So been going for years then you charge a $4.50 for a kiddie cup. Wth this cup I got today is not the small or same size as before. I called the location and she had the nerve to say it was 7oz. Like really this is a rip off.

Best ice cream ever!!! You must try it! This location is very slow.

Great Itallian ice the flavors are on point! Open both lanes! The girls is this location are a bit sarcastic and are always talking smack about other patrons. It's not the Winter Park experience! Go there for nice people. The smell of milk that has turned greets you when you roll down your window. The drive through needed a good wash down. Let's talk about the tipping feature. WHY and I asked to tip a drive through? It's not a service, and putting lids and spoons in a plastic bag is standard order. I don't tip the Chick-fil-A drive though person, and their service FAR exceeds this....Why am I asked to tip here? It's guilt tipping and makes me not want to go here.

Drive thru only so no real atmosphere. However, can sit outside. Always clean, great service

I waited 8 minutes for my order to be delivered and no one came out, all the windows were closed, I knocked on these windows and it was as if no one was there, I got tired and left Saturday June 15, 2:40 pm I was watching 2 girls and because they had headphones on they couldn't hear me.

The girl in the drive thru has a lot of attitude I am a tourist and I asked her what’s a good flavour here she was mad that’s bad cx service.

I've been here a few times with my girlfriend, never heard of it before then. I love the creamy ice cream and that it comes in different flavors.

The gelatis are always great, but the service is equally hit or miss with the girls not delivering what we request. Additionally, I found it off-putting to hear such catchy music outside while hearing rap with explicit language as I stood at the walkup window. How sad.

Italian ice is very good, but the line was ultra slow

The service is so nice, and the treats are obviously yummy, but they run out of stock so much and so frequently. It makes it hard to order from here unless you go at an inopportune time. I would think the franchise owner needs to purchase more product to sell - and they absolutely would. It puts the staff in a bad position too, it must be so annoying to have to constantly say "we're sold out" of XYZ.

Great service and always very tasty. The staff is super friendly and always eager to help. This place is a must on a hot day and they have so many amazing flavors. Would highly recommend trying if you haven't and the app is great as you can earn rewards for going there.

Been going there for a long time now. They have wonderful combos with different flavors of Italian ices combined with different flavors of soft ice cream layored in the same cup. This time I had the coconut ices with the vanilla ice cream. My wife had the mango ices also with vanilla ice cream. We went thru the drive through and enjoyed it at home. DELICIOUS! I reccomend Jeremiah's Italian Ices. Try them out, you'll love it.

Nice little place to get some old school Italian ice. Nice and convenient drive through. Great flavors. There were more flavors on their app than they actually had like the melon fresca, but I was able to get 6 different flavors, including watermelon, key west, melon, pina colada, scoop groggy frog, and strawberry. All the flavors were delicious. Only reason they got 4 stars is because of the staff. Young girls who were not customer friendly and too busy on their phones. They put one of our cup’s upside down in the bag which melted everywhere. Other than that great place for a cold treat!

I've never visited and met an unfriendly employee. They have a multitude of flavors. A couple sugar free ones (although I wish they would offer more, or rotate the usual that they have) and often they have seasonal flavors which are great! Sometimes the lines can be a little slow, but it's worth the wait...they let you sample the flavors they got Love their gelati!

This place is great and tastes good! The only complaint is twice now, when they ask if you want a lid on the cups, they give them to you laying down on their sides in a bag….. Laying them down makes a huge mess when you open them…. And I was never asked if I wanted them just thrown in a bag.

Service has really gone downhill at the one on Red Bug Lake Road. The last 2 nights I went there approximately 50 minutes before closing. There was a long line of cars and people waiting at the window. It appeared only 2 people were working. They said there were more in the back cleaninup.

We love Jedediah's! Nothing beats a small vanilla gelooty as a sweet treat. Good vibes too with the jams, too. Git' some.

The drive-through service is always a bit slow and the prices are a bit high. The product is worth the weight and the price.

Seriously!! I’ve been coming here since Jeremy had his first store in winter park!! This is the winter springs location!!!!This is becoming ridiculous!! We come just about every Wednesday! This barely goes over the top!! They get smaller every week and the girls DO NOT CARE! I mentioned it and they just ignored me!!!!4.00 plus for this??? Looks like we need to check out the new places in the area!! Btw….this is not the first time we’ve been disappointed in this place….definitely the last!! I’m upset!!

