City Moose was wonderful to work with and provided us and our guests a delicious food experience! The food Chef Jason prepares is nothing but perfection and left everyone wanting more! Our guests were raving about the food immediately during cocktail hour, from the mouth watering quesadillas to the onion dip and potato chips. Luckily, as the bride and groom we didn’t miss out on any of the delicious appetizers because Stacey came over with our own personal serving tray filled with all of our apps! A buffet style main course was suggested by Stacey to allow for quicker service for the venue we had and we are so appreciative for that recommendation. If we had went with the original plan of a plated dinner we would never have had time to mingle and dance with our guests. Many other vendors would never have taken the time or cared enough to suggest something like that. We highly recommend the chicken picatta and garlic mashed potatoes because its all our guests could talk about! Leftover food was packed up for us at the end of the night. Can you say late night snack? They made sure to take care of us with as much care and importance as the guests, which really resonated with us. We have heard stories that some brides and grooms don’t even eat at their own wedding, but with City Moose that will never be the case for you. We used City Moose Catering for our wedding on 12/8/23 and were blown away with our experience. From the first phone meeting with Stacy, we knew we had to secure them as our vendor and boy are we sure glad we did! She was so knowledgeable and approachable. We met both Stacy and Chef Jason in person at our private tasting and they really took our Italian pasta buffet idea and ran with it. They even recreated a favorite dish of ours from a Massachusetts restaurant and helped us incorporate it into our big day (Chef Jason nailed it!). We had several guests with food allergies and City Moose really takes that seriously, providing personal meals. Aside from how incredible the food was, Stacy stood in front of me as I had my dress bustled with a tray full of the cocktail hour passed apps, making sure I not only ate, but also got to try everything! I can’t stop talking about how special that was. We are still receiving compliments months later how unbelievable the food was. City Moose not only provided the food, they also provided the tableware, which was exactly what was discussed at our tasting! City Moose had several options to choose from and they were really able to compliment the overall vision with their available options. The food, the service, the settings were all executed perfectly and we couldn’t be happier! We would absolutely recommend City Moose Catering for any event!

City Moose Catering did an incredible job catering for our party! From beginning to end they were professional, helpful, and kind… and best of all the food was amazing!! I am very picky about food quality and taste, and always end up cooking for parties myself, which leads me to be “working” the whole time instead of enjoying time with my guests. Going forward I’ll be reaching out to City Moose for all of our parties!

I am in love with city moose! They catered our wedding and I could not have asked for a better night of delicious food! From the beginning they were extremely helpful and really made our vision come to life with little effort on our part. They also hosted a food tasting, and it was no small tasting - they went all out! My guests with food allergies said they have never been more comfortable and confident in the food they were eating at an event and I can not thank city moose enough for making my wedding special ☺️

City Moose not only provided the most DELICIOUS (and gorgeous) food, but gave us such an incredible experience throughout the entire wedding process. Stacy responded so quickly with any questions we had, made sure we were well informed and taken care of, and she even fixed my veil during photos and made sure we had all of the food during our big day. City Moose was delicious and memorable! They were the caterers for our wedding, and they knocked it out the park. We got snacks, dinner, and dessert from them, and every guest raved about all of the food. We have some very specific dietary restriction and had a lot of guests with food allergies, and Stacy and Chef Jason not only reassured us but also provided wonderful meals and desserts for everyone so that no one had to miss out on the fun!

I wish I had taken photos of the food but it was 10/10! I did a catered brunch and it was amazing. Everyone was so happy with the food and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Excellent communication, food, and pricing!

The initial reason for selecting City Moose Catering was the extensive menu. We selected the Petite Filet of Beef and the Chicken Marsala for the main dishes. All guests raved about both dishes.. Stacy Lamountain and all of her staff were very accommodating and made sure everything was taken care of as advertised. I highly recommend City Moose Catering for your next event, be it large or small. Great job by City Moose.

City Moose Cafe has been a huge part of our life for the last 2 years while wedding planning. We knew that we wanted a family oriented caterer who put their customers first, well we found more than what we were looking for. Stacy and Chef are the most professional and kind people we have ever met. They go above and beyond to make any event special. We just had our wedding on March 19th and it was PERFECT! Our guests were raving about the appetizers, dinner and donut wall! Chef really poured his heart and soul into this food and it definitely showed. I cannot thank Stacy enough, she started out as my caterer and slowly fit the roles of event planner, photographer, decorator, a mom, personal assistant, personal stylist and venting buddy. If there were issues Stacy handled them without us knowing, or if I had a problem she would resolve it immediately. It was easy to put our trust into Stacy as she had proved herself over and over again. We are so happy that we met Stacy and Chef, they will now be on speed dial for any upcoming parties or celebrations. Thank you both for making our vision come true and making our wedding day better than we thought it could be.

