I highly recommend getting the grilled chicken ceasar salad. You get alot for your money. It’s so good!!!!

Best chicken Cesar salad I ever had.

I ordered food for 20 for my husband’s birthday celebration and everything was amazing! All of my guests asked where the food was from & they all LOVED it! I can’t tell you how wonderful John & Christine are! They helped me plan my menu and John even walked the food out to my car & loaded it. Fantastic food, fantastic customer service! Entire staff were very friendly, service was excellent. Food was very good. Veal parmigiana was a very generous portion. Rigatoni in vodka sauce very good. Food was nice and hot when served. Definately going back.

We went there for the first time last week and thoroughly enjoyed our dinner, and needless to say the portions were large. We took half our food home and had dinner with it the next day. I highly recommend going there for a nice dinner.

Christine and the staff took super good care of us. We had a large group of 26 after a funeral, and they accommodated us so well.

This was our first in-restaurant experience, but we’ve had take out from their prior location. We had a fabulous lunch. Our server, Jennifer was very friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Very bright and comfortable restaurant. My wife had the seafood Alfredo and I had veal parmigiana. You get a lot of food with your meal. We will be back for dinner with our neighbors in the near future (BYOB). Thanks too to “Johnny himself” for stopping by and giving us a class on the various types of scallops! I highly recommend this place. Plenty of free parking available in front of the restaurant.

Food here is made with so much love! Decor is beautiful inside, and the waitstaff is very friendly and down-to-earth. From the roast pork, to the pasta dishes and the out-of-this-world Meatball Spezie! This is a favorite spot of ours!

My family have eaten in the dining room many times, and always loved it. On Sunday, Father's Day, we tried some things from Johnny's catering menu to bring home for a family get-together. Everything was awesome, delicious, and cooked perfectly. In addition, the order was ready when promised, and as always, the staff was extremely efficient and polite. Our order consisted of the pulled pork (with a dozen potato rolls), homemade macaroni and cheese, and a garden salad. In addition, we ordered the ravioli and meatball package that came with a loaf of seeded Italian bread and a caesar salad. And finally, Johnny's firecracker chicken wings and a cannoli and brownie tray for dessert. Again, it was a consensus from all the party guests, everything was delicious!!!!

Hubby and I went there for dinner (6/15/24). He really wanted lasagna and we heard theirs was good. We stared with a Ceasar salad and brachutta. Next, he had the lasagna and I had the chicken mozzarella. Everything was absolutely delicious! Our waitress, Grace, was very kind and diligent. She had a great sense of humor dealing with the grumpy old man! Never heard of the place before, but we will definitely be returning! Highly recommend! Thank you for a very enjoyable meal!

I got veal marsala. The veal was really tough. I couldn't eat it. The marsala sauce was very flavorful. The waitress was busy chatting up at the front, and we waited until we were almost done our meal before she came back to refill our drinks.

I had placed an order back at the old place a few years back. I always ordered chicken picatta. The first few times it was delicious. Chicken was nice and thin, the sauce was briny and lemony. Then on one occasion I received these large chucks of chicken. It was a turn off but I thought maybe it was just an off day in the kitchen. I didn't order to go since that occasion. With the new place, I thought I'd go and give it another try. It was the same! Thick pieces of chicken swimming in a tasteless sauce. Picatta is supposed to be pounded thin and the sauce should taste like lemon and capers. This was not it. My mom ordered the chicken parm and it also was swimming in a bunch of sauce and chunks of mozzarella. And tons of grated cheese. You couldn't even see the spaghetti underneath. The menu does not state that it comes with grated cheese, just mozzarella. Not everyone wants a ton of grated cheese on top of cheese. It looked so unappetizing. My mom and I ate what we could and left the rest at the table, which was basically more than half of the entrée. The best part of the meal was the salad! I felt bad became mom really wanted chicken parm and I took her there thinking, you can't mess up chicken parm...but you did. $50 in wasted food. Never again.

Loved our meal! Best meatballs served hot and accompanied by yummy marinara. Hubby had shrimp fra Diablo that was piping hot and delicious served with garlic bread. The owner is delightful 😊!

We got take out tonight and the food was amazing ! But more than that, a couple of small items were missing. I called and they were so apologetic, and sent me a $20 gift card for our next visit. Completely went above and beyond! Great customer service and that is rare these days.

Don't go there after 7:45 pm to order when the place is has 10 people eating they will turn you away saying closed i never had their food and never will after this incident they should be ashamed of their staff for turning people away bad for their business.

WOW!! First time here and I had the Milano cheesesteak…I can only assume the only better Milano is Alyssa!! I always put ketchup on a cheesesteak and while I was eating my steak I thought about ketchup but then my steak was gone!!! Didn’t need it nor did I take a breath!! Definitely my new favorite cheesesteak! My wife had the roast pork and loved it! My daughter enjoyed her fettuccine and the fries were very good!

