Awesome bistro. If you want the best breakfast and deli sandwiches in Pinellas County look no further. Sandwiches are giant, amazingly fresh and the staff is super friendly. They really care about what they’re putting in front of you. They’ve got some excellent desserts as well.

Excellent food. I ordered the ham and Brie croissant and my boyfriend ordered the Cajun breakfast bowl both were delicious. The mini muffins are probably the best muffins I’ve ever had especially the cranberry apple muffins, along with the blueberry pancake. All of the staff was so friendly. The service was great. Highly recommend.

This is one of those awesome local spots where you walk in, everyone greets you, and eventually learn your name and order. The omelette, biscuits, and service were all 10/10! Will absolutely be back!

The lady's here we're so sweet and attentive, they helped us with all of our little decisions. my aunt was a vegan, and they even helped to make her a dish that she could eat! Very sweet and good food for a very fair price.

Decided to try something new this morning and found City’s Bistro. I am so happy I found them, what a gem this place is! The staff are so warm and friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. They give you complimentary muffins before you order (the lemon muffins were wonderful!). I ordered the ham and brie croissant sandwich with raspberry jalapeño jam and it was SO good! Going to this place felt like a warm hug from a good friend. I’ll definitely be back again soon!

We visited City's Bistro after visiting the Children’s museum in the area. So we were very hungry. We were immediately greeted and seated. This was my first time ever having a tampa style cuban sandwich and it was AMAZING! I mean every single bite was soo good. My 2 kid's had chicken tenders, but my picky 10 year old kept asking for bites of my cuban sandwich! They did give you a super tiny scoop of potato salad. The potato salad was very delicious I could have had a whole bowl of that stuff! The staff was very friendly, it was very clean, and the food was amazing. I would definitely recommend!

Lets talk about service: Welcoming, pleasant, informed and hustling to get you seated. Well Done! Food: Oh My Gosh! Too too good. The quality and preparation demonstrates they know to start out with excellent products. Real roasted turkey breast that is moist and tender, real braised corned beef that is some of the best I have tasted and I have tasted a lot nationally and internationally. Kudos on their commitment to excellence. The napkins given to dine in orders are wonderfully absorbent and large enough to do the job a napkin was meant to do. Atmosphere: Clean, well lit/lighting, Friendly & Pleasant Staff with some grumpy customers. A smaller spot but big enough to serve many quality and excellence. Job well done Folks!!! Thank You for doing what you do. The prices are good and fair for the quality

this is a great little Find. It’s nice to go to a place where the servers remember you. At breakfast they start you off with four free mini pastries, and the food is always fresh and the restaurant spotless. The sandwiches at lunchtime and the fries are excellent..

Sad to say, I visit this place quite too often but I’m glad I can support a family owned business. I love their quiche (the Lorraine is my fav). They are very pleasant people and the restaurant is clean and nice gem in St. Pete.

Found this great little breakfast spot to try while in town, I was very pleasantly surprised with all aspects of my experience. Staff were pleasant, attentive but not overly, food was excellent!! Do not overlook these smaller spots, usually a much better experience than the chain spots.

The welcome feels genuine and after you are seated you receive water, three mini muffins, and a menu. The California omelette was good with a bit too much sour cream. The stone ground grits were hefty but smooth, and the biscuit crumbly and homemade. All in all good and good enough to come back. If nothing else you would want to be greeted like that every morning. The space is clean and the modern furniture gives it a fresh feel. The floor is the only thing that is not as pleasing as the rest of the Bistro and could use a fresh coat of epoxy.

First time here and it won’t be our last! The food is absolutely delicious and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend!

In an already extremely friendly city, I stumbled across this gem run by potentially the nicest, most attentive people I've encountered since I've lived in St. Pete. Their hospitality was matched only by the quality of the breakfast they served me. Not sure I'll got to breakfast anywhere else in town, having had such a terrific experience.

City's is truly a hidden gem. Everything Ive ever had there has been extremely well made and delicious. The staff is very friendly and welcoming as well. If you've never tried this place, give it a shot!

Under the expert leadership of Jen, the restaurant exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service provided by both Alison and Jen. Overall, City Bistro is a hidden gem in St. Pete, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful dining experience led by a passionate team. We can't wait to come back!!

