Fast, friendly service in a fast food chain that we frequent quite often. Food is always hot and served politely.

Pros: the staff walks around while you eat, reads tables and offers service and refills. Friendliness 11/10. Cons: not too much of a negative but the chicken sandwiches I had weren’t “hot”.

First time ever getting Chick-fil-A breakfast was worth it!!!!!!!!!!!

The concept of building your drive thru smack dab along your front doors I found highly dangerous. Busy as usual. We ate here for one reason only, my middle son's choice for an achievement of his. Otherwise, I cannot fathom spending the money we spent on anything near a regular basis. SO EXPENSIVE for what's offered

Not only do they have a great product, they've got the drive through down to a science! Employees waiting to take your order and your payment. And oh my! Are those kids polite!

My son had just gotten braces on, and one of the employees heard us talking about it. She told him after he was finished with his meal to find her, and she would give him a milkshake as a treat. It was so sweet, and it made both of our days. 💜

ITS A GREST DAYAT CHICK FIL A Every morning when I walk through those doors for my two senior coffees I almost feel like an angel touches me but it’s not an angel its Chickfil a workers. Such a kind establishment and staff I love to get eggs. I have interact with almost every team member from the Wonderful man in charge to the little kiddos climing the totum pole. My wif and I love the coffee. Thank you eastgate Chic fila I will be back

These restaurants sure have changed a lot over the years and sadly I think that online ordering is to their detriment. There were very few people inside the restaurant eating and yet it still took us over 15 minutes to get our food. While the food was really good we don’t visit that often.

Love it. But a little pricy for the food

This is a beautifully remodeled Chick-fil-A. Parking and traffic flow is a bit of a mess like most Chick-fil-A locations. I ordered on the app and took a seat. Food and drinks were delivered quickly and my chicken nuggets, kale salad and iced tea were good.

I went in for a small pickup order, checked in with counter, waited while several people got their order, not very busy inside or out. Waited approximately 15min before the girl who originally helped me had to go back to the manager and ask for my one item order. The manager looked at her and said oh do I need that?, she grabbed it out of the window threw it in a bag and gave it to the girl who just handed it to me. I've worked for chic fil a before and know that's not how those things are usually handled. Disappointing

Super nice people. Just Very messy. Not very organized. You’ll wait 30 mins for food.

So I guess ordering a large means you get a small now?.... I was getting dinner used my app and bought fries and all that. They didn't even fill fries up!

Food was great and even with a big line we got our food in less than 5 minutes. Only complaint is that you do not get fountain drink refills and they fill your fountain drink for you.

There is not much to say since it speaks for itself and everyone already knows how awesome Chic-Fil-A is. This location is always clean with extra friendly staff. Special shout out to Debbie who was working the lobby today delivering orders to dine in patrons. Thanks Debbie for being so nice and friendly. 20240510 I didn’t realize you can order lunch for breakfast. I was told it can take longer, but my meal was delivered to me in under 6 minutes.

Our favorite place for chicken sandwich. We ordered the Mac n cheese with our meal. Had the frost cherry drink, and it was very good.

Had trouble with Chick-fil-A when I tried to redeem a reward from a survey. The first employee did not know anything about it, another employee was called over, she didn’t know how it works either. I was told I only had two days to redeem it, so it had expired. That’s wrong. Then I was told I had to download the app to get it. That’s wrong. The result was no sandwich that I had been counting on. With all due respect, I think your employees should know about the survey rewards. Missing out on a sandwich is disappointing enough but just as disappointing is the employee that was supposed to help me giving me an attitude. That’s a first for Chick-fil-A.

Chick-fil-A is my favorite place to go to eat grilled chicken nuggets and macaroni and cheese it's really good to eat and there pipeminet milkshake is really good and there

Called in my order and went thru the drive thru to pick it up. The people there were so nice and friendly it was a great experience.

Absolutely amazing they have pads and tampons in the bathroom incase of a emergency good environment clean.

As everyone knows the wait lines are horrendous. I would eat here more if they made it easier. They used to have curbside delivery where you could order online and pull up to the front and have your food brought out to you. Now you have to wait in extremely long lines and sometimes you get your food before the people in front of you making you sit there with your hot food getting cold until they get their food and can drive off. Terrible customer service!

The chicken used to taste so much better, and what happened to the coffee caramel shakes? They disappeared, never to return again; the atmosphere was very busy and very industrial-not warm and inviting like it used to be in the past.

Love the fact that they remodeled this one it was a waste of time and money 100% fact. It was beyond the brains of the owner to simply build another up the road in Latrobe and in North Huntingdon. Also it's hilarious that this one closes an hour before the one in the Greengate Center makes no sense?

This Chick-fil-A in Eastgate Plaza is by far the best I've ever had including food and service!