We ordered a catering meal for my sons First Holy Communion and it was absolutely delicious! Christine made every effort to accommodate a food allergy and even provided extra gluten free salad to accommodate a gluten allergy. The food was delicious. I highly recommend their food and catering service.

This was a great place to grab lunch back when it was located on Baltimore Pike. Now The owner has stepped it up a notch. With a bigger better facility. With a welcoming atmosphere, stylish dine in area and still serving some of our classic favorites.. fresh home made soups, delicious sandwiches, and classic home style dinners. Affordable, delicious, and a staff that is so kind it'll make you want to buy one of their home made amazing desserts. Whether it be on a Tuesday or a Saturday you can't go wrong by stopping in.. definitely one of Delco's finest hidden Jems.

My daughter and myself were in town for WrestleMania and staying nearby and wanted some good Italian food. I cannot recommend this place enough. The lady working the front was a total sweetheart to my daughter, and every employee we encountered was great. According to my daughter and myself, they have the best cheesy garlic bread you can eat. Definitely definitely will return the next time I’m around Philly.

Excellent home style Italian food - attentive and accommodating staff.

I feel conflicted leaving this review because this place is adored by many. However, I don’t believe their Caesar salad lives up to its ‘world-famous’ label. In my opinion, it lacked the bold flavors and uniqueness expected of such a title. Additionally, during our visit, there was a lack of cheese on our salads, which is a staple in a Caesar salad. On a positive note, the bruschetta was incredible. While this experience may not deter us from returning, we’ll likely opt for a different dish next time. Overall, the salad lacked the attention it deserved, but the bruschetta was outstanding.

New Italian eatery in the Giant shopping center in Springfield PA. The food was tasty and authentic Italian cuisine. If you want good food at reasonable prices, Johnny Paisano's is a great place to go with your family and friends. I had the Seafood Primavera in vodka sauce. It was fantastic! I had to take some home because the portion was so big. My friend had the Chicken Parmesan sandwich, and she loved it.

1st time. We all had sandwiches. Roast beef is delish.

We had dinner here last night. The service was great and like that we can sit where we want to and BYOB. My wife had the Tortellini with Bolognese sauce it was very good and a huge portion. I wanted the Traditional Meat Lasagna but they we out. Our waitress suggested Meaty Ziti it was very good and a huge portion. We had an order of meatballs they were good. I had a side Caesars salad was not very good just a small bowel of chopped romaine lettuce and croutons with a small cup of dressing. We took home part of both our meals and the bread and are getting 2 meals each out of dinner. We are so happy that they opened up their new restaurant. And looking forward to their new eat in dinner only menu coming soon.

We have eaten there many times before but we wont be going back for a long time. Called at 2 o'clock for a 6 o'clock pickup sat there for 40 minutes before leaving. I ordered a salad and a entrée I understand your busy and working out the kinks as I was told but a 4 hour notice to a small order is totally ridiculous. I have worked in kitchens and still do its uncalled for.

When one door closes another opens and the Universe has done well for our local Restaurateurs, Johnny and Christine Minicozzi. You won't find the famous "Johnny Paisano" on Baltimore Pike anymore. Not even in a small location on Leamy Ave. Find them where Staples and Giant are at Sproul/Rt 420, Springfield Shopping Center, 751 Sproul Road, Springfield, 19064. Johnny's new location is now open, comfortable, with pleasant personnel and still the very best Italian Food in the area. Great seating, plus catering, takeout and refrigerators stocked with soups and easy to take home foods. I used his catering for my Sister's Funeral 9/2023 and people are still talking about the quality food they delivered. Come back, I did with the juiciest mushroom cheese pizza steak. Delizioso "TASTE THE DIFFERENCE HOME-MADE MAKES"

We had a great experience in our first time at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the friendly atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Needless to say, Johnny Paisano's has 2 new regular customers.

Love this place! Personalized service A+. I get food delivered to my family in Springfield whenever they are not feeling well or just need some top notch meals. Johnny and Christine could not be more of a pleasure to work with. EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING! Soups, dinners, salads, sandwiches, desserts… they have it all! I am a well respected caterer in Delaware, and when I can’t take food to family myself, they are my only pick! Getting holiday gift certificates for sure!

I used these guys to cater my wedding & man Im so glad I did! Felt like an extended family with these guys. They did a phenomenal job, gave some good tips and advice, and the food was delicious! Omg that bruschetta…. Still drooling over it!! Thank you guys for doing such a clean, beautiful, delicious, top notch job catering our wedding!

Johnny Paisano's is the "GO-TO" place in Delco AND Philly if you want great sandwiches, salads and platters.(the soups are unreal too!!) Their catering service and spreads are professionally done with everything tasting great!

