Place is a gem. Friendly courteous people, great weekly specials and superior value. Buy a whole rib eye, strip etc, they slice it the way you want it for free.

On 10/25/2023 I visited this store and tried to use the side doors but they were locked. A guy with long brown hair had boxes in his hand and made fun of me to the cashier for not reading the sign. Then he proceded to smirk at me the entire time I was in the store. He reminded me of the high school bullies that made fun of my dyslexia 30 years ago. Took me back to a bad place in my head.

Used to love this place until I got treated very poorly when questioning their refusal to honor a valid coupon. The manager is very rude, cocky and obnoxious and does not hesitate to interrupt, yell and scream even when I was trying to discuss issue with the owner. Left there feeling very shook and unsafe (literally had several employees “closing in” on me before managing to make an escape!). I was not the one causing a scene. I simply stood firm in questioning their business ethics. Went directly from there to Skip’s on the Ridge where it is clean, better quality products and they know how to treat people!

For those that say cannot keep up with demand says a lot best place to go - I have gone to Skips when lived in Fairport, NY good but I have also been sick off food from them as well as a friend of mine same day same item - never been sick at Triano’s

I called asked if i could recieve prime rib for 10lbs, @8.99 she said ok,i come in to purchase the sign says "any size" employee rips off the sign and says no you cant, call owner she hung up. Horrible service, false advertisement

The Only place I'm going to for meat from now on. Best cuts and prices available. Always fresh. My meat from tops markets goes bad in 2 days if I don't cook it. Trianos pork spare ribs I paid $20 for a 10 pound rack. At tops and wegmans you pay about $26 for a 5 pound rack. Enough Said! Update: Still Awesome!!! Best Place For Meat!!!!

The only time I’ve ever come here and they won’t do a coupon because apparently they can’t keep up with demand an hour and a half after opening. Bad first impression and I will be sticking with Skips meat market. They always have everything.

This particular Market has the very best Romano grated cheese within a 100 miles of where I Live. The taste isn't as good anywhere else. The meat specials are top shelf. Not sure anyone can beat Trianos 👍

Last week my sister purchased 15 pounds of ox tails from your store was showed one thing in store but when she got home to open the box it was a whole different looking type of tail with a whole lot of fat no meat she is very disappointed in the the product she received will seek somewhere else to go next time

Today I called Trianos and 1st time making a phone order. I’m snowed in in Ontario. So I asked my daughter from Greece to pick up my order. TJ was so pleasant and courteous! Such energy in his voice. Twice as much money for the same amount of cheese.and truly there is no difference. There are just some things you need to buy elsewhere to get your money's worth. Triano's is that place for cheese , Meats, and cold cuts. They make awesome salads too. I also got 5 large pieces of NY Strips for $29. Use the coupon in the Flavor magazine.

I went to the store a little after noon. Had to wait in line for maybe 5 or 10 minutes outside. Went in and ordered and I was out of there in what I thought was a record time. Everyone was friendly and quick.
