Absolutely kindness staff and they have the best gluten free cinnamon rolls!!! Highly recommend!

Stopped by for the first time this morning & was blown away! The owner was absolutely wonderful & the food was even better! We had a great experience from the moment we walked in until all the food was gone. My new favorite kolache place! Also, don’t miss out on the cream cheese kolache!!

Buyer be ware. The business in the photos does not exist and an imposter has taken it's place. I stopped in to buy gourmet kolaches for my customers and left empty handed. All kolaches were wrapped in plastic like a truck stop and none of the kolaches looked fresh or appetizing. There were also so few on the shelf i couldn't buy a dozen of anything at 745 in the morning. It's clear these were the left overs from another day, waiting on a victim. Spare yourself and visit another factory for your kolache needs, despite their box store, cookie cutter kolaches, they are by far better.

Fantastic gluten free cinnamon rolls!

Delicious and super fast. They even threw in a free cream cheese for me ❤️ it was so decadent. Definitely coming back, might be my new favorite breakfast spot 😋🍰

I went there for the first time. Kolaches were awful. No flavor, really small and very expensive. I tried one bite and threw them away. Don't waste your time and money going there.

My wife absolutely loved the gluten free sausage kolache! The kolaches we got were amazing as well! Be aware, this place is take out only.

Wondermous kolaches! I highly recommend the sausage egg and cheese and bacon egg and cheese kolaches, but my absolute fave is the Jimmy Dean sausage kolache.

This used to be 5+ stars but unfortunately they remodeled to a more drab looking shop, and worst of all the kolaches are pre-made now, stored in wrappers then heated in a toaster oven. The result is a flat, stale tasting $5 kolache. The store doesn’t even smell like a bakery anymore, gone are the fresh cinnamon rolls straight from the oven. Also have not seen the magnificent bubbly owner, perhaps she sold and this is the result? Too bad, I miss the original Koala.

Was good now awful. They apparently freeze their kolaches. 11/25/23 update Was 5 star but now 1 star. Recipes changed....I took one bite of the sausage and gravy and spit it out. Awful.

This bakery offers a range of gluten-free options. Having followed a gluten-free diet for two years, I find their cinnamon rolls and ham and cheese rolls to be quite good. The sausage and cheese roll, in particular, stands out; the gluten-free bread it's wrapped in is pleasantly sweet and lacks the grainy texture common to many gluten-free breads. The bakery's gluten-free selections are commendably tasty. The person who served me took hygiene seriously, washing her hands and putting on a clean pair of gloves before handling the food. However, the prices are a bit steep: $7.99 for each gluten-free cinnamon roll and $5.99 for each sausage and cheese or ham and cheese roll. I ended up buying two cinnamon rolls and three of each of the other rolls. Please note this shop is take away only!

I found Koala Kolache at Memorial Hermann (TMC) and the food is simply amazing! V is awesome and has become one of my favorite people at the hospital! Me and my girlfriend get her kolaches at least 3 times a week. We are planning to visit the store front soon! I cannot recommend Koala Kolache enough!

The owner was so nice and excited when we told her we had never had kolaches before. All the types we tried were incredible, and we ended up trying more than we planned because she gave us a few on the house. Hidden gem, and I can't recommend it enough!

Unprofessional: Door had a sign stating closed until Jan. 5th. I went again on Jan. 6th and it had a new sign stating closed until Jan. 10th.

A true hidden gem! We all know kolache/donut spots can be found on pretty much every corner with the same menus and donut holes but this place is not your ordinary spot. Their kolache combinations have something everyone will love and are always fresh! Needless to say I’ll continue the 20 min drive on the weekends just to get this treat. 10/10 a wonderful breakfast!

Cost 33 dollars for one croissant with ham that they put a gallon of mayo on ,one cross contamination so called gluten free cinnamon roll and 3 kolachies that is crazy and to top it off They don’t taste good and I have too take a Benadryl now I will never go back this was my first time .

The food is AMAZING. From the kolache's to the cakes, cinnamon rolls, and cookies, you must try everything! Vatsana is incredibly kind hearted and puts love into all that she creates.

Fantastic kolaches. got some leek & egg white as well as black bean enchilada straight out of the oven. Really appreciated that they have some less meat- centric options with veggies 🥬

I had a very special experience. My first time trying the kolaches, and might I say, the best I have ever had (and I've had my fair share of kolaches). The boudin kolache in particular had the perfect texture and that kick that made it extra special. The owner was incredibly nice and I could tell that she is really passionate and customer-oriented. I'll definitely be returning!

Went this past Saturday. Customer service was lacking-the employees are not friendly. No signage telling you where to order and where to pick up. Very crowded and customers who are regulars are rude and cut around you without asking and jump ahead of you. No explanation offered of choices and very little signage telling you choices, we had to ask. The Real kolache was just ok-greasy. The cinnamon rolls were good but would have been better warmed up, which they did not offer like most donut shops. Had to ask to get the kolaches warmed up. Had to ask for forks and napkins because none on the counter. Doubt we will be back.

They had an otherworldly option for the non-pork eaters-Yay! I usually skip these places because of the lack of vegan options but my oh myyyy! The egg white and leek kolache was phenomenal !!

"real sausage" kolache is terrible. Chewy cheap hot dog meat with gross fake cheese. Go to Karma kolache and thank me

😲 Wow I dare to say honestly these were the best Kolaches I have ever tasted. Sausage and Gravy is a must and you can't leave without a cinnamon roll. Customer service is great!!! The owner is very appreciative and energetic and provides a very welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be back!!

Nothing special for the price point. Bacon and egg kolaches had way too much cheese. We went here to try something different. However, with the attitude of the staff and price, we will not be back.