Always the quickest and freshest fast food around

This Chick-fil-A was recently rebuilt. This company put a lot of thought into the structure. There are 2 lanes. The order takers and cashier stand in each lane to take your order and payment. The company installed roofing and heaters outdoors for the staff. Very well organized other than trying to get out of the parking lot. People turning onto Route 30 form a line at the red light, which causes back up when pulling out of Chick-Fil-A. That's the one and only downside. The employees are exceptional and ALWAYS so kind. Food is always fresh and Delicious!! I give this place an A+.

I love their food and the workers are always polite. I think their new drive through is terrible with people walking out of a door instead of a simple window. Somtimes they bring you your food 3 cars back and your stuck sitting there waiting for the cars in front of you anyways.

Waited longer than usual, but I think with the one in Greengate Center being remodeled, this location is picking up their slack. The food was accurate and hot and the staff was very friendly.

Respectfully I am highly disappointed. I love Chick fil an and am there constantly. I always go after work around 8:15. I’m always happy because I am busy all day and Chick fil a is my favorite, so to get it at the end of the night is like a reward. The past couple times there have been a few issues that I have submitted about, but nothing too bad. I only submitted them to help make the restaurant better because I work and retail and know how other customers may react. Unfortunately tonight when I pulled up to the speaker in drive through I could barley hear the worker because of multiple people screaming in the background. I thought it was rude. Especially to the worker because they were trying so hard to hear me. I had to repeat myself 5 times and she had to repeat herself multiple times just so I could hear what she was asking me. I let it go because I thought maybe the others didn’t realize that someone was taking their order. When I pull up to the window multiple workers are still standing there screaming with their phones out showing snapchats around the kitchen while I am trying to pay at the window and revive my food. Again, I didn’t say anything. I let it go, and forgot about it until I got home. I went to finally sit down to eat, and when I opened up the 8- count chicken nugget that I ordered there were 3 Nuggets and a crumb in the box. I was so disappointed. I try not to complain because that’s not who I am, and I love Chick fil a. However, this was just too much for me. I’m not trying to be rude, but I feel like the workers behaviors and me getting 3 nuggets in an 8 count meal for $10 should get recognized. I understand that mistakes happen, but there is not even an option for a 4 count nugget and my receipt says 8 count. Did i even mention that the time before this, When i ordered an 8 count I got 3 Chicken Strips! I understand if you close at 9:00, and i’m there at 8:15. But if you aren’t going to make more nuggets to complete a meal then do not let me order it! There were more people behind me in the line as well.

It took a while to finally get our pre-ordered catered meal. But it was good and the staff was very friendly.

I'm not a fan of Chick-fil-a food (sorry, just not), but the service here is extraordinary. My son worked here for his first job and loved it until covid put so many restrictions on restaurants. He still feels like he had a wonderful experience and truly values the work ethic he learned here. I recommend for anyone who likes their food.

Extremely long wait for food. Found two burned "disks" in my fries when I left. Returned to the store and was met with a manager that talked down to me. Excuse was that the items were burned hash browns leftover from breakfast and used the excuse that it was because I was there during the changeover from breakfast to lunch. Said they would've been in the same bin to scoop out of. Poor excuse since these items had to have been floating around the fryer for a while to be as burnt as they were. Used the same excuse for how long it took. Fries don't take that long to cook. Noted both times going in that the floor seemed slick. Figured that it was a fluke the first time, but was obvious when I returned. Noted a child almost falling if not for his mother holding his arm. Pointed out this as well to the manager. Said she was aware of the problem, but not concerned at all. No signs indicating a slick floor. Poor all around. Turned me off of Chick-fil-A for good.

It's Chick-fil-A, what more is there to say?

My group came to Chick-fil-A about 2pm on a Saturday. Both drive thrus were packed and went out into the street. They were super busy, but the line seemed to go quickly. We went inside to eat and was also super busy inside. The people in my party had the Chick-fil-A meal and the Chick-fil-A deluxe which were both cooked to perfection, delicious, and always great waffle fries. They both had the peppermint shakes which were super enjoyable. Since I am vegetarian now, I got the Spicy Southwest salad and had to order without chicken, but it was really delicious and packed full of flavor. It had mixed greens, grape tomatoes , roasted corn, black beans, poblano chiles, and red bell peppers. This salad also came with packets of chili lime pepitas and tortilla strips in a little bag with the fork and napkin. I had the light balsamic vinegar dressing(which I am pretty sure was dairy free), but I think the avocado lime dressing or the creamy salsa dressing would have paired well with this salad if you are not worried about dairy. There are two cheeses(Monterey jack and cheddar cheese) on this salad as well so you may want to opt to not have the cheese if you are getting the veggie options here. Thank you for a great meal, great service, friendly people, and a calm/quiet eating area in a super busy place.

Terrible hours - dining room closes at 7 and drive through at 9pm. Always say I can only get 2 of each sauce. The one in Altoona is way better.

I had no idea how to redeem the points I had racked up. The young man (Todd) who helped me through the process was exceptional in helping me .. Even reading upside down to find the food items. Thank you to Todd and the Chick-fil-A team.

30 minutes waiting for food after an online order was placed. No sauces. Waited 10 minutes for drinks. Probably will never come back to this Chick-fil-A again
