As a professional chef I will never go back I recently bought a coconut ice cream and a cake ice cream on waffle cone. Bot ice cream tasted like freezer ice cream nasty. Didn't bother going back just trashed my ice cream fiancé trashed hers aswell. Totally not worth going back..

owners were super friendly and welcoming! i’m very picky with my ice cream. i’m also not a fan of store-bought ice cream. i got strawberry cheesecake and it was so good! it tasted very homemade. it’s a shame i’m not from here, but also a good thing because i would gain a bunch of weight lol

The best ice cream experience we had in Kissimmee. Mr. Andrade has been in this business for more than 30 years. He skillfully advised us on flavors to combine to make a flavor explosion! Had icy and creamy options as well as other drinks. Bachata playing in the background just heightens the experience. Highly recommended!

Horribly horrible, I liked that place because the service was beautiful, but I was disappointed today. I just went with tremendous emotion and the lady had an ugly attitude and it seemed like she didn't prepare well what I asked for and when I asked her for some empanadas, it seems that I didn't want to sell, because he gave me a thousand buts, as if he were going to give it to me as a gift.

We stopped in for some ice cream and were made to feel so welcomed immediately. The owners are super friendly and will literally put together the ice cream anyway you want. They have a great assortment of flavors and types of ice cream, you can satisfy any craving. The prices were average.

A must have when I come to town. The flavors are authentic and the variety is great. They have styrofoam cups so the ice cream doesn’t melt fast. My favorite is coconut no flakes but my top favs are coconut, pina, and maize (corn). The owner was very friendly too.

Excellent customer service! I wanted to have a coffee but I'm lactose intolerant so I ordered it with almond milk. They didn't have any alternative milk, however the owner went to the supermarket to buy almond milk just for me. We ordered several other items and everything was good. Very friendly people and the prices are very reasonable. They took great care of us eventhough we came right before closing time. We're locals and we'll definitely coming back.

Easy to find, lots of parking, they sell ice cream, piragua and coffee. The coffee is excellent, the ice cream was alright, the flavors were nice a little bit over priced for the portions but a nice experience overall.

We finally found authentic coconut ice cream. It brought be me back to when my abuelo (grandpa) would make it when I visit him in Puerto Rico. The staff gave us a sample and wow. They were wearing mask and looked to have everything clean. Highly recommended!!!

Ice cream flavors were delicious! We arrived right at 9pm closing time so we were just going to leave but the gentleman inside waved us in from the window. He greeted us warmly when we walked in and gave us samples without hesitation. Definitely recommend HIS new concoction the Berry and Mango mixed ice cream! We took ice cream to go and he packed it in with some dry ice for the way! We’re traveling from TN and will definitely be back.

Ice cream was not good at all and staff was not pleasant. The lady actually rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a sample taste. Do not recommend.

Nice ice cream from natural flavors like coconut and passion fruit it was good after a few minutes out of the freezer because at first it taste like the freezer but overall good I didn't like the pirahua it was a slushie.

My husband and I loved Coquitos! The maiz ice cream with cinnamon on top was amazing. The almendras ice cream was also great! The latte was the best latte I have ever had, and the owner explained to us how he found the perfect combination of coffee beans to make great espresso drinks. The owner has a passion for his work, and provided excellent customer service. We will definitely be back soon!

An absolute gem to the city of Kissimmee. The owners are so sweet! Literally make you feel like family. They have the most creative flavors of ice cream, Italian ice and more. They also have great coffee. I love this place!

Our family was in Florida for vacation and we had ice cream here almost everyday. The customer service was excellent. We met the owner and he was very friendly. I had the coconut, coconut & almond, and coconut with shredded coconut. My favorite was the coconut. My son's favorites was cherry.

I love this place. I don't find it expensive as others claim and I don't know who is the lady they refer to as rude. Every time I take my kids here the lady behind the counter (who is also the owner) is super nice, especially with the little ones. So I keep coming back.

Went in friendly folks. They asked if I wanted a large or regular shake. I said large. Large it was 32 oz. Really to big, didn’t know it was 32 oz until I had the cup in my hand. Chocolate chip mint with moose tracks. Ok unusual so I tried it. 1st they added maybe 3 small scoops of ice cream into Ninja blender cut it with milk for blending, then cut some more milk into it, then blended. Asked if I wanted whip cream. I replied no they cut more milk into it. Poured into the glass it flowed like milk. What I got was 32oz glass of milk with a little ice cream flavoring . For $8.99 Come on folks you need to invest in open mixer stick ice cream blender. Not a Ninja Blender and then only use a little milk so that when you pour it it is slow slide texture.
