The service was terrible. The attitude of the cashier was disappointing and negatively impacted my entire experience at the restaurant, overshadowing any positive aspects. I believe management needs to address this issue to improve customer service.

On a vacation from Canada, we like hitting Cici's. Even though there are other locations closer to where we're staying, this one has a better price (grab a colouring page for a discount on kids buffet). It was worth the extra drive. Jeff and Cesar will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and ensure you're satisfied. There was always someone clearing plates or cleaning up the dining area. The friendly atmosphere, great service and good deal brought us back to this location multiple times during our stay in Florida.

Used to go there with my kids, 18 years later I still going to take now my grandson. He have lots of fun very family oriented place. Love it before, love it now.

Pizza seems a little tasteless. Pasta is soggy. TV on sports or Fox News. Employees are great though.

My mom and I were in the mood for pizza. Usually we go to a different one in Kissimmee (it’s ok), but we decided to try this location today since it was closer. Immediately upon entering we were impressed with the cashier Jeff. He was friendly, actively engaged with customers and you could tell he liked working here. He also would announce whenever a fresh pizza was up on the self serve bar. There was another server on the floor, Yaher, who was also so friendly and actively engaged with customers. The food was pretty good, and the eating area and bathrooms were so clean! We will definitely be coming back!

Went there for a Xtra large Supreme pizza, not to bad and purchased a 2 litter of coke-4.99, ridiculous price for a bottle of soda! The wait for a take out was approximately 30 minutes. I haven't dinned in but I probably will one day.

Came here tonight to have dinner and it was amazing!!!! Everyone greeted you with a warm smile and said “welcome to Cici’s!!” Patricia was so very nice! She asked us if we needed anything our entire time there and said they were glad to have us. I will definitely be back and ask for her! 10/10

I’ve been coming here for years now ever since I moved to Central Florida. The staff here is amazing ! They’re friendly and provide great service, they have a very good culture at this Cicis. They’re always asking if there’s anything they can do to make your visit better , if there are any pizzas you want for them to cook for you.

We regularly visit Cici's while on vacation in the area. We drove 30 minutes from our hotel to come to this location and it was absolutely worth it. We went on a Tuesday and were surprised to find out that the buffet was only $5.99 with the purchase of a drink. We considered that a great deal given the cost of food these days. We were greeted at the door by friendly staff and a clean dining area. This location isn't as big as some of the other ones we have been to but it was clean. The staff asked if there was anything on the buffet we wanted that we didn't see and they made what we asked for. The even replaced some of the pizza that was there that looked like it had been sitting a while. The table busser removed all our dishes in a timely manner and we gave her a nice tip for that. Overall this is likely the best Cici's we have ever been to.

In all honesty the place needs more of a fun vibe. It’s very dull. I wish they had more of a variety of vegan food. Specially, because they specialize in pizza so you would think that they have more options but they don’t. The desserts are the best. I wish they would have like chocolate cookies. Needs to be more life. The games are over priced. Kids that are younger then 5 years old shouldn’t be paying for a kids buffet when they can’t eat much. There too little , feel the restaurant can do much better. Would have not went there for my daughter’s birthday if I knew it wasn’t the best.

Amazing people and owners here. We go here with our grandkids sometimes and they love it here. We always enjoy the food and kind service. Great people and fun place to eat at with family etc. Highly recommend for so many reasons.

Out of all the cici locations we have visited this one was by far the best with cleanliness and staff friendliness and service.

Wow we are not from around here so we decided to eat pizza so we stopped here at Cici three minutes till closing they treated us right they told don't worry stay as long as you need yahri and the management team are awesome 💯

Friendliest Cici’s in our area- my husband refuses to go anywhere else. Also, that lil old man that folds the boxes is an absolute sweetheart. Always greets us kindly. 10/10 Highly recommend

Originally we went to the other CICI’s pizza located at 5035 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34746 the food there was absolutely terrible and we had a bad experience at that location. We submitted a complaint and apparently we selected the wrong store. We received a call from the store manager Cesar and he apologized and informed us that we selected the wrong store. This manager invited us for a meal and he kept apologizing about our experience and informed us that he will notify the correct store. We are very grateful that we came out for a second time and we Enjoyed the experience. We were even offered to make our own personalized pizza. Very happy with the service and everyone at this location.

It has the first ever non scame claw machine but they never maid the pine apple pizza wale I was at the buffet even after me and one kid asked for one and they said they would make it but they never did, never the less 5/5 stars, would poop here again

As soon as we walked in, the cashier greater us and he was so nice, the staff was very nice, I forgot the busboy name but the gentleman was very nice, efficient, always came to out table to make sure we didn't have any dirty dishes, he was very engaging. They made our own special pizza we choose our own toppings and we were very happy with the service. Muchas gracias por su amabilidad.

Place wasnt bad even with the staff not being much older than teenagers. I have to say even tho there was alot of standin around, talkin & playin they somehow managed to keep everything somewhat tidy and stocked

We recently introduced my daughter to Cicis. She loved it! I love the salad bar, and the pizza was hot and fresh. The arcade could have been a little better, but overall we will definitely be back. $32 for 2 adults and 1 child is pretty great nowadays!

Great place to stop by and visit, They foster top of the line service. Owner of the establishment is a great guy he makes everything is up to par. There's a store manager there by the name of Cesar who is very attentive to your every need. From the time you walk in to the time you leave, you are greeted and dismissed with friendly staff members who make sure your every need is taken care of. If you have a request they are right there to make it happen. So next time you are around ask for Cesar and try out what they have new.