City moose catered our wedding back in November, and along with the compliments we received about the quality of the food at the wedding, this husband and wife duo was equally awesome to work with. From testing, to recommendations, to day-of-wedding service, City Moose helped take one big stress away from wedding day! Now, with our son getting baptized, we reached out to them on short noticed to cater a party, and they made everything happen for us just as stress free, and timely as our big day!

I wish I could give City Moose more than 5 stars. Chef Jason, Stacy & their staff are unbelievable. They catered our wedding and from planning leading up to the day of everything was perfect. Dear Chef and Stacy, I just wanted to personally reach out and thank you again for everything at our wedding. You two are like two superhero’s who came in and made the night perfect. The number one compliment I got all night was “this is was the best food!” I also heard from vendors that said they had been to many weddings and your food is by far the best they ever had. Everything was perfect from cocktail hour to dinner and dessert. Thank you for even bringing us snacks during our photos! Stacy your attention to detail is by far amazing with flowers and all the decor you do, it came out so beautiful. And Chef your food is of course amazing! Great donuts and awesome staff. Would recommend for anyone the best place ever for donuts!

We ordered donuts to be delivered to us and we couldn’t be happier!! First off, the ordering process was super easy, and we love that they can be delivered! Secondly, to our surprise, an incredibly generous person paid for our donuts! We ordered the donuts last week for delivery today, and we have been looking forward to them all week. They did not disappoint! The flavors are delicious (fruity pebbles donut?! What?!), the assortment was wonderful, and the delivery person was super friendly! We already can’t wait to order donuts again!

City Moose was by far the best vendor we could have chosen for our wedding day. Stacy was always there when we had questions or concerns. She went above and beyond to ensure our day went perfectly. The food was amazing and her staff was top notch. Thank you SO much to Stacy and her team for being so wonderful. Ya'll are the BEST!

I can't say enough good things about the City Moose team. My wedding was adjusted many times thanks to COVID -- moving from a 100 person brunch to a 14 person dinner. Stacy and Jason adapted with grace and kindness. We went "off menu" to create a dinner that included all of our favorite foods and they did an AMAZING job. The breadth of their skills was clear through delicious onion rings, the freshest salad I've ever had at at wedding, mac and cheese everyone raved about, chicken, potatoes, squash, asparagus, and then truly magical donuts and cookies. The staff was kind and professional, their COVID precautions were impressive and we felt very comfortable. If you book City Moose you won't regret it. My husband and I have said to each other a few times the last few days -- "the food was SO good!"

City Moose Catering did a fantastic job at our backyard wedding. They were responsive and did a site visit to help bring the visual to life. They were very accommodating especially during the whole COVID-19 epidemic. Staff wore masks, provided hand sanitizing stations, and prepackaged all appetizers. I was worried the presentation wouldn't look as great as a food display, but i was honestly amazed at how wonderful it looked! Everyone absolutely loved the food! I would highly recommend working with Stacy and Chef!

We had two dinners catered by City Moose: a welcome dinner for our guests the night before the wedding, and the wedding reception itself. Chef and Stacy were always very on the ball with any questions or concerns we had leading up to the wedding which was something we didn't necessarily observe from all of our vendors. The guests loved the food and the presentation is always top notch. A special thanks goes out to City Moose for the adjustments they made to everything to make sure our guests were safe. We (affordably) changed how our apps and desserts were served to comply with COVID guidance and kept everything elegant and elevated at the same time. Stacy found a way to make the salads already plated for the guests in advance of them being seated as well which is something that I really wanted...and they made it happen! --Needless to say, I highly recommend City Moose and would ask them to cater my own events again in the future.

Had my daughters bridal shower with homemade donut wall, breakfast, and mimosa bar. Place looked great, food was hot and delicious. Great experience. Would definitely book another function there.

