My husband and I recently moved into the area and had passed Half Pint a few times. We finally stopped in today. It was reasonably priced, and the ice cream was amazing!!!!!

The lemon poppyseed ice cream was delicious! Can't wait to visit again and try different flavors 💕

Scoop size for the price are terribly inconsistent every time. Most often, you get a golf ball sized scoop in a waffle cone that's getting smaller and smaller every season. You get very little for the price you pay. In the photo, 1 cone has 1 scoop the other has 2 scoops. There is no difference. Paid over $9 for this. Not worth it. Mr G's is much better than this.

Love the ice cream, disappointing though no bathroom I had toddler that needed to go and nothing.

They advertise many gluten free flavors but will not accommodate for cross contamination. They will not pull a new tub or even scoop from the fresh side of the tub. Why does it matter if they use a new scoop if they put it directly into the contaminated tub?

Always impressed with the huge variety of flavors. And flavors that you don't find everywhere - or maybe anywhere else! Staff is friendly. Seems like the dishes got a little smaller this year, but the cones (and scoops) are the same size as before. Very fresh and tasty ice cream. There's also items to take with you (cakes, ice cream sandwiches, etc.). Milkshakes are super thick and yummy!

I’m doing one of the keto diets with my sister and we found this place while on a drive one beautiful day. We each tried two flavors of their no-sugar added ice creams. My sissie had vanilla and pistachio. Both were really good. The pistachio was jam packed with pistachios! I had black and white which was vanilla with a swirl of chocolate syrup. My favorite though was the orange creamsicle! We sat outside and enjoyed the sunshine.

Rip off......They are now weighing their scoops.5 scoops was $15. Will not be going back

🍦The ice cream was very flavorful, and there were so many options to choose from. The best part was they offered a small sample to try if you weren't sure and hadn't been there before (I was a 1st timer!). The server was extremely helpful and kind. At no point were we rushed or pressured. We were able to sit down outside at a picnic table to relax and enjoy our treat. The only suggestion I have would be to add umbrellas at the tables for shade to prevent guests from getting too much sun or ice cream from melting too quickly. 🏖

Half pint is always good. But recently I’ve been super disappointed when going for the dairy free ice cream due to being lactose and gluten free there are 4 flavors of dairy free. Which is GREAT. But then they take 2 of the four and add gluten. So I get 2 choices which usually aren’t great. (Fruity flavors like lemon, lime, orange, strawberry). For the price I would love to see some more gluten and dairy free options together. More than half of the regular flavors are gluten free. Why can’t you just make it with coconut milk so we can enjoy the fun flavors too!? Customer service is always great, everyone works hard and the items are made quickly. I’d like to add that for the same price Gluten Free Oreos could be purchased in bulk to be added to the dairy free ice creams and they taste just the same as regular.

Many,many great flavors of ice cream

I went for stuff you Stanley and I brought a good cup to get filled and so did my family, but when we got there my family got decent amount of ice cream while I got about 3 1/2 scoops, my cup was barely filled while my families was mostly filled to the top. I would have liked to have paid $10 for 5 scoops not 3. And the worker who was serving me was very rude as she looked like she was pissed to be serving there and didn't want to serve me so she could've made my size smaller.

Incredible ice cream and fun staff.

Great ice cream place to stop after a day of sightseeing. There are a few tables outside to enjoy the ice cream. There are shakes and topics but we had just got scoops. The no sugar added vanilla was awesome and the Cookie Monster and salted caramel were enjoyed as well.

Ice cream was great and loved the holiday hats, but the employees were rude. Nobody said hello or anything as we walked in and were looking at the flavors. We have never been here but there was a lot of flavors to choose from. None of the employees ( there were 4 working) spoke to us until we paid. All they said was our total. Everyone looked like the hated their job.

Half pint has the best ice cream! Went for Christmas in July so good!

Seriously, just go out of town to this place for ice cream. Choices are huge and quality is high. The scoops they give you are heaping. Super fair price, great ice cream.

Very good, free waffle cone, great ice cream but they don't give the stuff on top of the ice cream.

I really don't know anywhere else that has better ice cream or a better selection of flavors of ice cream I personally am not a huge ice cream person so all I ever get is milkshakes just unfortunate cuz their prices are quite high for milkshakes now admittedly been awhile since I've been there the last time I was there it was five or six dollars for a milkshake and if I'm not mistaken it was $8 this time or close to it's not a bad size milkshake but it's just a bit expensive for a shake in my opinion but I'm a cheapskate so

The best!! I love this place!! I went for their little sample cups but they were out so I got the cookie sandwiches for the first time! Amazing!! I can’t wait for their shark bait they have during shark week!! I could make it myself, but it’s just not the same as waiting all year for that one flavor to come out!

Great icecream. However, my recent experience wasn't great. I watched at least 8 people be served. One person in front of me got 1 scoop in a cone. They gave her 2 good size scoops. I Saud wow thats alot. I wanted 2 flavors. So I got 2 scoops.tgeu proceed to give me 2 scoops. I asked why am I paying more for the same amount? They said we weigh all. They hadn't weighed any in front of me. Ticked me off I got same amount as 1 scoop price. Not that I needed more. Them of course they weighed mine. Not happy

This is our fifth year, bringing our students from Phoenix, Arizona to Half Pint Creamery. It is an integral part of our Gettysburg tour. As always, the service and ice cream were incredible! Kudos to the employees who always are friendly, efficient, and hospitable! Sincerely, CFLA 8th graders

Let me start by saying this might be my favorite place to get ice cream ever. The shop is nice and clean. Easy to read options. And LOTS of choices. The actual ice cream is smooth and delicious. My girlfriend and I ended up here 2 nights in a row and would have been 3 if she was down here another day. Get some ice cream here, you will not regret it!

They have flavors you don't usually see. All is fantastic. Drive an hour just for the ice cream.

Clean. Fast service. Friendly helpful staff. They were very patient with us while we tried to decide on what flavors we wanted. Free tastings. Really good sweet cream ice cream. We will be back before we head back to NC and will make it a must stop destination whenever we are in Gettysburg.

Large selection of ice cream flavors. Very fresh and delicious creamy ice cream. Have fat free and sugar free options also. Reasonable prices. Delicious waffle cones. No inside seating but plenty of outdoor picnic tables. Very friendly employees.

Our go to place for delicious ice cream cakes. My wife loves them and gets at least one per year.

Amazing ice cream! Only complaint is that I got swarmed by bees while eating my ice cream which led me to drop my cone! Thankfully, the employees were nice enough to scoop me another cone. The bee's have been a problem recently, but I can't help still adore their ice cream!