I went out with my nieces and nephews. We had a great time. We really enjoyed our pizza. They overcharged us for the food. They overcharged for 3 more people. Luckily, my brother noticed it and called about it. That's why I am giving them a four star instead of a one star rating.

Easily the best Cici’s in Florida. I used to come to this location after school from kindergarten to 2nd grade. Recently, almost 20 years later, I visited town and mentioned that I used to be a regular when I was little, remembering the giant TV’s playing cartoon network, and the owners treated me like a VIP guest. They were both so nice and I was given excellent service. They made it feel like I was visiting an old and familiar relative. If I could I’d give more than 5 stars.

I've been to many Cici's, but none like this one. You can feel the positive energy the moment you walk in. All the staff is very welcoming, kind, and attentive. The food is great, always different kinds of pizza and they even announce the fresh pizzas on the bar! Thanks for a great experience!

I had not been to a CiCi's in a long time but this one does everything right. The staff was super friendly and wholesome with the guests. The management clearly cares about the store. For the price I was absolutely surprised about the quality and care put into this location. Will be back!

We enjoy going to cc's the only problem is is at time staff cannot keep up with refilling the food or salad bar, but always good food. Went back and gave it a try again 11/03, everything was great we'll be back again.

The food was good, it just seemed a like it was sitting out for while when we sat down to eat. They seemed unusually overly staffed which was nice, but yet the food seemed like it was still taking quite a while to come out of the kitchen and be replaced. But the staff was nice and service was good.

The cleanest and best Cici’s I’ve been too! Everyone was so kind! They were playing Christian music and the owner or manager was in and calling out new pizzas every few minutes. Everyone was spectacular!

I had the best time here with my friends! Shout out to Mia, she was so friendly and happy to talk to me and my friends. The bacon tots pizza was delicious and my friend loved the Mac and cheese pizza. The pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls were also delicious. Highly recommend.

This was one of the best Cici's Pizzas I have ever encountered. Friendly staff, 2 pizza bars with very well cooked pizza and Pasta.

Tasty pizza at an affordable price. Plenty of variety, and you can ask them to make a personalized pizza for no additional cost. Desserts, salads and pasta are also available. Great atmosphere, and really clean! Only downside would be how loud the arcade is, and thats if you won't play them because some of them are really fun! Definitely check this out if you love pizza!

Cicis was GREAT! I haven't been in years and I loved it just the same. Kids can be kids.. and grown ups can eat in peace🤩 the pizza is always hot and fresh...one thing PLEASE CHANGE YOUR ALFREDO SAUCE😬 its very watery and bland. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS AWESOME. I didn't get to try the chicken this time but I will go back again for sure...desserts looked awesome, and the salad bar was delicious...thanks CICIS for always make g the experience worth coming! My grand daughter and I $13.... you can't beat that with a stick!

The employees are so friendly and ask if there's a special pizza you want. I go to this one instead of one in northern orlando because it's so much better.

Most I ordered 3 buffets and a side of 5 chicken wings well 20 minutes later. I had to ask them for the wings, and they all looked at each other, and then they started to prepare them. They forgot about it

The service is great here. The young man at the register was very nice. We asked about a certain pizza and it was in the oven. We didn't see it come out but the same young man brought a plate of pizza to the table because he saw it was going fast. Highly recommend!

The pizza is not made with real cheese and they don't have the variety all the time. You always have to wait.

Doesn’t offer the Florida Resident discount like 99% of the other locations. If I’m going to pay $12-14 for a buffet with drink I may as well just eat at an actual dine in restaurant with higher quality food.

The service was great and the food was delicious. They had a great variety of pizzas and loved the brownies.

So at the end of the day it's cicis pizza so you know it's not going to be the best food in the world and it would be stupid to think it would be cause again it's cicis pizza lol. With that being said everything was fresh and the salad bar was damn good, they keep the place clean and everyone is helpful and very good at what they do. They used to have one by my and every time I went is was dirty and trashed but you can tell the owners and workers take pride in this business and it shows in every aspect. This place gets 5 stars from me because of the owners! They were the nicest people ever to not only me and my wife but our kids. Kind, welcoming, thoughtful and giving. They turn a regular old cicis pizza into a place that feels like home!

Mrs.Pat really stands out to me. She was so friendly & so personable. Very attentive to her customers & her employees. The food was surprisingly great. The staff was friendly and helpful. They clear your used plates very quickly. The selection was awesome. We just moved to the area & are so glad we had such a great experience. We will most definitely be longterm customers.

We come here every time we are in town to visit theme parks. Very clean super friendly staff. Last night our most recent visit blew me away. My son has always had trouble communicating what he wants in forms of sentences he was brave enough to ask the manager for some change for game room he was so patient with my son with his request and came back to table so proud that he was able to talk and someone understood him thank you so much for this experience.

I havent been to cicis pizza in a while, my daughter wantes pizza and I thought hey cicis, it was okay, for the price. The pizzas were all barely fresh and refilled, the brownies were dry and the cinnamon rolls.....used to be my favorite, but they arent great. The staff were so nice and sweet and it was well kept and clean, the food quality is what has me decided to not stop by a cicis.

The pizza was great. The whole family had something they liked. Soup, salad, pasta and every kind of pizza you may like. If they did not have the kind you liked, they make it just for you. The staff was very friendly and helpful and were continuously cleaning and taking used plates away. Will definitely return. Thank you.