I work from home, so I typically have breakfast somewhere around Nashua so that I get out into the world. City Moose has quickly become one of my go-to spots. The food is so good that I often end up taking lunch home with me. Their pastry selection changes and offers a lot of delicious discoveries. Their coffee offering is expansive. They have wifi and a charging station if you forgot to charge your laptop (like I did at the time of this writing). They have a ton of seating, so I don't feel guilty hogging a seat for a few hours like I do at some of my other favorites. The staff is incredibly friendly. Best of all, they have a rewards program, so my morning routine earns me free muffins, coffee, and breakfast burritos with regularity. I highly recommend City Moose to any looking for a good breakfast or lunch. EDIT: Since writing this review, the Mewse (as we lovingly called it) has moved to a carry-out only style restaurant. The prepared food is delicious, but there's no hot food anymore. Its hours are reduced, too. It's a loss, but at least it's still there in part. It will always be one of my favorites.

Always amazing food and great staff

Working with Jason and Stacy was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We hired them to cater our wedding reception which was over 200 people as well as our rehearsal dinner and day after wedding brunch. The food quality was top notch using only the freshest ingredients and the presentation of everything was picture perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend their catering services to anyone. You will not be disappointed! Our guests enjoyed all of the food that Chef Jason and Stacy helped us select. We opted for: Appetizers: Maple Bacon Shooters, Lobster Cobbler, Truffle Mac N Cheese Bites, Wild Mushroom Triangles, Kobe Beef Sliders, Chicken Empanadas; Meats: Petite Filets of Beef with Red Wine Demi Glaze, Steamship Ham Carving Station; and for our many vegetarian and vegan guests, we opted for: Garden Salad: Local Hydroponic Greens & Seasonal Vegetables, Lentil Stuffed Acorn Squash, PeeWee Potatoes, Maple Glazed Carrots. The best hit was the delicious dessert option: Shortcake Station: Buttermilk Biscuits, Strawberries, Blueberries, Peaches, Whipped Cream! If we were to ever need a caterer in the future, City Moose would be our first choice!

We hired City Moose to cater our wedding this past Saturday and we cannot be more thankful that they were our first and only choice! Upon meeting Chef Jason and owner Stacy we knew we had made the right decision. They were extremely professional and made the planning process a breeze. We had countless guests comment on how great all the food was which meant alot to us because food was a major priority! Not only was the food so tasty but everything was presented beautifully. The wait staff was fast, friendly and efficient. What more could you ask for. Cannot wait to stop in the cafe and visit as City Moose has stolen a piece of hearts forever. We love you guys!

City moose catered my wedding and it was delicious!!!! Everyone loved it!! Whatever kind of food you want, they can make it happen!

My husband and I got married on September 7th this year and booked City Moose Cafe & Catering very early in our wedding planning process. Stacy and her team were always available to answer questions and were prompt with their responses. I'm vegan, so it was really important to me to find a catering company with food that I could eat, and City Moose offers vegan (and gluten free) food! In addition, their food is all farm fresh, which was really important to us as well. Stacy was really great in helping us stay within our budget by offering alternatives, and that took away a lot of stress for us. Our menu was: lemon herb chicken, vegan roasted vegetable lasagna, garden vegetable rice pilaf, and roasted fingerling potatoes. The food was AMAZING and our guests could not stop talking about the vegan lasagna (in fact we're all still talking about it!), it was so well balanced, seasoned, and flavored. We were very happy with all the food and are thankful to City Moose Cafe & Catering for being a part of our special day; thanks!

City Moose Catered our rehearsal dinner, wedding and next day brunch this past weekend and we could not be more impressed!!! From the moment we hired them, they have been helpful, respectful and would respond to any emails very quickly. We hired City Moose not certain what we wanted on our menu. Stacy and Chef took the time to get to know us and created the perfect menu for our special day. Our family and friends could not stop talking about how delicious everything was!!! The display was beautiful and they captured our vision perfectly.

I really enjoyed the tasting and not just the food but Stacy and Jason's kindness and friendly approach. My wife handled most of the communication prior to wedding but I never heard of any issues and trust me I would have. My daughters wedding was a dream come true - looked and felt like something straight out of a fairytale book! Chef Jason, Stacy & the City Moose staff were amazing and far exceeded our expectations! Chef’s food was outstanding and amazing! The quality and quantity were spot on! Chef never disappoints! Stacys attention to detail and compassionate heart made everything perfect! From pre - wedding planning, last minute check point discussions & lots of reassurance , to gorgeous food presentation , replenishing, & clean up. All while maintaining all day , excellence in meeting the needs of our guests as well as the bridal party & family. Chef Jason, Stacy and their staff worked so well with our other vendors and together they made my daughters wedding experience everything thing that she and my son in law had hoped for!