We hosted a party last night and had the food catered from Johnny Paisano's. Everything was delicious, everyone at the party raved about the food and they were so helpful the day of loading everything up. What was even better was that when my mom and I went in to order everything Christine and Johnny made you feel like they’ve known you for years. We ended up sitting there for an hour just talking. 10/10 recommend ! Just an all around great experience.

Johnny catered my son's wedding. I have to say that the food was good. Johnny can cook, I'll give him that. But, he's got to work on his personal skills. I don't think that's going to happen. Sorry Johnny, but I did enjoyed the food. After all that's what counts!

Always a great sandwich, and Johnny takes care of you like you're family. His wife is also very friendly and completes the great customer experience. I've only had the cheese steaks, which are arguably the cheesiest, tastiest best in Delco. Meat quantity is very generous. Can't say it's the heaviest steak while Anna's is still around, but you will NOT be disappointed. They don't do whiz, but it is still arguably best in Delco and a hidden gem. My son and his wife now measure all of their cheese steaks against Johnny's... That's how good they are. Next on the list is to try their Italian dinners and pasta dishes.

I was visiting family in Springfield , was craving Philly food , read reviews for Johnny Paisono's and gave them a try . I'm so happy I decided to visit , the Italian style pork was phenomenal , John and Christine were awesome. Stopped in to pick up their menu, I left the menu and took the cannoli's ! Also grabbed the chicken Tuscan soup which was delicious ( got a sample) . Their family meal deals are amazing! You could not feed your family at McDonalds for these prices! 55 dollars, for a dinner for 4 or 5 with salad and bread! I'll be pick8ng up my chicken parm very soon!

I had the pleasure of having Johnny Paisano's provide all of the delicious food for my retirement party. Christine went out of her way to help me choose the right menu to accommodate my guests. The food was incredible! The portions were so generous that we all gathered again the next night to enjoy the leftovers. My guests were blown away. Needless to say I will definitely be ordering from Johnny Paisano's again...and will highly recommend this wonderful gem to anyone who is looking for an excellent catering company.

I used Johnny’s for a work event for Springfield Rehabilitation. Their attention to detail and consideration for what we needed to accomplish was game changing. We received so many compliments about the food and the presentation was so perfect. I would definitely recommend using Johnny’s for your next corporate or personal event . Together Johnny and Christine know exactly how to put together what you need.

On a scale from 1to 10 this was a 12! The Italiano with broccoli raab was awesome! My wife loved the pasta Alfredo with chicken! The portions were too big to finish in one sitting. We will be looking forward to left overs tomorrow. What a great staff and great place!

Johnny Paisano’s was delicious (once again) — we’ve ordered take out from here a few times and it’s always been quality, fresh and made with love! Not to mention the portions they give could generously feed at least two people. I’m not much of a review writer but I just had to after I met his lovely wife (forgot to catch her name). Sweetheart is an understatement — Which is so refreshing simply because you just don’t see a huge emphasis on customer service anymore. If you’re looking for quality Italian food — look no further! Or even just a cheese steak or any other kind of sandwich — again look no further!

The fact that this place has been here for 25 years and I'm just now discovering it blows my mind. The food is excellent. I've been here several times and I'm never disappointed. The Tuff Guy is phenomenal. The prime rib sandwich is world class. And John and his wife are amazing people. I'm thrilled I found one of (if not) the best sandwich and overall food places in all of Delco.

Food was fantastic! I got the Chicken cutlet Diablo. The cutlets were nice and tender and full of flavor, and the sauce had a nice spiciness to it. Family owned and operated, and the owner came out while we ate to ask how everything was, very nice guy! I would highly recommend this place.

We were just out running around in our new neighborhood and stumbled upon Johnny Paisano's. Wow, we were so pleased. In this challenging time, they had excellent food, service, and cleanliness. The food was so good and the quantity, well, let's just say, theres plenty for another meal. The salad was fresh, tuna wrap was wonderful w lots of tuna and fresh veggies on it. Had lasagna again, delish, and chicken parmesan, yummy! The garlic bread was so great too! The owners are so kind and made time to come talk w us. My mom and great Aunt both loved it too, such a nice lunch!

Johnny Paisano's catered my daughter's graduation party last night. ALL of my guests were raving about the food. We had chicken cutlet and Roast Pork with all the fixings (broccoli Rabe, Spinach, peppers, cheeses). We also had the grilled veggie tray, Caesar salad, tomato pie and Stromboli and cannolis. EVERYTHING was fabulous! My neighbors all texted this morning to say they are coming back today for leftovers. You can't get a better cutlet, roast pork sandwich or Stromboli in S.Philly!

Really Reall Good! Will definitely be coming back.
