This restaurant is amazing . Very friendly people . Specially the food is awesome . I have tried first time Asian restaurant cook food with Indian style Asian food. Paneer option available . Seizwan tofu and pure vegetarian options available . Keep going

The staff were very kind and attentive, the food was delicious, and the portion sizes were quite large. I decided to stop by after work and couldn’t have been more surprised and impressed! I will be returning again!

Omg God your CHPSTX best Asian food in town the food was very delicious love the garlic noodles with shrimp that had some unique items to choose from it’s not your traditional items the Asian dishes had unique twist my kids love the food the flavors were amazing definitely will recommend 10|10 love the different types of sauce the prices were a little pricey for amount of food you get but the flavors were definitely there the duck sauce more sweeter then normal duck sauce my flavor sause was the the white sause it’s pairs good with white rice the Fred chicken was cool very well the restaurant owners were very nice and friendly the restaurant very clean you can eat off the floor literally

So friendly and the food is delicious and fresh. Love that the chicken is clearly quality meat and they don’t skimp on the portions. Ps their homemade spice mustard is amazing - but very spicy.

This is my third time coming here, and the food and service are always great. My husband always has a special order, and they get it right all the time.

Food portions good. The beef in my dish was dry and overcooked. The fried rice is excellent. Staff friendly. Place is clean. Priced a little high. I would go back and just tell owner to make beef less done. They do use what appears to be steak

I have literally fallen in love with this restaurant. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the restaurant is always very clean. Shrimp garlic noodles is my favorite dish here, but you can't go wrong with any of their menu choices.

We’ve lived in Greenville for almost a decade now, and have struggled to find a Chinese restaurant with quality food and recipes - CHPSTX is it! I have been here a handful of times, and ordered the black pepper chicken, general tso’s chicken, honey chicken, and sesame chicken. Every order has been freshly prepared, properly seasoned, and with great flavor. The staff are conscientious and kind, and get my order right when placed online. We live over 20 minutes from here and must battle Woodruff Road traffic to dine here and it’s worth it!

You know the litmus test for a great Chinese Restaurant? Just order an egg roll. So I decided to give Chpstx a crack at it but going by their Drive Thru and trying an Eggroll. There were no customers inside and nobody was waiting. Two Eggroll were over $5 so I thought these are going to be really big and tasty! But No what I got was small egg rolls over cooked and even blackened by the fryer. On first bite I tasted freezer burn (so not fresh) and the blackened char. The inside lacked flavor. But how can you mess up a crispy won ton wrapper? 🤷🏼‍♀️ Well they did. I’ll save my $5 for China across the street where I get fresh larger egg rolls and a much better price.

This was my first time and we had the lunch black pepper shrimp and Mongolian shrimp and it came with soup the food was hot, fresh, fast, and most of all delicious. The best hot and sour soup I’ve had yet. I’ll definitely be back!

My husband, myself, and my 5 year old twins have eaten here several times. The owner and the staff are fun and phenomenal! It is the best and cleanest environment. The food is absolutely amazing and high quality. The flavor is perfect and fresh. We have had consistent excellent rash time we have enjoyed this delicious food and phenomenal environment! I highly recommend.

This is my family's favorite spot we usually eat here once every two weeks the food is packed with flavors would recommend CHPSTX.

General tso was salty and not mild, chicken fried rice was not fried only steamed and chicken was a little dry. The chicken lo mein was a little salty and chicken was very dry. The service and environment were great. Very disappointing being our first time eating here. I hate giving reviews like this but my cook husband had a lot to say. 😩

I thought this would be similiar to the Chinese food you get in this area but it's not. Farr superior. Everything looks just like the picture! The lady here is very nice also and you can tell she cares about the quality of food and customer service. Chicken curry was amazing. Takeout process was easy.

Great service and atmosphere. They used to serve dine in with plastic containers but now they use plated which is great. The food was a great tempature and very good serving size. I highly reccomend!

Walked in and was greeted by the staff with a smile. Ask the gentleman about the Ramen bowl. He highly recommended it. Told me the brisket bow was the best choice, boy was he right.

The garlic noodle is hands down one of the best fusion dishes I’ve ever ate. It’s a French twist on a Chinese dish and it’s amazing.

Had the Mongolian Beef w Brown Rice...perfectly cooked, tender, tasty and a good portion. A tad expensive for fast food but I had to try this restaurant. Very polite waitress, and friendly owner. I'd recommend it enough that I plan on a Second Helping (visit)🤗

Recently moved into the Simpsonville area and tried this place out after a recommendation. We tried the chicken egg rolls and the garlic chicken and would order both again. My wife and I split the order and the portion size was good. We look forward to trying other items served here!

Food is good for the Greenville area. Kung Pao chicken was nicely spiced and with fresh scallion. Beef lo mein was fine, but a little bland. A bit more ginger would have made it better. Egg rolls and spring rolls were also a little bland, but nicely fried. Service was great. Will likely return.

Must try!! I had the Kung Pao Chicken for take out, today. It was delicious! Best Kung Pao I've had in years! I ordered level 2 for the spice, perfect amount of heat and flavor. It was served in a large bowl over a bed of brown rice, (you have a choice of brown or white rice). My wife had the vegetarian Buddha's Feast. She said it was the best ever. Online ordering was easy. It was ready in less than 15 min. We will be back soon!

