a large ( solely for the drink ) which of course has an upcharge. When I get my $8 meal I was handed a 6 oz apple juice Caprisun. I’m sorry but I’m not an eight year old and I did not order a kids meal. If I’m getting charged $8 for fast food, the least you can do is give me a decent size drink.

Completly worthless employees. Empty restaurant and you sit at the drive thru waiting to order for like 5min. I went in once and ordered. I went and sat down because i knew they were incompetent. After 10min i went and asked for my money back. The half illiterate manager snapped back "the chicken takes 6min. " i responded that it's been 10 and none of my other food was ready. My niece worked there for a few months until a coworker dropped a tray of sliced tomatoes on the floor and the manger made them pick them up and put them back on the tray. I can't afford the food cost the illiterate manager said. Its a franchise and the owner is a piece of garbage who knows how bad it is but he makes money so doesn't care. You would think corporate would want to keep a certain standard.

Burger king has not changed with the times. They think making items cheaper is the answer...quality is no good I won't be going no more

You have to be able to give up 20 minutes of your life if you stop at the Westchase B.K.! I have actually lost a friend of mine who thought it was a good idea to wait 33 minutes for a Whopper meal. I am not going to wait 33 minutes for any fast food order

I give it two stars because the food was kind of good, but... customer service not so. Yes, I wanted some napkins, they gave it to me, but I told them they ran out of napkins... they gave me the napkins to me only from their drive-thru holder, but DID NOT fill the one in the dining area! even when I had told the lady minutes ago to fill up lids. She came out and filled the lids only while leaving the napkins untouched, what was that?! No interest whatsoever in providing a favorable customer experience. The drinks machine? The cola tastes like menthol!!! Awful, they need to fix that thing. The floor was sticky, do they clean with greasy water? ALL of the tables were dirty. The ceiling has dark spots from what appear to be leaks. The place is constructed without any care to detail, the tile grout below the glass panels is cracked all across, and they haven't cleaned those frames for a while it seems. The bathroom is dirty and the faucets don't work properly.

Can't go wrong on the go. Best fastfood if they flame broil.

I usually give second chances, and this BK location still messed up. If I order a whopper with cheese and no mayo, that does not mean to leave out the lettuce, tomato, onion, and ketchup. If I order two large fries, don’t only give me one. Incompetence and ignorance.

Family and I stopped by literally 15 minutes before the lobby closed but we didn't feel rushed to order or leave. The manager who took our order was very professional and friendly. The food was fresh including the fries and we didn't feel like it took forever to be served.

They let me sub a fountain drink for the coffee in my coupon, so that was good. Got to say though not the best croissant I ever had. The sausage biscuit my wife got was pretty good, and everything was hot and good to eat.
