amazing experience with incredible hot beverages! perfect way to start the day!❤️

I always brag about this place how they make my caramel macchiato until today. I appreciate businesses serving customers daily but I was very dissatisfied how my coffee was made today. Whenever I ordered my caramel macchiato, it always comes with whip how a caramel Frappuccino is made. She forgot to add whip and I asked nicely if I can add whip in my coffee. She handed me my cup with the same closed lid and just add the whip on top of the closed lid with blue sprinkle I did not ask for. I had to pull over and take the lid, flip it upside down so I can put the whip in my cup and spilled everywhere. Sigh I was not happy.

THE BEST COFFEE EVER. Legit one of my favorite coffee shops on the planet. So so good. The service is amazing, the atmosphere and aesthetics are there, and the quality of the coffee is incredible. My order is 16 oz hot vanilla latte with extra vanilla and lavender.

I love coffee queen. Best tasting espresso of the many coffee stands I've tried. I get sugar free drinks a lot and they blend the mocha well so you don't get any nasty chunks from a powder. They're my absolute favorite. Remember to get a punch card!

I came here because its closer to home....Coffee is great, but the wait is horrible. Then When the weather was warmer this place becomes a hooters.. I don't support business that profit off womens bodies... I'm a single mother of a boy, I can't bring my son here!

Super nice barista. Fast service and perfect Red Bull sodas. Sometimes coffee huts around town make them too syrupy or not enough but somehow they make it right everytime here. Coffee Queen is my go to now. ❤️

FANTASTIC!! Just a lovely bunch of ladies at the Coffee Queen!...My I'm daughter goes here everyday and its fantastic! They have great hot and cold drinks. Super friendly staff. Above all they really do serve quality coffee drinks and they look delicious as well!!

They always make my redbull Italian soda just the way I like it and never too much syrup. They are always very nice to me and my dogs :)

Isn’t a well lit area but the drink prices seem to be cheaper than a lot of other shops. Drinks were good for the price.

Hands down my favorite coffee spot in town!! My drinks always come out perfect regardless who makes it. The entire staff is nice and greats you with a smile. Definitely recommend!

Polite young woman made a killer caramel machiatto sub. But it's not a true caramel macchiato to my taste buds. I believe there's a shortage of Carmel drizzle.

Coffee, food and service was great! This was our first time going here but we will definitely be going back when we make it back that way! I was dying for a muffin before we arrived and was pleasantly surprised to find not only muffins on the menu, but a whole list of different variety muffins. I opted for the lavender lemon blueberry one and it was very moist and delicious! And the s’mores latte was great too. But the best part was the prices! Not sure of the worker/baristas name but she was very courteous and listed all of the flavors for me and was very pleasant.

I hate the taste of coffee, but I still drink it all the time. The frappes are really solid, and the pricing is what you would expect-on par with other local coffee places. Staff are really nice, I’ve probably been here 20+ times and they’ve always been pretty kind

You need to know that you are getting a details crafted cup of fresh coffee. Coffee Queens has a great location, system, customer service and options. If you are looking for a high quality expression shot or even some late art this is not the place.

Wow! I don't think I've ever recieved faster service from anyone in town! I reached the window, ordered, paid, and recieved my drink all within 5 minutes. Umm- hello! Great job! And, they're celebrating PRIDE! I absolutely LOVE that you're embracing unity and showing love and acceptance to people that could really use it, especially now. My redbull smoothie was absolutely on point! Your friendly staff and smiles added so much to my day today, thanks y'all!

This is one of my top three favorite coffee shops in Anchorage. The baristas are very friendly, and the menu is unique. I also look forward the different designs/messages on each coffee cup. They make me smile.

Haven't got to go. What happened is right next door is DD's Burgers best burgers in town yum yum you get to taste that burger curly fries and onion rings to die for just like the old days

I’ve came here three times. I kept giving it a chance. They don’t know how to make frappes. They have a weird consistency. It’s liquid but also chunky and it’s gross.

The baristas at Coffee Queen are extremely friendly and always make my mocha to perfection. They also have really cute cups. I wish we had a Coffee Queen in Fairbanks. My favorite mocha is a raspberry w/white chocolate.

Coffee queen is great for my mood. The other day I went in for coffee and realized they sell apple cider, needless to say i decided on the cider I didn't know I wanted. There is always friendly service, and their prices are fair. Thanks for hitting the spot.

I can only give a 4star rating because I've only had a Red Bull smoothie here. (Bob Marley) Excellent choice, by the way. Good service, good menu. They also have Burrito Factory burritos, Granny's cookies, and chai tea. Get treated like a prince/princess at Coffee Queen today!

Love the service, every employee I've interacted with has been super friendly and efficient. One reason I continue to choose Coffee Queen is because they are consistent in the way they prepare their drinks, it doesn't matter which girl I get on any given day my drink is always the same and any coffee drinker knows that this is a rare find.

So I ordered via doordash gave this place a shot. I am so happy that I did! Delicious vanilla latte, chai latte and a cinni bun the size of a truck! Very delicious and I esspecially love the cute cups they have 😍. Yaaas Queen!

These ladies love what they do and do an amazing job making yummy drinks! If you are in the midtown area, make this your favorite coffee joint!

Cinnamon rolls are huge and delicious. And the mochas and frappe's we're equally delicious.

I've been at coffee queen almost every morning for the past month. It does sometimes take a while to get through the line of cars, especially on weekends and holidays when there is only one barista. That doesn't stop me from loving Coffee Queen. They have great coffee and the best prices in town. The Baristas are always friendly and I will continue to frequent the drive through every morning.

Anchorage, you have no idea how bad the coffee is outside of the state. I miss being able to get a really good cup of coffee, when where I've moved thinks Starbucks is good. When I visit, straight off the plane to Coffee Queen.

They have the best soy lattes in town. The owners work their, too, and are wonderfully hard workers. It’s like the Cheers of drive through coffee places. I drive out of my way to go there before everything is so good.

I am reasonably sure they possess special coffee making superpowers here. The specials are always delicious. I frequently drive out of my way just to go here just because I've been so rarely disappointed. The staff is friendly and helpful as well
