Ordered a cookie bouquet for my little nephew, to wish him a speedy recovery from appendectomy. I ordered after hours, online at 8pm last night and he already received his delivery this morning! What great service!! And…he loves the cookies!

Paid a lot for a birthday Cookie Bouquet and they put (huge) cookies in the basket with someone else’s name. My husband’s name is not Chris and he’s not 30. This was clearly intentional just to use it somewhere. TACKY!!!! I sent a message two days before this review and they never responded.

I've ordered bouquets from the Baton Rouge shop for my Mom (in a nursing home) quite a few times now. She loves the cookies! They are always fresh and the bouquet is so colorful! I wish I had discovered them several years earlier. Delivery is always on time and they text or call to let me know once they've been delivered.

I ordered same day delivery to my husband’s job to announce we finally are pregnant. I ordered online and called when it opened to confirm they could have it ready and delivered before he left work for the day. Not only did they make it in time, I was called to let me know they just delivered it. Way beyond anything I could of imagined for something special to me. Thank you!!

The designs are nice and you get what you pay for. This place isn't expensive. The cookies taste like Walmart cookies, even their chocolate chip was a bit of a let down. If your buying this for kids they probably won't really notice though. The staff is very friendly and they get orders find very quick.

I just needed to let you know what impeccable customer service Dawn in Baton Rouge provided today. She called asking for a room number. I didn’t have it but she agreed to wait and deliver later after I got it. A half hour turned into an hour then an hour and a half. After many suggestions about who to call and how to contact them, I finally got the number and she delivered the basket. Her persistence, patience, and the communication is what has now made me a customer forever. Thank her so much. I wish I could hire her away from you! We all know cookies by design cookie bouquets are amazing, but in delivering to someone in Baton Rpuge, I was AMAZED the delivery person, Stella, met the recipient after work hours so they wouldn't sit out.

The design was perfect and the cookies were delicious! The delivery driver was very polite and even called me when she saw my husband's truck in the driveway to make sure the surprise was just right. :)

5 stars for beautiful customized cookies. 100 stars for the delivery service. Dawn was personable, passionate about her work, and kept me updated on every attempt to reach a busy LSU student. My nephew loved them!

The Perfect Gift! I started my order online and for some reason got distracted. Well, a day later I went back to my order and was disappointed to see the date I needed it no longer available. Cookies by Design Baton Rouge were so accommodating when I learned my daughter would not be home the day I scheduled her delivery. The person who answered the phone gave me several options and was willing to make the delivery in a day notice if I wanted to do that.
