Have ordered plenty of times off of the website, but this time, was one letter short fitting in the phrase, so went into the shop. Elaine was so sweet and helpful. She designed 2 amazing bouquets for a big family get together.

Very disappointed! I ordered for my husband for our anniversary. I had two large cookies and a dozen mixed cookies. The cookies tasted stale. Like they just added whatever they had left. For how much money they cost it was not worth it at all! Won't be wasting my money again!

I called on short notice to place an order for my son’s surprise engagement to his fiancé! They not only accepted the order, but provided all of us with delicious beautiful cookies! Thank you, they were perfect!

Arrangements are always near identical to online images and delivered promptly. I've scheduled deliveries often and will continue to use them. 👍 Update* Elaine provided great customer service when I ended up with late delivery issues, she made it right and provided the item to be delivery asap.

Got as a gift. I guess it’s alright looking. As for taste, frosted shortbread or sugar cookie well below sub par tastes like chalk. Chocolate chip cookie at par with basic cookie recipes although a tub of nestle dough is 1000 times better. Chocolate cookie sub par taste like a cake with chocolate chips but not frosting, bland. Raisin cookies Didn’t try, not my thing. Then there was one that just taste like vanilla and flour no idea what it was but not good. I guess if you buy store bought cookies these would be similar in taste, although I know of many that would taste better. The would take a box of Oreos over any of these I got from here. If you like cake tasting cookies that are kinda sweet this might be your place. I could make better cookies in my sleep. I appreciate the sentiment though.

I placed my order a few days before my son’s birthday gathering. They were friendly and helpful over the phone in completing my order. Not only did it look good, the taste was amazing!

My experience with Cookies & Cupcake By Design was amazing! Placing the order was very easy as well as scheduling the day I wanted my cookie basket delivered. The man delivering my order called me 10 minutes before arriving there as a courtesy to let me know he was about to drop off the basket to my friend for her birthday (I’ve never had any other delivery service go out of their way to do that)! I was very surprised and pleased. He was very polite on the phone and wished me a good day. My friend told me he called her when he arrived and she said he was very friendly and funny! All around a great experience and I would definitely purchase from them again!

Cookies are big. The staff was nice and they were very helpful. My daughter is at college and she was very surprised. Delivery was good. All cookies arrived undamaged. Very pleased!

I forgot to send a little something special to my college daughter on Halloween. She was having a bad week. I ordered late on the 30th and the awesome cookie bouquet arrived on Halloween! Besides the fun Halloween basket of delicious cookies that were delivered, the communication with the driver was great. He called 15 minutes before delivery to make sure someone would be there to collect the basket!

Cookies By Design in West Bloomfield is awesome. I ordered a cookie basket for my neighbor. It had a dog cookie in it. In the picture the dog fur is white. I asked Helen if the dog cookie could be decorated in a brownish color frosting to match my neighbor's dog's fur. She said yes. It was perfect. My neighbor loved it. I have ordered cookies from this store before, and they always do a fantastic job. I will order from them again.

They called to confirm my order (thank goodness because I ordered the hot pink bouquet unknowingly for my husband), delivery was on time, the bouquet was gorgeous And the cookies were delicious! This was a big hit in lieu of a birthday cake and worth every penny!

I had actually placed an order with another company weeks in advance but the day of delivery I got a notice that it was going to be delayed and not delivered on time. I cancelled that order and thankfully found Cookies by Design, they were able to deliver same day and their customer service was top notch! They will definitely be my go to for cookies moving forward.

My only complaint is that I never received any communication that my order was delivered. I had to call the recipient and ask point blank if they had received my gift. Product was as described and delivered on the day I requested.