Update: changing review to 1 stars as the response from the owner was fairly accusatory for no reason. The hairs were literal human hairs. I can differentiate between plant matter/ palm fronds vs HUMAN HAIR. They weren't even in the bread. Also, though I didn't like the chicken salad, that's not why I gave 2 stars in the first place. The food was just basic. I would've given a 3 if there had not even hairs. BUT I will not be returning nevertheless. Find better sandwich places, there's lots in the area. First off, I took my order to go so I didn't notice any of these things while still in the restaurant. To start, there were three hairs in my Cuban sandwich - disgusting. They looked like beard hairs or something but after finding the THIRD hair, I couldn't continue eating it. The chicken salad is really bland and tastes solely of mayo. Also, the Brie and bacon sandwich was just okay but wasn't anything special by any means. I won't be back, but the service when I ordered was good...

Delicious! The bread is super fresh and the eggs and meat are cooked perfectly. I didnt like the first drink i ordered and they were super apologetic and took it off the bill. Will definitely come back!

Wild blueberry pancakes are very good!

BBQ beef brisket burrito was delightful and plenty to split. Our server turned out to be the owner Jan, she’s a gem. Jan and her husband Steve (runs the kitchen) relocated after 7 years of serving us locals down off central. We found our new favorite location!

Charming people and great food. Guests are welcomed to breakfast with fresh house made muffins because as Jan sees it, "You need a little something with coffee while you read the menu." Consistently exceptional and a great place for business or gathering with friends and family.

I love finding new breakfast spots. Visiting from Pennsylvania and found this little gem. We were immediately greeted by the owner Jan who also served us. She offered the true southern hospitality. Very friendly and offered great suggestions from the menu. She also gave the table the most delicious cinnamon mini muffins for table. Food was out of the this world. Compliments to the chef!!! I highly recommend this this for breakfast. Next time I am back in St. Petersburg I will be definitively visit again!! Thank you Jan!!!!

This is a family owned place with wonderful service! Jan, the owner is sweet as pie. She brought us cinnamon muffins to start us off. I had the waffles and it was delicious! Definitely recommend this place for brunch!

Breakfast was pretty decent and staff was friendly. We didn’t love that they unnecessarily use disposable plastic cups for water and other cold drinks so that’s really our only issue with this spot.

Unfortunately you get single use plastic cups of water at every table. Once they change that policy I’ll be back.

The cutest little restaurant! Jan was so sweet greeting every single person that walked through the door, sometimes by name even! Food could not have been better. We were going to come back tomorrow, but they will be closed for the Fourth of July. Can’t say enough good things!!

Had breakfast at City’s Bistro which is in the plaza across from El Cap. The food was absolutely delicious. Every single ingredient was fresh and cooked perfectly. All of the employees were extremely kind and sweet! Skip the chain restaurant and support local family owned business. I highly recommend them. We will definitely be back.

All the staff are so friendly and helpful! The menu is well thought out and has fun combinations like jam on the ham and cheese croissant sandwich! The croissant French toast is excellent as well! An amazing experience! Looks unassuming from the outside, but food & service was excellent. Fresh lemon blueberry muffins complimentary when you sit down. I had traditional breakfast and husband had the egg white omelette, both were awesome. Will definitely be back.

This place is a hidden gem off 4th St. The food is made with high quality ingredients and tastes amazing. The service is super good and everyone is so friendly! We love the blueberry pancakes with real maple syrup, the croissant french toast, the croissant breakfast sandwich with raspberry jalapeno jam, the bbq brisket breakfast burrito, the lox and bagels plate, it's all superb!

They have recently moved to our neighborhood from downtown. The restaurant is completely renovated, fresh and super clean. Amazing service. Great food served with love. It is family owned with All hands on deck! My husband and I enjoy Sunday breakfast there frequently. We try different menu items and haven’t been disappointed yet.

We came for breakfast on a Sunday morning. There was no wait at the time. Waitress came over quickly to bring menus and welcome us. She was a fantastic representative for the business, showing care and welcomeness as if she was an owner. I had big city bowl, and the wife had crossaint French toast. My family and I came down to St. Pete for the weekend and were searching for a local breakfast place. Well we stumbled upon this little spot and it did not disappoint. Everything on the menu looked amazing that it took us forever to decide. This place is a must try and the little complimentary muffins they give you to start were delicious. Try this place!

Stumbled upon this place and decided to pop in for breakfast. Everything was absolutly delicious from the sausage patties to the cheesy hash browns (had to order them twice)! Jan was our server and she is just so damn delightful! I'm so glad we found this gem. Can't wait to come back for another meal!
