I recently bought an espresso maker from Chris' Coffee. Mark, the salesman, did a great job guiding me to the right machine. I had a coffee grinder that was at least 15 years old, so initially the espresso shots weren't coming out the way I wanted. But, after purchasing a new grinder, also recommended by Mark, I am getting better lattes than I could buy anywhere. I'm very happy!

I recently purchased a La Spaziale Vivaldi II with them, and was having a problem with the hot water boiler so i called in to speak with somebody about it. The first person i spoke to (unfortunately did not get their name) was very nasty and rude, but after calling back and speaking with a customer service person named Dennis, he was very helpful and gave very in depth explanations to everything. He was able to help us locate the problem and sent us a part that was covered under warranty. In that case i would give customer service a 9/10, simply because you have to be careful about who you speak to. The reason for 4 stars was only because the warranty did not cover maintenance, only parts. Thankfully i had somebody in my family who was able to help me take things apart in the machine with guidance from a phone call, but if i didn’t have somebody to help me i absolutely would not have been able to on my own. Having paid a very large amount of money, i feel that maintenance should have absolutely been covered by the warranty. Be wary of this if you plan on purchasing from this company. Otherwise i had a relatively pleasant experience.

I ordered this Eureak Atom W 75 from Chris' Coffee, it arrived and did not work properly. I was majorly bummed out, it was 4:56PM and they close at 5PM, but I called anyway. I managed to get Sam, who is an omega chad in relation to coffee grinders like the Atom 75, after going through probably 25 steps he figured out something was wrong and a wire might be tugging on the weight sensor. He was very articulate and precise with his words, he offered to take it back if I didn't want to pull out the screw driver. I wanted to grind some coffee and I'm somewhat technical so I pulled out my driver and popped a plate, a wire was indeed pulling on my weight sensor. I zip tied it and BAM, we're in business. You would think Sam would rush me off the phone, it's after hours, but no -- he says "we should run through a quick calibration since we worked on the sensor", so we calibrated it and he took my serial number to send me a part (apparently some little plastic shield was broken in shipping so the wire moved). Sam is #1, this grinder makes AWESOME coffee and Chris' Coffee is where Sam works so I guess that makes them Sigma Chad. I hope you appreciated the memes. Thanks!

In a nutshell, the folks at Chris' Coffee Service absolutely ROCK! I've been getting my espresso parts and accessories from Chris' Coffee Service for as long as I can remember, and the service is always top-notch. They are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help. I just recently contacted their support about a problem I've been having with my machine and they sent me instructions on how to take the machine apart to fix the issue myself, as well as links to buy any possible replacement parts I might need. I can't say enough good things about these guys!

I bought two great Espresso machines from Chris Coffee and I'll never even consider buying my third from any other place. I live in Seattle, a top Coffee city (please, no Starbucks jokes...) but there is no competition here. To start with, the machines are exclusive upgraded versions of the original Italian ones, improving both quality and reliability. Second, and perhaps the most important one - the service is out of this world. I own my Alex Dueto III almost 8 years now, and it was super reliable. E61, Dual Boiler and PID means perfect shot every time! All Espresso machines are very hot, and eventually their gaskets start drying up and need maintenance. If you buy them from other places, you are on your own (or have to pay hundreds of $ to diagnose and repair, and give up the machine for many days). With Chris - I send a quick email with a photo to Tim, and within minutes I get a link to the parts I need to buy and replacement instructions. The machine stays at home, I get the parts, and 20 min later we're back in action. That is precious and probably saved me more than $1000 already. I just love Chris and Tim - if you want the best, get your machine from Chris. And if you don't believe me, just ask whoever your comparing to Chris: what happens if your machine has a problem after the warrantee is over.

I have a Quickmill QM67 that is going on 9 years old. Absolutley an amazing machne. It stays on 24/7 since I drink coffee sun up to sun down. Had an issue with the machine. The service department was patient and helped me diagnose and solve an issue with an '09 Quick Mill Anita. It took a few days of emails and pictures to find a resolution and Tim always practiced patience and timeliness with his responses. The failed part was not expensive and was shipped quickly. I'll share that while I was working with Tim to fix my Anita, I purchased a Breville Barista Pro and promptly returned it. While the Breville Barista Pro (BBP) served a competent (and quick) espresso, the experience also felt clinical and cheap. Frankly, I hated the BBP in comparison to the experience the Anita provided. Thank you, Tim, for helping to resurrect and old machine, giving me the confidence to continue servicing it, and teaching me some new skills.