Visiting from CA and didn’t even know what a Kolache was until I arrived. Happened to meet V(owner) at HTO and she sold us on coming by and trying some Kolaches. She was so sweet and nice. Kolaches were amazing. Had the sausage and gravy, spicy and regular brisket and grabbed a couple cinnamon rolls. All were amazing and can’t wait to go back. Thank you V!

V (owner) is the sweetest. Whole staff is engaging and friendly. Great selection and smells are intoxicating. We had a friend visiting from another state who thought we were crazy when we told him about kolaches. Koala kolaches are on another level, the dough is soft and fluffy and the selection is great. This is a elevated kolache that you have to try if your in the cypress area.

Great service with a smile and super friendly staff. Food is soooo good. I wanted to eat everything. We tried this for breakfast for the first time. It’s now our favorite breakfast place.

I have an allergy to gluten, and their gluten free Kolaches and cinnamon rolls are AMAZING!! As a foodie, this place takes the cake. I also purchased some kolaches for my family, and they were super impressed! Can’t say enough great things about this gem of a pastry shop.

First time stopping by and it was great. If you were in the mood for the same kolache that you're used to there's 500 of the same thing being served within a 10mile radius, go nuts. Koala Kolache had a bunch of exciting new experiences and everything I tried was awesome! We'll likely be back next week to try some more unique flavors!! Friendly staff and owner as well

This gem of a Kolache shop is awesome! So many varieties. The everything bagel and Boudain is really awesome as well as all of the Kolaches and huge variety of cinnamon roll flavors.

Tried this place when visiting my parents and it was DELICIOUS! We will be going back again. All the kolaches we tried were great and loved the unique flavors. THE CINNAMON ROLLS WERE THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD!

This is definitely the BEST place for Kolache’s and if you have not been here you truly are missing out on Great Service and Fantastic Kolache’s and Cinnamon Rolls!

Kolache here is great but the service wasn't too good. We ordered about 10 kolache in total and they kept forgetting our sweet kolache order. We had to tell them 3 times at the checkout. They treated other people who got only 1 or 2 kolache better than us. I meant maybe they know those people because they come often, but seriously, they don't want to treat new people well?? And when we asked for bags since there were just so many small paper bags of kolache that we ordered, they gave us one only. And the girl at checkout just gave an upset face when she dropped our sweet ones down. There are some other kolache shops like this but a bit further from our house so we will check those places out, maybe they will have better service than here.

We chose this place when we were on our way to start our road trip. We never heard of Kolache till we visited our friend in Texas. After tasting it it’s soooo yummy wish we have this in California!! I believe we meet the owner and she was very sweet and we definitely love the cinnamon roll and kolache!! Would definitely come back when we visit our friend again!

The cinnamon rolls are divine! Red velvet is my favorite. I think you have to come early to ensure you get what you want; they are busy.

Unique kolaches. Great food quality. Cinnamon rolls with different "dressing". I got it with Nutella, Yum!. Cream puffs were great with filling that was light, rich, and not too sweet (can you say à là Français) yup, they were excellent. And yes, it was waiting in line for 20-30 minutes (see attached photo)

First time to visit Koala Kolache. It was packed; which I felt was a good sign. Did not take long. Those ladies are FAST. Got a Sausage Gravy and a Spicy Brisket kolache. No Lie. THe BEST Kolaches I have ever eaten. I need More! In the car..going back now!

I first heard about Koala Kolache from my wife, as she had seen a post about it on Nextdoor and decided to give it a try. Then one Saturday morning she surprised me with some. Long story short, Koala Kolache is by far some of the best, if not the absolute best I’ve ever had! This morning, I talked my brother firefighters into giving it a try by telling them how amazing their Monty Cristo Kolache was. Unfortunately, they were out of them this morning, so we tried the spicy brisket along with a few others. I don’t know what heaven tastes like, but if it’s even close to their spicy brisket, count me in! The spicy brisket is now the best Kolache I’ve ever had! Her homemade bbq sauce should be bottled and sold! Anyway, if you’re in the Cypress area on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday Koala Kolache is a MUST try! You will NOT be disappointed! Koala Kolache is located on Spring Cypress between Louetta and Grant!

I am hesitant to review this spot. The line is bad enough as it is! Their kolaches are the BEST in town. Unique flavors, amazing selection and fresh made in house. No Oscar Meyer hot dogs wrapped in Pillsbury dough at this spot My wife loves the Gyro and the Egg white and leek kolaches. I enjoy the spicy brisket the most. The cinnamon rolls are to die for!

This place is amazing! It was my first time and I wasn't the least bit disappointed! The sausage and gravy kolache was outstanding and so was the red velvet "cinnamon" roll with chocolate chips in the swirl! My daughter had the birthday cake cinnamon roll....and I loved that too lol

Drove across town to grab some gluten free kolaches. I should have bought 3 dozen instead of only 3. They were warm and delicious, exactly what the wife wanted for valentines. Also left with gluten free cinnamon rolls and muffins. Highly recommend all of them! We will be new, regular customers.

Run don't stop and head to Koala Kolache... such a wide variety of delicious kolaches and pastries. Be sure to try their brisket and jalapeno cheese. Very popular. On weekends they do offer gluten free options that are absolutely delicious. If you must eat gluten free I recommend calling ahead and asking what they are offering that morning... they will happilt set aside your order. Impt! They will sell out of gf items so don't be disappointed when you go and find out their gf items are gone.

AMAZING Gluten Free Items! I can only Imagine how wonderful the other kolaches are.

These are amazing fresh, leftover, reheated, frozen and reheated. Yes, they're that excellent of quality. Family favorites are the pizza, spinach, chicken chimichanga and the popper. The sweet rolls are out of this ever loving world: Oreo, peanut butter, brown butter, raspberry, peach... Mmm...