The owners are so sweet and kind. They helped me decide on a spice level and even suggested a dish for next time. This place should be full all the time for the price to portion ratio. I was eating on leftovers of the spicy tofu for three days! My boyfriend inhaled his Mongolian beef, he was still talking about it a week later. Very flavorful, quality ingredients and a clean interior. Give it a go if you're in the area.

November 17 UPDATE: We have been back several more times since my original review. The hot & sour soup is consistently delicious! I have tried the General Tso’s and it is now my new favorite. ORIGINAL: The hot & sour soup is the best I’ve ever tasted! The chicken in the sweet & sour chicken had a crispy coating and was tender, not hard and chewy like at other places. Good flavor. Kung Pao chicken was excellent with a good spice level and plenty of peanuts. We will definitely be back!

This was our first time eating here and I was pleasantly surprised! I’ve been craving decent Asian food and have Ben looking for a local restaurant to become our spot and this was it. We ordered the sesame chicken and spicy basil chicken. The food came out hot and fresh. The chicken was lightly bartered which I really appreciate. I can’t stand when there is more breading than chicken but this one was done perfectly. Flavors were great and portion size huge. Me and my two kids had plenty to eat and had leftovers. Service was great too! We will definitely be back.

Best Chinese food I have had in the south!

CHPSTX exceeded my expectations with their General Tso's chicken! The dish was perfectly crispy, and the sauce struck an ideal balance between sweet and spicy. 15 out of 10!

We ate here for lunch on Sunday, and were blown away!!! Service was super quick and friendly, portions were huge, and the food was amazing. We both had the garlic noodles, and I have no idea why I’ve never thought to add Parmesan cheese to garlic noodles but WOW. I just finished my leftovers for lunch today, and I’m already planning what I’m going to try next. This will definitely be a regular spot for us now!

Cleanest restaurant we’ve been to in a long time—the place was impeccable! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The food was prepared fresh and delicious (we ordered veggie lo mein and honey chicken). Great spot for a quick dinner!

Great food with good size portions at a good price. Fast friendly and helpful service. They helped us with moving tables for our group, noticed when we needed more napkins, and brought containers to take food home without us asking. Will definitely come back!

First time here today. The restaurant is clean and the people are friendly. I ordered my food, including wonton. I assumed the wonton as the wonton soup because I hoped to have some hot soup. I felt a little bit disappointed at the beginning after talking to the lady who works over there. I was surprised that the lady brought me the wonton soup I like after couple minutes for free. Appreciate their kindness and I enjoyed the dinner. Thank them for taking care their customers so well. The food tastes good.

Food was decent. Came out pretty quick. Had the garlic noodles with chicken. Was very heavy on the oil/butter, not sure what was used but it was a lot. Tasted decent tho. Price wasn’t bad for the lunch, you get enough to fill you up, and comes with a side, which I got the wonton soup. I wasn’t a fan, because it didn’t really have a lot of flavor, almost like a watered down soup. The fried pork dumpling was good, but pretty pricey. Over $1 for one, they even have some different kinds but those are over $2. Overall an ok place to eat for fast food. 3.5-4 stars

Holy moly! Clean and delicious! We eat mostly vegetarian meals and the black pepper tofu was sooo good. I’m so glad we finally found our weekly Chinese restaurant. The spring rolls were also A+. So glad you’re here!

The food was fresh and hot. Portions were good. We could of easily shared. Next time we would share to cut down on cost.

This place is really good and the food doesn’t feel heavy. It’s rich in flavor and nutritious. We get the chicken curry, Mongolian beef and garlic noodles usually. Would highly recommend Chpstx

I had Peking chicken, and it was fantastic. Breading was crispy, and the sauce was delicious. I also had a cup of egg flower soup. The flavor was very good, although it was *really* hot so let it cool rather than burning your mouth like I did. Overall this is a great place if you want premium Asian food in a take-out counter service setting. Prices reflect the quality and made-to-order food, but weren't high for the portion sizes.

My husband and I decided to try out CHPSTX early Saturday evening. It was completely empty when we walked in. A couple of people came in to pick up takeout orders, but other than that, it seemed a bit odd for business to be so "off" on a weekend. We ordered a variety of items and decided to stay and eat in. The food was brought to our table fairly quickly; all of it is packaged to-go. Our wonton and sweet and sour soups were very very good. Our egg roll and spring roll were flavorful and not at all oil-laden like some. My kung pao shrimp with brown rice was a huge portion. It was good, but it was very sweet (too sweet) for my taste. Other than the shrimp, peanuts and scallions, there were no vegetables in my dish. My husband's garlic noodles with chicken was delicious. Our total was more than we are used to paying for similar items elsewhere and it isn't particularly close to our home, so we will probably not return.

This food is incredible! We were very impressed with the quality, service and atmosphere. You can tell the owners love what they do and will be happy to adjust the spice or flavors to your liking. Although the service was fast and efficient, this food is not “fast food” quality. We will be returning for our next Asian meal! Thank-You!!

Got did to go - Rice was too dry, send like they gave us some that was sitting for a while. K6ng Pao & Basil Chicken was too bland. Will not be trying it again.... Stick to the less fancy & less pricey takeouts!
