Warm friendly service, great country cooking entrees with lots of veggie choices, excellent sweet tea. I had the honey pork loin with broccoli and cheese and mashed potatoes. Wifey had the baked chicken, sweet potato casserole and cooked cabbage. Both had the jalapeño cornbread. Home run all the way around. Quick service. Tasty food. Parking can be tough but there is overflow near.

Staff was courteous yet confident I would be back. They were right. I got the breakfast specials with play biscuits and gravy , eggs, and sausage. A little bit on the buttery side, but that speaks to me of home. As I am typing this, I hear customers laughing in line, bantering with the employees. This is a ritual for the most dedicated of regular customer. I Will be back 💚

It is an amazing place for GOOD country food. Large portions. You won't go away hungry for sure.. 200% recommend.

Food was good, people were very nice, place was busy. Something to note. Tables are first come first serve. When they are busy you have to wait till someone gets up from their table. Not great for larger groups trying to eat here. That has nothing to do with the food or service which was good.

Homestyle cafeteria atmosphere. Everything looks delicious I had to bake tilapia with a side of stewed cabbage. Yummy. The cabbage was shredded as opposed to being leafy which made them absorb the seasoning better so from now on when I stew cabbage at home I will shred it first.

Awesome little friendly spot to have lunch. I was next door at the hotel, walked over here for lunch. $8.99 for a lunch plate of two filets of tilapia, two sides, and a corn bread was pretty cool. Loved this place, and I would definitely come back.

This was tasty stuff. I have meatloaf mac and cheese and collards with cornbread. A perfect kind of lunch which is followed by being real full and total couch lock. I will definitely go again.

Love their biscuits!!! Big servings. Lunch is great, lots of options of good country soul food. They move people through the line fast so even if there is a long long line, you get through quickly. I call ahead for Togo orders and they have it ready usually within 10 minutes

Love eating here for breakfast or for lunch!! You get a lot of food for the price!! The lunch menu switches up daily but the breakfast choices are pretty much the same, but still a lot to choose from for breakfast as well!! The atmosphere is very inviting and the ladies who work the food bar always have the best attitudes and will have you leaving with a smile on your face!! Definitely recommend anyone traveling by to stop and give it a try!! It's truly down home cooking!!

I want to give them 5 stars... Biscuit 10/10 Eggs 10/10 Chicken taste 10/10 This was the best tasting biscuit had in a while. That being said, the associates had a conversation about how tiny of a piece of chicken was on my biscuit. They even laughed about it. It would have been VERY easy to give me a normal sized piece, but they chose not to. Everything tasted fantastic, but I can't give them 5 stars just for that.

We came in for breakfast yesterday and had a great experience. Not only was the food great, but the staff was very accommodating and helpful in serving our five children. There was a line to the front door when we arrived around 9:45 (on a Saturday morning), but it moved very quickly.

I love this place!!! I don't eat pork and the ladies always make sure they change their gloves and use clean utensils when I cone thru the line. Everyone is always so friendly and their breakfast is the absolute BOMB!!

Some of the best breakfast you can ask for. Great biscuits. There's a reason they are busy most weekend mornings. But even when busy they are faster than some fast food places.

Hot dog meat was cold as if pulled out of fridge & it took a long time to get to order fulfilled. Vegetable plate was disappointing with plain tasting sweet potato soufflé & flavorless store bought roll.

Was visiting from NY and accidentally discovered this little gem! The meatloaf was great - a warm, ketchup-bedecked slice of home. Not sure when I'll be back in the area but definitely recommend.

I have had pleasure to eat here a few times and really enjoyed it! The catfish was great! The cream corn I had one time was a little to sweet but was still good. Thanks to the good staff it was very a very pleasant meal!

The best country cooking outside of Grandma's house. The prices are excellent considering how good the food is. My family goes every Saturday. Note that the business has moved from it's original location. Closed Sundays and Mondays.
