Fun,fun,fun!! First time there 4th of July 2024! Great atmosphere, had lunch and beers great value all around! We will be back to camp for sure! In the meantime we will be Rockin our t-shirts in Florida! 😜

Only reason this place is even getting a star is the river view. We showed up on the summer vacation we'd waited to go on for almost a year, met family from FL and traveled ourselves from WI. This place came recommended by a local couple but we were sorely disappointed. Took 4 requests to get a beverage, because bartender was out of everything. He even said he was out of glasses so couldn't give the hubby a cup of ice for his soft drink. Made three errors on the food order, including shorting us on food and forgetting parts of each order, and not even bringing out the onion rings we ordered. Ended up canceling the order. Staff made us feel like we were a bother; certainly not the "southern hospitality" we'd come to appreciate about being in a southern state. Oh, remember your cash if going there anyway; no credit or debit cards taken. Will definitely NOT return and will NOT recommend to others. Don't see what the hype was about.

The place was beautiful and the concert was awesome can't wait til next year or whenever Nubreed comes in concert again.I would definitely recommend this place to everyone if given the chance to camp out or to attend an event it's pretty damn great place🙃

Seen outlawnation and nubreed, first time I'd been,it's a nice place, just wish they serve liquor with the beer selling, products high but it's a concert so.

Super fun biker Campground right on the river. We've stayed there in 3 different trips, and always had a good time.

What to say about Bobarosa? Just go you won't regret it. The food is great, the people are wonderful, and it's beautiful there.

Really cool vintage feel biker bar that's got some great outdoor scenery along the French Broad River. Inside the people were very friendly, the food was good, Chicken wings in our visit, big meaty french fries, Great owners who left us feeling like family and wanting to return soon. As we're newer to the area, we definitely will be back often.

Beautiful place with great hospitality and awesome entertainment. The rooms are simple but nice and clean. I definitely recommend it.

Employee has put stickers of the bar all over my walls and doors in my company without my permission. Blatant act of vandalism and unwanted solicitation.

Great location next to the water. We sat outside with my 2 pups on a beautiful day. Service was fantastic! Loved the shrimp and spicy sweet sauce!

I have been motorcycling this area of the country for more than 30 years and I love to camp especially if it's motorcycle oriented, when my favorite campground closed two years ago Blue ridge motorcycle campground due to a flood then I have been exploring to find a new place for me and my buddies, for years I rode by this place thinking it's just a biker bar but upon reading from other motorcyclist posts then I thought I would give it a try. I love the area plenty of riding in all directions and the French broad river right beside us all good. The owners and their employees were all very nice and accommodating, the food was really great and the beer is cold along with the live music and other activities then it almost is perfect but I said almost, now for the bad. The tent camping area is located a pretty long way from the bathroom and showers so be prepared for a walk also be prepared for noise from highway 25 it's an all night thing, along with two trains a night on the railroad tracks running beside the river so be prepared for noise it's not a deal breaker because nothing can be done about those, now for the really bad it's the bathroom and shower house that killed an otherwise good experience, they have a stench that will stay with you for a long time and it was a deal killer for some of my group. I don't know if it was a lack of traps on the plumbing or if it was the water itself but it's a very strong rotten egg Sulphur type of smell that will make you physically sick. I hope that the owners read this and not be to upset for the constructive criticism in hopes that they can make improvements, they are so close to having a great place for motorcyclist to enjoy and spend their money. I can say that I will go back because of all the good but I may consider staying somewhere else and just visiting the bar area for food and entertainment either way don't be totally discouraged by my review it's definitely worth trying and the owners have definitely worked hard to make it a motorcycle destination.

I come through here intentionally every year as I really enjoy going there. I normally tent camp, but they have cabins, RV, etc. They have food,drink,music and the French Broad. The staff is there to serve and make you feel welcome. There are some really good roads to explore.

Great place to camp and go out riding. The riding is spectacular. Bob Jess Rachel and all the staff made us fell welcomed and took care of us. The property along the river is gorgeous. They always have something going on, bands, games, vendors. Will be making this an annual trip.

This is a really cool place for bikers. Found by accident on our motorcycle trip. Didn't try the food but did get a couple of very cold beers for a very good price. Been there, done that, bought the T shirt. :-)

Yesterday was picture perfect weather and I headed over there on my Z900 Kawasaki. I know it’s mainly populated with Harleys but I was warmly welcomed. It was really really cool ( ie nice). It’s on the French Broad River, there were indoor AND outdoor restaurants with beverages and the staff was great. It was a happy place to visit. I live in Maggie Valley and I can’t wait to return. Good times !

I used to work for Bob and Jessie. Babarosa saloon is a good place to grab some food have a beer and enjoy live music. They have cabins you can rent out if you plan on staying longer. The service is the best you can get. The river decks are beautiful and right on the French broad river. Highly recommend if you're into the biker lifestyle and even if you're not they have awesome live entertainment and cold beer.

We had a large group camp here on a 4-day paddle trip. The location can't be beat. The service was phenomenal. The riverside bar was so fun. The campground was very well maintained, and the bathrooms were so clean. They had great, live music and good wings! Will definitely come back!

Best Biker Bar on the River! We had cheeseburger's and fries and hubby had the jalapeno poppers for an app. The food and service was outstanding! We love this place; it's very laid back and a nice place to have a cold beer on a hot day!

Good place to stop and relax. Biker focused bar and campground. Nice to sit beside the French Broad river and enjoy the day. A band was setting up for the evening but I left before the show started.

Old men as bartenders just not my thing that is my only complaint.

We stopped and had some wings and drinks and enjoyed a good band a couple games of pool. Was getting dark and a couple of fire pits lit up, and the band was still playing. Enjoyed our visit we didn't sleep over. Staff was very attentive. The cheesecake is very good.

Great place, food, and friendly staff. !!BEWARE!!! in this day and age this establishment will not take a credit card!! They have an ATM, but that only works for debit cards. A MYSTERY ????? We had a large group and we were treating, than we had to ask our guests and between us all, came up with enough cash to make the tab and tip,

Boborosa Saloon keeps bringing it. The menu, the icy cold beer, the updates inside and out, make you feel welcome. There are no excuses for driving if you are impaired. They've got you covered. And I can't even describe how gorgeous the location is. Get the coconut shrimp. Ooohh la la. 😋

We had a great time playing bean bag toss (aka corn hole, if youre from the south) listening to great music and singing along by the French broad river! Then we had the cheesesteaks...YUM!!!!! Beautiful place, beautiful staff!

Great place to go and spend a few hours. They have live music most of the time, employees are always friendly and the food is good. Being on the river gives a cool and relaxing atmosphere. I love this place and stop there every chance I get, give them a try, I think you'll like them.

This is one of me and my wife's favorite places to ride our bike to. Great place to hangout by the river,get a bite to eat,and listen to good music. The staff and the owners are always glad you came. Best bar around. Highly recommend 👌

Love the place, wait staff are friendly, funny just great people! Normally the food is really good but they had a special do to Mardi Gras which we ate instead. We should have stayed with Philly cheese steak. But over all really great place fun times in summer for sure.

Fantastic bar, not far from Newport! Located on the river, you have fantastic views of the mountains and water. Great atmosphere, food, staff and location. The bbq pulled pork sandwiches were delicious! We'll definitely be back.

Stopped there in my way to Nashville. Wonderful saloon, great service, good food, and best of all amazing view right next to the river on one side and mountains and the other.

It's kind of run down. Rooms need serious updating. Our friends had no hot water. Food and drinks were good.. Wait staff are very nice.