I have bought 6 single and dual boiler espresso machines over the past 20 years. These machines require you to do your own maintenance and repair. Despite having no knowledge of plumbing, electric, or how an espresso machine works, their tech support team—particularly Joe, Tim and Roger—have always given me clear and patient instructions whenever I’ve had an issue, complete with images and videos when necessary. Chris’ Coffee has also always offered great prices and on the very rare occasion that I’ve had a faulty part, they have always sent me a free replacement immediately. Just a great firm. I would not consider buying an espresso machine from anyone else in the US.

After four years of daily, multiple cappuccinos, my Silvano Evo started having a problem with steam appearing in the water reservoir. With Tim's support and photos I was able to determine that the problem was a sticky valve requiring a valve replacement. Tim sent me the step by step photo instructions on how to replace it but it was more than my skills could tackle. I sent the machine (NJ>NY) via UPS on a Monday and it was received back that Friday. The repair was very reasonably priced, and the machine came back looking brand new. I'm not one easily impressed but the service experience was outstanding. Tip: save all your shipping boxes from when you purchase your machine!

Coffee is important for us and Chris' Coffee, in particular with Mark Bagnoli's customer service made it not only possible but also one of the best shopping experience I've had in recent years. You would normally expect decent customer service for throwing $3k+ on an espresso machine and grinder combo, but Mark went above and beyond to make sure I have the best experience possible. I was well taken care of from placing the order with a decent holiday promotion, (literally) immediate shipping, post-sale customer service, Q&A through email, Mark checking out videos of me operating the new Lelit, and working with the support team and the baristas at Chris' to fine tune my setup and technique with their expertise. I even printed out their emails as my operation guide. They truly want my espresso to taste good as if they are making their own at home. The technical service at this company is over-the-top good. The home espresso machine I purchased from them >2 years ago failed suddenly one morning. I took it apart to troubleshoot the problem, and confirmed over the phone with technical service (Tim) that it was the steam boiler tripping the GFI. OK, I need a new steam boiler, but dang, come to find out the 2-year warranty had expired two weeks earlier. No problem, Tim said, we'll send you a new one free of charge ($260 value) anyway. And then two more calls to help me complete the installation properly. Now THAT's customer service. And the reason I will continue as a customer going forward.

This is hands down the best source for a Prosumer grade coffee machine. What distinguishes them from ALL others is the post-purchase support. My Lelit Bianca started to loose steam after 3 years and out of all the service providers listed on Lelit’s site, Chris’ was the only one who knew how to diagnose and had the needed parts to repair. Their assistant service manager Tim C, took the time to go through several photos of the boiler to help me figure out which parts I needed. He even ordered a part they didn’t have in stock for me and sent me the invoice. In contrast, others authorized by Lelit either said they only provide support during the warranty period, another one (1st Line) sent me a vague video on what could be the issue then stopped responding, and some didn’t respond at all! Those machines are great but they are sophisticated and operate at high temperatures. They will need some maintenance and repairs sooner or later, and you need a source that’s there for you when that happens. I can tell you from experience, Chris’ is the only one in the US who’ll be there when you need them.

I love the Vivaldi II espresso machine I bought from Chris Coffee in January of 2014. It’s had only 2 minor problems which I was easily able to fix myself with some guidance from their customer support. In the first instance several years ago, on my first phone call I reached Sam the senior technician who stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes while I followed his directions to remove the accessory timer that was causing the problem. This week, Tim was very prompt in responding to my emails and gave me instructions to make the adjustments which fixed my problem. With other purchases the customer support has been excellent.

Chris Coffee is amazing! I have owned my Quickmill Vetrano 2B Evo for about five years and have had a few issues that required repair. The Chris Coffee support team is extremely responsive and makes repairing the machine on my own very easy. They respond to every question quickly and always provide thorough details, pictures, and documentation to make the repairs as easy as possible. They also carry all the parts necessary and ship very quickly. Chris Coffee is my go-to vendor for all things espresso. Joe Blowers has been on their customer support team a very long time and is amazing!

I found Chris' Coffee through a home barista friend who assured me their customer support was the best. As a novice to home espresso brewing myself, I could not be happier about my decision to go with Chris' Coffee. Communication with the team was excellent. I was guided with patience and expertise through the selection of machines, grinders, and accessories. All my questions, both the sharp and the stupid, were answered thoughtfully, and I emerged from the sales process with the perfect setup for what I was looking for. Technical Support at Chris' Coffee is just as excellent. When I needed to replace a small everyday wear and tear part, it arrived in no time, along with an expert diagnosis of of what had caused the part to fail and a thorough, patient, and kind tutorial on performing some basic preventative maintenance, at the prospect of which I was initially intimidated - I am not a very handy guy - but upon completion left me satisfied and, I confess, kind of proud. Thank you Joe B! So please let me reprise my friend's recommendation. if you're looking to get into home espresso and want to take your mornings to a whole new level, you gotta go with the team from Chris' Coffee.They'll take you there!
