The staff is actually very friendly. Probably one of the only drive thru I've been to that actually says "you're welcome" when you thank them for taking your order. I applaud you for this.....HOWEVER, there should be no reason that your old fashion donuts are wrinkled, dry, and stale. I've gone to MANY Dunkins and not all, but most have large fluffy old fashions. Do better, especially for the neighborhood you're in. The wait time is slim to none. On a side note, the new chipotle wrap and chicken wrap are actually very tasty! I would recommend these for sure!

The staff is great and the customer service great and bubbly. Makes the drinks all that more tasty 🤤 got a nice cup 🍵 from here. Mostly all the time stocked with nice things. And the drink I ordered was off the chain ⛓️! 😁😁