They have great Italian ice and good gelato. I liked the sugar free Ice which saved on calories. The place was hard to find since the street sign was knocked down from Ian. Look for the Burger King sign to turn in on for now.

Just went to this location. No one was there. There were 2 workers talking in the parking lot. We went at 12:55 when the store open an hour ago at 12. No sign saying if it was closed or not.

Hands down, the best place for ice cream. Always creamy and every time I'm in Florida I am sure to stop by a Jeremiah's. I wish they would come up to the Atlanta area, specifically the west side. They would do phenomenal since there's no other soft serve ice cream other than Dairy Queen which is mediocre. Jeremiah.. Open stores in Northern Georgia.. Please!

I absolutely loved the Italian ice from here! I'm from Tennessee and traveled to Orlando for work. We don't have any Italian ice places around, so when I saw this I had to have one. Wonderful service and flavor. Come to Johnson City TN, please! :)

Love Jeremiah's but I think I will have to stop going to this location. Literally the worst location. My order is always messed up. Not to mention I scan the app to get rewards. It's always a medium treat for free. I don't want a medium treat. I ask them to ring it up as a medium but give me a small since a medium is just too much. They say its impossible to do that. No it's not!!!! All other locations do it with no hesitation.

Never disappoints, great place for ice cream and gelato.

Fast service, friendly staff, great ice cream and Italian ice. Pretty standard stuff for a jerimahs so this place doesn't disappoint. They properly layer the ice cream here and now have topping layers that you can request for things like chocolate chips. A staple good ole here is vanilla and cherry, you can't go wrong with this combination. If your looking for party ice cream they sell in large quantities so definetly check this place out.

While on vacation, my kids wanted to get ice cream so my friend suggested Jeremiah's. The Italian ice is soo good. I love the flavors they offer and ice cream cups with layer add-ins. I only wish we had more time to try all the flavors.

Best Italian Gelato in the area

Good service and delicious gelato! I typically love the cake batter flavor, but the new horchata flavor is also amazing! Lemon is another favorite that keeps me coming back. Plenty of seating outdoors but parking can be a bit difficult depending on how busy it is.

Great local ice cream shop with friendly staff. Very fast service and a wide variety of flavors. Very inexpensive and totally worth the stop.

UPDATE: we've returned several times since my original post and I'm happy to report there's been a big change in the service level. They have someone take orders in the drive thru line and the servers are kind and helpful. We're happy to make this our new go to.😁 We went to try the new ice flavors (pie series). The add-ins are good, but service at this location is rough. We recently moved closer to this Redbug loc and have come half a dozen times. Sadly, the service ruins the experience. We'll either drive to another location or go somewhere else.

Had to wait in line for them to tell us they don't have cones. We only have waffle cones but there will be an upcharge. Disappointed always loved this place. This happened 2 days in a row.

I placed an order online thinking it would be easier and faster but when I got to the window they told me I had to wait 20 minutes because they were not going to make my order til the promise time it said online even though I was standing at the pickup window. And they wouldn't cancel my order so I could just order at the window and not have to wait. Terrible customer service. I've been coming to this location for years and never had a problem til tonight.

We want regular ice cream cones please!

Love this place and so does my child. However, I wish that it was safer for young children and there were fences around the patio because the patio where you sit and eat is surrounded by road and parking lot where people are constantly driving through on all sides of you.

I loved it. My dogs especially like the two small ice cream cones that I got them. I opted for the cookies and cream gelati. Very good

Who doesn't LOVE this place?! The Italian Ice comes in so many cool and delicious flavors and the custard comes in vanilla, chocolate and swirl. The staff is always so nice and fast when we go. We LOVE Jeremiah's!!

Jeremiah’s is one of the must-visit treat and dessert spots that I take friends and family from out of town and they always leave happy! I don’t think I’ve ever had a flavor that was too sweet to enjoy a full cup to myself and the seasonal flavors (especially pumpkin) are worth the wait every year!

I was here with a group from a high school that was at a local competition with no spectators allowed. I personally can't have anything they serve here but all the kids spoke very highly of it from a previous visit last year. I did get to sample a tiny spoonful of one and found it to be excellent. If there was one closer to us I would definitely choose them over the local ice cream parlors.

The girls here get great service and Jeremiah's is Jeremiah's always a treat for the kids.
