Unfortunately no sugar free options for people with diet restrictions. The only option was a vanilla no sugar added but the employee didn't have information about the sugar included. I don't expect employees to know in detail the menu but at least I suggest having the information printed in a poster. Also, having one single employee to serve customers and be the cashier is difficult. There was a line and I wasn't allowed to ask questions but I understood the line needed to run so I left with only a water bottle.

My family was on vacation on Daytona Beach, and Amanda Went out of her way to make sure my last minute order was filled to make my sons Birthday a success! She drove my cake over from a different location to make it happen! Forever grateful 🥰

Went there twice on vacation, I think her name was Kristen or Kristi, but she was really good. Asked if she was the manager because on one visit it seemed like she had herself and two trainees and she was super busy but handling it like a pro. Kudos to her.

horrible service. I've never been there before so I really didn't know the scoop or anything work.they did not want to take the time out to explain or help me. when I ordered my kids things they walked it down and told me it was over by the register before I was even done ordering the rest of my stuff. I was completely rushed out of there and I was so embarrassed because of the line behind me and the way they treated me. They tried to charge me $70. We're going back-and-forth with me about my order until they realize that they charged me double. I am pretty sure the lady that was helping me was on drugs because of the expressions she kept making with her face and was so anxious. I will never return. even my son made a comment on how they treated us.

We love this shoppe in Daytona beach Fl. We have came 5 times in our 4 day vacation! Highly recommended it. Brandy was wonderful. The fact this was right next to the beach and connected to our condo was a major plus. We will continue to stay at ocean walk just for the access to this shoppe and its location

Enjoyed the ice cream but the area was sad. It was a rainy day so we were looking for indoor activities. Luckily Cold Stone was one, because not much else was. Our server was ver serious about his ice cream. We thoroughly enjoyed.

Cold Stone Creamery was so good! Cake batter was AMAZING!!!!

I went here because I was door dashing and thought this looks delicious. So I order my daughter in law and myself some ice cream..However the ice cream was delicious but my daughter in law had a long string of hair in her ice cream. I tried calling back but got no answer. I pray my customer didn’t have any issues.

Very very good ice cream, I’d recommend the sweet cream or cake batter. The staff were nice and prompt.
