Came in after a long shift working outside in the Florida heat to get a cake for my mother’s birthday. They have the cakes in the fridge, it’s not very busy, and I’m being looked at as they help other people who came in after me. I mean it’s a 2 second ring up not sure what the problem is.

I have been to this location several times and each time there has been a line all the way to the door. The staff did the best they could but they clearly need more help.

We had the unpleasant situation that the prices listed for prepacked quart icecream were different from what rung up on the register. We were then told by Allyn the price was listed incorrectly after the fact. He stated he could do nothing to correct the situation. He was able to reach management and they instructed Allyn to provide the correction. Thanks to Allyn's quick thinking and contacting his management team, this issue was satisfactorily resolved.

Today was my son’s 10th birthday and we were in a pinch to get his birthday cake. I spoke to the owner and he mentioned they sell ice cream cakes! I rushed into the store and they had many choices to choose from! My son settled on Strawberry Passion. My wife and son loved the cake! It was well made and the staff was friendly. I will definitely be coming back here!

Great customer service! Great ice cream. They TRULY need to have more than two people working in the evenings especially on the weekend to prevent the line from being from the ordering counter to the entrance door! Not acceptable!!

The ice cream was absolutely amazing! So many flavor options and toppings for all. The staff was wonderful. Today I had Ayla and she was a doll! She greeted me so professionally, politely with nicest smile and even was completely patient with me as I was so indecisive. She is definitely a fantastic worker, we need more kind people like her. Will 100 percent be visiting again soon.

Door dash order. Small is perfect after a good dinner. Had the founders favorite was full of a caramel, chocolate, brownies and pecans. So yummy! My family enjoyed a pint of red velvet.

Ordered an icecream cake for my grand daughter.The cake came out beautiful it was fresh and moist and the icecream was creamy and flavorful. They took their time in making it special from the writing on it to the sprinkles. I ordered there small but it could easily feed more than 6 to 8 people. Will ordered again and worth the price. Thank you for making her day special.

They are consistent with helping out community organizations with fundraisers and making sure staff are there to handle those influx of customers as well has online orders. Flavors and topping options are plentiful!

This is not only my favorite 🤩 ice cream!!! My my favorite location!!! Store Manager & Owner went out of their way to make sure our order came to us! The owner delivered it!! After our 1st Uber 👎 driver stole our order! The 2nd Uber driver 👎 cursed at their employee! So rude!!! THANK YOU Coldstone for taking the initiative that the delivery service could not & made sure we got our ice cream.

Everything is great however I do think they need to work on Their portioning, I got 4"" love it ""2 of them 1/2 empty cause 2 different girls helped me.....paid $8 something each !!
